30 DAYS OF DISCIPLINE & Other News
A couple announcements:
1) I have a confession to make: I am sad.
I’m sad that January 1st is so dang far away. I’m fired up about 30 DAYS OF DISCIPLINE and I can’t wait to get it rolling. Heck, I’m so pumped I may even send it out in advance on Christmas Day to subscribers only. Look for a ‘subscribe‘ button in the near future where you can drop in your e-mail, grab your free copy of 30 DAYS OF DISCIPLINE on Christmas day, and be ready to kick some major ass come January 1st.
[EDIT: Subscribe button is on the right sidebar - add your e-mail to get the newsletter via E-mail or click here to subscribe and receive updates about 30 DAYS OF DISCIPLINE]
[EDIT #2: Subscribe here to receieve email updates of all new posts. This is different than the Newsletter]
2) I will be posting under a pseudonym from now on. I like the new name so much I’m probably going to christen my first born son with it. My real name is going ghost on this site for personal reasons. The pseudonym is the best, most appropriate BOLD & DETERMINED name that could be chosen. Say hello to Victor Pride.

Hey Victor Pride,
I’ve been following your posts for a while and have been completely inspired by them. They always seem to come at the appropriate time. I especially like the posts about lifting, and nutrition but again everything on this site is inspiring and has been useful in my life. The speed of the site is fine, and i like how everything has a set category.
Looking forward to this post: How to Get Big Naturally: Building Muscle, Gaining Size, and Wetting Panties.
When i get my iphone i will let you know how it loads, but an email subscription would be good so i know when you post and so i don’t have to check back all the time. Keep up the great posts.
Scott
Big Scott,
Mucho appreciado el feedback-o. It fires me up to hear the posts are inspiring.
How to Get Big Naturally and the subscribe button coming very, very soon. Stay tuned.
Victor,
This site is awesome. I found it with a Google search for “living like a spartan”, and it’s what I’d been looking for for a long time: a kick ass site about kicking ass in every part of life.
Every new post makes me want to tear out a jugular. I can’t wait for 30 days of disipline, and will subscribe as soon as possible. “Lift some weights and eat some steaks” is perfect diet and training advice for about 90% of guys, too bad they’ve been fooled into thinking they need ever increasing complexity.
The site loads well quickly on my android phone, which is where I check it most, perfect for a quick dose of motivation during the day to keep me tearing out jugulars.
This site is the best, thanks for it.
Hurley
Hurley,
The motivation goes both ways. Comments like this fire me up. Don’t be a stranger.
I think everything is great, I like that the look of the blog is simple, colours are fine. Just please keep it coming! your posts are very inspiring. I can’t wait for 30 days of discipline
Jordan,
Mucho appreciado amigo.
Mr. Pride, I found your blog accidentally while I was searching for old school photos of bodybuilders on google images many many months ago. Every single one of your posts is awe-inspiring. I now fry everything in butter and I eat lean ground minced beef every day, with steaks and eggs on my cheat day. I’ve never been so strong and ripped at the same time. My house mates laugh at my meals and the fact I cook everything in butter so I laugh at them still sleeping at 08:45 on a Monday morning. As always, look forward to your future posts, and I’m more excited about 30 days of discipline than Christmas itself! Peace from the UK. Simon.
Simon,
I’m damn glad to hear it. I’m fired up about 30 Days of Discipline too. December is always a hectic month, a way to take care of last bits of business of the year, but January is a fresh start and it’s going to be a monster.
Hello Victor,
Personally the site looks great, its straight forward! Spartan, only obtains what’s necessary.
As for the 30 days of discipline, we start now! Pushing ourselves to perfection, to our ideal self. Its Monday or as you would say “It’s Monday Motherf*cker”!
All the best to everyone who tries to beat his inner vices by discipline.

Konstantinos,
re: “As for the 30 days of discipline, we start now! Pushing ourselves to perfection, to our ideal self.”
Right you are my new Greek friend. We start now, today, and come January 1st we kick in to overdrive.
I need this…much appreciated!
Big Ron,
It’s coming very soon my friend. January 1st is on a Sunday, the absolute best day to prepare. When Monday comes it’s killin’ time.
i’m using pulse app on iphone, loads OK as one of the feeds.
gracias, amigo.
Gentlemen,
We had a snag with the e-mail provider. They sent out a baloney e-mail so I went ahead and cancelled them for the blog updates.
There are now two providers: If you want to receive updates of the new posts via e-mail you will need to sign up again, the link is in the post.
Those who have already signed up will receive the newsletter which will allow you to grab 30 Days of Discipline on Christmas morning.
I’ve read this site for awhile now and know what it looks like from the beginning and can say it always had that rugged animalistic feel and now it looks more gladiator animalistic I love it!
The iPhone access and speed is fine. As for improvements? I’m more than pleased with everything I can’t think of more
“…it always had that rugged animalistic feel and now it looks more gladiator animalistic I love it!”
ty for the compliment.
Victor,
Like most of the comments here I’ve been following your blog for about a year.
It’s getting me fired up just seeing how many like minded people have been doing the same!
The blog has really changed my perspective, from committing ‘online suicide’ to just simply being more motivated to reach my potential.
Humble post suggestion – coping with temporary defeat (as defined by Napoleon Hill); how to realise when defeat is temporary and when it is time to change course.
Keep it up.
Stuart
Stuart,
There’s an article of that nature in the pipeline. Coming very soon.
I just got turned on to your website by my brother, and I am obsessed with gleening as much as I can from it. Totally fired up and cant fucking wait for the 30 days of discipline.
Im sharing the site with all my friends, at least the ones I know who will be as inspired as I am by it. The rest are trolls, willing to accept the “norm.”
Thanks.
Seth,
Damn glad to hear it. Welcome aboard.
