Vic, Who is Q?
Veganism is a cult asks… (8:22)
Is consuming too much dairy bad for our health, even if it’s raw dairy?
Maverick asks… (9:22)
Hi Vic, I was in a relationship for almost a decade and have many photos with my ex. Should I delete all the photos of her and us as a couple or keep it and show it to my future wife? We had many photos from trips and some good memories, but I don’t care about her anymore.
Ocon asks… (10:09)
What companies should I avoid to make sure I’m not supporting the enemy? You don’t sell on amazon, do you not buy from it?
Matt asks… (11:27)
1) What’s your opinion on learning the local language if you live in a foreign country?
2) What’s your opinion on eating carnivorous animals?
I’ve often heard that certain species of carnivore such as big cats and wild dogs, purposely avoid humans. I wonder if that’s because we used to eat them.
Vaios asks… (13:39)
Victor, the way to find out what you want out of life begins by finding out who you are underneath. Sometimes we get lost in every day lives through our habits(repetitive work, relationships, etc). I believe that knowing yourself is the only way to connect with others too. How do you go back to that core part of yourself that makes you, you? Sometimes I even find it hard to remind myself why I was doing something just because I got lost in the act of doing it.
Rohan asks… (16:20)
Hi Victor, I was wondering if you have had any experience dealing with parasites, tapeworms, or any organisms living inside of you that cause health damage? Modern medicine says parasites are caused by eating raw meat/under cooked meat, but we shouldn’t trust modern medicine. I was wondering what your explanation was of how humans get parasites. Also, how do you cleanse your body of parasites?
Robert asks… (20:09)
When you first started blogging or even nowadays, do you write based on ‘popular keywords’ or on topics specifically hoping to rank better? Or do you write intuitively based on what your vision for your blog/goal is and let everything else fall into place ?
Kristin asks… (22:15)
Dear Vic, I must ask you how you manage to stay sane in a world filled with terror. When you hear of a story like the two Swedish girls who went to Morocco and were beheaded, do you feel any fear? I am so scared of the world. What would you recommend a man and woman do to stay safe? I carry pepper spray but even a taser is not legal in many parts of the USA.
I am petrified. How do we stay safe? What are some good homogenous communities we can move to? What steps can a woman, much weaker than an average man, do to keep herself safe? The poor women above would have had a fighting chance if they had pepper spray or a taser, let alone a gun.
The 2A is under attack in the USA, which is another issue.
Each new story like this leaves me in great fear. I am anxious. The manosphere often says women are born with all advantages. I don’t think so. Sure, a woman is born being desirable in the sexual marketplace while men need to work, but the world is a scary, uncertain place from a female standpoint.
Please take the time to give your thoughts on this matter. Our countries are becoming unrecognizable.
I have been reading much about karma and decided ultimately, that while we need saturated animal fat and cholesterol, the best and most humane ways to get this are fatty fish, eggs, and milk. I have no idea how animals are killed for food and if it involves agony, screaming, pain, and so forth, I want no part of this given that we can obtain all the necessary nutrients via wonderful milk and eggs and fatty fish (which are the least sentient “meat” and suffer the least therefore, much less than sheep or bovines).
Paul R. asks… (29:38)
2 questions for the next show:
1) Can a person be healthy if they drink raw eggs and full-fat butter/yogurt, but not red meat?
2) Many people ask the question “who am I” in their spiritual lives. Are we the mind? The body? The soul? All of these? or none of these? Or is this a single spirit or consciousness that pervades through the universe and never dies, and are we one with it or in some way separate from it?
Karl asks… (32:11)
Are there times when your urges get out of hand?
For example, I notice that when I am sick or when I am lonely, the urges to watch porn and jerk off increase, as does lack of motivation.
Does one solve this by simply never being lonely/finding a tribe of like minded motivated men to talk to?
In general, another question is-do we need goals in life? Desire is the root of suffering said the Buddha. But without some goal/desire/thing to look forward to, life becomes dreary and the evil urges/habits creep back in.
Life, in short, is very confusing. Do you feel this way or do you have a sense of clarity/confidence about what’s next?
Anonymous asks… (34:52)
What drives men to suicidal thoughts or actions? What advice would you give to those who periodically find themselves here?
Cholesterol deficiency, vitamin deficiency, nutrition deficiency such as B12 deficiency. Serotonin and dopamine are produced in the gut. Bad foods inhibit this. They always said your gut is responsible for your health. Beyond that, loneliness or incurable disease. Every depressed person has to heal their gut. Personally, raw goat milk healed and restored my gut. More on American suicide rates.
Drew asks… (39:45)
What are your thoughts on drugs such as adderall and vyvanse? When I am on these my productivity and efficiency is roughly 10x compared to normal. In today’s world I feel like all succesful businessmen are taking these drugs just like athletes are taking steroids. Are drugs such as these required to be the best at business? I do follow the carnivore diet and this helps with productivity… but adderall and vyvanse really give me an edge on the competition.
German asks… (40:48)
Hi Victor, How to restore and improve your eyesight, next to the carnivore diet?
Daniel asks… (41:53)
Hello Victor, Long time follower. Quick question. I just turned 30 and am starting to notice a lot of gray hair on one side of my head. Any advice to remedy this? Thank you.
Chris asks… (42:31)
Vic, I’m having trouble getting enough fat with the Carnivore Diet. I just don’t like the chewiness of it on steak. I do cook it in butter but know I’m not getting enough fat. I try to eat eggs but just don’t like them that much. You mentioned you eat meat raw sometimes – what about raw egg yolks? I can gulp those down but they don’t seem to satiate me as much as cooked eggs. What are other ways to increase your fat intake?
Jonah asks… (43:52)
I have long struggled to purge all my vices and acquire all the habits I desire. Should I do one at a time or all at once ? The all at once, often fails me but I feel the vices are connected. Specifically, vices have been bad eating habits, lack of exercise(or irregular), masturbation/porn, chasing women, smoking cigarettes, weed, drinking alcohol, overspending, wasting time on digital entertainment, bad sleeping patterns(ie up all night). The following I have lately been good at not doing: cigarettes, weed, alcohol.
How can I finally get rid of all my vices and get my habits on track? I have done Monk Mode like programs before, and the best period was by first doing a cleanse and then slowly stacking good habits over a few weeks. But I want it to really last.
Graham asks… (48:27)
Hi Vic. Very excited about Red Beast, can’t wait to try it. Looking forward to future Red Supplements products. Is it safe to combine Red PCT 2.0, Beast, and Growth? What is the best way to use them?
Jaime asks… (49:55)
Hi Victor, would you recommend that 3 and a half days cheat meal diet to someone who has been training hard for two and a half years? I want to reach my peak potential and everything that can add points is welcome.
Bill asks… (51:13)
I have been following the carnivore diet for 2 weeks but still have intense brain fog pretty much all day. I have lost strength in the gym and feel tired easily. I currently eat a ribeye steak with 6 eggs cooked in butter for breakfast, salmon and mozzarella cheese for lunch, and pork ribs or liver for dinner. I also drink 200ml heavy cream before bed.
I had bad brain fog before doing the carnivore diet, but I thought that going no carb would cure it. I don’t drink alcohol, do any drugs or drink coffee. I drink 2 litres of spring water daily. Before this i was eating about 300+ grams of carbs per day from potatoes, nuts and milk. Any advice would be appreciated?
Orestes asks… (52:34)
Vic, I tried carnivore diet and you were right about the benefits. But after some time I return to these stupid carbs (like 2-3 times already) and now I miss my meat and fat. I won’t give up, so tell me – after these first “2 weeks of hell” on carnivore, carbs won’t be tempted me anymore like that? It’s a rehab for sure.
Harry S. asks… (54:10)
Is there anything in particular that inspired you to grow out a full beard? Your face has been clean-cut for most of your time here on B&D;, it is interesting to see that you have changed your appearance. Please recommend any beard oils that you personally use or approve of if you can.
All great men have beards. Jesus, King Arthur, Santa Claus, Odin etc.
Wolf asks… (55:21)
Do you think an older man can be as strong as a young man? Do you think that our bodies decline naturally or is it man-made through diet and our lifestyles?
A Lost Soul asks… (56:54)
My family is not from the US. Although I was born in the US, I do not feel at home here. Should I move back to the country where my family is from?
Stan asks… (58:05)
What are the best countries/cities for a young man to travel to, and do so cheaply?
Rohan asks… (58:33)
Hi Victor, what’s your take on mental illness? Back in the day, people with mental illness were thought to be possessed by demons or evil spirits. In this day and age, there are psychiatric drugs to surpress symptoms of different mental illnesses, such as bipolar, schizopherenia, borderline personality, etc… Do you think there is a logical way to handle these mental illnesses and cure them? Do you think these psychiatric drugs act like every other drugs, meaning they surpress the symptoms for a little bit, then when the drug wears off, the symptoms come back even stronger, and the person is caught in the loop of taking drugs?
Until next time.
Your man,
-Victor Pride

Hey Victor!
I love raw cow milk. I don’t know how much carbs in has though. I think about 4,9g per 100ml. I wanted to start the carnivore diet, so i have to avoid raw cow milk?
Best regards from Germany
Floriao
- 80% of your results come from 20% of your effort, going over this may tip natural balance i.e. it may take 50% of your energy to get to 85% or 90% of whatever goal. Think of it as a law of nature/economics of behavioural inpput/output.
Happy new year Vic.
here are my questions for your next podcast:
1. when do you plan to release Volume 4 of B&D - I like reading your blog posts in book form. I have the first 3 volumes.
2. I assume that when you’re with family, you go out to eat with your family sometimes. When you go out to eat, what are the main dishes you order?
3. what kind of backup plugin or service do you use to backup your blog? (Bluehost doesn’t guarantee backups with most plans).
Personal note, no need to answer. Wanted to check in to see if you got those two books yet - “Simply Jesus” by N,T. Wright and “The Unseen Realm” by Michael Heiser. If not, I hope you will. Thanks Vic. Love your show.
Hey victor, can you give us 5 random life lessons you have learned.. thanks.
Great episode. It was funny, in your response to the question about grey hair. I thought you said “dye it”, but actually it was “diet”.
I won’t ask any questions here due to the backlog you said you have. Instead, I’ll just look forward to the next one.
Regards.
My grandad has just been diagnosed with Colon Cancer. What steps could he take to become healthy again? The doctor of course have said that he will need chemotherapy.
He believes in me and will take my advice. Also what is your views on the causes of cancers and modern treatments such as chemotherapy?
Guys, the best smart drug no doubt is Armodafinil, much better than its cousin Modafinil. I wrote a review on my blog about it. Just think everyone should know since they are just about the same in price.
Hey Uncle Vic. I have 22 years old and have 20.000$ saved in cash. I want to start an online business with that capital, but don’t know how to use and leverage that money to advance faster or produce higher income from the start. Would like to blog, but don’t know how to invest that money in the start of the blogging business. Maybe buying traffic from the beginning? I need to put this money to produce. Any thoughts on this?
I am in the process for doing this myself, will be interesting to hear what victor says.
Hey Rlac just reposted your comment on victors latest podcast man, he wasn’t taking any questions from this comment section! Your answer will be in the Bold and Determined Podcast #22.
:)
Awesome zacheriah! Thank you man. I hope we both get our very awaited answer. Greetings!
Do you recommend ground beef for time being as a remedy to the adaptation to canivore diet ?
Can you go more into our foreign enemies like the muslims and Africans the globalists invade our countries with. I know about the kalergi plan I’ve noticed a trend that these muslims truly do want us dead. You said the less they look like us the more they want to kill us.
I agree.
How can we teach our women that this is so.
Hi. May I ask for your own interpretation on this Japanese concept, ikigai. Only asking it as to see what you can let on for the younger soldiers/struggling artists to understand why passion can be replaced with ikigai.
Vic, great pod. How do you make revenue on the B&D blog? The content is free and I don’t see much advertising. How does it generate revenue for you?
Vic, what do you think of glucosamine supplements? Do they do anything or just a waste of money?
No questions guys for the next episode.
Save the questions for the next episodes.
Happy new year Vic.
I bought RED PCT and RED BEAST and I would like to know if I can take both in the same day thank you.
Yes you can. Happy new year.
Hey Vic, It’s Carl. Question for you. So I’ve been really wanting a beard but I’m finishing my last year in the military. When I get out however, I was wondering what are some things you think could help. I’ve always struggled to grow facial hair. I just get Napoleon Dynamite type hair. Pen Stache shit. Any tips? You think the carnivore diet would help for sure? Beard oil? Thanks always
Hey dude, did you get jaw/chin/mandible implants? Don’t know if it’s lighting, nice/low bf% or whateever; anyway take it as a compliment. Charles
Yo Vic, did you get a jaw implant? Or natty? Lookin’ healthy man. Time to kill 2019. Keith
No. Full natty jaw.
Juan says
Will you be putting New World Ronin back up for another print run?

Owsley Stanley looked in pretty bad shape in his old age. The all meat diet didn’t seem to keep him healthy forever. Would you say this is simply a result of smoking weed, doing acid and getting throat cancer?
Chemotherapy.
Hi, my question is:
How much we can be anonymous in modern times?
What we must use to be unspotted and unplugged from system as far as we can? I’m asking about using Internet, choosing Windows or Linux etc., using duckduckgo instead of google, bank account. And what we must avoid?
Hey Vic, what advice would you give to a young buck in terms of finances?
Hi Victor, what are your thoughts on LASIK (laser eye) surgery? I have pretty horrible vision and have been wearing glasses/contacts for the past twelve years now. The thing is that I’m hesitant on eye surgery because I don’t think eyes are something to played around with.
What is the best way to get shredded on the Carnivore diet? Is it to simply eat less or to specifically eat less fat and eat about the same but replace fat with more lean?
Is it possible to get a six pack on the carnivore diet and doing body of a spartan? What specifically do you need to change, if anything, from diet/workout?
Yes. Follow the diet timing outlined in BOAS which is 2 meals a day and follow carnivore. If not lean enough, reduce it to one meal a day.
Victor, what is a question you will not answer?
Hi Victor,
I’ve decided to start a blog and it’ll be a lifelong pursuit. I know you intend the same. I’ve even imagined it may be a good way to help my family even after I’ve died. I know it’s an extreme example, but Michael Jackson has earned more in death than he did in life.
Let’s say you’ll live past 100. Have you ever considered how to make money from the blog even when you’ve gone? I know you said your previous year’s work reflects your current income. Does that mean you expect B&D’s income to fall off a year after your passing?
Thanks again.
Victor,
Does content need to be updated regularly so that it stays ranking high in Google? Let’s say I wrote an article 3 years ago, should I update it every couple of years so that it stays ranking high?
Brilliant answer and harmonious demeanor.
