I think you might want to have a little look at history before you say ‘living there peaceully’. A lot of native cultures were some of the most brutal ones in existence. The Haida had a massive trading and slave empire across a large part of North America. Tribute was paid to them by tribes up and down the west coast. There were tribes whose coming of age rights were to ingest toxic plants until all memory of being a child was wiped from their minds and they became perfect warriors. I don’t know if you’re religious, but a large reason why monogamy is so widespread is the collective belief in religions like Christianity. Hey, I am a 20 year old male that listens to Think and Grow Rich every other day, even if just one chapter. I am very highly sexed, but I am working on starting my first business and it is a struggle to get my mind out the gutter and focus. Your article is great. Well, I don’t have a good woman(as of yet.) But I haven’t jerked it in over a month and I feel great. It’s weird because it seems my sex drive has gone down but my overall happiness went up. Now, that can seem like a bad thing, but I used to be obsessed with having sex so it was kind of an addiction that was taking over my life. I have also noticed everybody at work is responding to me much better than when I would jerk it on a daily basis(lol.) People that wouldn’t talk to me are now coming up to me and chatting as if I am their best friend. It’s great. We(all natives) expected that from multiple generations and we thought wrong.

I came across Hill’s “Think and Grow Rich” book sometime in 2012 but was only “able” to read it (3 times) this year, 2014 - after I lost my job (Dec 2013) where I had been working for 6.5 years running up and down like a headless chicken. It is really a great book and complements the “Science of getting Rich” book by Wallace D. Wattles. I am grateful to you Vic for expanding on this sex transmutation topic - you have put it in context to what we experience these days. Here’s my take;
Your body will auto-regulate your emissions when you stop jacking off. Basically you’ll keep building up your sexual energy and eventually the excess will be discarded.
You can see your sexual energy levels as a bucket. If it’s depleted (from too much sex/jacking off) you won’t have the drive left to put into more meaningful work like working out, blogging, reading, … . But when it’s overflowing the excess will simply be discharged trough wet dreams.
It won’t harm your energy levels imo. - That’s what I’ve noticed at least.

So can someone tell me how to *actually* transmute the sexual energy please? the post says it is good to harness it, not to waste it etc. but it doesn’t tell you how to actually accomplish it! is there any technique, steps, procedures to follow in order to channel the energy? or do I just hold the sexual energy and carry on with my life and see what happens?

In one sense the author casts a value-judgment on “ghetto relationships,” namely, “they (the underclass) indiscriminately have sex with each other, pop out babies at random while not in a nuclear, monogamous relationship, have no love between the sex partners,” yet all such qualifications with regard to sex-such as “indiscriminate selection,” “monogamy” and “love”-again depart from the original premise. In short, it matters not how one fritters away the precious source of energy via sexual pursuits-whether it be with wife, pornography or what the author called “ghetto relationships”-so far as the result goes, it is all the same.
In conclusion, his premises ultimately end in the age-old view that a chaste/celibate lifestyle advocated by the various religious traditions is the best course. Unsurprisingly, then, arguably history’s two greatest geniusus Isaac Newton and Nikola Tesla both acknowledged an embrace of an ascetic lifestyle. Minor differences aside, I love the article, bro.

I understand and agree on sexual transmutation but at your first example about the getto being totally out of control with sex and dropping babies was flat out races! Everyone in or from the getto are not savages either! And there where tones of people who come out of living in gettos that made it big in there lives. Sex is out of control every fucking where and not with just people of color…

I think you should remove your biases. Your mentioning of the ghettos and Indians were not motivated by truth. The Roman empires conquered much of the world and practiced orgies. America is the greatest nation in the world, and yet we are the largest porn makers, users, and distributors. We have more strip clubs, sex apps, and sex stores than any where else.
