
As a child I HATED vegetables.
Eating vegetables felt like eating poison. Any time we'd go to a fast food restaurant I'd order my hamburgers plain.
If I even had a pickle on my hamburger I wouldn't eat it. I wouldn't even touch ketchup.
If I had to stay at the table to finish my vegetables, I would just stay at the table.
I would have rather starved than eat a vegetable.
As an adult, I bought in to the propaganda that vegetables are healthy and good for you.
Even though vegetables taste terrible and are not fulfilling, I ate them.
In an effort to find this “abundant health” these health food con-men preach, I forced down the vegetables.
Broccoli, cauliflower, asparagus, brussel sprouts, leaves, spinach, salad, kale, I forced it all down my gullet.
It's healthy so I'll eat it I said to myself. But this so-called health and well-being never materialized.
After years of eating vegetables I never experienced a health boost from vegetables.
I felt 10X better eating plain cheeseburgers from McDonalds than I ever felt eating vegetables.
Though every time I “got serious” about my health I still bought the lie and ate the vegetables.
I ate plants even though they never once provided energy, health, satiety, or well-being.
Well boys, that's over.
I'll never waste my time eating another vegetable ever again.
I have seen the light.
I know the truth about which food makes you healthy and which food makes you sick.

Recently, I published an article highlighting 10 Important YouTube Channels.
In the comments section, a B&D; reader left a recommendation for a channel by a guy who eats raw meat.
I was immediately interested in this “raw meat” content because once upon a time, I actually ate raw meat myself.
Many years ago I followed a diet of raw meat and raw milk.
I would eat raw beef steak, raw chicken liver, I would drink raw eggs, and I would drink up to a gallon of raw milk every day.
I would cut up steak and eat it raw for lunch and dinner. The raw fat on a piece of steak tastes unbelievable.
After my gym training I would drink 6 raw eggs just like Rocky when he was training to fight Apollo Creed.
For an entire month I followed GOMAD using only raw milk.
(GOMAD = Gallon of milk a day)
I had unbelievable gains during this time and I got way stronger.
After eating all of this completely raw, uncooked meat and milk do you think I a) got sick or b) felt great?
The answer is b, I felt great. Actually, I felt the best I ever felt in my life eating raw meat and raw milk.
In time I fell away from raw meat and raw milk. I began to forget how great, how natural I felt while eating raw foods.
After watching a few of the videos I was immediately awakened from my slumber. I felt the barbarian urge begin to grow strong within me.
Compared to eating raw meat and drinking raw milk, all other diets are absolute trash. All other diets make you sick, dumb, and weak.
In particular the vegan diet is the worst diet you could ever possibly try. It is completely void of nutrition and makes you go crazy.
In the many years since I stopped the raw diet, I have tried every diet you could ever imagine, including a vegan diet.
Though I never ate soy or tofu products, I also didn't eat any animals products during this timeframe, I ate mostly raw fruits.
VEGAN SECRETS EXPOSED
There are vitamins that humans can never get in plant foods, they are found only in animal products.
The vegan diet robs your body and especially your brain of all nutrition. This is why vegans always go insane. They have no nutrition for their brain.
This lack of brain sustenance make them very susceptible to the vegan brainwashing.
In fact, Veganism is not really a diet but a religion which is why vegans always try to convert you.
The removal of nutrients to the brain serves as an indoctrination/initiation into the vegan religion.
All religions work the same way - they tell their followers to fast or eat vegetables, weakening their bodies and minds while simultaneously strengthening their resolve in the religion.
Removal of essential food from the diet is how you create a slave, an obedient follower of “the cause.” Without the ability to think, all you can do is follow the others.
These mindless recruits then go out into the world and fervently try to recruit new souls into the religion.
They always lie to you to get you into the scheme. They'll tell you nothing but lies regarding the health of their diet.
The lie is that the vegan diet, a diet without meat and dairy, is the healthiest and most natural diet for men.
It isn't, and here is the reality: You will slowly kill yourself on a vegan diet.
And that's exactly what they want. The Vegan religion is a death cult. They hate humans and want them to die. They'll tell you that if you listen to them.
They'll say they are working to reduce the population of the world because it is too large. They will require other vegans to get sterilized and abortions so that they do not have children.
They'll say they love animals and hate humans and they want to reduce the world population. Just ask them and they will tell you.
They literally want you to die and their diet is the easiest way to do it.
Obviously I didn't stick with the diet of death for too long because it makes you feel like the living dead. (That's why all vegans walk around like spaced-out zombies.)
I went back to meat but a crucial mistake I made was not going back to raw meat and raw milk. In particular, raw milk is the greatest health secret I have ever found.
Forget vitamin supplements like vitamin B12, forget health potions like spirulina, forget steroids like injectable testosterone, forget vegetables like broccoli and boneless skinless chicken breast and brussel sprouts and freshly squeezed grass juice.
RAW MILK IS THE GREATEST HEALTH FOOD ON PLANET EARTH.
Raw milk is the most incredible, rich, and delicious drink you could ever have.
It is unbelievable how great raw milk tastes compared to the poison that is pasteurized milk. It is a complete night and day difference.
I HATE pasteurized milk and I always have. Pasteurized milk, the milk you buy at the grocery store, is disgusting.
I would never drink it as a child and I would never drink it as an adult. But when it comes to raw milk I cannot get enough of it.
What is pasteurization?
Pasteurization is the process of heating fresh milk long enough to kill any living bacteria in the milk. This allows merchants to sell milk for a longer period of time. Raw milk has to be sold right away or thrown away.
The pasteurization process heats the milk to at least 161° F for not less than 15 seconds, followed by rapid cooling. For ultra pasteurization, it must be heated to not less than 280° for two seconds.
This process kills everything good in the milk and results in people becoming “lactose intolerant.”
Tell me, how can mammals who are weaned on mother's milk be lactose intolerant?
The process of heating the milk makes it undigestible and worthless, that's how we become “lactose intolerant.”

DREAMS OF THE WILD
After I had my first raw milk in 10 years, I dreamed that I turned into a wild animal. In my dream I was as fast as horses and deer.
Usually if I run in a dream it's like I'm running in quicksand. I can't ever run fast enough, I'm stuck by something holding me back.
But in my recent dream I went wild and became as fast as the animals. From being a civilized family man (in my dream) I turned into an animal.
In the dream I was on my back patio in my house in the forest with the wife and family. Wild animals like deer, rabbit, and buffalo kept running into our porch and running away.
To the family I said “well would you look at that ha ha, look at those wild animals.”
The animals kept coming onto the porch and eventually I went wild and starting running with them.
I began to frolic with the animals, I was as fast and as powerful as them, and I even started fighting with them. It was wild.
Now either one of two things happened.
- I drank raw goat's milk and developed the mentality of a goat. Or…
- My body has been starved of adequate nutrition and I finally got it.
I think probably I have been starved of nutrition and the raw goat's milk is just what fixed my problem.

It is literally insane to think that the food you eat is poison until you first cook it with fire, at which point the poison, what, disappears?
Why would you eat something that you truly believe is poison? Would you eat cyanide if it was cooked long enough? You wouldn't of course.
Raw meat is not poisonous or harmful. That's why you eat meat.
We've all been told the horror stories of uncooked food but it is completely illogical that humans have to first kill their food with fire so as not to poison us… when no other species on planet earth cooks its' food.
Also, people never get sick eating cooked food, right? Wrong.
I have eaten raw meat, raw organs, raw milk, raw cheese, and raw butter. Guess what happened? I became infused with abundant energy and great health.
I never got sick, diarrhea, vomit, nothing! from raw foods. Ever.
I'm not saying you can never get sick eating raw meat. I am saying I have personally never gotten sick eating raw meat.
Eat raw at your own risk, but I believe the bigger risk is eating the standard diet. Even the health food of today will kill you.
But if raw meat is poison, why does literally no animal on earth get sick from eating raw meat?
We actually get sick from cooked meat, not raw meat. People go to the emergency rooms from undercooked meat, not from raw meat.
It is the cooking process that makes the meat poisonous.
“But Victor! You need fiber to poo-poo.”
In my experience, this is simply not true.
On the raw meat diet there are no toilet problems whatsoever.
Frankly, vegetables make you far too stinky. When you eat your natural foods, the unnatural stink goes away.
“But Victor! Raw meat and raw milk will give you parasites!”
Why do no other animals on earth have problems with intestinal parasites?
We need to look into this deeply to learn if internal parasites are actually a bad thing.
Perhaps they are there to clean up diseased and dying tissue, which is what external parasites do to meat you leave out too long.
They clean up the rotten meat, they never touch fresh meat. THERE MUST BE A REASON FOR THEM.
That being said, if you eat a sick animal you can get sick.
The problem with buying meat at a grocery store is that you have no idea about the health of the animal. At the store, you only see packages of animal products but not the entire animal.
It is better to view the animal you are eating to ensure that it is healthy. If you cannot do that, it is better to buy from a vender, butcher, or farmer than you relatively trust.
If you can raise your own animals, this is best.
“But Victor! Meat causes heart attacks!”
Actually, the evidence plainly shows that lack of cholesterol and lack of saturated fat in the diet is what leads to heart disease.
All of the “heart healthy” labels you see on oatmeal appear to not be true. Saturated fat and cholesterol are vital for good health.
Processed meat like hot dogs and sausages probably cause heart failure and other health issues.
But processed meat is not raw meat, is it? Processed meat is deformed death meat.
“But Victor! Meats makes you fat!”
The reason people get fat is because they overeat.
Why do they overeat? They overeat because the food they eat is completely void of nutrition.
No matter how much food they eat they can never get satisfied so they continue eating and eating.
The problem is that they are eating junk food (any food which is not from an animal) and they will NEVER be satisfied.
When you eat enough meat you get satisfied and you stop eating. It is simply impossible to overeat when you eat your natural meat diet.
Meat does not make you fat. Raw meat makes you satisfied because it fully nourishes your body.
Look at pictures of Australian Aboriginals who eat nothing but raw meat, you will see what humans who eat a natural diet look like.

Here's a tip for when you're hungry and don't have a good source of meat or raw milk…
Go to a sushi restaurant and eat sashimi. Sashimi is raw fish without any rice or vegetables. You'll love it.
Even though raw meat is considered dirty and cooked meat is considered clean, raw salmon tastes so much better than cooked salmon it's unbelievable until you try it.
CLEAN FOOD VS. DIRTY FOOD
Look closely at the people who eat “clean food”, they have terrible skin, they're balding, they have bad teeth.
Frankly, it appears as if “dirty” food like raw milk and raw meat is the key to health and “clean” food like broccoli, whole wheat bread, soy milk, and “no extra sugar added” oatmeal is the key to death.
Raw food is living, cooked food is sterile, dead.
If you want to be sterile, eat sterile food.
If you want to be virile, eat virile food.
This is how your barbarian ancestors ate.
We know for a fact the agricultural revolution brought disease into this world.
When your ancestors stopped eating raw meat and raw milk and started eating vegetables and grains (cow food) they became sick, weak, and slavish.
When your ancestors ate like barbarians ate, you could not fuck with them. They'd chop the heads off of their enemies.
On the slave diet of high veggies and grains, your relatives today wash the feet of their enemies and apologize to them.

Actually, while going on a vegan diet is terrible for your body, yeah, there is nothing wrong with eating some vegetables with your meat, as long as they are real food too.
Unprocessed meat and unprocessed vegetables are awesome for your health.
Sure, you can renounce to one of them and still live, but you will be better and healthier with both, we are omnivores for a resons..
We are omnivores so that we can survive during periods of famine. If the men didn’t come back with meat, at least the women would have foraged some roots and berries and shit. But those were just to get us through to the next REAL meal.
Agriculture has made our brains smaller. We stopped eating meat and started eating plants, so we stopped being free and started being slaves.
Who profits by you believing that vegetables are a good and necessary part of your diet? Might it be the giant farming corporations that receive millions each year in your taxes via subsidies from the national government? Might it be Monsanto?

A few fun facts for you.
Our intestine is the intestine of vegetarians animals, extremely long and with very complex bacterial colonies.
The intestines of carnivores are considerably smaller to prevent advanced decomposition of meat, who spoils faster than veggies and travels slower than fruits.
In our mouths we have 8 incisors, 4 canines, 8 premolars, and 12 molars.
Out of our 32 teeth, 28 of them are “herbivorous” teeth while nonly 4 are true “carnivorous” teeth.
We can survive eating only meat just like we can survive eating only veggies, but only someone tremendously fanatical or tremendously ignorant could say that an omnivore is better giving up half of its evolutionary adaptations. Is like chopping off one of your arms because you can technically survive without it.
You say that prey is better at digesting plants than we are, and that is true, but it is also true that predators are better at digesting meat than us.
We are not as proficient at digesting meat as carnivores, nor we are as proficient digesting plants as herbivores are, to achieve optimun balance we need a bit of both, only a grasshead would be ignorant enough to say we only need plants, only a meathead would be ignorant enough to say we only need meat.

Meat is extremely important, as omnivores, we truly cant get all the optimal amount of nutrients herbivores get from plants, just like we cant get all the optimal nutrients from meat that carnivores can.
Our teeth are primaly herbivorous teeth, our intestines and their bacterias are primaly those of vegetarian animals, and do not kid yourself, our brains allow us to cheat nature, true, but humansa re poor predators.

There are no vegetables that taste good in their natural state. Or do your want to pretend you eat your salad without dressing?
Fruits? Modified over centuries beyond recognition. A natural cucumber is highly toxic and can kill you. Same for tomatoes and other nightshades. Poison in their natural form. Ditto on apples. Wild apples are disgusting and unpalatable.
Bread? Only tastes good if it’s made with completely unnatural cultivated wheat. Bread made with naturally occuring grains is horrible in every way. But the cultivated wheat has massively increased gluten that will destroy your intestines, even if you’re asymptomatic and don’t show signs of celiac disease.

I love your articles and your books, and your attitude towards everything. After reading this article, I agree on the main point, that eating REAL food is the key to well-being.
One point I have a different opinion on is fasting. Man interprets fasting today biased by looks. However, I understand fasting differently! Think about it - you can go days without eating - your mind can laugh in the face of hunger and have no fear! You have conquered your mind and body! To me fasting means strength; Mental Strength!

When you fast, your body eats itself. That means you are getting raw meat on a fast. This is why you feel tremendous, your body is getting the exact nutrients it craves because your body is eating itself. Ever wonder exactly why you get skinnier on a fast?
I agree with you on that. However, when you fast, specially a dry fast, your body goes through a selection process which consist on getting rid of weak and old and toxic cells to extract energy and water from them. This procedure works as a body cleanser. Then, once you start refeeding your body, it increases the production of new healthy cells. The thing about the vegetables is right, they are depleted of vitamins as there grown in soil that’s been dead for years. Sprayed with harsh chemicals through out all of it’s stages of growth. Better off with a good quality vitamin one by pure encapsulation. They use no fillers or junk in there multivitamin. And yes red meat is the answer I eat nothing but red meat for 3 months did my blood work went back to see my doctor and he was amazed at how well I was doing. He was so shocked he said what ever your doing keep doing it.

They say goat milk is easier for humans to digest. I feel great on both cow and goat milk, they’re both terrific. All I can get here is raw goat milk so that’s what I drink. If I was in the state I would drink raw cow milk.

Its only commercial milk has that shit. The cows get treated like trash so they put out trash. Grassfed is the only way to go.
Raw goat milk is the best. Get that if you can. Short of that, raw cow milk from Jersey or Guernsey cows is best. That’s what I get. Raw goat milk is the closest thing you can get to actual human milk.

Luckily for myself I come from a part of the world that eats meet, especially beef like there is no tomorrow, and I will share some Health Data with you and the rest here.
When you eat red meat you get a lot of cholesterol, especially clogging your arteries, however this doesn’t happen in 1-2 years, but risks show up after you are over 50 years of age, and you will see clogging of your heart arteries as well as the ones the supply the brain.
However if you get checked even once a year, the doctor can easily spot the clogging and at the worst case it might just require surgery, and these cases are kinda usual, especially to people that have eaten a lot of meat with fat, especially lamb. But of course if you are not careful, results could be severe even death, usually around the age of 70-80.
I wholeheartedly want everyone to eat a lot of meat, and been telling this to people all over the world, especially usually vegan limp-dicked guys from veggie nations. If you can’t stomach raw meat, just make it rare, eat stew with meat in it, make yourself some beef, pork ribs, lamb or goat especially young. Fresh Diary products are also nice.

We all like to get all tribal for what’s the ideal way to eat, but the truth is some diets work really well for some, and not as well for others.
I can drink a gallon of milk and be just fine, likely due to my whiteness more than anything else. If you’re Asian, you probably shouldn’t be eating dairy. Still, high vegetables and fruit is what my body responds to best. I’ve done ALL kinds of eating, as well.
Find out what works for you. It’s easy. Eat a bunch of meat for a week straight and you’ll see how you feel. Eat vegan for a week and see how you feel. Try keto for a week… etc etc. This isn’t rocket surgery folks.

I don’t think it’s any accident that nearly all kids naturally hate vegetables and have to be coerced into eating them. And it’s also no accident that the powers that be push “plant based diet”. That’s reason enough for me to NOT do plant based. Most all vegetables in the market are there because they have been bred by us. I think from time to time it’s OK to eat *some*. Yes, our hospitals are filled with cancer and heart disease patients. They eat the standard American diet. Look at a McDonald’s meal: Its a tiny piece of beef surrounded by carbs on carbs loaded with “vegatable oils” (aka soy and canola oil which are not fit for human consumption). You also get a large soda with nothing but sugar and added caffeine (dehydrating) and a mix of other industrial chemicals from preservatives.
Americans eat a big dish of pasta with a tiny meatball or two, not the other way around. They slather things in “mayo” that if you look at the ingredients has canola (not a food) oil and sweeteners and preservatives before you see the word egg.

Remember Vic, I know you already know this…..but modern humans evolved over 200,000 years ago. They ate mostly meat from game they were able to hunt and kill. The only “grains” and vegetables they ate were what they could forage and what was in season but mostly meat and even more, FATTY meat. The vegetables they ate were completely and genetically different from now. Of course they also subsisted on animal milk, animal eggs etc.
I tell you what you will be more astonished by, just Google pictures of the 50’s 60’s and 70’s and look at the people, even old pictures of your own family. The stark thing you will notice is EVERYONE was WAY leaner and looked pretty fit with the very few looking fat. It was not before packaged meals or restaurants, it was before all the SHIT was added, altered and modified and less sugar was consumed.
In my own experience, I hated veggies too, always have. The only change really is I DO like raw spinach, tomatoes occasionally and some squash but that really it. Every time in my life there has been a lull in my training I tend to eat SHIT, things that are EASY and pre-packaged with a lot of sugar and it immediately shows. Within a couple months I look and feel like shit, I get sugar addicted and sedentary. Wherever your body goes your mind goes with it. I get forgetful, and angry and freaking depressed. Its like real Zombie mind control. This last time was from a terrible pinched nerve injury. Then most of the time I do snap out of it…..and as soon as I start eating clean, and what I mean is, meat (grass fed Ribeyes as marbled with fat as I can get) Fish, free range chicken, eggs and raw milk from an Amish family I have access to, and as I stated just a few select veggies I do like but ALWAYS with a meat I almost immediately feel fantastic, fat starts dropping off, skin is better….and the weirdest thing…my VISION gets better!! Then of course I start lifting just because I feel better and get back to the lifestyle that I love. I am a 51 year old male and I KNOW for a fact that the high fat low/no carb eating kicks my testosterone levels way back up and when I am a fat, sad sack the level is low and is exactly WHY I feel horrible, have bad skin, and achy joints. I can say if ANYONE has never tried eating like that then honestly do it for a month. A month of eating that way, even if you are afraid of it is NOT going to kill you!!! If you are a man you seriously will not believe it. MOst anabolic thing you can do!!

I still have some unanswered, open questions in regard to this type of diet.
1. What about high-calorie plant-based foods like seeds - be it chia or flax? What about almonds and walnuts? Are they completely unnecessary? Don’t they have some actual health benefits?
I find almonds and walnuts to be very useful in terms of high calorie sources which I and many others here really need on a daily basis as heavy lifters.
2. According to sv3rige, unsaturated fats are of low value, harmful and might be only consumed alongside with saturated fats. But he didn’t explained why.
Do our body really can’t process by himself saturated fats (which we absolutely need, no doubt) from almonds, walnuts and olive oil?
3. In my country it ‘s very hard to find free range eggs, raw milk and fresh grass-fed meat.
With this situation given, should I consume pasteurized dairy products over not consuming at all?
Same dilemma with free eggs and grass-fed meat. How can I optimize the benefits and get more out of it despite of government’s attempts to poison me? I assume most people here have been facing the same problem, so maybe you guys can share possible and reasonable solutions.

Hello Victor, thanks for this great article. However, I think that height is mostly genetics. I’m an Asian and I ate lots of meat, eggs and dairy while growing up. I never suffered from any sort of lactose intolerance but I’m only 5’7.
However, I’m built differently from most Asians. I’m stocky, short limbed, have wide, thick shoulders, large muscular calves and have no problem putting on muscle mass.
Sashimi is great, and you’re right raw salmon tastes way better than cooked salmon I eat it all the time. Nearly raw steaks are pretty good too, warmed basically.
Just eat raw meat for the rest of my life though? No, that’s not going to happen.

Love 95% of the content on B&D and have always left positive, favourable (not a misspell, I’m Canadian) comments for you, but I’m going to respectfully disagree with you on this one. This article is full of broscience and bullshit. Both completely vegan & completely carnivorous diets are equally fucking stupid. Humans will always function best on an omnivorous diet, comprised of both plants and animals.
The stuff about children hating vegetables? Children are picky as all hell, they hate pretty much anything that isn’t chips, candy, ice cream or soda. Does that mean those foods are ideal too? The height thing is nonsense too. I know plenty of people that ate nothing but junk, smoked, drank, did drugs, and still grew up 6′ plus. Agreed, Victor is a blog writer at the end of the day and he needs posts like these to generate views and controversy. Just like anything on the internet there is good and bad information, there is plenty of good information on this blog but this post is not one of them.
Personally I think he’s bordering on his own extremism here. Yes vegan activism is cult and dangerous, and above all intrusive to peoples’ right to eat meat. The truth is, not everybody is the same. We have different physio-psychological make up. DifferDifferrent levels of metabolic, anabolic and catabolic properties. Raw meat can’t be digested by everyone not everyone has the make up to digest raw anything, meat included. Otoh, there are people who not only digest raw food well, it is balancing to them.

Love your work. You make a lot of good points, but I can point out a few things which are simply not true, confusing, or otherwise contentious:

-most lactose intolerance is due to underproduction of the lactase enzyme. It’s true that raw milk often contains lactase, which allows lactose intolerant people to drink it. Further, this denatures proteins (like lactase), which makes them easier to digest. I agree that killing some bacteria in milk might affect the drinker’s gut flora in a negative way, but it’s probably worth the risk. Please see below.

Before watching Sv3rige’s channel, I was looking for answers on the best diet. It seems as if every time a new fast food joint is built a new modern disease is born! I knew the secret lied within lifestyle and diet, not in a magical corporate pharma (and govt. approved) medicine waiting to save us like lil baby Jesus…
I was convinced the secret was not a tiny diet tweak- it had to be a whole new paradigm! The raw fruitarians appealed to me because it was such a wild departure from the norm, and the anti-cooking facts made sense! At the same time, I KNEW meat was essential! It gave me a naughty little thought to myself that, gee, why not combine the RAW nutrition with the MEAT???
When I started working out after doing 30 Days of discipline for a few months, I would eat RARE steak. I was raised on well done meat, and by habit, I cooked my meat well done. Since I wanted all the nutrients I could get, I cooked it rare for the health benefit only. I discovered it tasted great AND made me feel incredible! I would sleep and grow and sleep and grow and have intense, revealing dreams regularly (aided by a pinch of valerian root).
I forced myself to like eggs (grew up not liking them, now I love em) for the health benefit. I didn’t drink milk even though I wanted to gain mass because I had very bad acne as a child and I knew it would break me out horribly.
I ate McDonalds and some junk to gain size, but once I was happy with my weight I focused myself back on health. I heard raw milk had beneficial enyzmes so I started drinking milk again. I bought a tiny bit of raw milk (half gallon) and would drink it in small amounts over a week, or sometimes I wouldn’t finish it. I was afraid of erupting in acne!
I cut down on sugar completely and felt great and my skin looked better than ever. I started drinking more and more milk just because it was tasty (Victor is right, raw milk = delicious milk!). It honestly did nothing, it might have even helped my skin! Raw cheeses are the same… cheap mass produced cheese and cheese product is what breaks people out!

A great morning shake is X eggs (adjust from 2 to infinity depending on your size), raw milk, and chocolate protein blended together. It makes me feel full and brimming with energy all morning! The first time I had raw eggs, I felt glorious! I tried sucking an egg (break a hole with tooth and drink it) and it was cool, but I hated the texture and the taste didn’t appeal to me. This little mix takes the edge of the raw egg and makes it like a creamy chocolatey desert!
Funny thing is that I still eat crap sometimes. I’ll have a sugary desert that someone gives me or a Mcdonalds meal on the road. Deserts would always lead to acne for me but now I seem immune. Is it the extra nutrients from the marrow and the lamb hearts (my favorite :) and the livers and the milk and the raw beef? I don’t know.

Look up a steak tar tar recipe. Funny thing is, this is a “respected” food even though its raw.
Try a shake of raw eggs, raw milk, and mix in some chocolate protein. I like Tera’s whey because its grass fed and simple ingredients with low low low sugar while being very tasty!
Chicken is good BUT I would NEVER use “grocery store” organs or meat! Chicken used to be more of a luxury food, now its cheaper than beef. Why? The factory farming methods! These animals are sick sick sick and can make you sick and won’t have good nutrients! Find a good butcher.
For price, beef is great. If you can afford it, try the chicken (should be more expensive than beef per pound if raised properly).
Liver is great. Heart is great too. For some reason my butcher always has lamb hearts and they are wonderful and cheap! Calf liver is super expensive because of the hype but other livers should be cheap.
Ground beef and butter is a good mix too, easy to take around as a snack :)
PS anyone worried about salmonella in eggs? Get eggs from a good farmer! They will have more vitamin D if they are pastured and a rich orange color that means there is more nutrients (some farms supplement their eggs to “dye” them so watch out!).Crack eggs not on the glass you are using because the salmonella is usually on the shell. Then, look at stats of salmonella cases… that removed my fear because its very uncommon and the side effects are honestly not that bad (I thought you died from how serious people took it LOL)

You are saying he’s wrong “because karma”. You are saying that he’s wrong because of someone else’s beliefs and religion. I agree completely. In my time here, I have eaten thousands of raw fertile eggs, gallons of raw whole milk, and who knows how much raw clean beef. Sometimes the eggs are blood red, but they taste the same. I’ve eaten this way for more than ten years and have zero plans of any change in the future.

that sunflower shoots contains all the essential amino acids to build a complete protein, and high in saturated fats and shit ton of vits. And also, if you have never heard of the Moringa tree, it’s a healthy a$$ fast growing tree that also produces everything the body needs.

I watched my mother’s health deteriorate on a raw vegan diet. Veggies and whole grains. She followed all sorts of bs-artist’s info on the subject. She died of pancreatic cancer in her late 50’s.

First, watching one of the videos linked in this article, he seems to be making sense with what he’s saying, but he likes to ridicule people, and his laughter is just… so silly. He sounds like an educated kid trying to make his point by also saying that everyone else is wrong. A smart man can criticize whatever ideology or group of people he wants by making sound statements without resorting to attempting to remove credibility from others.
Either way, besides having an annoying laughter, he has a video titled “A Flat Earth is Common Sense”. I thought perhaps the title was misleading, but no, he’s not joking there.

Long time fan of your work and agree that raw meat and raw milk are extremely nutritious but wouldn’t you be better off still eating vegetables with your raw milk and veggies? Shaolin monks are vegan and seem to be pretty fit and healthy so while it’s a challenge to get your nutrients without meat its still possible. That’s a good point. The meat quality is only as high as the quality of the food the animal ate. If it eats genetically modified food (GMO), then there will be differences in its meat that will be taken into your own body. The same can be said for fish. They need to come from a natural breeding habitat, not a breeding tank, in which they feed them GMO food.

I think raw meat work if you balance it out with liver/organs. Most guys on keto/low carb longterm have low thyroid output/low metabolism.
Drinking some orange juice/fructose can help keeping your metabolism higher. Or drink raw milk like you do. Raw milk is good carbs.

Interesting post. I have wanted to try raw milk for a couple of years now but I tend to just forget about it because im not really a huge fan of milk because it tends to give me the shits. I clicked that link you put up where folks can find raw milk and there is a small family farm selling it just 15 minutes from my house. After reading this I went to grocery store and bought 2 packs of eye of round steaks, 2 dozen organic free run eggs and 2 bottles of kefir. Full day of eating I had 3 pieces of steak cooked for 15 seconds each side, 6 raw eggs and 250 ml of kefir. Felt a good boost in testosterone the next morning. I’m on the hunt to find good quality steak and eggs and raw milk. I always wondered why my stomach gave me issues after eating vegetables, it makes sense now. Thanks Vic!

SE Asians who grow up in America grow up to be taller and more muscular than those who grow up in SE Asia because in America they eat an animal based diet (cheeseburgers). Morning Vic, great stuff. I use your site whenever I need motivation and have followed some of your plans including Steak and Egg Diet and 30 DOD to great avail. On this topic here, eating raw clearly works for you and i’m sure it’d work well for me too. The pasteurization situation makes complete sense, and so does raw meat/eggs when talking about where the real nutrition is. One thing I wanted to throw out there is a theory I’ve read a few different places that I’ve always thought made some good sense. Simply stated: It takes a lot of brain energy to properly process raw foods and one of the main parts of the evolution of man is that, once we started using fire to cook foods, our brains were able to put all that energy that was being used for raw processing into other uses. It’s around this time after we started cooking with fire that our species really started coming into its own, especially from an intellectual standpoint.
Not trying to suggest your plan here doesn’t work, because, clearly… And yeah, veganism absolutely leads into the poisonous libtard way of thinking if they weren’t there already. It sounds like a theory made up by people who have never eaten raw meat. That cooked meat digests faster and easier than raw simply isn’t true. Raw meat digests much faster and easier than cooked meat. Very noticeably faster and easier. Cooked meat allows us to eat MORE meat, but it doesn’t digest better or faster. Raw meat digests faster and easier than any other food. It’s really quite incredible how fast and easy raw meat is digested.

Yep I second the goats milk. Started drinking that after workouts. Feel great. I’ve also read that it has a specific type of casein protein that’s beneficial for people that cows milk lost through the generations.

I drank some cooled milk from milkomat and it has no smell and nice, but faint, taste (milk from grocery smells bad and has awful taste, it is truly poison). If raw milk is really that wonderful it must be directly from animal, not cooled or maybe mixed with water (which probably happens with milk in milkomats).
Jack LaLanne and Nikola Tesla was vegans. I ask people and some of them have vegetarian diet for, like, 8 years and feeling great. Some people living well while eating veggies for many years.
Nah, Lalanne ate raw fish every night for dinner and when he was younger and bodybuilding he ate meat and drank raw beef blood. Tesla ate fish and meat as well. Literally nobody eats a vegan diet and survives to old age.

Over 12 years ago I read the book, The Spartan Health Regime. I paid over $200 for this book written by Australian author Anthony Bova. I believe this man fell off the map. Everything in that book is all what Victor has written and more. It’s based off the Weston Price Foundation research of raw diets and animal fats.
If you can find this book, get it. It’s not paleo, it’s much better. It’ll make you want to eat fruit and organ meat.

Second thing: steak & eggs diet is and likely always will be my favorite. Eggs over medium and the steak rare or medium rare.
When I add 2 Red PCT a day to the steak and eggs diet, I walk around feeling like a God!

I have eaten very rare and even raw meat and found that as long as your stomach is ‘acid’ and not food combining acid/alkaline……..you won’t get sick. This is why dogs and many carnivores do not get sick because they have an all acid stomach that will destroy the bacteria. I have found this true in my diet experiments. However, anytime I’ve food combined and my stomach was acid/alkaline, I have gotten sick. This is where many vegans don’t understand. They feel good (although not the healthiest diet long term) because they are not food combining. The same will occur if all meat (and ultimately more healthy in the long run).
What about the Samurai in the book “Shogun” (James Clavell) who where basically vegetarians, except they ate a lot of raw fish?

One trend that seems to be catching on is the marketing of goat milk powder in cannisters and air-sealed bags. Note that dehydration of goat milk into a powder is not a healthy food to consume on a regular basis. In fact, it is even worse than pasteurization. Powderizing the whey in any dairy milk damages the delicate protein structures and makes the product much less digestible – even allergenic.
Powderizing goat milk into powder also oxidizes the cholesterol in the milk. While natural cholesterol is healthy, oxidized cholesterol contributes to inflammatory conditions and should be avoided. This is an example of how a healthy food like goat milk can be made unhealthy simply by the factory processing employed.

I think it’s is important for all of us to realize how essential meat is for our diet. However, having a well balanced diet is also important too. If we compare ourselves to our ancestors, you will quickly realize that their life expediencies were much much shorter. Simply take a look at the make up of teeth within our mouth and you will see that we are designed to eat various types of food. Canines are used for ripping apart meat. Human canines are much smaller than our carnivorous friends for a reason. Because meat is not supposed to be our main food source. Great article!
Their life expectancy was shorter on average because of high death-rates in children and infectious diseases that now are wiped out. When the children survived and the adults didn’t get an infectious disease they got as old as a healthy human today. Their diet was much better then today and we never had to rip meat apart because we used tools to hunt, used traps to catch large prey and were able to eat cadavers leftover by predators thanks to our strong stomach acid killing bacteria. Organs are soft. Bone marrow is soft (if you get to it), brains are soft, organ fats are soft. These are the real treasures when you are looking for nutrients and energy.

If you watch a documentary called ” what the health” it says milk is a hormonal fluid.
Also, you can watch a video on youtube under the channel of “themercifulservant”. The name of the video is ” ONE REASON WHY SO MANY PEOPLE GET SICK!”
It talks about estrogen they put in meats, also when cows are milked while pregnant and taking estrogen implants, up to 33 X the estrogen potency. Also talks about the radiation that’s emitted from electronics people use, such as cellphones headphones etc, and how people don’t go out in nature as much, and other stuff. Check it out.

I am certainly no vegan (my diet probably consists of around 70%+ meat. But I can’t agree with this article. I can’t really see a single point which is backed up with any kind of solid evidence. A few points in particular stand out:
1. “All children hate vegetables for a good reason.”
-How many children do you know who enjoy raw meat?
2. “in my recent dream I went wild and became as fast as the animals. From being a civilized family man (in my dream) I turned into an animal.”
- Is having a lucid dream after drinking milk really evidence of it’s health benefits?
3. Civilized diets cause death. Just look at the word DIET. DIEt is 3/4 DIE.
- The word diet comes from Greek diata meaning “way of life”. The word die has Germanic roots and is not linked to the word diet (even if it was, how is this evidence of anything?)
4. Go to Scandinavia where they eat a lot of meat, you will see healthy blonde giants.
- Scandinavians eat a significant amount of root vegetables.
5. Why do no other animals on earth have problems with intestinal parasites.
- They do, but most of the (predatory) animals have far lower ph levels in the gut and are therefore less susceptible (but not immune) to them.
6. Look at pictures of Australian Aboriginals who eat nothing but raw meat, you will see what humans who eat a natural diet look like.
- It is simply not true that aboriginals eat nothing but raw meat. They eat a variety of plants in addition to meat. Their physique could be attributed to combination of natural (but not plant free) food and an active lifestyle.
7. The people who live longest on earth are the Okinawans. They live longer than anybody. Can you guess what they eat?
- A variety of meat, fish, plants and grains.
It also raises the question. If what you are saying is correct then why do all the top athletes in the world not follow this diet? It would mean one of three things is true:
1. This is wrong.
2. There is a “conspiracy” going on and every major athlete/nutritionist/doctor in the world is in on it and has kept it a secret.
3. This is right, and all the millions of dollars spent on research, and best brains in the world have all managed to get it wrong all this time.

Modern agriculture only dates back approximately 10,000 years. Gathering wasn’t even an option during the glacial periods. The last major glacial period ended around 10,000 years ago. It’s clear that there have been very few, (if any) biological adaptations to the modern, cooked, plant-based diet.

Pretty much every person who has a successful YouTube channel is a kook. Likely you will find that the girl in the video has something wrong with her. Ignore drama, never blindly believe anybody, filter the information yourself, and use trial and error method to come to the correct conclusion regarding diet.
