I train with hand grippers and I was almost able to close IMTUG #7 (index and middle fingers).

Dehydroepiandrosterone or DHEA is actually a steroid, which is falsely promoted as a prohormone. It is on the market in the US, because of a flaw in the law. It was actually on the banned list of Anabolic-Androgenic Steroids long time ago, while in the 90’s some lobbyist made that flaw and made it back on the market, because of it.

Today marks Day 26 of my strict Carnivore eating plan.
I haven’t eaten anything but protein and occasional cheese stick. Been taking the rest of my RED PCT (1.0) along with RED Burner for the last 2 weeks.
