In the last episode we discussed: Reasons for the decline of whites, the role of plants on the carnivore diet, dealing with loneliness, fighting the downfall of society, the best dad advice, and the real power of positive thinking.
In this episode we discuss: Beginning bodybuilding, the secret to building big arms, building communities, blog profits, modern religion, the natural lifestyle, how much water to drink, carnivore women, and the biggest blogging mistakes.
Warren asks (topic from the last episode)… (3:02)
For guys who are not beginners in the gym (training at least a year), have ok muscle development and ok bodyfat, but want to take it to the next level – should they get leaner before getting bigger, or bigger before getting leaner?
Donovan asks… (10:52)
Hey Vic. I’m a faithful listener to the podcast, having heard all the episodes, some multiple times. I’ve lifted weights off and on throughout my life. I’m 50 years old and am getting back into it. My goal is to have biceps and triceps that look like yours in your photos. I’ve never been able to get this look but never had a trainer. I’m 5 foot 10 and 195 lbs. What exercises can you recommend using dumb bells and a curl bar to get the kind of pump that your arms have? I’d love a specific routine. I’ll follow it! If you can give me an idea of when I will start to see results, a BALL PARK guess, I’d love to know so I can see if it’s working.
Bruce asks… (14:23)
Hey Vic, Ever think about creating an inner circle for your most dedicated followers? Where we pay a membership price to all discuss and mastermind our plans, sort of like an entrepreneur organization?
Anthony asks… (16:07)
And when is this monk mode coming out. I need it, I just jerked off after a 11 day streak the longest I’ve done since July.
Timothy R. Norman says… (16:50)
Dear victor, I recently did a cycle so to speak of RED GROWTH and would like to share my results with you and your audience. Due to a detached retina i was not able to lift heavy during the 30 days of RED GROWTH but was only able to do cardio and work my arms. I worked my arms almost every day for 60 days and in combination with the RED GROWTH my arms my arms are definitely bigger, stronger and more solid than when I started. During this time I was also trying to lose weight so I think i could have had more gains but I'm happy with the results.
I also experienced something during this time I did not expect and can only attribute it to the RED GROWTH or the low carb high protein I was on. Around the 2nd week taking the RED GROWTH I experienced a sort of calmness that I have not had in many years. Im a very hot, fly off the handle type person but when this stuff kicked in it seemed that nothing would bother me and it was almost an out of body experience. Normally when it gets busy at work I start cursing and throwing things but that didn't happen, I just took it in stride and calmly did my work and plowed through. Im not sure if that's normal or if anyone else had a similar experience but thats how it affected me and that alone was worth the price of admission.
Im doing the RED-PCT 2.0 at the moment and will do another round of RED GROWTH in a few weeks and by then i should be able to lift heavy again. Thanks for a good product.

Victor, I seldom visit blogs these days but the podcast is A+++ and the red-light therapy question caught my ear. I figured I’d share some insight about f.lux and the whole red light therapy thing. I had serious eye problems and issues with sleep for years in my time in the Navy. The problem was the constant exposure to blue cellphone light and red fluorescent lights. We evolved to wake and sleep according to the rise and setting of the Sun. Artificial light completely disrupts this circadian rhythm, the blue light from your phone strains your eyes and tells your body it’s daytime and the reddish orange flourescent lights sap your energy and put great strain on your eyes.
When I fixed these two health problems 6 years ago by installing f.lux or a red light filter on my phone and computers and replacing all my light bulbs with one’s that emit white light from a company called Verilux. The result? I improved my vision from needing glasses to better than average vision and my sleep vastly improved.
Kesari asks… (19:37)
Hey Victor, Your Podcasts are spot on your content has made me a better man. Two questions;
1) What’s your take on religion? I am from a Christian upbringing but taking a look around as you once said I noticed it might be a tool for controlling the masses as most people following it end up living mediocre lives and never take full responsibility for their actions blaming “satan” for bad shit that happens to them …might have the original doctrines and dogma that guided the foundations of various religions been twisted to act as a tool for controlling the masses?
“What is good? — All that heightens the feeling of power, the will to power, power itself in man. What is bad? — All that proceeds from weakness. What is happiness? — The feeling that power increases — that a resistance is overcome. Not contentment, but more power, not peace at all, but war; not virtue, but proficiency.
The weak and ill-constituted shall perish: first principle of our philanthropy. And one shall help them to do so. What is more harmful than any vice? Active sympathy for the ill-constituted and weak - Christianity… The problem I raise here is not what ought to succeed mankind in the sequence of species: but what type of human being ought to breed, ought to will, as more valuable, more worthy of life, more certain of the future.
This more valuable type has existed often enough already: but as a lucky accident, as an exception, never as willed. He has rather been the most feared, he has hitherto been virtually the thing to be feared - and out of fear the reverse type has been willed, bred, achieved: the domestic animal, the herd animal, the sick animal man - the Christian.” ~ Nietzsche, The Antichrist
(23:17) I think most people identify with a religion mostly cause they found themselves in regions that follow that certain religion. They end up thinking that their religion is supreme to that of others and end up looking down upon others that subscribe to different beliefs. Do you believe in an afterlife and existence of a Supreme being and if so how is the ideal way to live ?
Tobias asks… (24:31)
Hey Victor, I live in the city of Sydney, Australia, and I perceive the general populace to be spiritually sick. Radical leftist political ideas seem more common in the city, along with less genuine and happy people compared to rural Australians. Do you agree that city people tend to be more degenerate? If so, why do you think degeneracy is more common in western cities as opposed to western rural areas?
Jet asks… (26:20)
How do you promote a natural lifestyle while at the same time lifting weights? Lifting weights is not natural. Nowhere in nature do you find perfectly balanced weights like barbells or exercise equipment. Wouldn’t it be much more natural to use bodyweight and calisthenics, running, and occasionally moving heavy objects outside?
HC asks… (27:57)
Are there any weightlifting exercises which you found dangerous and stopped doing them? For example exercises like behind the head shoulder press which are considered bad for shoulder joints by mainstream bodybuilders?
Marcos asks… (28:46)
I would like to know your opinion on Articles 11 and 13 which have recently been adopted throughout Europe. What most impacts among these 2 articles would be article 13 that would reach all digital platforms (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook and etc), even Google and Youtube. With Article 13 in force any copyright protected trademarks posted on any platforms could generate processes for those respective platforms from their owners. We can see the impact well!
The CEO of Youtube in Europe mentioned before the article was approved that if it was approved, thousands of videos would be excluded and that Youtube policy would totally change (not to say that they would disconnect by total, it is what it seems ).
Article 11 implies more on Google and Facebook. The platforms would have to pay for every link that each news item had. We saw very well how it worked in Spain. Google News had to shut down its services, impacting on 30% the traffic of news for websites and blogs. All this to preserve the rights of musicians and artists. We know it’s not true. My country, Brazil went through a recent presidential race. We are with a right-wing reporter, more, almost a leftist has not won. Because the party of esqueda already wanted to make certain changes that would impact the internet here…
World Citizen asks… (29:53)
Hi Vic, How do you find your purpose in life? You once talked about Nordic/ “Ice” people. Can you also briefly highlight the different characteristics “types” of the following – American, European, Chinese, Indian, Malay?
Justin asks… (32:54)
Thanks for the show Vic. Quick question regarding diet: What do you think of eating nuts and seeds?
Jake asks… (33:37)
The importance of the Carnivore Diet can not be understated. Food is culture and if people like you and Roosh can open peoples eyes, as you have mine, then we can win the culture war in America. If you change the way people eat, you can change the way they think. The Carnivore Diet points out all of the lies within our society. If a man goes on the Carnivore Diet, he will ask himself these questions:
“I’ve never felt better this is amazing, why hasn’t modern medicine found out about this and told us?”
“Universities have vast resources yet they did not find this truth and teach it?”
This will reveal many truths to a person about the world. Eating only meat spits in the face of so many people and organizations that push lies and hate.
-It’s bad for big pharma (more health people = less money)
-It’s bad for Vegans (proves they’ve been living a lie, cognitive dissonance will be too great)
-It’s bad for 90% of grocery store businesses (they would go out of business)
-It’s bad for feminist (goes against their propaganda, men will wake up)
-It’s bad for silicon valley thought policeMy question is: I know you understand the importance of this Diet for health. But can you see the bigger picture as well, this is like a tipping point and a tool.
Nirantha asks… (37:28)
Hello Victor. In the carnivore diet what’s the best part of the meat we should order from the butcher? Do you recommend any fruits to avoid constipation? Should we wait for the women to do the hunting of food which is similar the lions do?
Dan asks… (38:36)
Hi Victor, When I start the carnivore diet I get really hungry even after eating two steaks per meal and am craving carbs , I also get massive headaches from being hungry, do you have any suggestions for this?
2.) Is there a difference in organic and grass fed beef rather then regular or is it bullshit?
3.) do you recommend eating Kimchi for digestion?
Aaron asks… (41:10)
Question from someone currently working a self-made service-based business: After selling both physical products through Red Supplements and digital products with your ebooks, would you recommend someone sell physical products or digital products? When would you opt for one method over the other?
Start a blog with Badnet
Karen asks… (45:28)
Hello Victor. I am a female and have been reading your blog since 2013. After 5 years this is my very first comment. Thank you very much for what you do and the insight you provide. After listening to your podcast, I decided to cut down my carbs significantly and have lost almost 10 lbs in the past two weeks. What are your thoughts on women following a carnivore diet? Also I started my blog through badnet several months ago. I have been inconsistent in writing. Would writing about my goals, for example losing weight be a good start? Why or why not?
Roi asks… (48:41)
Hey Unc, Question for Thursday’s podcast: I’d like to start a blog/podcast that I believe will add practical value to my audience’s lives. It will consist of lots of phenomenal material designed to optimize One’s creative flow. *Did you ever deal with any feelings of hypocrisy after publishing articles?* Not because the wisdom isn’t sound, but because it takes real discipline to uphold & sometime we slip up.
BodyMindRev asks… (49:22)
What are the biggest roadblocks to earn profit from a blog and how can we avoid them?
Impatience and social media addiction.
Jonathan asks… (52:26)
What is your normal diet in a day? Do you get enough calories to maintain your body? I am a skinny guy trying to gain weight. Will a carnivore diet help me get enough calories ? I am aiming for around 2800 to 3000 calories
Matt asks… (53:39)
Hey, Vic. Opinion on water intake? Is the whole drink 8 glasses of water per day a sham? I’ve been drinking instinctively and it’s far below that and I feel just a good as when I was forcing it down. Sv3rige is very anti water and am curious on your take.
Moustafa asks… (54:35)
I’m in a situation that I can’t afford eating meat everyday. I have to eat carbs to fill my stomach. What do you recommend to do so I can’t gained fat? Workout harder. Run everyday?
Bart asks… (55:25)
Vic, In the previous episode you shared what carbs you’d eat IF you ate carbs during the carnivore diet. You said potatoes and rice and you’d eat them at night. My question:
Part 1. Why did you choose those two carbs and not berries (in season), avocados, and spinach? My current understanding is those carbs are much healthier than potatoes and rice.)
Part 2. Why did you say you’d eat them at night? I would think that would cause weight gain in the belly more so than if you ate them in the morning and therefore had time to burn the calories off.
Kristin asks… (57:36)
Hi Victor, Just curious for your thoughts on Mike Cernovich. I have no idea TBH why you were friends with him because you are two entirely different caliber of men. You are truly independent, comfortable in your skin, alpha, moral (to an extent), deep voiced, and based.
Curious asks… (58:07)
I wanted to ask you about sv3rige. Reading your articles on the carnivore diet and his videos definitely convinced me to eat more fatty meat and butter etc into my diet perhaps even eliminating veg altogether. However, if readers here dig deeper into sv3rige’s videos, you can find that he is into some ‘dark’ practices to the point where he approves of the illuminati practices of sacrificing babies and cannibalism.
That indicates that he approves with the torturing part too. I think he is a psychopath and he shows many signs of it but that’s not the point. You can learn a lot from a psychopath because they get straight to the ‘meat’ without any emotions involved. I’m not trying to smear him for calling him out for being a psychopath because it is what it is. Psychopaths are incredible analysts and state the facts as it is, but fact is not always godly truth. It seems that there are Godly Truths and Demonic Truths.
And his many beliefs seems like they are based on Demonic Truths. It seems that the challenge is not to accept one truth over the other but to accept that opposing truths can occur at the same. Anyways, it’s great that sv3rige is sharing about the wonders of the Carnivore Diet as a practice but the philosophy that drives his practice stems from the dark side.
People always think the truth is “satanic.”
Joey asks… (59:21)
Are the Annunaki Real?
Gerald asks… (59:58)
Hey Vic, Longtime reader here and former B&D; BBQ attendee. 2 questions:
1. Do you still believe in drinking distilled water over spring? (Sv3rige actually believes in no water drinking)
2. Have you read Bronze Age Mindset by Bronze Age Pervert (aka BAP, @bronzeagemantis on twitter)? I highly reccommend it… just look into it, it is a short and sweet read. I read it and later bought the audiobook, only to be dissappointed by the subpar voice-for-hire. Call it silly, but I feel like you were meant to narrate this “exhortation” as BAP calls it. Ever considered selling or lending your ability to set fire to written words other than your own?
Cameron asks… (1:01:12)
Could you hire someone to transcribe the podcasts? I get information faster from reading – though there is something to be said about receiving information through audio like we traditionally passed down information.
Bill asks… (1:02:04)
How big are your biceps?
Jack asks… (1:02:09)
What Is your views on this quote by Abraham Lincoln?
“It has been my experience that folks who have no vices have very few virtues.” Abraham Lincoln
You gotta first be a bad guy to ever be a great guy.
R.H. asks… (1:03:06)
Speaking of being a warm person, do you think B&D; is making the reader a warm person or a cold person? If the latter is case, what can we do to balance that?
João asks… (1:03:46)
Have you ever experimented with straight up fasting? (only water for 5 days straight)
Karl asks… (1:04:58)
Hi Vic, Of all raw foods, nothing has quite helped me like raw eggs. Meat is sometimes heavy, but man, cracking 4 eggs pastured raised into a glass, blending with some milk and raspberries and I can work all day without fatigue!
I’m thinking eggs are as good as meat when it comes to being total nutritional powerhouses. What do you feel and why don’t you include eggs? they’re packed with vitamin d, b vitamins, cholesterol, saturated fat. just so good for you. Also benefits are greatly diminished cooked, I can’t eat more than 3 boiled but I could chug 6 of them raw.
Joe asks… (1:06:09)
What are your views on this extract about Winston Churchill, who died at 90 years old?
Of his drinking, he said, “I believe I have taken more out of alcohol than alcohol has taken out of me.” Of his eating he said, “All the food faddists [healthy eaters] I have ever known have died young after a long period of senile decay.” Of his cigar smoking, he said, “I smoke cigar after cigar. That is why I am in two-hundred-percent form.”
He did seem to eat a lot of meat, fish and eggs which may have contributed to his long life, even with all the vices.
Jay asks… (1:07:39)
Hi Victor, What deodorant do you recommend?
Otávio asks… (1:08:34)
– Can eating meat helps us heal and regenerate damaged tissue, such as ligaments and joints?
Yes. The body is a renewable resource that can regenerate if you give it the right building blocks (animal foods).
(1:09:18) What do you know about reincarnation?
Joseph asks… (1:09:18)
What happens when you die? What are your views on the afterlife?
Drew asks… (1:09:18)
Hey Uncle Vic, What are your thoughts regarding the afterlife? I have recently been reading the Kybalion and it seems we may have an infinite number of lives. If this is true, what can a man do in this life to ensure a better life in the next? Will our sins and vices carry with us into eternity?
Until next time.
Your man,
-Victor Pride

Man, Mr. Pride, you are like a machine gun with your high-quality podcasts. You guarantee us a fantastic end of the year 2018.
Here are my two questions: Do you think an older man can be as strong as a young man? Do you think that our bodies decline naturally or is it man-made through diet and our lifestyles?
Have a great week!
First of all, I admire your patience to answer the same questions over and over, and take the time to answer people who give you a dissertation on their life story before asking a simple question. The ability to do this is the sign of a leader who is actually invested in the well-being of their audience, and not just an ego-maniac.
My question for you is about sleep. Since starting the carnivore diet, I only sleep 5-6 hours per night. I generally wake up semi-rested but still have a rough mid day crash. I already avoid light and meals near bedtime, blackout the room, etc. Is there any other way to increase the deepness and duration of my sleep?
followup to someones question from the last episode
for those of us who dont want drugs or supplements, is it better for us to be lean but skinny, or big with some body fat? what is better for health, longevity, energy, and life?
If you’re thinking of doing a forum, can I suggest either:
A Slack channel
A Discord Server..This option might be best.
Both of these options are easy and very fast to setup, you don’t need to worry about the hassle of old fashioned forum software and databases etc. Much easier to manage. You can setup donations in Discord too… Perhaps you’d pay a fee and then receive an invite.
The only downside is it can get quite fast paced as it’s more of a messaging style format. But you can still post long topics/answers.
Also, you can easily add audio, video files etc….
I was thinking the same but a forum is better because not everyone has time to be on a chat. With a forum you can come back and read the responses to a question you posted whenever you feel like it.
What are your thoughts on drugs such as adderall and vyvanse? When I am on these my productivity and efficiency is roughly 10x compared to normal. In today’s world I feel like all succesful businessmen are taking these drugs just like athletes are taking steroids. Are drugs such as these required to be the best at business? I do follow the carnivore diet and this helps with productivity… but adderall and vyvanse really give me an edge on the competition.
Thanks for the reply, Victor. Interesting podcast as always. Again, your calmness adds value to the podcast.
Can we review the podcast on iTunes even if we don’t have an Apple product or account?
I didn’t find a way and I heavily dislike Apple, so I haven’t reviewed it yet.
I don’t have any questions for now. I have a few I’ve asked already but I know everything I need to do and you seem to be having plenty of question fodder already. I’ll get back if I have something I really want to know.
Keep on.
You do have to have an iTunes account to leave a review.
Victor,
I do have to thank you for this podcast. Even though I do not know you or the other listeners, I feel like we are all connected somehow. I am in my early 20s and everyone my age has completely lost touch with reality. So thank you for providing a platform for young guys like me trying to find their way.
I would also like to give a 10/10 review regarding RED GROWTH and RED PCT 2.0. I am currently visiting friends and family for the holidays and I have gotten questions such as “Are you on steroids?” “What happened to you? I didn’t even recognize you.”
My skin, hair, and eyes are so much healthier from the carnivore diet (and no fap) … do this in conjunction with RED GROWTH and you will be shocked at what happens to your physical appearance.
Vic,
What are your thoughts on combining a new YouTube channel with a blog? In other words, each article you write you would have a video version on the topic as well or vice versa. I currently have a very small YouTube channel that I just started. I like to write as well as produce video content.
Steve
The idea of creating a mastermind group/brotherhood is exactly what I have been thinking about. I feel that most of us on here have similar goals and understandings.
One man can make a fair difference. But a group of men, a brotherhood of men can create something remarkable. The idea of meeting up with like minded people is a great way to all work towards the same mission, potentially creating business partnerships and opportunities from members.
I feel creating an online forum is the best way to start this, then eventually arranging meet-ups, events, BBQs…
Victor, the message that you are delivering has the ability to create a great change. In theory, if every man in America listened to your podcast, the system would collapse very fast and shadow Men would lose power.
This is a battle of the mind, the more of us that can free ourselves from the brainwashing, the less power these elites have over us. They want every man isolated from eachother to keep them weak. A man alone is easily defeated, but a group of men won’t go out without a fight.
What are your vices? What are your virtues?
What are your views on gambling and playing poker?
I actually vote against a private forum or paid membership. The reason for B&D’s success, as you’ve said many times, is offering up these words and content for free, with the intention of actually helping people that come to the site. The problem with monetizing certain content and discussions is you are now alienating a good portion of your audience.
There is no way this happens without the content of the base B&D site becoming a shadow of what it once was. I would only suggest doing this if you want B&D to end as you know it and become a sales page for your forum. Meanwhile, the private forum, just like every other forum page on the internet, becomes a big circlejerk of people talking about getting things done and not doing it. Just my 2 cents.
Great articles and podcasts Victor.
What are your thoughts on high IGF-1 in relation to the carnivore diet? Apparently high IGF-1 can lead to a higher risk of cancer and/or a shorter lifespan (all cause mortality).
Also, if you have time, any thoughts on the Cortisol : DHEA ratio and what can be done to optimize it?
Hey Vic, love your work, I have an important question, I’m very interested in red growth but I am currently an NCAA college athlete, can I take this without popping on the drug tests that have become very strict in recent years? Not sure if you’ve dealt with this before but any info would be awesome
It’ll show up on NCAA drug tests. Will Grier got suspended for using sarms. (the 1-dhea is what is banned)
However I believe Red Beast will not show up on NCAA drug tests.
I’m in the same situation as u
I believe that it doesn’t stay in your system for very long (only a few days). If you have a long period where you aren’t getting tested, you could do a cycle.
Look into passing drug tests tutorials. Most of the best athletes are on some form of banned substances. It’s an open secret in sports. 99.9% of the NFL, NBA, UFC, and Boxing is on something. There are ways to get past the tests though.
No you can not take Red Growth if you are being tested by the NCAA. You will get caught. Red Growth is banned by WADA (World Anti-Doping Agency) for use in professional & semi-professional athletics, which is what the NCAA follows.
Hey Vic, sometimes I read the questions from other people listed in the comments and I saw these from someone, but you didn’t get to answer them on today’s show. I have the same questions so can you answer for your next episode? thanks man.
1. you said you put the money you earn back into the business. Since you don’t pay for advertising, what exactly do you put the money into? (I’m looking for ideas with my business).
2. what do you say to the idea that red meat makes a person’s body acidic (an acidic body is likely to develop cancer)?
3. you’ve mentioned that some of your hobbies are: hiking, fishing, and riding a scooter when you were in Asia. what are other hobbies do you have besides work, which I know is your chief hobby.
You are a very rich man now. If you had kids, how would you show them the best of the world while preventing them from becoming spoiled and entitled?
I am super excited to hear his response on this one brotha!
You said you want to live in the mountains, in your vlog on your YouTube channel, if you would stay in America, why don’t you get a van, put a bed in there, and travel american visiting all the nice nature areas?

When is, “Discipline Bootcamp: 30 Days of business, martial arts, and self-mastery” at a Muay Thai gym on the islands of Thailand? We should make this an annual event. It doesn’t have to be perfect the first time.
Hey Vic, I want to move out to a cabin to hunt and fish but think the isolation will drive me crazy. Any suggestions how I can live a more natural life?
I’m a carnivore and a badass but my spirit is undeveloped. Is it too crowded to grow spiritually in the city?
Hello, Vic. We already know that pornography ruins our minds. But, I’ve started to think that horror films and violent movies have similar ill effects. What do you think?
Hey Unc,
Been steak & eggs for close to a month now and am seeing autoimmune issues I’ve had for years clear up. F*cking pumped about that. Funny question for the next podcast;
What do you do with the ‘unchewable’ parts of steak? You know, that last bit that makes your jaw cramp and teeth hurt, haha.
Thanks big bro.
MD says
Hi Vic. I have tried Red Monkey and Carnivore but I have trouble relaxing. What is the best CBD oil to try? Is there one at Red Supplements?
May peace be with you
I don’t know how I feel about a forum. It could be good if it is run very strictly. What Vic has going right now is amazing.
However I would 100% be in favor of meet ups. I think these are necessary, and the next logical step of all the work within the bold and determined community of the past 10 years.
Meetups would be the greatest thing for us right now. Creating these real networks is something tangible that we can take with us.
I understand Victor is just a man and doesn’t owe us anything, but we’ve all taken so much from his work. Meeting up in physical groups would be amazing, though it may be hard work for Victor.
I am in the Washington, D.C. Area. MD, VA, and WV are all very close. There is very good mountain scenery in West Virginia. If Vic does a tour, I know of a few people who would love to see him in the D.C. area. Roosh V is also living in this area (and I believe he will be doing a nationwide book tour this spring)
Hi Vic
Is it better to start over with a websiteif you realize there are quite a lot of beginner mistakes in it. Also if your readership is not growing and start a new one. Doing it pro from the get-go?
Or would you totally revise the blog and revise evert little word and sentence?
Uncle Vic, you’ve sold me on the all meat diet.. My question is - will you ever do a post on what you eat, how you prepare it and what you add to it (i.e. pictures of the meat, butter ect)
Hi Victor,
5 years ago, my little brother was 16 and very fat. I was sick of seeing him unhappy and hearing about people making fun of him so I introduced him to weight training.
After showing him the basics, he got the discipline and the will to pursue on his own.
Today, after 5 years, he is now 6.2, good looking and built like a brick shit house.
Altough he has now an above average physique, he still can’t get a girlfriend. He is laking self esteem and it’s like he is still that unconfident fat teenager in a alpha male’s body.
How can he train his mind and character to become confident around girls?
Greatings from France.
JTM says
Hi Vic
You’ve said that maybe 2% of people who follow the B&D’s path to success actually achieve freedom.
How many of those that copywrite B&D at first become successful, compared to those who write their own original content from the start?
I know you advise copywriting the work of others at first but it makes me feel like a fraud.
I was going to ask about the NWR forums but after listening to the podcast I think a paid forum would be good.
Definitely NO to a paid forum. That goes against everything you have said bold and determined stands for.
Hi ol’ St. Vick. I’ve been eating nothing but steak and eggs and feel great. I have still been taking the supplements I took when I was on a matrix diet. Is this still necessary? I take D3, B-complex, fish oil, magnesium and recently started taking zinc which made me nauseous.
Hi Vic, always awesome and straight to the facts I love it. In a world where everyone is looking for something to believe in or something new to follow it’s nice to read someone’s words that are in the same page and outlook. Seems these days everyone is looking to jump on a new trend or pick their “team” the whole world is based on teams and people just need to seek attention and self gratification for being a vegan or vegetarian or some new brainwashed lifestyle they see on Instagram it’s fucking retarded if you sit back and really look at it. They feel the need to self proclaim to the world these days how easily duped they are and weak. 95% of People need to join a team let it be religious , social, political , etc because they have zero self value and identity. It’s sad how many people don’t see their true potential or ever want to strive to hit new levels. We are only here physically for a short time and most have already given up without even making an effort to achieve greater things which is super easy, instead they settle to be like everyone else and just jump onto being average beacuase that’s what everyone else is doing. They don’t think for themselves they don’t even know why they are on the team they are on. Teams are set up for failure and support for weakness as a team is only strong when there’s enough involvement to form strength but a team is about as strong as a chain with a weak link and they all break eventually. I’m a catholic, I’m a vegan, I’m a blah blah blah who fucking cares what you are. The worlds set up for people to feel like they need to be on a team, hell they spend more of their time glorifying sports, watching the news, caring about what their Instagram tells them the amount of time people spend caring about what others are doing is incredible and really fucking pathetic, when they could be spending the time making themselves better in every way not worrying about what’s new lol. The truth is it’s the people who dont follow the herd the people that don’t give a shit about what team to jump on are the ones that actually have the self worth and discipline to bring out life’s potential and constantly seek for better ness and success in every aspect of life. Lone rangers don’t need teams for support cause they are strong mentally, physically, and know they can do whatever they need to survive and flourish by themselves. Lone rangers don’t follow trends they see the world the way it really is and can sniff bullshit from a mile away. My entire life I’ve always went left when the rest went right if they told me to bow down I’d just go up and to be honest it’s worked for 41 years and has made me quite successful and happy for I don’t even waste my time with bullshit cause I see it everywhere I go. Enough on my rambling I have two questions for you.
1 - what’s your thoughts on the anabolic diet which is eating strictly meats and fats everyday for 6 days straight and then on the 7 day you switch to a low fat low protein high carb day for insulin spike to increase growth hormone release then switch back to meat and fats. It’s basically a cycle of 6days on 1 day off. Personally I think vegetables and grains (carbohydrates) are garbage and don’t eat them at all and I couldn’t agree more with how sickly and lethargic they make me feel if I eat them. I was just wondering what your thoughts were since the anabolic diet was designed for bodybuilders.
2 - humans and dogs have very similar digestive systems and pretty much require the same diet. Dogs have a much shorter digestive tract but we both run on the same foods. In this world you’ll see people ranting about feeding their dogs raw diets of just meat and fat which is ideal for a dog , but most of the people who feed their dogs these diets don’t eat like this themselves which is weird to me. People will feed their dogs better foods than what they are eating themselves. The crazy part is vegans will actually feed their dogs vegan (non meat dog foods).. isn’t that considered animal cruelty lol? I’ve been raising dogs for over 20 years and have personally seen the difference in litters of puppies one raised on meats and fats and the other raised on commercial dry kibble (pretty much what most people eat) loaded with carbs, fillers etc and the puppies raised on straight meat and fats grow completely different. Puppies raised on dry garbage have bloated bellies, take longer to develop, don’t grow the same muscle mass and bone thickness and are mentally dull. The pups raised on meats and fats develop much quicker, don’t get bloat and are much more healthy and intelligent, heavier boned and are much more muscular. Genetics can definitely be altered with nutrition and my question is what’s your thoughts on the way people cannot come to eat what they were designed for yet they feed their dogs basically what they should be eating themselves? Why are people so weak and blind to the fact that it’s a very simple thing to improve their overall health. Why do people boo hoo, and always have excuses why they can’t do this or can’t do that? “I can’t just eat meats and fat… I get upset stomachs everytime I eat steak” blah blah blah why are people so full of excuses? Is it that society has learnt how to be unaccountable for their own actions or they need a team to fall back on for their failures? Why does everyone have excuses for their mediocrity? Life’s pretty damn simple and if you want something you just go and grab it.
Keep spreading the word , always enjoy your work!
Thanks Vic

Hey Mr. Pride,
What are your thoughts about including insects to ones diet?
What are your views on pine pollen as a natural testosterone booster?
Have no views on it.
Hey Victor, been loving the podcast and the “walk & talk” videos.
I completely understand what you mean about the energy of American cities. All you feel is the stress and business when you’re in public, even with no one on the streets. I live practically in the middle of downtown, and I hardly ever see anyone on my daily walks. America is becoming a zombie ghost town.
I cannot emphasize enough how important it is for us to escape the cities, and to go out into the mountains and the wilderness to recharge. It doesn’t have to be every day, or even every weekend, but people MUST get out of these cities.
Looking forward to more episodes and videos,
Nick
Question:
You said being healthy and happy is a natural state for human and natural laws is good for us. But every life ends with death (pain). What do you think about David Benatar antinatalism movement, his statements like:
“It is curious that while good people go to great lenghts to spare their children from suffering, few of them seem to notice that the one (and only) guaranteed way to prevent all the suffering of their children is not to bring those children into existence in the first place.”
Conclusion of this is: there is nothing bad in non-existing (because there is no pain in non-existing), while existing contains pain.
About private forum - I think we must pay for it and it must be quite expensive, because we must prevail troll attacks. In our country we have redpill forum which is free and it’s now invaded by just one maniac girl who attacks every redpill site creating multiple-accounts. She enjoys it, so she won’t stop, and moderators got a lot of work.
Vic,
I have friends who can’t keep a clean diet, exercise, remove the shit out of their lives, etc. These people want to complain to me about their lack of discipline because I have removed and am continuing to remove all the shit from my life. I don’t know what to tell them. The only advice I’ve given them is to just stop doing the shit they are doing.
How do I handle these complainers?
Don’t
