I only eat and drink a once a day (~22 hours dry fasted), the food of choice is almost always raw tri-tip beef as I keep things carnivore, and I bless both the water and meat. My body and soul are be treated with respect finally, as opposed to the abuse I inflicted on the Standard American Diet. I have learned to value body fat now as precious instead of a burden, as my body sheds all the weight deemed week and non-vital. I’m very pleased that I listened to you.

Been doing the carnivore diet you suggested to me for the past 15 days, I simply added fermented vegetables since you’ve mentioned them more than enough times.
Feeling like a beast of nature right now, also lost 3 pounds so far.

Your article titles suck and you use the exact same photo for all 250 articles. Change the photo for each article, change the title and give the reader a reason to click. You give them zero reason to click with article titles like “KILL YOURSELF” or “SOLITARY ABUNDANCE”. Even I went to your website and read zero of your articles because I had no incentive to read them. Try this: “How to Achieve Abundance in Solitude” and add a photo of nature.

Get rid of mono-syllabic titles like “LIVE LIFE MINIMALISTIC.” How do you possibly think you’re going to rank for anything with garbage titles like that? At the minimum the title should be “How to Live Life as a Minimalist”.

My blog is philosophical though. I’m not tryna teach anyone anything or give off ‘guru’ vibes with the “how to…” “why you should…” type titles. I’m simply spreading my philosophy in an artistic way with the truth of the world revealed and self-improvement insights.
As you know there is only one truth of the world and all self-improvement is the same at core. There are VERY MANY self-improvement and truth blogs, and most of them follow the same typical mainstream approach.
With my blog, I deliver it all in a very beautiful, artistic, tropical, and introspective way, which the reader can digest with depth and good vibes, and at the end formulate their own take on it vs direct and set in stone takeaways.
Many of my titles are a part of the art and create a mystery aura, such as “LIFE IS NOTHING”, “SUN-KISSED”, “THE UNBOUND LOVER”, as opposed to “Why Life is What You Make It and Nobody is Above You”, “How the Sun Cures 99% of Health and Mental Problems”, “How to Love Girls Without Getting Pussywhipped”.
I might get more ranking on search engines with more mainstream click-bait titles but it’d compromise on the art & vibe of my blog.

Great podcast. Everything you said about what women should do to get a good man is on the money. The author J.R.R Tolkien wrote the masterpiece shortly after WW2 so it is likely he foresaw what the tragedy of 2 consecutive mass-scale European blood sheds would result in… Destabilized+weakened societies, run by central banks, and flooded with migrants of another race and creed.

Where do YOU plan on finding a good girl in the CITY or an educated high-income SUBURB who is also a virgin? I’m Asian myself so I have bit perspective of why they do this.
There are many (several) reasons…
It could be that…
Some Asians (I hate to admit this) … but some Asians actually hate being Asians themselves, love white people, and have self hatred of their own race. Not all of course but there are some number of them out there.
Another reason is that because the physical and facial phenotype among Eastern Asians are not diverse and are homogeneous, some Asians will want to stand out from other Asians and look ‘special’.
Unlike white people who have blonde hair, blue eyes, green eyes, red hair… Asians have black hair and brown eyes…
Some do it for cosmetic purposes.
Girls like fashion and Asian girls who color their hair are simply trying to catch up with fashion, think it’s cool, want to add variety of look to them… and some do it out of curiosity. There are some Asians who do color their hair and are not trying to be white in any means…
Not much different from white girls who try to inject silicone in their ass to try to resemble black women’s asses or black girls trying to straighten their natural curly crimpy hair.

In no particular order, these are the most effective martial arts that will actually teach you how to fight. Pick one your are interested in and find a gym near you. Ideally you should be versed in both stand up and ground fighting. Regardless of which martial art you choose, it is imperative that your gym does live sparing. You need to know what it’s like to go up against another person who is actively fighting you.

Hey Vic, how/where can we learn the true history? I want to learn things but I don’t know where to look, everything seems propagandic.
How far back in history do you want to go?
The Indo-European Invasion? The idea that a technologically advanced group from around the Ukraine spread through Europe and all the way to India in prehistoric times. The Nazis supported this theory, but after the 2nd World War it fell out of favor due to its association with Nazism. However recent genetic testing has proved that they were actually right, and there was an invasion throughout Europe by these people. If you’re interested in this topic, I can recommend a YouTube channel called Survive the Jive, run by a PhD who specializes in the Indo-Europeans.
The Christianization of Europe? A folklorist by the name of Carolyn Emerick does good work in this area. She’s a bit conspiratorial, but her insights on the more esoteric aspects of ancient European pre-Christian religious beliefs are very interesting. Umm, except Zeus has ZERO mentions by secular sources. As well as Christians, Jews and Romans of the time around Jesus mention Jesus. Secular. Historians. Josephus, Pliny the Younger, Thallus and Tacitus all mention Jesus.
Yeah, no idea where Vic is getting this “Christ is a metaphor” thing but he was obviously not like Zeus and mythological creatures. The only debate between historians and religious scholars is whether Christ was messianical or not, not whether he existed lol.

Vic, i’ve drastically reduced my carb and sugar intake and eat over 1000 calories of bacon for lunch nearly every day. There’s probably better meat I could be eating but is it ok to eat this much bacon?

It is a word that I literally had never heard of until I heard Owen Benjamin use it. Owen led me to Vox Day and E. Michael Jones, who also use this word.
I wonder if you would share your thoughts on what logos is, and what the significance of the increasing popularity of this word means.

I also wanted to share that I have now made it 90 Days on NOFAP. Thank you for the initial kick in ass to take on the porn and masturbation habit as a serious problem. My confidence and motivation has increased 10 fold. Not to mention the change in my outward appearance. Having an office job isn’t for me. The 9 to 5 jive isn’t for me. I enjoy making my own money and there’s no way I’d be able to be happy on anyone else’s allowance or being home all day. These idle hands do the devils work so I must be earning my own money outside of the home and I’d rather be my own boss. I have found a couple of ways to earn money doing things I genuinely enjoy doing, and that’s where I’m happiest.
