Subj: THE GENESIS OF ADVENTURE IS ALMOST HERE

Usually I'd write my letters from a coffee shop but today I'm writing to you from a McDonalds in Chiang Mai.
We flew in early this morning. Since we flew in early, we just didn't go to sleep last night.
When we arrived around 2pm, we went to sleep until 7pm and woke up to go find some food. McDonalds is what we found.
On the way out it started to pour rain so we did what anyone does in this part of the world, we sat back down, got out the weapons (laptops) and started to do some damn good work.
Years and years and years and years now I've been writing my letters to you from restaurants, coffee shops, hotel cafes, anywhere really.
Anywhere but an office, that is.
I haven't worked in an office in about ten years now and I damn sure don't miss it.
I've been fortunate and resilient enough to turn any place into my office, even McDonalds.
And you know what I've found? I've always done my best work in “out of the way” places.
Whether it's a hidden beach in the Philippines or a McDonalds in Thailand, I thrive in these out of the ordinary spots… and I wilt on conventional spots.
To me, conventional places equal instant dissatisfaction and if I'm being honest, those places make me depressed.
Fluorescent lights, people who shuffle around like zombies, no sense of purpose, neighbors who never speak. I hate that stuff!
I need something to work for, I need something to believe in, I need to live life. You know what I mean?
So that's what I did. I said no more of that shit and I said HELL YES! to doing what I want to do, when I want to do it and how I want to do it.
I wrote it all in Bold and Determined Volume 1.
If you've read the B&D; archives, you've read B&D; Vol. 1. And if you've read it, you know just how damn motivating it is.
I recently re-read it and instantly I wanted to quit my job, travel the world and make stacks of cash… and that's exactly what I'm already doing!
In the time since I've written volume 1, I've accomplished basically anything I've ever wanted to accomplish but goddamn boys, after re-reading it I had a new fire in my eyes.
I felt that I haven't done nearly enough, and that's exactly the way you want to feel. You never want to feel content until it's time to bury your bones in the ground.
Until then, never be content, always demand more, always be more, always achieve more and always…

I’ve been reading this blog for a while, what a great idea to put it in a book(s). B & D on the go. And a great way to preserve the content. Hey Vic by the way I bought Body of a Spartan and I’m loving it. It’s time to start looking like a winner. Also, after I finish all the reps and sets for a main exercise, let’s say that takes 20 mins, how long do I rest before starting another exercise?
It’s lonely out here sometimes for a hustler Vic it’s not very common to find people in the real world who know what’s up. A lot of lone wolfs out there. I been out here in the hustlers paradise (ND) for a while now making that $. I tried to convince a friend back home in Florida to come here his famous last words “that sounds like hard work”. No, being broke is hard work. Lol give me a break. I put 40k in my bank last year working entry level jobs. It was easy.

A: We did it.
Jeez man, why all the hate? I mean I love the old B&D articles too. They had that dirty, gritty attitude that the new ones don’t have as much, although they’re still great. But Vic literally started with nothing but a laptop and some inspirational ideas and slowly grew it into a line of books, workout/discipline programs, supplements, and even apparel at one point (not sure if that’s still happening), all while STILL pumping out free content for all of us to enjoy, giving something to people even if they don’t but his supplements. Of course the blog changed, if you follow it from the beginning it’s a perfect inspirational timeline to show how someone made it big on their own terms. He can’t just write about living a spartan lifestyle all the time.
Last time I read the blog, it pretty much helped me. Not that I agree on 100% but anyways who cares.
I’ve seen time, when I saw victor’s reply on comment was woww, he got comment. Now I see your replies to your admirers(or you hired somebody{anyways who cares})
