Hello friendly friends.
I'm very happy to announce that the B&D; Podcast is growing very quickly.
The response from you the listener has been tremendous.
Because of your terrific questions this episode comes in at nearly 2 hours.
Many of these topics could have been entire podcasts on their own and because of the great questions, I had to give many of them a proper amount of attention.
In the last episode we discussed the importance of ancient esoteric texts, the carnivore diet, and the shocking reality of demons.
In this episode we will discuss the meaning of life, God and religion, the traits of a great man, and many other topics.

Opening quote:
“I maintain that Truth is a pathless land, and you cannot approach it by any path whatsoever, by any religion, by any sect. All ideologies are idiotic, whether religious or political, for it is conceptual thinking, the conceptual word, which has so unfortunately divided man. The constant assertion of belief is an indication of fear. If we can really understand the problem, the answer will come out of it, because the answer is not separate from the problem. If you begin to understand what you are without trying to change it, then what you are, undergoes a transformation. We all want to be famous people, and the moment we want to be something we are no longer free. Freedom from the desire for an answer is essential to the understanding of a problem. Tradition becomes our security, and when the mind is secure it is in decay. A man who is not afraid is not aggressive, a man who has no sense of fear of any kind is really a free, a peaceful man.”-Jiddu Krishnamurti
From the last episode, Joe asks… (6:45)
What do you believe the meaning of life is?
Bruce asks… (12:12)
Victor, you’ve accomplished so much in your life (best blog on the planet, greek god physique, boat loads of money, seen the world) – could you describe what life is like at the top? Where do you go once you have it all? Essentially, what is your purpose now? More of the same? To keep growing ? (as many accomplished people do – as they say the journey is the destination), or does your life now hold a a different purpose ? Asking because you were one of my childhood heroes. I voraciously read your blog in my early teens and it forever changed and shaped my life.
Alex asks… (17:27)
Victor, you’re wired for success. Were you always this way? Or did you take steps to change your mindset? What’s your take on affirmations and programming the subsconcious mind? Do you believe that the repetition of affirmations programs the subsconcious mind and changes a persons drive and behavior?
JP asks… (20:45)
Thank you for answering my questions. Yes, socialism is a tool of control. It’s very opposite to their message “Everybody is equal and all stuffs are free here (PS. – there’s no free lunch in the world)”. To me, capitalism is the only system so far that can truly pull people out of poverty – if, … IF they work their out of it.
How about you Uncle Vic? You said that all -isms are part of the agenda of those who try to control us. So what do you think of capitalism? Do you think it does serve the people or it is also used by the “elites” (like the Illuminati, if you would) to control the masses?
See: Hegelian dialectic
Also, I have another question regarding bodybuilding: If a man worked out on a gym for years, and for whatever reason, he decides to stop working out on the gym and instead do body weight exercises ALONE, will these exercises sustain the muscles he built from lifting weights?
Hozzy asks… (22:51)
McGregor or Nurmagomedov; who you got and why?
Roberto asks… (22:51)
Connor or Khabib Vic? I wanna put some money in this fight. Still with doubts.
R.H. asks… (23:35)
Do you think taking music lessons is a good idea for adults? Or do you perfer self-learning it from books and the Internet? Can you share with us your experience and thoughts on learning the guitar and writing music?
Om asks… (24:53)
Besides investing in one’s own blog do you ever recommend investing elsewhere? Whats your go-to guide for this?
(26:06) How did you come to your current religious beliefs? Was there something you read or that happened that really stood out? Trying to learn the truth without being bias my family is very extreme Christian and they are obviously bias in their thinking.
Black Mar asks… (36:24)
Vic, what’s your opinion on the Existence of “God”? If there is a God would you want to know about Him/Her and would you obey the Will of your Creator God or choose to do your own thing in life?
Jason asks… (41:19)
How can you get more grounded and in touch with your body, as opposed to being stuck in your head all the time and zoning out?
Joseph asks… (43:16)
What are the main traits of a great man?
What are the possessions that you travel with? How can someone minimize their expenses and possessions to live more freely?
What are some masculine hobbies that you recommend or partake in?
What are your views on video games and media?
Luis asks… (51:23)
What do you think about the workout call Convict Conditioning?
Pat asks… (52:35)
I was wondering if you had any knowledge about midwestern grass fed beef. I agree with eliminating corn and antibiotics from our beef that we eat, however, how do you have grass fed beef from areas like Illinois where I’m from? I grew up on a farm in central Illinois and in the spring and summer our cows could graze our pasture on grass only. In the fall however, as the grass died off for the winter season, we fed them hay and corn. The hay simply didn’t fill them up from what I recall. Could we have done something different instead of the corn?
Alex P. asks… (54:31)
What are your thoughts on Human Growth Hormone?
Gerasimos asks… (54:42)
Do you fear flying on an airplane? Either way, how does somebody overcome that fear?
Leo asks… (56:12)
I’ve never been a follower, but also never a leader. Mostly a lone wolf, I’ve had a tight circle of friends for the longest time I can remember. How can I transition from the lone wolf mentality to one where I am able to bring people to me and have them see me as a leader? What I’ve been doing so far is being more proactive in conversations, but additional advice would be appreciated.
Egi asks… (58:43)
How do you manage your money? Especially at the time when you don’t have a lot of it.
Adrian asks… (59:36)
I have a question if you still drink distilled water? I do not trust water supply cleaning, nor pipping materials.
GettingStronger asks… (1:01:43)
If you can’t afford grassfed meat, is it still better to get cheap meat which is pumped with antibiotics etc. or is vegetarian superior to cheap meat?
Sachin asks… (1:02:26)
Is it possible to thrive as a vegetarian? Pretty sure veganism = death but I know plenty of very healthy vegetarians who live long lives and are full of energy (eating yoghurt and eggs). The healthiest people I know are pescatarians-lean, mean, and they preen because they’re smart, healthy, and very flexible. Red meat seems to weigh you down, I feel heavy, and abandoned it. I felt decent as a pescatarian and at my best as a lacto-ovo veggie. Do you think there’s a genetic component? I am Indian.
NOTE: Average lifespan in India = 68.35 years
(1:05:45) If you have kids will it be with Missus Pride? I support you and will wish for your happiness regardless of which path u go, but I have friends with mix race children and the children are confused and the parents are deep down sad their kids don’t look like them. Plus there is an anti-white agenda. Not judging you, just passing on some thoughts as a reader who cares!
Jason asks… (1:07:44)
What is your advice to a 20 year old who has $10,000 saved and has no liabilities or debts?
Mister Stockholm asks… (1:08:17)
I was born and raised in Sweden. I have a education in construction engineering and have worked as a supervisor at an international construction company for 1 year. I do not like Sweden and do not want to start a a family here for many reasons. (I am 25 y/old) Now to the important point: I want to move back to my roots (Middle East / North Africa). I am really tired of Sweden and want to create something over there and leave the “9-5 jive”. I have my education in Construction engineering and 9500$ saved on my bank-account. Since education is free from Sweden i have no debt and can leave the country when I want. Do you have some suggestions and important advice for me? Feel free to speak and keep up the good work!
Luke asks… (1:12:38)
I am interested in starting a podcast to accompany my blog as well. Could you give us a run down of equipment needed, how to get onto iTunes, SoundCloud, and other media outlets? Also any potential start up costs and what program you use to record and edit.
Rushay asks… (1:13:18)
I currently reside in India, no doubt we try to copy the western cultures, truth is I'm living with my parents who don't have idea what they are doing. They told me to dropout from my college. But luckily somehow I managed to get my degree as I don't want any problems related to visa in future. Truth is they have control over my money. I was want to move to another country, can you recommend how do I change my life?. Thanks for taking your time, really appreciate it.
Tshepang asks… (1:14:12)
Hi Vic. I’m 20 years old, and I’m currently living with my father who pays for everything in the house while I go to college. My question is how to not bullshit your father, and furtherance to it is how to deal with a sociopath who happens to be my father. My only wish is for my father to develop health standards. Health is the first relationship you have with yourself before anyone else, and achieving happiness is having to move from result-oriented to process-oriented. (My dad is really opposite to me). I truly get it that old dogs can’t learn new tricks as old habits die hard. And very much likely to have acknowledged that the world is made out of actions because life is what we make it out to be.
Lee asks… (1:15:40)
I am 22 years old. I have a family history and a long grueling history myself with digestive issues. I’ve gotten all the tests done and they all point to IBS (no cure), poor digestion, and stress. A lot of people suggest a have suggested a vegetable based diet, but I do not feel good and fulfilled on that diet and it causes more stomach issues. What diet do you suggest, and do you have any books or resources available to learn more about the diet?
Samgar asks… (1:19:20)
Victor, what happens we die? do you think there is an afterlife? Does the soul continue to exist in some way? Does it disperse into the universe? Or do we simply cease to exist?
Alex P. asks… (1:21:05)
What’s the best way to drive traffic to your products sales page. I link to my products within and at the end of my articles I also advertise them on the primary sidebar of my blog. Is that too much advertising? Is there anything else you would recommend, or should I just continue creating content to increase traffic and sales.
Also, I noticed you dropped your eBook prices by a penny. I’ve read that prices ending in “99” do better. Have you seen a significant difference in sales since making the change in price?
MoneyStudy asks… (1:22:20)
How do you explain to guys that blue collar and “trade schools” aren’t the answer? I swear that’s the only advice for young, masculine men online. Blue collar jobs are slavery in a hard hat instead of a cubicle in my opinion, entrepreneurship is where it’s at.
Joel asks… (1:24:13)
What is your take on EMF exposure with wifi, phones, etc? Is it something that could be damaging our potential as humans?
Do yourself a favor and google these words: SMART METER - and see what kind of problems are you are facing every day.
Paull asks… (1:25:32)
Hey Vic, I have a simple but important question-what is your blood type? My health got way better after reading and following the blood type diet book. Based on how well you do with meat, I’d guess you’re B or O. Cheers!
Lucas asks… (1:26:24)
What were the first sources of traffic for B&D;?
Dan asks… (1:26:48)
Hello Victor, do you still recommend taking beef liver tablets and zinc?
Alex G. asks… (1:28:01)
What are your thoughts about settling with an Eastern European woman in Thailand or South East Asia away from the western corruption of the traditional family? It’s cheap there, great climate, and plenty to do. I have some friends from Russia who live in Koh Samui Thailand and they already have two kids and life is good. Obviously money and work needs to be secured outside of Thailand ie working online or being sponsored by an overseas company.
RP asks… (1:30:43)
I notice you don’t sell all of your books on Amazon. Is there a reason for this?
Nick Hagood asks… (1:32:24)
My question relates to martial arts. I started boxing a little over four months ago and absolutely love it. Fighting has brought a deeper level of focus back to my game. Which martial arts have you trained, and do you still actively practice any of them? I’m currently focused on boxing, and a little kickboxing, with the intentions of adding in BJJ down the line. What are your favorites?
Silo asks… (1:33:32)
What do you think about vaccines? Are they bullshit or are they good for us? I haven’t had a flu shot or vaccine since I was 15 years old and I’m now 24. It’s very rare that I get sick compared to other people who regularly get these shots.
Karlssen asks… (1:36:10)
Do you still take Modafinil? Why or why not?
GettingStronger asks… (1:37:25)
What do you think about videogames?
Chris asks… (1:37:53)
You’ve touched on addiction before, but can you give a definitive solution to someone who is addicted to anything: cigarettes, caffeine, pills, etc.?
John asks… (1:41:03)
How to break porn/masturbation addiction?
Vaios asks… (1:43:16)
Do you ever notice that you lose momentum and slowly divert back to old habits you try to avoid ? Like for example slowly stop going to the gym and watching more TV as you used to previously. If so, what is the process you personally use to ground yourself once again and stay on the right path? Sometimes it seems that I sprint into the right direction and take many rests in between instead of moving towards my goals at a steady pace.
Zac asks…
First: Im at a crossroads wether I A) work part time as a freelancer for 3-4 years to make money while my blog is growing or b) give up freedom for 1 entire year to work a high income, high stress contracting job, then quit cold turkey to live off savings. This seems more time efficient, perhaps I could invest part of my savings like in the book: the richest man in Babylon. What would you do in this situation Victor?
(1:46:41) Second: I’m underweight already. Include carbs to reach calories or just go carnivore regardless? I’m tired of being skinny even though I always get told in the gym I am strong for my size.
(1:49:19) Third question: The only butter I can access is pasteurized. Still better than carbs? Now that carnivore is on the rise, veganism will be exposed for the false idol it is.
Hercules asks… (1:49:56)
Would you consider yourself tolerant? My friends say about me there are only two opinions my and wrong. When I am drunk I am very tolerant but sober I get murderous thoughts quite often.
“Tolerance and apathy are the last virtues of a dying society.” – Aristotle
Alex J. asks (1:51:23)
Hey Victor, just want to say I bought Body of a Spartan and it’s awesome. I stopped by the book store the other day and found the art of the deal. I read the first few pages and realized how much time I and most people waste. What are things you have changed in your life to save valuable time?
Damon asks… (1:52:29)
I know you’ve gone into this before but can explain how I can gain weight by eating three meals per day as a skinny guy with s fast metabolism. Do I not need to count calories?
Alex asks… (1:53:12)
Have you used an air fryer to cook meat? I hear good things and am considering purchasing one.
George asks… (1:53:40)
I hear and read everywhere to drink as much water as possible. Anytime I drink big amounts of water, I find myself visiting the bathroom constantly. For example, if I drink half a litre of water after I wake up, I will probably go to the bathroom at least 2 times in the next hour. But when I don’t drink water I feel the dehydration, a bit of bad mood, etc Do you have any tips and reliable advice about this topic
Zac asks… (1:54:36)
Now that you aren’t drinking raw goats milk, How do you get your electrolytes and hydration in? Whenever I’ve done a Keto diet I’ve had no choice but to resort to drinking glasses of potassium powder and salt water, otherwise I’d experience a drained droopy feeling throughout the day. I’d love to hear your successful alternative, I know I’m not the only one experiencing this issue.
Sebastian Heart asks… (1:56:36)
Victor, Thanks for your great in-depth reply to my question regarding spirits. I have been thinking about your answer for the whole day yesterday and I have a follow up question. Let me give you and the readers some background.
I am now 25 but 5 years ago when I was 20 I used to be drinking a lot of alcohol with this buddy of mine. You could perfectly describe us as ‘devils’ when we were drinking and we would take things to extremes during the nightlife. I very well resonate with the description that you gave where alcohol opens up the mind to spirits and beings because I would do and say things that I normally wouldn’t to other people.
I also developed a skin rash 5 years ago that I am still trying to get rid of. After some research I found out it is a yeast infection called candida albicans, and it became worse when I visitied Vietnam in 2015 (also got vaccinated then which might have aggrevated it). Right now diet and antifungals are a good way to reduce symptoms and slowly cure the infection.
After your description of Earthbound spirits being able to hold onto sick and weak bodies and also being able to enter minds under the influence of alcohol a chord struck me that maybe I have some Earthbound spirits in me. The reason I am telling you this is that for quite some time I would envision horrible scenes and pictures in my mind when I would close my eyes. I would see suffering and demons and death. And I am completely sober for two years now btw because alcohol flares up my eczema. But I see these demonic images and combined with all this eczema and yeast I figured that maybe I have some Earthbound spirits in my body that are causing all this. I have been also quite sombre and negative in the past (although this is changing) but now that you talked about this yesterday I was wondering if you also know a way to get rid of Earthbound spirits?
My apologies for the long text you can shorten it of course of give a closer description for the next podcast. I wanted to give you some background. I am completely off alcohol and drugs now for three years and exercising everyday. Still my eczema and candida are not completely gone. Please help.
Topic for the next episode…
How do we do an exorcism?
Until next time.
Your man,
-Victor Pride

Victor, do you still have maids? I remember hearing on one of your Full Color Godcasts that you had some from Guatemala. What is a good way to get maids to clean for you. Do you recommend getting some?
Hey Vic,
I’ve been living with my parents to save up money. I’m ready to move on, but I hate the idea of signing a 12 month lease, buying property, or even buying a car. I want to avoid all long term bills and be nomadic.
What’s the best way to get housing for 1 to 2 months at a time without spending a fortune?
For people dealing with dehydration, drinking too much water can actually do more harm than good. Hydration is dependent on your body’s balance of salt and other electrolytes in your body, and too much water will dilute them. If you are drinking lots of water and still feel dehydrated I suggest you cut back on all the water and drink coconut water. drinks like pedialyte and gatorade work fine too.
Hi, Vic, any tips for dealing with acne?
Your podcast is always great and I enjoy listening to it!
I would like an answer to this too.
For sure, you need to severely eliminate processed sugar, dairy and low-quality carbs like white bread, white pasta, etc. Also I have a suspision that too much coffee is bad for the acne.
agreed, sugar seems to have a negative effect - I also have a suspicion that fapping doesn’t help either - what all these things have in common along with coffee could be a depletion in dopamine, perhaps the hormone offset triggers acne
Excellent podcast.
I’m waiting for the articles about how to create high quality podcasts (equipment, etc) as well as how to travel like a Spartan.
Questions:
-I describe myself and want to live as what you say in a previous article: an “ass-kicking Spartan”. So, apart from the Spartan way to travel, I want to ask you about a solid Spartan wardrobe. Mainly for the underwear (how many pairs of socks, boxers/briefs) pairs of shoes and t-shirts? An article about the ass-kicking Spartan wardrobe would be good.
-At what hour do you wake up and go to bed nowadays?
-Do you still shave everyday with the shaving cream + Mercury razor, shower with the African soap (I see reviews on Amazon that the company has change the ingredients to a more low-quality product)?
Thank you
I liked the Full Color Godcast where you were on video and had a whiteboard drawing stuff. I was way more captivated and drawn into the podcast and would actually watch the entire podcast and not to just see my if my question was answered. This is my opinion on this. If you look at all the major podcasts, they have video feed along with it. You should go back to get a larger audience. Cheers
I believe the media/government installs fear in us to keep us within the borders of a dying country.
I’m an American living in Mexico. I’ve lived in Cancun, Guadalajara, and Mexico City. I have been to countless other cities during my time here, sometimes in media “war zones”.
I have never felt like I was in danger.
Mexicans have gone out of their way to help me avoid mishaps.
Most Mexicans I encounter are excited to meet a white person and want to take pictures and practice their English with me.
Mexico is a very warm country, not just the climate but the people are very kind and welcoming. They love to share their culture and open their homes.
That’s a very wide assumption based on your experiences with the Mexicans you have encountered in your life. There are assholes and nice people in every race and ethnicity. Pretty dogmatic to think otherwise.
I take it back. Mexicans are terrible and you should stay wherever you are.
Where in the world can you start a healthy and proper family? You have said that you will get eaten in a foreign country and America is not an option either.
Do you think honey is healthy? When im ill it seems to make me heal much faster.
Vic, your work has helped me tremendously, my question has to deal with Multi level marketing. One of my best friends is trying to bring me into it, I trust him very much and I know from his and my own determination we could make quite a bit of money from it but at the core of it it just sounds like another form of control. Its a hard topic because on one hand many of other people in these groups have recommended excellent books, like think and grow rich but at the same time it doesn’t look like you are thinking for yourself. I appreciate your thoughts
Excellent podcast. My question is how to prevent and reverse grey hair? Thank you
Do you think aids is a hoax?
Hey Victor, thanks for the response! Glad to see you’ve dabbled with a few disciplines as well. I’m in the same boat as you when it comes to lifting. It’s where I got started and where I’ll always return.
I’m turning 29 this month. What’s your biggest piece of advice for someone who’s wrapping up their twenties and about to go into their thirties? It seems this is the time when our experiences and knowledge reconstruct themselves into a higher order, and then we begin to connect the dots we were previously blind to.
I’m still building my brand, paying off debt from past mistakes, and training my body and mind… yet something seems to be missing. I always want more and feel like true freedom is far into the future, despite constant progress. I am leagues above where I used to be in life. Is this simply the hunger behind the climb to success, or something more?
Looking forward to fight night this weekend, and the B&D exorcism next Thursday!
Thanks again brother,
Nick
You can keep climbing. You have achieved everything you wanted… want more! Don’t long to lose it all, don’t long for nothing, long for SO MUCH that what you have right now is nothing.
Being on the top of the mountain lets you see the next mountain that was above the clouds when you were at the base of the first mountain.
Good luck and believe you can create so much more and do so much more than you already have done.
Hey Victor,
Long podcast today. Varied topics, too. I’ve got a few more things to ask:
- It sounds, from your early descriptions of your work on B&D, that you spent a lot of hours in front of a computer screen. Did you ever face eyesight complications? Do you believe your diet help you on this matter, too?
- Can you talk a little bit about your satellite sites? From what I gather they seem mostly a single-page website with a different domain that gets linked only form your blog, but perhaps there’s more you’d like to add.
- I’ve heard you mentioning SEO more often now. I’m don’t plan on worrying about it, but I’d like to know what is your understanding of it and your main strategies in tackling it. How do you work with SEO on B&D?
Cheers!
Sometimes I feel a strong desire to be able to edit my comments.
Do you believe that a man should eventually stop reading blogs and books and figure things out for himself?
Obviously not Vic, but you should never stop learning so I wouldn’t write them off completely. With that being said, there is a limit to the benefits of books and blogs, and as you progress their benefit should become more and more niche. Now, when should you stop/cut back? When you have the confidence to believe in your instincts and thoughts about the world. I can’t speak for you or anyone else for that matter, but the biggest benefit I’ve found in blogs in this part of the internet is it verified my thoughts/feelings about things where the mainstream narrative was something different than what I was perceiving. In addition, understanding the harsh truth about the world opens you up to understanding the truth about yourself. With this, you can begin to confidently evaluate yourself and the world around you.
Vic,
I was doing the 9-5 jive on a job where I was just laid off. I’m living like a Spartan right now. My dilemma is I don’t have much savings and I need to pay my $400 rent by the beginning of the month.
Do you have any ideas on how I can make this money? I’ll do anything at this point. Also, can you recommend ideas on how to live dirt cheap and get by. I already don’t hang out, have put girls on hold, and eat at home. I’m striving to become an entrepreneur but have a ways to go.
Thanks Vic
What’s your opinion on eating insects, are they a good source of animal protein?
If you had G.I. Bill benefits from serving in the U.S. military, what would you study in today’s age in order to remain a free man?
Most advice for Veterans is to use your benefits to study at a two year or four year university, which I think is a load of crap. Would like to hear your take on this.
What is the End Goal for your life? You talk about the process of getting there but not your specific goal you are living to achieve. Do you have such a goal?
Hi Vic,
Pretty sure I have chronically tight muscles and “pelvic floor dysfunction” which means I can’t shit or urinate fully, and I’m also miserable all day as a result. Any tips? Magnesium is OK, but I need something that REALLY strengthens my nervous system and allows me to be happy and calm at all times. I take liver tabs and tracheal cartilage which is supposed to be great.
Second, I don’t have energy through the day. I’m groggy in the morning, miserable and sleepy by the afternoon, and FINALLY at about 6pm, I get a burst of energy to actually work. It’s ridiculous and completely impedes any possibility of flow or productivity. Adrenal fatigue?
I’m in my early twenties and don’t know why the hell these kinds of problems are so common for young men when our grandfathers were killing rattlesnakes at 80 and smoking cigars on their death bed.
Explain your diet to me please. Don’t leave out coffee intake.
Sure. No coffee, quit that shit a while back ALTHOUGH when I get constipated, it was sometimes a life saver.
My constipation isn’t up in the intestines. My food digests fine, etc, and makes its way down to the exit, but my pelvic muscles (e.g. the opening) are super tight so I just can’t take a full shit or urinate easily.
It’s a nerve misfiring/tight muscle issue. Muesli with yogurt in the morning, sweet potatoes and some protein midday + bone marrow and liver, fresh milk/fruits at night. I’ve tried every variation, no dairy, no gluten, only meat, etc, problem doesn’t go away. Muscles spasm, and when my muscles are TIGHT, I feel sleepy and fatigued. When they’re loose, I feel full of energy.
My hands shake/tremble, and it’s tough to do your best work when you’re always gassy/incompletely evacuated.
Now, eating less sometimes help. I think my HCL production is low, so whenever I eat more than the little that my digestive enzymes can tolerate, the rest of the food may just cause gas and bloating because it isn’t being properly digested. I wonder how HCL can be increased.
Much obliged!
Hi, Vic. I work from home, but some days I get really bored. What can I do?
Q2. It is normal to feel stressed or depressed after breaking a fasting state?
Thanks, man.
Is karma true? The great ones all seem to realize karma exists and most people have a stupid understanding of it. Eating an animal is not bad karma; but torturing that animal, or eating excessively with greed beyond your needs, etc would get you another birth as an animal gets tortured. Fulfilling one’s natural needs in a way respectful to the animals and nature around us, which is all God’s creation, will not make you get “bad karma”. Just clarifying for the sake of other readers-what’s your idea?
What are your current thoughts and findings about numerology?
Victor, have you ever had a lucid dream or an out of body experience aka visiting the astral planes? If not, do you know anything about them?
Ive had spontaneous OBE’s and lucid dreams happen to me frequently ever since I was a young boy. They still happen till this day and I’m almost 30 now. I’ve also consciously initiated these experiences as well.
Speaking of Exocerisms, Angels and Demons, I would like to recommend to Sebastian who commented and also your readers a fantastic book that details how one can protect them self vs evil spirits and black magic: it’s called “The Practical Psychic Self-Defense Handbook” by author> Robert Bruce. In this book are real and actual practical methods/ things you can do to protect yourself.
Thanks for the amazing podcasts Victor I’m loving them definitely in my opinion some of your very best work. Thanks. Cheers
Do you think 432 hz Healing Music works? They say this is the vibration of the universe.
Looking forward to the discussion on this one.
I personally love binaural beats, isochronic tones, and solfeggio frequencies. I listened to them daily when I was clawing out of a dark place mentally, and they really helped my clarity, focus, and self-talk.
I enjoy 432 Hz, but don’t limit myself to just that frequency. I resonate well with 963 Hz.
Here’s a playlist of various frequencies I use for content creation and meditation…

Do you ever think of making a Body of a Spartan updated version with things you have discovered since publishing the ebook?
Dear Victor
Thank you for mentioning Paganism. This clicked something inside me. For a long time I have been searching for a book which describes the ‘rules of nature’ or a very close description of it. Would you say that Paganism is the closest one can get to understand nature? Do you have a good book or another source which you recommend that describes Paganism?
Also, I recall you mentioned Gnosticism in one of your articles earlier this year? Would you say that Gnosticism and Paganism both are very close to nature? Do you have any source recommendations on Gnosticism as well?
Thanks and keep this podcast train rolling! I am tuning in every Thursday evening. Great content! Great host! Great life!
If paganism is natural religion why they were weaker than christians and defeated by them?
1. How does someone come up with a great name for their blog? I have a clear vision of how my website will look and am certain that I can produce great content, however I just can’t think of a name.
2. Have you had any experience of lucid dreaming, if so what are your views on it?
Everything you say about Religion is true. It is a powerful institution, and like all institutions, it exists to serve itself & subjugate others. It is a tool of enslavement.
Christianity is not Religion. Christ came to destroy Religion.
God is not all-powerful. Your presupposition is used to draw the conclusion you want.
Truth can only be known by it’s effects. And you look at societies with a strong Christian belief system, the results are undeniably better than others. Why is that?
Lately I have been spending some time in Montpellier France, and yesterday I flew over the city on a 4 seat little plane and was amazing. And like Victor Pride me and my friend went on a muscle beach did workout swam in the cold water and did judo exercise and abundance postures watching the sunset.
And now ANOTHER freaking 2 hour podcast that we will certainly appreciate and are grateful for!
Here is our question : You have said you had problems with your back. What helped you the most to heal?
Thanks and have a great day
Hi Vic, greeting to you. I from Korea. Follow your blog as you are smart and handsome! Just want to say bad eating habits catch up with even genetic elite. George saint Pierre is out with colitis, inflamed stomach due to all the junk he eat. Diet is king!
Have you heard of bovine tracheal cartilage? Seems amazing for joint pain, recovery, energy, the fundamental building block that can be turn into any muscle or bone! My fatigue go away when I eat it. The best superfood on our planet now!
Love, Kiu
What are your views on the author Jack Kerouac and his book “On the Road”, if you have read it?
Also how would you begin travelling the world with $7000 saved as a young man?
I have a deviated septum, therefore my nose often gets blocked and difficult to breathe through. As a result, I tend to breathe through my mouth. Basically everyday I suffer headaches, dizziness and anxiety, as well as tightness in my neck and chest. Any advice for improving my ability to breathe and get rid of this dizziness? I have considered getting surgery, is this a good option?
What does your morning/daily routine consist of? Also what do you do to stay clean and well groomed? Do you recommend any natural grooming products such as soap, shaving cream, shampoo and cologne?
Hi Vic, loving the new podcast, it’s going to continue to blow up.
Mike Tyson once claimed to have gone 5 years without sex as he was more focused on the fulfillment of his purpose. What are your thoughts on spending your 20s living like this; delaying gratification to ensure a better future.
Also, this ties into this topic but could you speak to the culture here in America (Especially cities) where most folks are living paycheck to paycheck in order to finance an external facade driven by materialism. What does this behavior mean for the economy? What does this behavior mean for the individuals consumed by it? Has social media catalyzed this?
Thanks Uncle Vic!
Victor, what are your thoughts on transhumanism?
How on earth do we stay focused and agile through the entire day?
I’ll wake up at like 7 and feel groggy but able to work, whatever, and somewhere around 2pm, I’ll get this massive wave of tiredness. I’ll have no chance but to rest for an hour with a nap if I want to be productive for the rest of the day.
My creative juices don’t seem to get flowing until like 6pm, lol, that’s when I have some energy.
What is wrong with us today? Why do we struggle to have even basic energy to do work? To be elite, having energy is a given. Without it, forget eliteness!
ps even the genetic elite can’t get away with bad diet forever, george st pierre is out with ulcerative colitis, a direct result of the nonsense processed pasta he eats daily
Thanks for all you do Nick!
Hi Victor,
Is the Carnivore diet the fastest way to lose body fat?
Do you have cheat days on this diet? You’ve mentioned the benefits of one cheat meal per week when dieting and I’m curious if this still applies with the Carnivore diet.
Hey Vic, I am interested in getting Red Growth but unfortunately, it doesn’t ship to Canada. What is an alternative? Also, what are your thoughts on the player lifestyle vs a monogamous relationship? Thank you.
How does one get really good at English writing when English is not his native language? What is your opinion of (the lost art of) diary writing?
I’ve just re-read your “5 Years of Pride (Happy Birthday to Bold and Determined)” article. Can you share with us your experiences of teaching English to non-native speakers in China?
Thank you for your great articles and answers.
Hi, what are your thoughts on Jordan Peterson and his work?
Best regards
Definitely curious on this
Hey Victor,me again. Thank you for answering all of my questions, I really enjoy your podcasts. My question is what are your thoughts on movie Matrix?
How do you find/develop the tight knight community that man requires to be mentally sane? It seems like in the modern world in the US there is no sense of belonging, especially if you are a young white male in a city.
What is the course of action for us? Especially when, in the future we want to raise kids in a tight knight community, with a traditional, feminine, young White American wife. Of course we could go overseas, but those are not our people and we have nothing in common with them. Our kids would be nothing like us.
Hey Vic,
I am a young bodybuilder in university and time is of the essence. I often use a microwave to heat up my meals, as a lot of them are in Tupperware already prepared. I only drink spring water, and don’t partake in any drugs, alcohol or caffeine. It seems as though the microwave could be my only unhealthy action. Thoughts on microwaving food? Is it bad for us or would you say that thought process is quote-on-quote “hippy shit”?
Thanks Victor
Victor,
Thank you for answering my question last week regarding addiction to substances. While I agree 100% with your answer regarding the drug being the solution to the problem that it creates, I have a follow up question. What does a person do about the withdrawal? I understand your explanation on a logical level… but when I try to give up the drugs/chemicals, the withdrawals are too damn bad. The resulting brain fog and lethargy combined with the intense cravings render me half useless, something I cannot afford to be in my demanding day to day life and job which requires focus and energy. Please help.
What do you think of telegony in human spiecies and overpopulation?
Hey Vic, how do you find your mission / life purpose. I’m at a crossroad in my life right now. I’m not sure if I should follow the voices in my head which tell me to become a professional athlete or, to just build a brand around what I love. Becoming an athelete has its pros, but there’s also many fears of failures. For me, building a brand has less fears of failures and will probably lead me to live a somewhat happy life, but it will not push my limits. Do I follow the voices which tell me to be great or do I follow things that make me happy and l as stressed?
Vic,
Why do so many women appear to be attracted to degenerate men?
Hello Victor,
Do you have any experience with dealing with Phenibut withdrawal and how to get over it? I know that Red Monkey contains it, though I have been using a generic brand of phenibut. I know it is a great anxiety-killer and provides unparalleled optimistic motivation, but I have for this reason foolishly fallen into the habit of taking it every day. Now I find it impossible to feel happy or motivated without phenibut. It seems that I am stuck with taking it just to feel normal.
Any advise you might have would be greatly appreciated.
Regards,
James.
What’s the best way to maximize earnings as an Amazon affiliate? Do you believe that linking to an Amazon product in all of your articles is too much?
Morning Vic,
I have the weirdest and most annoying problem and it is ruining my life. I have a chronically tight pelvic floor which leaves me miserable. I don’t want to be graphic, but I have no choice. My pelvic floor is tight, which means urination is incomplete, and worst of stool, bowel movements are thin and incomplete. Gas is trapped leaving me with great pain in my lower back and in the rectum until it passes. I am positively debilitated and cannot function or work with clarity and vigor.
Any sort of inflammation/tightness, such as going to the gym and doing squats, will cause the tension to rise and when tension is high, bowel movements become impossible and the spasm is painful enough for me to quit doing everything. Doctors are useless. The rest of my muscles are tight too-tight hip flexors, glutes, hamstrings. I wonder if it is a nervous system problem whereby stress/anxiety/some sort of infection are causing my muscles to never be able to relax. Sometimes when I take advil/ibuprofen, I feel some relief, making me wonder if it is inflammation. No diet change has solved the problem either.
A second question:
As you are naturally skinnyfat, before you became strong, I know your body type is prone to exhaustion like mine and that you probably need at least 8 hours of sleep to be happy. How did you succeed in life? I know you’re not one of the genetic elites who was born a mesomorph or can get away with 4 hours of sleep like Donald Trump, and I feel so much of my potential is wasted due to sheer physical restraint.
Please help a brother out.

Is Red Growth safe for a 19 year old, will it cause a reduction in natural testosterone?
Also, will you ever re release the episodes of the full color god cast, as they were some of the greatest content ever?
Is it possible to gain your reader’s trust without showing your face too often on your blog? I’m asking for privacy reasons.
How did you come up with the red supplements? Do you have a partner and how is it legal?
Its him and chris from Good looking loser.com
I find that when I am using the computer or smartphone for a while my eyes get dry and feel as if they are burning. I also find my head stiffens up and my brain becomes foggy. Any insight?
I deleted my facebook, twitter and instagram account last year; uninstalled whatsapp from my smartphone some months ago; and finally sold my smartphone and bought myself a dump NOKIA 8110 this August.
I did all these gradually so I didn’t experience inconveniences from the change. I can still browse the web with the small screen of my phone in case of emergency.
I’ve got my real life back and may now see the world and the people around me with a different vision and perception.
Many a time I’ve been shocked at the scene I saw in a crowded railway train, with almost everyone (young + old) staring at their smartphones playing video games, watching TV shows, flipping facebook, and chatting whatsapp.
I felt like I was in a Chinese opium den of the past century.
And what good does it do us to read facebook advertisements and whatsapp chit-chat?
I wish my English was better so I might tell you what I’ve experienced more clearly.
You cannot NOT get your eye dry and your brain foggy when you fix your eyes on that little square screen which we called our digital world. Plain and simple.
So I think the best solution to your problems is to get to the root of it by relying less on your smartphone and computer.
You will see how much of your time and energy be saved in the process. Give it a try.
Can you Talk about the Process of making/creating a supplement? and also a Supplement company? I remember you before mentioning that for the amount of work that goes into it for the payoff, its not really worth it
How much money do you make per month on average? Maybe talk about the most and the least…
Hey vic,
What are your thoughts on building a blog based on poetry? Ive seen a lot of info on building a blog that helps people via how to’s and tutorials. Whats your thoughts on building a blog based on emotional poetry and creative writing?
