I’ve been a highly self-reclusive guy for a lifetime. Thirty-five next month. Last two girlfriends were models (good with girls at least) I didn’t liked their circles at all. My best friends took off and are everywhere all around the world. Nice for travelling, bad for me in my town. How do I make new friends, just a clue, a first step…moving is not an option; my father needs me (he’s kinda sick). @Joey the Hustler: I should have said I had a tendency to be friends with tough thugs (the usual crew of MMA/BJJ/GRAPPLING gyms around here) and get involved in better to avoid things…yeah, that’s up to me to manage. I got more reclusive so I could avoid things like these Da Grappla Said: My reason to ask Victor is he seems able to land on whatever part of the world and make friends. Good ones. How does he start? Just showing up in the gym everyday is enough, perhaps?

What would you recommend/advise to a 19 year old guy who is making 500-800$/month online and is moving to live in Chiang Mai in 3 months? (just for info, you don’t have to read it on air) I will skip college, my parents know it already so it’s a sure thing, besides I can always go back. I have never been in Thailand but I have travelled alone a lot. I have read 12 weeks in Thailand and some blogs of people who live there so I’m almost prepared and already got some information. I am planning to travel a bit around Thailand for the first few weeks and than find some place to stay for 150-200$/mo. I guess I’ll take 3-4k there for safety and travelling. I have some info about visas but since I hear there were some changes recently you could tell me how do you personally extend it. Last thing that worries me is that I will be alone and younger that other foreigners so finding friends could be a bit harder. And also any other tip would be helpful. I’m from Slovenia, Europe, btw. Your advice would be really help me a lot! Thanks and keep up the good work.
Hey Vic, I’m 18 in two months and I’ve saved up $1000 dollars, I’ve read all of your content and am determined to start my own web-business(es). My question is: if you had to start all over again with just $1000 dollars and an internet connection, what would be the best knowledge and first steps that would give you a head-start to success in making six figures online as quickly as possible? Thanks you for your time and help!
He’s not that big. Vic is cut but he’s not that large for his size, (he’s mentioned this before.) He’s around 6′ tall and 195lbs. If he was on drugs, I’d say he was getting ripped off. Lifting progressively heavier weights for a couple years and eating clean calories will get anyone jacked. I’d take a look at the stronglifts 5×5 program for starters.
Vic is on TRT and takes Prohormones when he’s bulking up. There’s no secret about that. If you read BOAS, you see what he looked like before gear. His more recent pictures are post gear. He looked like an athlete before, and a monster after.
Are you on gear? Can following “Body of a Spartan” give a natural trainer the same physique you have (including pec structure)?

Victor, I’ve been reading on your blog for a few years now. Given your incredible success over the last few years, here’s a question or two: how do you keep your game tight? What continues to motivate you? What keeps the fire burning and the lion killing? All wolves howl – how do you maintain? Thanks.
What do you think are the most important character virtues for a man to develop? Discipline? Courage? Something else? Do you have any advice or tips for becoming a better writer? Do you agree with D&P; and GLL that a person should only focus on ONE goal at a time? Do you think a man should wait until they are a certain age to start taking steroids?
I'd like to know what particular skills should a man develop, and how much should he perfect them. Skills like shooting guns, fixing machines, bodybuilding, studying, training, generating money, being better with people, etc. Because we don't have time for being perfect at everything.

Yes, but the article doesn't talk about my questions. Its about things to do, not skills to develop. Also I want to know how much time for each particular skill. Like F&F; said in question #3, this somehow conflicts with having only one goal.
Question: B&D; has advocated to be loyal to blood. So what do you do with a member that knows they have to change, but lack the drive to change. They might make an effort for a few days or weeks, but then they are back a weaker state. Essentially, how do you convince a family member to go on the Bold & Determined journey/lifestyle for good?
1. Based on reading your blogs so far, it seems that you are old school style proud white male and looks down on interracial marriage and mixed children. And besides United States, you could have chosen Eastern Europe where it’s not really affected by feminist bullshit and there are very good looking white girls there, why did you choose southeast Asia? Are Asian girls your first preference? If you are proud to be white, shouldn’t you want to stick to your own kind? Not hating just curious.
Hey Vic here the question
1. In life if I want to do anything thing I want to do is there a limit or unlimited everything
2. If you want to get rich can I do it any mean necessary (illegal or legal)
What are some good entrepreneur forums you regularly visit and why?
1. How the hell can one start a bodybuilding website and make money from it when there’s millions of others that already have content about bodybuilding.
2. How can an 18 year old move from home with no job, car or anything except $1,000?
Hey Victor, it’s time for me to leave my 9-5 job and get to sum action. What do you think would be a better idea? Get myself “fired” and receive the indemnity payment, or just resign? Thanks a lot!
What’s your opinion on social media as far as for personal (not business) use?
I’ve being meaning to ask you - You said you have a lot of blog posts/subjects that you write up but don’t publish – I do too, but you have a lot more. Is there a ‘gold standard’ that you have for each post? And what is it?

Hey Victor what advice/tips could you give that would reduce the sweat equity of a young man making his blog and having a voice [that people want to hear] from a few years profitability to doing it within 12 months? Or is it time in equals time out? What I’m asking is, I know hard work is a prerequisite for anything worth its salt or to take pride in, but is there anything you’ve learned over the years, maybe traps or pitfalls to avoid that could speed up the process from the beginner stage to reaching that initial goal? [having a voice that leads and people paying you to read what you have to say] Thanks.
I sense you dabble somewhat seriously in domaining, as I do, so question is: What are your best 5 domain names ? (in terms of likely highest value) Cheers.
30:39 P.S. says:
1-What are your ideas towards religion? (I know you believe in a God but what kind?)
2-Besides the habits you mention in 30 Days of Discipline is there anything else now that you think every man should add to his life?
31:18 Ray Riordan says:
Blogging, building an audience like anything else is a grind. At what point did you begin to see the light at the end of the tunnel? At which point did you say to yourself, “Okay, now I’ve arrived”?
Hello Victor, I have a rather interesting question to ask you. What is your opinion on Anorexia in males? As a person who overcame it through weight training and bodybuilding, I am curious to know. -Psychotic Bodybuilder
What are your thoughts about God?
1.If you were to re-do your college years what would you major in?
2.What are the mains skills you have developed to be successful?
1. Your 2-3 favorite qoutes, that immediately inspired you to take action.
2. How can someone pursue his vocation, when he has no savings and is sticked to a badly paid 9-5 job?
When you “kick ass” what exactly do you do? Do you study other blogs? How much you read daily? How much time do you allocate for writing and editing? What about writer’s block? And I’m referring especially at what you were doing a few years ago when you were just in the process of creating your blog. Thank you.
What do you think of Brandon Carter? He reminds me of you.
What do you think of hook grip deadlifts and low-bar squats?
Q1: I know you hate jobs and the thought of employment, but what about the marines? Your EBook appears based off of bootcamp and discipline and everything a marine might embody but it’s contradictory to everything you discuss. Would you encourage someone to join?
This could sound a little nerd, but I'll ask anyway. Everybody play games, watch movies or even play music to imagine that life we never had full of adventures and funny things to do. For example I have been recently playing Max Payne 3. I don't really enjoy playing it, I mean, winning the levels and keep going. I enjoy the story (lately I only play games for the story). He is a though, scary, respectable guy. He likes to carry two guns or Uzis and shoot them cowboy style (you know its better to use both hands in a pistol). He can slow down time Matrix style. Aside of his super powers, he is vulnerable and sometimes scared of danger. Once, he killed the son of the most important man in the city (a drug dealer and capo of the mafia) in a bar fight. The son was an idiot, and liked to brag being invincible and all that. Max didnt want to kill him, but he ended shooting him up. Well, there are other examples, like fallout, about man who saves his people (and got a big, nice and dangerous adventure), Phoenix Wright (a lawyer that is really afraid of sending dangerous people to jail but does anyway) and so on. You could think about it for seconds and remenber those stories you like so much involve great risks. The thing is that our lives are fucking boring compared to theirs. And we all know that its not imposible to live like this (we could join the army or the police, or we could join some drug dealer, or more simply just going to a bar to look for a fight), but we are afraid of being killed and all that. I would like to know your opinion about this. You always talk about being a badass, getting big, learning to fight, and shit. I am afraid, but at the same time, living in the confort of your house, city and work sucks. After all, we are young once… So, what do you do about this feeling, this will to fight that lies deep within us? Currently I’m training MMA, going to the gym and I'm interested in topics like tactics for fights and war. I’d like to know what to do in the middle of an armed confrontation. I don't think I will fight for my life but I want to be prepared anyway. If anyone shares my interests, the Art of War is one of the best books out there. Its like 3000 years old written by a chinese strategist, and its said that it is useful for other things aside of real wars, like business.
***** How did you learn to be so good at copywriting? ***** It’s been said that this is the most important skill in being successful at selling online and I know a good copywriter when I see one. I’m sure you’ve consciously practiced techniques learnt from direct marketers such as Gary Halbert so I’d like to know how long you spend (or previously spent) mastering it.
If and when you have kids, what would you name your first child? Maximus Danger Pride???
1. What content do you wish there was online, but there isn’t? Or books, or software? What kind of blog or site would YOU enjoy reading?
2. Your long-term professional vision? Writ for B&D; until you die, or do you have other plans?
What are your thoughts on multiculturalism and race-mixing?
-Speak about your life and how you became the man you are today (your influences, how you was as a teenager…) -can a boy became a man by himself without a right male model? – How to survive in the feminist world we live (can say nothing without hearing that you are a sexist)?
I am curious, how much money have you made this past year as a result of your online ventures? And do you ever plan on moving back to America, or do you plan on staying overseas permanently?
Based on the nearly 18 trillion dollar U.S. debt, the deporting of U.S. jobs and a massive on purpose influx of illegal aliens promoted by the U.S. government, roughly when do you think the USA will collapse?
Second, and a very different question; What is the absolute best ways to a flat stomach in terms of exercises? I know diet is huge in that factor but just wonder if you found any good and simple stomach exercises? Thank you.
What’s the most fucked up thing that has ever happened to you in your life? Something that still haunts you to this day?
Victor, do you think you could have built that body without synthetic hormones?
I work a 9-5 job and am totally drained after work. What would be the best way to have lots of energy even after work in order to work on a business?
What would you do if you were 15 again in terms of bodybuilding, business, etc?
Vic, are you on TV/TP?
Until next time.
Your man,
-Victor Pride

What’s the best way to make money without having to 1. Commute 2. Travel 3. Deal with people 4. Be a people’s person? I physically hate my office job now and can’t take anymore. The money is good but I’m trapped in having to pay bills. I would rather be dead than carry on like this. I like the idea of online trading but don’t know where is the best place to start with it? The internet is a vast jungle of useful but also dangerous information..
Uncle Vic,
What do you do now in a daily basis? Still working from home, going to the gym and the grocery store?
I actually want to know more about your mission.
And when will you go back to the States?
Victor,
What do you think about the MGTOW movement.
Hi Victor,
After 4 years of writing, my blog suddenly experienced a significant decrease (50%) in traffic and sales. My traffic and sales were increasing monthly which kept me motivated, but the sudden drop has demotivated me to keep writing, especially at 4 years in. Have you ever experienced anything similar to this? What would you do if you were in my shoes? Any advice is much appreciated. Thanks!
When did this happen? Which month?
This past July-present.
What is a good diet/meal plan to follow during pregnancy?
What should we avoid?
What’s up Uncle Vic! What do you think about that X3bar exercise equipment about staying shape on the road? I’m a truck driver.
Hey Vic,
Can you go more in depth into why Thai girls are not good marriage material? What countries in the world would you recommend to find a tradional girl?
Already tried a few and the rot is EVERYWHERE.
Dear Victor.
Thank you for a lot of things that you have taught me in the last five years. I can say that even though I haven’t met you you are my biggest mentor in this stage of my life. In fact I always envisioned when I was smaller that I would get advice from outside my nuclear family that would help me on my life’s path. I lately have realized that this has been you and I am very grateful for it.
I’d like to know what your new income stream is you are currently working on now. In case you don’t want to tell us I understand.
Furthermore I’d like to know if you have some good new book recommendations or books that you have read lately and if New World Ronin will be purchasable on paperback anytime soon? I’d like to order some copies for Christmas.
Oooooowl brother!
Thanks for staying true.
Hey Victor. Firstly, thank you for everything. My question: How can one think bigger?
Context: I started tattooing a year ago. I can now pay for my basic living expenses exclusively through tattooing, and my income continues to increase as my skills go up, as I am always working hard at this.
However, at the back of my mind, a voice continues to resonate, reminding me that I could go bigger. Yet I am at a loss of how to do that. Bigger doesn’t merely mean more money (or women), but also more influence, a larger network, a greater legacy. Empire. Kingdom. What are your thoughts on that?
Will there be another New World Ronin meetup? In Europe?
Do you believe the illuminaty is real?
What are your thoughts on chemtrails, flat Earth, and veganism being pushed by the government?
Thank you for you and your blog. I’m quitting my factory job in October and saved up money staying with my parents. Instead of going to school what could I do with the one hundred forty thousand dollars I have saved?
I just measured my total testosterone and the result is 16nmol/L or 460ng/dl. I’m 22 years old and according to google(two 1996 studies) the avg is 600-700ng/dl for my age and with 460ng/dl I fall into bottom 10%. WTF?! I lift weights, do hiit, I eat enough fats, I have enough vitamin D and magnesium like I do eat pretty healthy and I’m not fat like 12%-13% body fat and I’m not under that much stress(except physical training and work filled days). What do you think is the reason, what should I do? I just found out about this this second and I’d need some wise older brother advice. Also the lab in my city doesn’t measure free testo so I don’t have that number yet because I live in small country in EU. Thank you if you decide to answer this question in the next podcast. Best
Actually I think my low testosteron might be a consequence of a hereditary disease of chronic inflammation where my immune system is just constantly turning on and no doctors seem to know the cure since it shows on my skin as rashes all they give me is a cream to mild the simptoms.
Should I consider supplementing with testo at this young age?
These Q&A’s are great, Vic!
How do you legally protect for business, brand, and products? Do you own any trademarks?
Can you give us a lay out of your current training and diet routine?
