Ho ho ho!
Merry Christmas!
Ol' St. Vic here with some updates and a Christmas podcast episode.
I've spent the last 6 months in America.
Why?
As a sacrifice.
I don't particularly enjoy living in America if we are going to be honest.
Because I don't particularly enjoy it, I get a lot of work done when I visit.
In fact, I get more work done in 6 months in America than I do in many years abroad.
Actually, I owe my entire blogging career to a 6 month stretch back in 2012.
It is this act of sacrifice - which means doing something I don't want to do now so that I can get something better later - that allows me to continue building this great business of Bold and Determined.
I absolutely have to have intense periods of hard work without outside distractions.
In the past I had no name for this intense method of sacrifice, preparation, and work.
Now, I have named it Monk Mode.
I even grew the long beard of a mystic to make the name match.
The period of “Mystical Vic” is ending and I am entering into a new phase and a new focus.
But I am always going to use the principles I discovered in Monk Mode to G.S.D. (Get Shit Done).
MONK MODE: The Incredible way I get things done and create happiness via wealth drops on January 14.
In a one month period I can do the amount of work I would normally do in a year.
In a 6 month period I can do many years worth of work.
How? Monk Mode.
Then what? I sail off into the sunset and find a new adventure.
Message #2 - If you are trying to get shredded like Ol' St. Vic, your new bible is coming out on January 1st.
Shredded Ops: Building the Extreme Physique by John Doe Bodybuilding drops January 1st.
Message #3 - The Bold and Determined Podcast is going back to one day per week on Thursday. As I embody the strong silent type, to me, talking too much is a sin.
Message #4 - If you want to start a blog in the new year, rest assured that Badnet.com is open and is ready to start your blog for you.
You will want to get a head-start on competition if you wish to be a successful blog artist.
Message #5 - If you want to buy Ol St. Vic a Christmas steak you can do so here: paypal.me/vpride

Wolf asks… (6:42)
What is the true meaning of Christmas? Of course, nowadays Christmas is commercialized, everyone wants to sell their sweet stuff, everybody is so stressed. I think Christmas is the only time in the year when many families can get together. What do you think about people saying “Happy Holidays” instead of “Merry Christmas”? In my mind it is just another political correct term. I wish you and everyone else on this fantastic blog a Merry Christmas!
Drew asks… (8:55)
Victor, I do have to thank you for this podcast. Even though I do not know you or the other listeners, I feel like we are all connected somehow. I am in my early 20s and everyone my age has completely lost touch with reality. So thank you for providing a platform for young guys like me trying to find their way.
I would also like to give a 10/10 review regarding RED GROWTH and RED PCT 2.0. I am currently visiting friends and family for the holidays and I have gotten questions such as “Are you on steroids?” “What happened to you? I didn’t even recognize you.”
My skin, hair, and eyes are so much healthier from the carnivore diet (and nofap) … do this in conjunction with RED GROWTH and you will be shocked at what happens to your physical appearance.
Joseph asks… (10:07)
My life has significantly improved recently. I have been eating a carnivore diet for a year, which cured all my health issues, including those that my doctors said couldn’t be cured. I quit porn and masturbation, and fixed my dead libido and erectile dysfunction. I fixed my embarrassingly low testosterone levels with an intelligent TRT program. I built a body through consistent and disciplined exercise. And I found mental peace and clarity by eliminating all of my social media accounts and getting rid of my smartphone.
As someone on a similar path as myself. what are some other lifestyle changes you’ve found that have this same life-changing power – whether it’s things you eliminate – like plant foods, porn, or social media – or things you add, like exercise?
Bill asks… (12:14)
Why do you think Humans began Drinking Alcohol, Drinking Coffee and Smoking Tobacco originally?
Sugar is a drug asks… (14:49)
Where did the lie that carbs are necessary for human health originate from? Who started this lie and how did it spread?
Josh asks… (17:39)
I read something interesting about how an animal diet allowed Genghis Khan to build his empire. Author Jack Weatherford details how their diet consisted of horseblood, cheese, milk paste, curds, and meat, which gave them incredible endurance, speed, and strength compared to the carb-addicted people they conquered:
“Compared to the Jurched soldiers, the Mongols were much healthier and stronger. The Mongols consumed a steady diet of meat, milk, yogurt, and other dairy products, and they fought men who lived on gruel made from various grains. The grain diet of the peasant warriors stunted their bones, rotted their teeth, and left them weak and prone to disease. In contrast, the poorest Mongol soldier ate mostly protein, thereby giving him strong teeth and bones. Unlike the Jurched soldiers, who were dependent on a heavy carbohydrate diet, the Mongols could more easily go a day or two without food.”
Lisa asks… (20:10)
I am a 26 year old woman and I want to have kids. Where can a woman find a good husband to have strong kids/family in your opinion? I date and it usually comes out that many males are just playing video games…don't even really want to start working on the next generation. One kid, maybe two and even then they freak out at the work it takes to raise kids. Where would you recommend a family oriented female look?
Orestes asks… (23:26)
You said being healthy and happy is a natural state for human and natural laws is good for us. But every life ends with death (pain). What do you think about David Benatar antinatalism movement, his statements like:
“It is curious that while good people go to great lengths to spare their children from suffering, few of them seem to notice that the one (and only) guaranteed way to prevent all the suffering of their children is not to bring those children into existence in the first place.”
Mustafa asks… (24:23)
I’ve been eating carbs only before going to bed and I only ate one meal in the afternoon consisted of 4 eggs and steak. I got back my mental. I have two questions and I hope you mention them in your next podcast. First, how to find the balance between natural life and modern life? Like what advantages we can take from this modern life other than internet….
Steve asks… (27:08)
What’s your thoughts on the anabolic diet which is eating strictly meats and fats everyday for 6 days straight and then on the 7 day you switch to a low fat low protein high carb day for insulin spike to increase growth hormone release then switch back to meat and fats.
Jesus Sotelo asks… (29:49)
Hey Vic what is you're opinion on building an online business only through podcast, I feel I communicate better through spoken word over blogging I also know myself and I am more consistent with podcasts over blogging.
Michael asks… (30:45)
For those of us who don't want drugs or supplements, is it better for us to be lean but skinny, or big with some body fat? What is better for health, longevity, energy, and life?
Ben Zeelander asks… (31:43)
Hi Vic. Is it better to start over with a website if you realize there are quite a lot of beginner mistakes in it. Also if your readership is not growing and start a new blog. Doing it pro from the get-go? Or would you totally revise the blog and revise evert little word and sentence?
Sebas asks… (32:24)
Hello, Vic. We already know that pornography ruins our minds. But, I’ve started to think that horror films and violent movies have similar ill effects. What do you think?
Tyler asks… (33:20)
Hey Vic, I want to move out to a cabin to hunt and fish but think the isolation will drive me crazy. Any suggestions how I can live a more natural life? I’m a carnivore and a badass but my spirit is undeveloped. Is it too crowded to grow spiritually in the city?
VM asks… (34:39)
You said you want to live in the mountains, in your vlog on your YouTube channel, if you would stay in America, why don’t you get a van, put a bed in there, and travel America visiting all the nice nature areas?
MoneyStudy asks… (35:41)
If you had kids, how would you show them the best of the world while preventing them from becoming spoiled and entitled?
Joseph asks… (36:37)
What are your views on gambling and playing poker?
Steve asks… (37:21)
Vic, What are your thoughts on combining a new YouTube channel with a blog? In other words, each article you write you would have a video version on the topic as well or vice versa. I currently have a very small YouTube channel that I just started. I like to write as well as produce video content.
Bill asks… (38:10)
What are your vices? What are your virtues?
Spencer asks… (39:05)
Hey Vic, love your work, I have an important question, I’m very interested in red growth but I am currently an NCAA college athlete, can I take this without popping on the drug tests that have become very strict in recent years? Not sure if you’ve dealt with this before but any info would be awesome.
Until next time.
Your man,
-Victor Pride

I agree that American culture is destroying the femininity of the American woman and turning her into a masculine beast of degeneracy and entitlement. In addition to the social changes, how much do you think the hidden hormones/chemicals in our food, water, and prescription drug supply contributes to this change on a chemical level?
I’d like to add to Joseph’s question if I may:
Victor, do you believe women’s birth control pills are another reason for modern females mental problems today?
Happy Holidays and have yourself a great New Year!
It’s not about the pill.
Hello vic, I started listening to your podcasts and I’m more motivated than ever to change my life for the better but I do not know where to start. I know inside me that I’m not the one I want to be and it makes me depressed every day. I’m dead inside I’m not confident I’m lazy and I have no energy. I want 2019 to be the best year of my life and to feel like a real winner every day. I’m 27 years old the time passed and i do not want to feel like a loser in my life anymore. Vic I badly need your advice to feel alive again and be an inspiration. Where should I start?
Challenge yourself. Go for a run for five minutes.
If you can’t even do just that, you have no business in trying to build a business.
I feel like the best start is the diet.
Getting that in order just makes everything easier.
Grab your popcorn.
No thanks. I’ll grab some cheese instead.
Dear Victor
I’m interested in buying Red PCT and Red Beast but it foesn’t ship to the Netherlands. Is there another way I can still order it in Holland? Like re-shipping. I know there exist some companies who do this
Merry Christmas!
You may be able to purchase from a forwarding company. I am not aware of any in this specific case.
How about Nigeria..Can it be sent to Lagos Nigeria?I want to purchase.
Yes we can ship to Nigeria.
Hey Victor!
I love raw cow milk. I don’t know how much carbs in has though. I think about 4,9g per 100ml. I wanted to start the carnivore diet, so i have to avoid raw cow milk?
Best regards from Germany
Floriao
Hello Vic. While reading about the self immolation of this Buddhist monk in Vietnam, I was awestruck by the description of his superhuman composure and discipline during his final moments, where he didn’t even flinch or make a sound as the flames consumed his flesh. Even for a such a monk who has practiced a spiritual discipline for so many years, to reach this level of mastership over one’s senses is extraordinary. Are you aware of any methods by which such an overcoming of senses such as pain and such a level of discipline could be attained?

“I was to see that sight again, but once was enough. Flames were coming from a human being; his body was slowly withering and shriveling up, his head blackening and charring. In the air was the smell of burning human flesh; human beings burn surprisingly quickly. Behind me I could hear the sobbing of the Vietnamese who were now gathering. I was too shocked to cry, too confused to take notes or ask questions, too bewildered to even think … As he burned he never moved a muscle, never uttered a sound, his outward composure in sharp contrast to the wailing people around him.”
Vic, awesome pod. Do glucosamine supplements do anything for you or are they just a waste of money?
Vic, here are my questions. very short :-):
1. Here is a video of Thomas Delauer - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b2ZbDB8P_jM
as you look at his body, are you fairly sure he’s on something more than just doing weights, keto, intermittant fasting and taking Creatine? I’m pretty sure you can tell by looking at his body.
2. in the October 11th, 2018 episode, you said you feel tired at 2pm and take a nap. Is this still the case? if not, what changed it? (You were on the carnivore diet then also.)
3. are you now eating 3 meals a day or just 2?
Thanks man!
Here’s another that may show his body better: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5O1TTduK6mw
Vic, can you reply to my question about Thomas D. here? is he on steroids or can a person have his body by just exercise and diet? surely you can tell by looking at his body in the above videos. thanks man.
The answer is right here, where it has always been: https://boldanddeterminedarchive.com/podcast-18/#comment-1698610
Come on Vic. In the comment above, I sent you two video links so you can see the person’s body. I don’t think you have to know the man personally to access whether his body is jacked by something other than exercise and diet. It will take you 3 seconds to look at the video and give your opinion. I’ve listened to every podcast you’ve done, some more than once. So this isn’t a hard or unreasonable ask.
The answer is there. If you cannot see it, it is because you don’t want to see it.
I went to the thread and Vic said “I don’t know this person and have nothing to say.”
Methinks there’s a miscommunication. Bart sent you two videos. He’s just asking Vic’s opinion *based on looking at the videos” if Thomas D. is on something other than the keto diet and exercise.
I think it’s a fair question. Perhaps one way to answer is to say, “I saw the videos and I can’t tell.” or to offer an opinion. I agree that not knowing the person doesn’t rule out offering an opinion if you have one. I’d like to know myself if he’s on something other than keto and working out.
You have created a lot of work in so many years Vic.
That’s what I admire in you.
Your steadfastness.
Merry Christmas.
I would love to share some Eggnog with you one day. Never again will I buy Eggnog since I learned how to make it two years ago. The one we share will have raw heavy cream, raw milk, and pasture raised eggs.
Two questions popped into my head while listening to your podcast:
1. How do you feel about edging?
2. Would you ever eat grain-fed beef raw?
Thank You in Advance,
Merry Christmas Vic!
Hey Vic,
It’s been 7 days for me since I started NoFap, a better diet, a lot more workout and I have a lot more energy in general. But I have a terrible problem with sleeping, I can’t sleep at night at all, I feel like my mind starts talking about everything and can’t shut up and let me sleep. Because of that I can’t sleep properly therefore I can’t commit fully to 30DaysofDiscipline. Even when I stay all night and wait to get tired when the sun is high, I still have troubles with falling asleep. I don’t want to use any drugs. While I see great benefits from following your routine, I can’t rest properly at all and I am slowly becoming insane from it. Please help me, Merry Christmas.
Maks says
Don’t worry. It’s probably happening because you changed so many things at such a short time. It happens to me as well sometimes. It’s probably just your body producing a lot of adrenalin from being excited so much etc. Look at it as the first trap that might make you quit, pretty much just self resistance with which your mind is playing with you as in “I can’t get enough sleep due to this so I should quit when it gets bad enough(usually around 2 week mark)”. One thing I would NOT do is be in deficit because that will make your falling asleep even harder so if you need to eat something before bed to fall asleep easier do it. Naturally avoid all phone and tv/computer screens 2h before sleep AND this includes music and podcasts because that is also stimulatiing for the mind. Rather go for a 20min walk in cold in area where there is not so much lights and noise. Then read a book maybe and you should be fine. If you’re doing this but still can’t sleep then what I do as I lay in bed is just tell myself something like “okay, you know you need to go to sleep now, what has been done today has been done it’s finished, tomorrow we continue and there’s nothing more you can do, anymore thinking will be unproductive and lack of sleep will be determental to your success”-I honetly do this often just to calm down my mind that the best thing to do for myself is go to sleep and anything else is not good. Then I just focus on my breathing or on my body getting softer and that’s it. So the point is to mentally shut down the mind that in that moment is not helping you. Also not to mention get your sleep schedule in order if you’re doing this at 3am in the morning it’s really an uphill battle. And lastly dude you’ve been in this for 7 days, that is such a short period of time so stay patient and don’t be a pussy when it’s time for bed be a man and calm down your own mind how else are you going to do anything in life if you don’t even have control over your own mind? Best
Vic,
In regards to working for yourself what’s the difference between being a freelance copywriter vs being a blogger?
As a copywriter are you not working for yourself as you sell your services for a fee?
Also, how do you feel about affiliate marketing programs such as amazon for example? My issue with these programs is if they were to shut them down it would be an income stream gone for many people,
What’s your take on it?
I’d like to answer your question, as a freelance copywriter and someone who tried blogging but gave up.
Freelance copywriting is like a job. There isn’t that much passion that goes into it, even if you enjoy it (sometimes the work you have to do is pretty difficult and annoying). You don’t own what you write, you deliver it to the client and take the money. You work for yourself in the sense that you don’t commute, stay in an office for fixed hours or deal with a boss or colleagues. But you are still working for your clients and there can be issues like late payments, tight deadlines or clients being unsatisfied with your work. However it can be very profitable depending on your expertise and who you decide to target. If you need to make money in the short term and you don’t have capital to start a ventrue, go with freelance copywriting (but beware of the many pitfalls).
Blogging on the other hand is a much more personal and fulfilling type of business, it can become your own brand and legacy, your contribution to civilization, but it’s also much harder to make money from. You must have unique insights, an entertaining personality and writing style, as well as a consistent plan for getting yourself known. I’d say if you’re broke don’t go for blogging straight away, find ways to make a steady income.
People nowadays prefer Twitter and YouTube over blog content, but that also means there is less competition for you in the blog sphere. Not everyone and their mother are rushing to make blog today, unlike what is was like in 2013-2016.
Personally I failed as a blogger because I was too young and unexperienced to offer anything of value. I also needed money urgently and had to take a job while starting freelancing on the side. Today I’m itching to go back to blogging. It’s your personal headquarters on the internet wehre no one can censor or demonetize you. It can be a work of art that outlasts you.

Hey Vic - Merry Christmas. Your work is great and appreciated. As a divorced guy in his 40’s with a bunch of kids, and your take on life is the best I’ve seen and helps me get my thoughts together and lead my family better. Will be checking out Monk Mode as soon as it’s available. Glad you’re going back to one podcast. Keep it real and best of luck.
Merry Christmas everybody.

Hey Victor, was just wondering why you were suspended from Twitter?
What do you think of the Orwellian state of social media and the world and what can we do to take power away from those systems?
PS. Love the recent video content I understand that it comes with its own unique set of challenges.
Kyle,
I’m not Vic, but allow me to give my 2 cents.
The big social media companies (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram…) are private companies. As such, they don’t have to adhere to the 1st Amendment of the USA (as that is only exists to prevent the government for hampering your free speech). These companies can therefore ban/allow anyone on their platforms as they see fit. The problem is of course that they claim to respect free speech, but in reality only those who adhere to the leftist, politically correct narrative are truly welcome. Which is - at best - false advertising. That’s your Orwellian state of social media.
So how to “take power” away from them and fight them? It’s very simple.
Stop using their platforms.
Remove Facebook, Twitter, etc. from your devices and life. You’ll be better off. And many more people are realizing this day after day.
Hey Uncle Vic. I have 22 years old and have 20.000$ saved in cash. I want to start an online business with that capital, but don’t know how to use and leverage that money to advance faster or produce higher income from the start. Would like to blog, but don’t know how to invest that money in the start of the blogging business. Maybe buying traffic from the beginning? I need to put this money to produce. Any thoughts on this?
Merry Christmas, Vic.
And good fortune for 2019!
I am starting a new brick and mortar business that will require a lot of face to face sales. How can I go through this with no fear?
Victor,
Merry Christmas. Can you comment on how you would recommend we take Red Growth, Red Beast, & Red PCT 2.0 in tandem? For how long? Do we take them at the same time, one after the other, etc.?
Red beast for 1 month followed by Red-PCT 2.0 & Red Growth for 1 month for most effective cycle.

Hello Victor.
Thank you for another incredible podcast!!! 1st question: Do you take any notes while reading books? 2nd question: Before writing a blog post, do you have an outline or what is it that you do to create great content?
Great podcast Vic, 2 things:
1. Since returning to eating 3x vs once per day, have you reverted to your bodybuilder build vs your swimmer build?
2. An interesting thing about the Mongols as well aside from their carnivore diet was their love for hashish. Do you think their marijuana use was for some edge they thought it would give them or was it just a way to unwind from the fighting and procreating?
Thanks!
Luke
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
I’ve been on the CARNIVORE DIET for almost a month and been feeling physically and mentally better than I’ve ever felt in my entire life.
During the holidays I cheated and consumed bread, cookies, vegetables and alcohol. Man oh man, I was a wreck for the next two days. Crippling brain fog, bloating, abdominal pain, farting, and fatigue. I literally had to lie down the second day because I felt so sick.
After this episode I truly understood how UNNATURAL these foods are for us, and how most people just adapt to being sick all the time.
Thanks Vic for opening my eyes to the truth about the Carnivore diet, I’d still be eating peasant food it wasn’t for you.
Hey Uncle Vic,
Is it weird to be constantly re-reading/ re-listening to one particular book? For example, I have been studying think and grow rich for over a year straight. Every time I look at the book I learn something new. I feel like I’m closed minded to other books and ideas… is this good or bad?
What are your thoughts on having a family while you work out of state for a few months at a time?
Its a great paying job but the only downside is that i won’t be with the wife and kid all that much except for when i come back home.
Why do a small number of people believe they can achieve greatness while the majority of the population does not think this way… Are we born we ultimate faith in ourselves? Or is this something that is acquired through habit.
I’d love to hear Vic’s thoughts but I think it’s a matter of media and tradition brainwashing people into thinking that there’s nothing more to life than the normal 9-5,buy a house, and save for retirement. Some of us have just been able to open our eyes and see the world for what it is.
I agree, our society has fucked shit up for sure. But more people should be able to adopt a winning mindset… it is pretty sad. For example, I was personally born and raised in a hardcore christian home (until 19 I accepted my parents values as 100% truth). I am a senior in college right now but doing things differently than my peers. I worked a unique internship where I had full responsibility of a branch of a business that I ran myself. I succeeded at that and now I am going to be making a starting salary of 100K as an independent sales rep at 22 years old with zero debt. I am just curious why some of us can get out of the mental prison and some cannot… (even if they still have a lot to learn)
Like people are too afraid to set the standard of success for themselves. Its always based on others opinions, not belief in themselves.
Hi Victor, would you recommend that 3 and a half days cheat meal diet to someone who has been training hard for two and a half years? I want to reach my peak potential and everything that can add points is welcome.
Thanks for your work, merry Christmas.
For someone training 2 and a half years and wanting to reach PEAK POTENTIAL, you need to follow Shredded Ops which comes out Jan 1st. The 3.5 day cheat meals is for the average man, it is not for reaching peak shape.

Hey Vic
First time question, long time reader.
I just wanted to say Merry Christmas & Happy New Year.
Three months ago I quit my job and traveled to an American city in pursuit of my dream.
I am still working on that dream, but while in that city I went totally broke but the people I met taught me a lot. When I went back home to Europe, I used what I learned to land me a consulting gig doing pretty much the same work I was doing at my job, however they pay my company now.
Now I make 2.6x(!) more than I did before, and I had a pretty good job and salary before.
I knew this was possible, I just did not know how and by following my dream without fear I have went beyond my previous limitations.
An important reason is inspiring and raw B&D content, especially audio content.
So a question, I have long struggled to purge all my vices and acquire all the habits I desire. Should I do one at a time or all at once ? The all at once, often fails me but I feel the vices are connected.
Specifically, vices have been bad eating habits, lack of exercise(or irregular), masturbation/porn, chasing women, smoking cigarettes, weed, drinking alcohol, overspending, wasting time on digital entertainment, bad sleeping patterns(ie up all night). The following I have lately been good at not doing: cigarettes, weed, alcohol.
How can I finally get rid of all my vices and get my habits on track ?
I have done Monk Mode like programs before, and the best period was by first doing a cleanse and then slowly stacking good habits over a few weeks. But I want it to really last.
Vic, I’m having trouble getting enough fat with the Carnivore Diet. I just don’t like the chewiness of it on steak. I do cook it in butter but know I’m not getting enough fat. I try to eat eggs but just don’t like them that much. You mentioned you eat meat raw sometimes - what about raw egg yolks? I can gulp those down but they don’t seem to satiate me as much as cooked eggs. What are other ways to increase your fat intake?

Hey,
I am 25, i have never had any girls or anything really. I am weak and stupid (my parents weren’t the best) but I want to change my reality. I want to be strong, attractive, successful and wise. My question is: in what order should I pursue things so I can get what I want? I aim very high and I believe it but I need some sort of a plan. Should I build a business practice, then get fit and attractive, and then spend time on reading? What do I have to focus on so I can become a real man?
Hello Victor,
Long time follower. Quick question. I just turned 30 and am starting to notice alot of gray hair on one side of my head. Any advice to remedy this? Thank you.
Hi Victor,
How to restore and improve your eyesight, next to the carnivore diet?
Vic, bearing in mind your thoughts on the loss of communities in the modern world, does it not make some sort of sense as to why people would want to work in an office environment in the standard 9-5 jive? After all, offices give people the chance to participate in a community and work towards a shared goal.
I’m 28 and I worked in an office for 12 months back in 2014. Since then, I’ve worked freelance online. Working online is much more liberating, and I’ve had the chance to travel a lot, read a ridiculous amount of books, cook for my parents every day and go for breakfast with them when I feel like it.
However, I still remain unhappy and lonely. I look on with envy at office workers because they are part of a community. They laugh and joke around the coffee machine, go to lunch together, and build camaraderie during after work drinks.
Just interested in your thoughts on this perspective. Perhaps office work is the way to go if I need a community?
I’ve worked in an office for several years, and it’s a facade. The relationships between individuals are based on convenience and gossip. They aren’t “real” relationships. Community is built on real relationships with people who have common values, beliefs, and culture. Typically this involves friends, family members, and neighbors (in a village/small town), not coworkers.
How does a natural man live in an unnatural world?
I have been following the carnivore diet for 2 weeks but still have intense brain fog pretty much all day. I have lost strength in the gym and feel tired easily. I currently eat a ribeye steak with 6 eggs cooked in butter for breakfast, salmon and mozzarella cheese for lunch, and pork ribs or liver for dinner. I also drink 200ml heavy cream before bed.
I had bad brain fog before doing the carnivore diet, but I thought that going no carb would cure it. I don’t drink alcohol, do any drugs or drink coffee. I drink 2 litres of spring water daily.
Before this i was eating about 300+ grams of carbs per day from potatoes, nuts and milk.
Any advice would be appreciated?
Hey, Vic, I wish you a great and mighty New Year 2019!
I have a question regarding your eye color. In your older videos you have blue eyes but in your newest videos it seems that you have brown eyes. Do you use contact lenses?
Have a great week!
I’ve been porn and fap free now for about 2 months. While it feels great, I’m still having some problems:
1) I still suffer from premature ejaculation. Is this something that will fix itself in time, or is there anything I can do to correct this? While eating a carnivore diet has helped me overcome porn and fapping, it hasn’t helped with this problem specifically.
2) Images from the porn videos I used to watch pop into my head every day. I do not give into the temptation, but it’s frustrating to have to see these disgusting images. When will these images go away for good and is there anything I can do to speed up the process?
Christianity is said to have incorporated paganism. Is orthodox Christianity our best link to the past?
