Historically this is the worst thing you could do. I’ve read many books on power tactics such as The 48 Laws of Power, The 33 Strategies of War, The Prince, The Art of War, etc. They all seem to advocate for a veiled, Machiavellian approach to winning in life.
When I read B&D I get the sense that you advocate for a more open and aggressive style of gaining power/winning.
When do you believe it is appropriate to use covert/Machiavellian tactics and when is it appropriate to be outwardly assertive and BOLD?
Also, if I may ask, other than B&D what do you believe are the top 3 books every man should read to develop his ability to gain power?

Imagine if you could just post up cameras and microphones in public places in towns and cities, record the footage, and then play what happened without editing it on TV. How many people would watch this? How bored would the audience be? That would be a literal “reality television”
Married for 10 years now with no children and enjoying every single second of it. My advice for all out there is DO NOT have children. I love all the freedoms that I have to live my one and only life on MY terms without having to worry/deal about someone else. Every parent I know is miserable as they have stopped living their own lives and live vicariously thru their children. Once a woman gets the ‘mom gene’ they lose all of their sexuality. I don’t want a mom I want a hot partner. My (rich/hot) wife takes care of herself physically and financially because of all the she has to work on herself. More than happy with our dogs.

I talked to a smart Russian friend of mine.

Life will become more complicated with children, but it’s almost always worth it. I say almost because the exception that comes to mind is if you have a severely disabled child, which is probably more difficult than I can even imagine.
Everything in our entire evolution encourages us to have children. The feeling of orgasming, the feeling of closeness to a woman, the desire we feel when we see a hot woman, our desire to be desirable to women. Everything. Now imagine what kinds of feelings evolution has set up as rewards for us when we see our children born, when we see them growing, when we see them succeed. Nothing can possibly be as good as those emotions. I don’t think you can have a truly fulfilled life unless you see your genetic line go on to the next generation, especially the next two generations.
I understand that some people don’t want to have kids. I just think the entire anti-children, anti-family propaganda machine is just brainwashing people, specifically white people, not to have kids, not to have families, and to be as degenerate and selfish as possible. Don’t fall for it. The whole idea that kids cost a fortune and ruin your life is simply an anti-white canard/trope.

I remember chilling at the lake in north Cali, and I saw little particles in the air, looks somewhat like sparking dust, visible when you focus on them and the sunshine exposes them. Hey Vic, question for you? What do you think of Nazi Germany and Imperial Japan? I used to believe they were evil and wrong, and while I don’t think their methods (such as the Holocaust possibly or the rape of Nanking) were the best ways, I do think they had a supreme nationalism and pride in their country. And sometimes I believe they were hated more for that than anything, rather than the supposed evils they did. I understand this question could get a lot of flak, but I also think truth should not be hid.
Difference between Germany and Japan today.
Germany sincerely atoned for their past war crimes, made holocaust denial a crime in Germany where you can go to Jail for questioning holocaust and promoting Mein Kampf. Although they did go far by bending over to the Jews.

I have a suggestion to you based on your comments about fasting and which may be helpful to other B&Ders. I believe increasing the fat content in your meals will help you feel as good as when you fast. The one issue I noticed after being a carnivore dieter for a few years is that even if you buy fatty cuts of meat, most grocery stores and butchers trim off the excess fat. Our ancestors never would have done this as they absolutely never would discard of viable nutritious food, but it is also easier to digest and more satiating than protein.
There is a clinic in Hungary that treats people with cancer and autoimmune diseases and they recommend a 2:1 ratio of fat to protein in grams for optimal nutrition, energy, and healing. I felt the same as you but ever since I slightly cut down on the amount of muscle meat I was eating and increased fat (by adding a lot of fat trimmings or tallow,) my energy is through the roof, mental clarity, fat loss is lightning fast, and digestion is perfect. The same benefits I feel from fasting. Because fat is so much more satiating and calorie dense you can get away with eating less overall food as well.

Tried grass fed beef liver for the first time. Liked it but the taste became a bit unappetizing. Soaked it in milk first and ate it with bacon and cooked onions. Chased each bite with milk. Any tips to make it more palatable. Can’t deny the powerful feeling it gives.

Have you done that yourself? I found that odd smell and taste to be more pronounced while raw. Lightly seared for a minute on either side was all I did
I eat it raw, and like it more than cooked. livers from each animal taste different and i find that raw ox liver tastes the best. keep eating it raw and you will like the taste.
Liver tastes great. If it doesn’t taste great it’s because you are used to eating unnatural foods and your taste is for unnaturally sweet chemicals. Stop eating chemicals and liver will start to taste great. Eat it until you no longer have the taste for it. That may just be 4, 6, or 8 ounces. You don’t need much. I eat it raw with a little sea salt. Be sure your source is grassfed and antibiotic free before you eat it because toxins can store in the liver. If you’re unsure of the source, eat just a bite of it and wait for 3-4 hours to see how you feel. If you feel fine, the liver is fine. If you want to cook it, seer it for 10-15 seconds per side in butter and salt.
what about freeze dried liver tabs from ancestral supplements? fresh from new zealand. apparently lalanne used to chug liver tabs before towing people on boats.

My experience on diet working in a restaurant:
Central/South American employees always choose grains and vegetables (peasant food). They have short term energy and always become useless after a few hours. Most take naps on their break. Smaller and weaker bodies in general. Clearly display brain fog and you could even say they’re stupid.
White American employees eat protein and fat; we’re vibrant, personable, quick-witted and can sustain high levels of energy for HOURS on end. Mental and physical multitasking is no problem. Able to remember much more and also make a lot more money.
The few vegans on staff are easily irritated, have odd mannerisms and thinning hair.
Doesn’t take a genius to understand the truth.
Disagree with you on the Central and South American immigrants… I used to work with them and they have endurance…. smaller shorter? yes? … weaker? no… they are quiet strong..
I agree with that but in the specific cases of the ones who have lived in a first world country for a while. They respond well to better diet and definitely don’t laze around as much as westerners do. The ones who came here like 2 weeks ago seem malnourished.

The people who have own and control the issuance of currency control the global human energy "bridle" and "reins."
The "carnal truth" is pretty much what they finance into reality. The "Spiritual Truth" is quite different, but this is the era of carnal truth, so the people who control the money pay the "pied piper" so they "control the tune."
A little research will reveal the fraudulent nature of zero-sum game, debt-based monetary systems. The essence of the system itself alludes to the intention of the system - to saturate the globe with inextinguishable debts by hoarding the proceeds of the zero-sum game in assets owned/controlled by the people who control the money.
This is a newsflash for most - Israel is enslaved to a debt-based money system. In fact, every country on the planet is enslaved to a debt-money system except two - Syria and Iran. Oh, does foreign policy make perfect sense now? Nearly every military intervention in the 20th Century was taken against a country without a debt-based money central bank so that one could be installed. Try to name an exception - it won't be easy. The people who control the money, the very few people who control the money, treat Jewish people as debt-money serfs, just like they treat the non-Jewish people as debt-money serfs.
Here's the kicker. A man claiming to be a Rothschild started a Q&A thread on the God-like Productions conspiracy website and eventually mocked the participants as cretins and serfs who lacked the contract knowledge to know that their property taxed homes and vehicles were legally collateral for the $30+ trillion in government debt. Archive.org has this thread archived under the name "I Am Rothschild, Ask Me a Question," except the "th" in Rothschild is replaced with an "f" and the "s" in Ask is replaced with an "x." I'm pretty sure they wanted to create unique identifiers to facilitate internet searches, and I don't want to make their work easy so I won't copy the name verbatim.
What is real? The people who control the money are doing what anyone would expect from any Roman Emperor worth the ink in a history book - they want to CONTROL the WORLD and DO WHAT THEY WANT, HOW THEY WANT.
This proved too difficult to do by brute force, hence the focus on deception in order to denutrify/toxify the masses and misdirect their energy to anything other than developing a truly competitive familial structure compared to the money power wielding familial structures.

1. Focus on her being a human personality with dignity and worthy of being treated with dignity.

Regarding comments you have made about Christianity, it is worth noting that ol’ Jesus was not a pacifist and directed his teachings toward Jews only. Even ‘love thy neighbour’ is taken from the Torah and refers to how Jews should always stand in solidarity with other Jews. This is completely false.
It is true that Jesus is not a pacifist. He will wage war against selfishness when the time is right (2nd Coming). It was not his role to do so on his 1st Coming, so he didn't.
But Jesus' "war" is a Righteous one that is waged in the best interests of those whom he's defeating (at least temporarily, anyway). The real "war" is between being a caring person or a selfish person (who doesn't care about others equal to self).
Suffice it to say, that all the killing in the Old Testament was done with the knowledge that all those killed would be resurrect as depicted in Ezekiel 37. Misapplying that Scripture to apply it to modern day Israel is simply dishonest… King David will rule in the time of Ezekiel 37… he is NOT ruling today. He is dead and buried, and is yet waiting for his resurrection.
Modern day "Israel" is better described as "Rothschildville." After all, they are the ones who financed its establishment and who currently control it (along with their Bankster buddies).

I find some valuable ideas in almost everyone, I find a lot of valuable ideas in some, but I can't name anyone you describe above - not a one. At least that I've seen or heard. Everyone has their "holes," too.
As to the vegan question, on the surface it sound good. Hey, eat plants and the animals can then play in the grass. What's not to like.
Also, they don't understand biochemical physiology **as it exists today**. Many people today need animal nutrients like animal fat and animal-based retinol. This is simple biochemical physiology.
Now, having said all that, everything needs to be qualified. Free range animal husbandry is quite different than Auschwitz animal husbandry. The former is good, as long as their grass isn't GMO and they don't douse their grass in pesticide, and the latter is bad.
It is getting to the point that we have to start growing our own food to maintain the nutrient quality of the soil so the plants begin to have function again, instead of just form.

Any tips on how to become emotionless. I cry very easily.
Emotionality has been tied to metabolic imbalances by various researchers. Let me guess, your mind races even though your body is exhausted. That is another classic symptom.

They produce higher quality in everything. They have national cohesion so the quality of everything is improved. This is the case with the Japanese as well. What is amazing is how teams like Lithuania have beaten the US in basketball, when it is not even a popular sport in their countries.
Even ex Yugoslavia used to beat the USA many times in the 80’s and 90’s. Then Serbia on its own beat the USA many times. And they only have a population of 7 mil. But even Croatia and Iceland in the fifa World Cup was spectacular.
And Vienna in Austria is ranked as the most liveable city in the world.
To be fair, the US teams beaten in the 1980’s where college all star players that practiced for a short time and then played seasoned teams that might have played together for many years.
How would those teams fair against the Lakers, Sixers, Celtics, or Pistons in the 1980’s?

When smaller nation teams have beaten US All Star teams, I’d assign the key advantage was team chemistry. Team chemistry takes time to develop, and a bunch of stars with similar talents doesn’t always pan out as well as a team with more varied talents than typically associated with “star players.” IOW a regular team designed to play well together for an extended period of time (unlike the “all star” teams coming out of the US).

I want to start my own business online. The biggest obstacle is that I cannot figure out on what to make it. I would prefer it to be a blog. I have many interests like sports commentary, political commentary, film and media commentary, and lifestyle commentary like you do. However just like in real life – I am a “jack in all these trades, and not a master of one” I like all of these- my favorite is probably talking about film and media and commenting on that – however it is a crammed industry. There is a friend I know who is really excellent at it and is marketing and writing some of the best work on the internet for his website but struggling to make money after 2 years.
So it may be wise for me to pursue another area or another avenue entirely.

This was you get your taste of the shitty food (hell even grab a few bites of a Big Mac) without the lingering aftereffects of actually getting a cheat meal, plus by hormesis those few bites will be enough to keep your immune system sharp, almost like an immunization.

What do you think about men who still live at home with their parents well into their 30s? The automatic reaction in America and other highly individualistic cultures is to ridicule these people. I agree they deserve ridicule if they are spongeing off their parents, being lazy slobs, and not working at anything.
But in many developing countries and even in places like Italy, it’s pretty normal for a man to stay with his parents until his mid-30s, even if he has enough money to buy or rent his own property. Thinking back to before the explosion of capitalism, it was also normal to stay with your family, your tribe, for your whole life.
I was thinking about asking the same question yesterday! Vic..answer this in detail please. I’ve had many discussions about this. If done properly it gives you a chance to save up and make investments later on. I know Anglos in the West at times kick their child out at 18yo and I’ve seen many struggle even later in life financially. That’s a big difference here in Australia between foreigners and Anglos. I believe if you educate your child about finances and encourage them to make proper decisions about money, and allow them to live with you until they are ready to move out instead of kicking them out you will help them in the long run.
I think the opposite.
Kicking them (sons, not daughters) out will help them in the long run.
It all depends on the situation.
It can be great, or it can be horrible.
It just depends on the details.
But an adult should be focused on being independent. However, there are a lot of dependent people who don’t live at home, and it is possible to be independently minded while living at home.

You could probably tweak the exercise (one leg, slower movements), but you probably won’t be able to mimic a 600 lb. squat with bands no matter what you do.
