In the last episode we discussed: Interracial relationships, Monk Mode, carnivore diet and raw meat, enlightenment, forgiveness, Hollywood, shape of the Earth, fasting, and “the red pill.”
In this episode we discuss: NYC is a dump, the laws of nature, clear headed thinking, selfishness and survival, rice, 100 set workouts, rapid muscle growth, and overcoming slave emotions.
- I had 3 carb meals these last days, thoughts on this.
- To have a clear head requires a total absence of sugar in the diet.
- Understanding the laws of nature and how you pay with your health and life when you break these laws.
- Outsourcing your health costs you everything.
- Why I believe in trial and error and not science.
- Overcoming slave emotions by understanding nature.
- Results on Red Growth. My 100 set workouts.
- Why NYC is the ugliest place I've ever been and the new abortion up to birth NYC laws and how the crazy people their celebrate it (modern child sacrifice).
- Every multicultural neighborhood is a dump.
- Eating carbs during the travels and how my gut has been healed and can handle carbs and coffee.
MONK MODE IS HERE!
Can you please expand on the concept of slave emotions… like humility. Why are these slave emotions, how can you avoid them, and what are the opposite or master traits/emotions?
Hash Day Game asks… (27:07)
Hi Uncle Vic, You suggest inter racial kids are not ideal, and in the long run, I definitely want to have kids and a loving partner. Would inter racial marriage still be bad if I am dating up, to a race superior than mine? I have narrowed down my choices to girls from Eastern Europe and the Balkans. I am Indian, a country where beef is illegal, pork is hard to find, feminism is on a rise and the cultural narrative is going down a rabbit hole. I think I would be in a better position to raise strong sons and feminine daughters in the Former Soviet Union. I have been to those countries. (money will not be an issue as I am on track with my business, and I am willing to learn Russian).
R.H. asks… (32:00)
What will happen if the world is ruled by gay people?
Dan asks… (33:42)
Hey Vic – I am amazed how quickly my body has responded to the 10 pushup-per-minute routine. Just two weeks ago I could not get past 300 (or 30 minutes). Now I am up to 500 in 50 minutes after just two weeks! I did get bored after a week doing the same pushups over and over again – so I have added in different variations (decline, incline, knuckle, triangle, and even trap pushups) to keep it different. Does your routine consist of 600 standard pushups or do you have a circuit where you run through variations? I’ve also added in leg exercises during my rest period which keeps a good sweat going.
King Dog asks… (35:02)
Vic, what's your view and experience on working the same body part every day?
Jonathan asks… (35:51)
Hey Vic! What do you think about global warming today? It is a serious issue which has a lot of environmental consequences. Why are the governments not doing anything to stop it?
I am an Indian who grew up in the Middle East. I came back to India a couple of years ago and living in one of the biggest cities in India. I had always believed Indian women were feminine and family oriented. But now I realize that western culture has impacted even the Indian women and they act like bitches. What is worse is that this culture is slowly going into the rural areas as well. How do I find the right woman who wants to have a happy family?
Jaime asks… (36:58)
Hi Victor, would you do an illegal thing to get money if it weren’t any risk of getting caught or would you recommend keep working only on your business? Do you think that karma/the universe/law of attraction/God/whatever you want to call it will “punish” you in some way if you do it or is it just a thing I made up in my mind?
Stan asks… (38:15)
What are your views on the British Empire? The British Empire was the largest and most powerful empire in history.
Taylor R asks… (39:23)
Vic, there’s a lot of literature indicating that supplements don’t absorb into the body and are a waste of money – such as fish oil, glucosamine, etc – besides the red supplements, any other dietary supplements you would recommend?
Brandon asks… (40:40)
First, how does one avoid deficiencies with micro-nutrients if one cannot stomach the taste of offal? Besides just sucking it up and gagging it (offal) down.
Second, assuming someone does not want to use drugs/steroids, what about the research showing that prolonged very low carbohydrate consumption causes an increase in cortisol production, which then promotes the suppression of testosterone?
All “scientific research” is meaningless and is never truly “scientific” in the way the average man thinks it is. The only research that is worth anything is trial and error.
Jacob asks… (43:05)
I believe that the Carnivore Diet is the ideal diet for human beings; that being said I think is is weird that we have amylase in our saliva. Why do we have amylase in our saliva if we are naturally carnivores?
John asks… (44:22)
Hey Victor, Just wanted to get your thoughts on the vertical diet?, I have been following the carnivore diet for the last 6 months, but just lacked a little bit of energy at the end of my workouts, basically the vertical diet is white rice and steak. I have found that introducing just white rice my gut has been okay and has been given me a boost, I have added no other carb sources. Your thoughts on this? The Japanese have been eating white rice for years without issue.
Nikhil asks… (46:51)
Vic, Red Beast seems to be turning my piss Orange. Is that normal? What’s in it that causes that?
Tommy asks… (47:17)
Vic, I’m on the carnivore diet thanks to you. but sometimes my family goes out to eat. of course I order meat, but would like some wisdom on the sides. what are some good sides to order that most restaurants will have that comports with the carnivore diet? what do YOU usually order when you go out with family (or friends) for a meal.
Tyler asks… (48:32)
Hey Uncle Vic, I’m 22 years old with a torn disc in the middle of my back. Chiropractic care, injections, and physical therapy all help with the pain but do not actually heal me. I recall you having back issues when you did the full color godcast and only being able to drive SUV’s the pain was so bad. How did you end up healing your back and do you have any back issues that still come and go?
Until next time.
Your man,
-Victor Pride

The carnivore diet is a breakthrough, but it is hard for me to get healthy red meat in my current environment. I agree with the theory that our ancestors were on this type of diet, but as recently as the 20th century there were groups of people such as the Eskimo who only ate fish. Would you consider doing a fish only challenge to see how it stacks up to your current diet?
Hi Vic,
What is the best e-commerce platform for new blog artists?
By the way, if you think NYC is multicultural, try Atlanta. Atlanta is the ugliest place in America.
Cheers.
Agreed, it’s the cess pool of the south, if your skin is white then your the minority and your the target.
Never been to New York or Atlanta, but DC is also pretty bad. The only whites you see are self hating whites. Everyone else is black, Chinese, or jewish.
DC is kinda pozzed, but trust me pal, you have it good compared to ATL. My dad lives in Arlington, and every time I go up there it’s like a breath of fresh air. People drive nice cars and listen to rock music still. Here, expect rap, expect a non-functional subway aka Marta, expect traffic nearing LA tier. It fucking sucks!
The agricultural revolution was a dual-edged sword. Self-reliance was ultimately sacrificed for comfort. The more comfort we gained, the more we want to outsource. Now no one farms anymore, let alone hunts. They rely on huge corn fields hundreds of miles away to feed them their survival rations. We fell on our own swords by overreaching for convenience.
That video on Buddhism you shared in the last 5-Star Friday was very thought-provoking. Going to do more research into it. I used to believe in the humble compassion bullshit of western pseudo Buddhism, and it got me nowhere on my path to Strength and Self-Mastery. There’s nothing to be humble about when you have no skills or strengths. And True humility in the Strong is knowing where you are deficient, and overcoming those areas with strategic maneuvering.
Eagerly awaiting the Monk Mode audiobook. Curious if you have anytime time frame on when it will drop. Thanks.
Hi Vic,
Great podcast. The parts about slave morality versus master morality obviously mirror what Nietzsche wrote about in the late 19th century.
Would you say that Nietzsche is the pre-B&D philosopher who best exemplifies the Victor Pride ethos?
Hello Victor,
Following on from what Richard X asks, would an all-cheese diet be a legitimate interpretation of the carnivore diet?
Thanks,
Meeko.
How do you forgive yourself for mistakes you made in the past and stop ruminating about them and beating yourself up over and oves
Victor,
I really enjoyed your free flowing rants. I can definitely hear the passion and genuineness when you get on a good one.
Best,
The British Empire founded the following countries: Australia, New Zealand, Canada, the US and Singapore.
Shitholes you say? These are the richest countries on Earth.
Singapore flourished under Lee Kuan Yew. It was a colony raped for its resources previously under colonial rule. Singapore succeeded because it is a homogenous, high IQ, high-trust, severely lawful society.
Australia, NZ, Canada, and the USA were not “founded” by the British. Early settlers from Europe broke free and founded these countries. The common thread is that they were White and more importantly, followed natural laws and instincts and escaped theocratic religion, government, and control. Whites are uniquely capable of creating “Western” civilization but other advanced societies have flourished in ancient times. We’re simply not taught about them. New Zealanders were pioneers in healthy animal husbandry. The Indian city of Mohenjodaro had pumbing systems rivaling the Roman Empire. The only people incapable of maintaining any civilization and creating nothing of value are the subsaharan africans and the aboriginals, but even they, and the native americans, had tenets of wisdom that the British stomped over. Had Washington been caught while crossing the river, he would have been hanged and there would be no revolution. We would be serfs today paying fealty to the British crown, assuming it existed. Colonies exist to serve the colonizer. Our produce, crops, and resources would go to the colonizer.
The British, arrogant bastards they were, also succeeded in eliminating native wisdom ranging from the shamans of Australia to the homeopaths of New Zealand to the ayurvedic system of India. All these native people had beautiful wisdom that the British destroyed. Today, you have ZOG-owned pharma screwing us all over and charging millions for procedures that a shamanic doctor could have healed with $10 worth of intelligently prepared herbs and natural foods. I like Whites, as an Asian guy I have no problem with them and respect their unique merits, but I resent how arrogant white empires have been in tarnishing ancient wisdom. This is only recent whites. In ancient times, whites too lived in great harmony with nature, respected ancient traditions such as Bretton and Teutons, the quest for “civilization” does not mean destroying our fundamental link with nature.
Also as I am a real talker I do not mince truth and I fit nowhere. My asian kith and kin think I am some sort of uncle tom for not hating on whites and for pointing out how venal, materialistic, and dirty most Chinese are. Immature white nationalists love pointing to Japan as some example of a wonderful flawless people but they do not know the stone cold animalistic tendency of the Japs, rape of nanking etc. Even Whites are not perfect gods; after WW2, the russian soldiers raped german women en masse. There is an animalistic instinct that will emerge when the thin layer of civilization is removed. Groups like the subsaharan africans and some middle easterns are incompatible because they live animalistically and do not belong in white countries. I am grateful to white countries for opportunities they have given me. I am far more rational, intelligent, clean, and caring about others compared to members of any race so we live in a weird time where no one fits anywhere. Vic will say there is no evil/good but I think he is wrong. What the globalists have done is positively evil.
Also Vic your idea of karma is a bit darker than the real truth. The truth is that simply put, living in aberration to natural law will provide bad effects through some vehicle in this life or the next.
The real question is figuring out how to escape this material matrix as to not warrant another birth. The peak of knowledge and the goal of human existence. Buddha, Lao Tzu, Rinpoche, etc knew and found this.

Most Asians are racist, like your kin folk, but not as racist as American blacks.
Facts don’t lie
I see you very misinformed and undocumented, Harrison.
Free history lesson for you, fellows: Actually, Cochinchina (Camboya, Vietnam, Laos, Singapore…), Guam, Philippines, Australia (by Portuguese sailor Pedro Fernandes de Queirós who served the Spanish Monarchy), and New Zealand (by the Spaniard Juan Fernández) as well as most of the American continent all were first founded by us Spaniards - hence in the 16th and 17th centuries the Pacific Ocean was commonly worldwide known as the “Spanish Lake”.
Vic,
I am in great pain with my back and would like to heal as soon as possible. I would like to hear your story but could you please just tell me the really good, common supplement you mention at the end of the video?
I am from abroad and don’t have easy access to quality supplements. I am in the US and would like to pick up a bottle asap before leaving in 3 days. In my country many things are banned or not available OTC.
Much appreciated
Peitan
I have sent you an email.
Your email was not delivered. Contact me with your correct email address.
Vic, another observation. Meat introduction is useful for energy levels overall. However, I notice something weird when travelling abroad to south east asia and my own country.
I visited an organic farm in Japan where everything is grown naturally, and a master chef mentioned that in ancient times, veggies would be properly prepared by marinating and searing in sesame paste then soy sauce. They also only grew heirloom veggies, eg seeds unaltered for over 6 generations.
I ate those veggies. Not only delicious, but I felt such clear energy, even more than meat. The same radish, cucumber, tomato from America would leave me feeling like shit. The powers that be have stolen heirloom vegetable seeds and the “tomato” in walmart is not a tomato, its a sugar bomb that will kill you.
The red pill never ends!

What are your views on Grant Cardone?
What are your views on Scientology?
Great questions. I would love to know Victor’s opinion on these.
Victor,
Which countries would be a good place for men to move to that do not enjoy living in degenerate America?
Where can men live where the country hasn’t be polluted by bastardized culture.
No country would be a good place for American/peoples who are brainwashed by American culture because they all have a complaining nature and can never be satisfied.
100% true.
I agree.
What I’m asking is, have you come across any countries that are the opposite of America in terms of values? If America is committing suicide culturally, then which countries do you think are healthy?
It is logic to think that American are not welcomed in countries that are the opposite of America in terms of values.
JJ : I am trolling a bit but I would like to tell you that the best place on Earth is where you are. Start feeling good and healthy first every day, every second etc … There is no ” best country ” in the world. Every country has qualitie and downside.
Victor, what is your take on all the mass shootings that have happened in America during the last twenty years or so? Are these due to anti-depressant use (as they have claimed with James Holmes and others) or an insane culture, or are they maybe even deliberately-orchestrated events designed to create a justification for gun control?
Hey Vic,
What is your take on David Icke?
He seems to speak a lot of truth in terms of the malevolent agenda the elites have for our people, but I don’t know if I can buy his idea that the ruling elite are literally ‘reptilians’ from another dimension.
Thanks.
Does the canivore diet only gives you the sexual power to buils a clan and nothing more ?
you can fight dragons too bro.. c’mon.
The Gaytriarchy….. lol
Great stuff victor. Btw If any of you are interested in learning more about spiritual enlightenment I have just released an inept post on it, probably the most indept no Bs post on enlightenment that you’ll ever come across. If you do check it out let me know your thoughts on it.
Indept post*
“I have just released an inept post on it”
Unfortunate typo.
Victor,
When you look out in nature (not considering humans for a moment) all plants and animals have a strong desire/force/drive to survive, even when faced with difficulties. Even lowly bacteria and simple cells really work and strive to survive. What is the point? When you look at crowded Amazon forests, trees fight like hell to grow and push each other out of the way in order to obtain the limited available sunlight. For a simple plant that has no brain, what drives this behavior? It seems like the tree, with no conscience or ego or rational thought, would just simply give up and die. I mean, why go through to struggle? What is this animating drive to survive that exists in all life forms on earth, even in the lowly and un-thinking plants and bacteria?
Thanks,
Chris
As I thoroughly explained in this episode, the will to survive is the #1 law of nature.
Because existence is so obviously preferable to nonexistence that even the humblest organisms like bacteria and plants realise it.
Only humans (modern humans) could be stupid and unnatural enough to be depressed and nihilistic, and place no value on life. The will to life is the foundation of all purpose and the reason for all effort and action. Plants and bacteria don’t need to have brains to have purpose, and consciousness doesn’t necessarily require a brain. Brains are just concentrated networks of neural networks which is convenient for complex lifeforms like animals, but less complex ones can make do with a more diffuse system, operating on different vibrations and frequencies. There is no one size fits all. There is no purpose or meaning without life. There is no ‘will to death’. Even a plant that is eaten will struggle to survive to the last moment, it will have done its best and never given up.
So as Victor says, the will to survive - to live - is the fundamental law of nature, and ‘supernature’ too, if it exists (witness the ‘ghosts’ and astral entities always desire what we have - life; perhaps they committed suicide in some form or another and now bitterly regret that decision?). Human nihilists are always miserable and unmotivated, because have mistakenly convinced themselves that life has no value, and so their actions are unguided and directionless. But consciousness may be a fundamental property of the universe, there might be meaning and a ‘principle of life’ woven into absolutely everything that exists, from stars to rocks to dust to protons.
The point of life is life. It is synonymous with ‘good’, or the highest value. That is why those trees struggle to reach the sunlight, and that is why humans should also struggle to reach the sunlight, to reach their highest potential. Perhaps we can learn a few lessons from the ‘lower’ organisms on the value of life.
In the quest to achieve one’s goals and success, how important is it to have “accountability partners”? Where can one find such people to help hold them accountable, especially when surrounded by masses of average people.
Victor I ate a restaurant and left a 15% tip instead of a 20% tip. Upon exiting, the waitress looked at me scornfully. What should I do?
Don’t go there anymore.
That’s that.
Forget about it.
Hey Vic, big fan of the new podcast format and the riffing at the start.
I also greatly enjoyed Monk Mode. I have been exponentially more productive following the exact routine.
Thanks for everything you do.
Sup Victor!
You used to be skinny. What differences do you see in the way people treat you now that you’re big? I’m 160lbs and people talk too much shit, I guess they don’t see me as a physical threat, which they should… but they don’t. So I’m going up to 190lbs. Do you still recommend the carnivore diet in such case? I don’t care about bodyfat, I just want to get big so people stop pissing me off all the time with bullshit and disrespect. I do mma so I don’t wanna do steroids. I know I’m not your only follower who has this issue, so thanks in the name of all us small dudes.
Hey man can you do an article with every podcast..!?
Some people are listeners and some are learners bro…
Been reading your blog for years and never listened to a pod cast…
You post good content
No, I cover a diverse amount of content in the podcast, too much to do an article for each. Listen in the car or at the gym or walking down the street. You don’t have to stay at the computer to enjoy the podcast.
What was the supplement you could get at Walmart? Listened til the end but didn’t hear it.
I noticed that too ! As he was wrapping up and saying goodbye it was like “hang on a minute, what’s the fucking supp ?!?!”
Hey Victor thanks for the great truths in this week’s podcast. I especially enjoyed you talking about some laws of nature. I would enjoy it if you could share all the laws of nature in an upcoming podcast. Alternatively are there any books that you can advise on reading about the laws of nature? I would love to live according to them and live a natural life.
Hello Victor, abortion is wrong but what about incases when technology shows that the baby has deformities (physical/mental like Downs, autism…) in the womb and will not be healthy growing up?
Is it natural a father have sex with his own daughter and get conceived, even animals do this especially dogs. Or father has to suicide himself after making children with his wife ?
What on earth is wrong with you, Nirantha?
Inbred children usually come out retarded, so I think the answer would be no.
Hi Victor,
I have a question for the next podcast.
It is clear from B&D, 30DOD, and Monk Mode that proper direction of sexual energy is key to being satisfied with any endeavor.
Do you know of any methods, regarding sexual energy or otherwise, for the elimination of STDs?
I would think a dry fast for an appropriate period of time would remove the disease just like it would other diseases.
Fasting + Carnivore.
It’s a shame black people always go race mixing.
Coming from a black guy, good American blacks are few and far in between. They watch shows like Black Ink or Hip Hop wives and become unbearable. If things don’t reverse soon, I’m gonna have to go down to South America.
Which I want to do anyways, Still, it won’t be the same as a good Black American girl.
Victor,
I just did the 600 push-up workout and HOT DAMN, felt like I could do 1,000 of them.
That is one of the best damn pumps I’ve ever had. I felt the pump through my entire upper body.
I’m going to do push-ups everyday in February and document my results.
My question is have you ever had flexibility issues with your wrists and how did you address it?
Thanks a ton
How do you create good landing pages for your products? Any particular software? Also, how do you design the covers of your ebooks?
I have written an ebook and published it to my website, however I need to make a proper sales page.
Pretty sure Vic answered the landing page question in the latest podcast or maybe last week’s. He uses Thrive Architect.
Thrive.
Okay thanks a lot, must have missed it!
Hi Vic!
What’s your opinion on Henry Rollins and his “Iron” essay?
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vH3WkHF_4J0
I’m betting it was the orange juice.
Vic,
What are your thoughts on the idea that guys should strive to be with a woman of an equal education level and social status to them?
White guys (even young white guys) with typically Asian or South American girlfriends or wives who are from a much poorer background with little education are often looked upon with disdain by white people who have never been to these regions of the world. They all assume it’s only about sex.
Do you think women should be learned and be able to discuss stuff like politics, philosophy, the meaning of life? I’ve been with a poor Asian woman before who had barely any school education, and she was the most feminine women I’ve met.
She loved to cook for me, she never moaned or complained about anything, and she had a fun sense of humor. She was also incredibly practical and street-smart. But the conversation rarely went deep with her.
Dont worry about what brainwashed western white people think. Theyre jealous and hate the fact that you have a better more feminine woman than them. Men should marry down and women should marry up. Thats how its always been everywhere. You just said that your woman is the most feminine woman and loves to cook for you, so you have a better woman than most people in the world, shes almost perfect. If you want to talk about important things, go talk to other men or your friends about it. Women dont exist for you to talk to, they exist to have your children, make your home and cook for you. White people have shitty married lives and have the highest divorced rates, so why would you care what those dumbasses think. Of what I’ve seen, men who marry feminine women are always calm and happy and have good children and a happy family. Men who marry unfeminine western style women are unhappy and usually end up divorced. So be happy with the girl you have and dont care what those dumb jealous white people think.
I would argue that your wife shouldn’t be of low intelligence, like your typical southeast asian women. Also why would you want to marry someone of another race?
There’s a difference between what we regard as intelligence in the West and what is actually intelligence in the real world. What Westerners mostly regard as intelligence pretty much comes down to how many books you’ve read, whether you’ve got a college degree/masters/Ph.D., and how many big words/ideas you know about.
Under that limited definition, most southeast Asian women are low intelligence. But it’s the definition that’s the issue here, not the women.
I have known many so-called intelligent people who do absolutely retarded things. For example, on my travels in Southeast Asia, I’ve seen “clever” engineers earning six figures for major automobile manufacturers come and sign away half their assets to a prostitute who they met a month ago at a bar.
The truth is that there are many types of intelligence in this world.
David Beckham, the retired English soccer player, for example, is not a conventionally intelligent person. In fact, he’s been mocked on several occasions for coming across as a bit dim. However, he possesses a type of intelligence that few people have, namely the knowledge about how to strike a football with perfect curl and accuracy 9 times out of 10. Such intelligence takes as much studying, skill, and practice as a Ph.D.
Southeast Asian people might not be particularly book smart for the most part, but a large number of them possess extremely high levels of practical intelligence. A simple walk around any Thai city is enough to verify this.
They expertly tie knots with rubber bands, they equip toilets with ass guns to make it easier to clean yourself after shitting (in the west we use only toilet paper which is disgusting and retarded), pretty much all of them know how to cook at least 10 dishes to a high-level of skill despite no training as chefs, they eat with a spoon and a fork because it’s easier to eat that way, and they use a vast variety of ingredients to create food that Westerners inexplicably dismiss as inedible, including insects, ant eggs, and chicken intestines.
I’d argue that a lot of them are just as intelligent as book-smart people.
Victor, although I haven’t been able to fully cut out carbs and go 100% carnivore yet but I have been doing low carb for the past few weeks. Interestingly enough I went to Chipotle today to experiment with my first high carb meal in over a month . I had a chicken burrito but had the guy load up on rice, beans, and vegetables. (Not to mention the tortilla) The brain fog, sloth, stomach cramps and pain began shortly after and my stomach is still cramped now 5 hours later.. This is unheard of when I eat my bacon/eggs, steak, etc. Just wanted to share that with you guys.
Also, what are you thoughts on the indictment of Roger Stone?
The indictment of Roger stone is another example of how if trump actually makes an effort to do something, they’ll throw him and his men in jail. Politics is fucked.
Dear Uncle Vic,
You very briefly mentioned raising Kundalini awhile back.
Please share your experience with this.
All the best,
Robert
Victor, I could listen you on the background all the time and be focused, calm and concentrated on whatever I am doing at the moment. The more I listen the more you make me realize that I have always felt correctly in many ways and my beliefs and that outside sources convinced me to think otherwise.
I am not defeatable though. I strongly know what I stand for and what I wish to achieve, noone else can tell me otherwise, as I have learned from my own experience what is the right for me.
Hey Victor,
Do you plan to be a roaming nomad all your life, or do you think you will ever own property someday? Maybe a cabin in the wilderness somewhere?
Good morning, Victor.
I stumbled upon this poem written by a man named Gerard Nolst Trenité in 1922. It highlights the multitude of pronunciations in the English language and I had quite a bit of fun reciting it aloud. I figured you would enjoy it as well.
I’m currently on Day 3 of Monk Mode and I can already feel the improvements in my focus and mood. The dopamine fast is the most difficult part, but incredibly necessary. I highly recommend the program to anyone that wants to take back control of their own minds.
Happy Sunday,
Nick

“The Chaos” by Gerard Nolst Trenité
Dearest creature in creation,
Study English pronunciation.
I will teach you in my verse
Sounds like corpse, corps, horse, and worse.
I will keep you, Suzy, busy,
Make your head with heat grow dizzy.
Tear in eye, your dress will tear.
So shall I! Oh hear my prayer.
Just compare heart, beard, and heard,
Dies and diet, lord and word,
Sword and sward, retain and Britain.
(Mind the latter, how it’s written.)
Now I surely will not plague you
With such words as plaque and ague.
But be careful how you speak:
Say break and steak, but bleak and streak;
Cloven, oven, how and low,
Script, receipt, show, poem, and toe.
Hear me say, devoid of trickery,
Daughter, laughter, and Terpsichore,
Typhoid, measles, topsails, aisles,
Exiles, similes, and reviles;
Scholar, vicar, and cigar,
Solar, mica, war and far;
One, anemone, Balmoral,
Kitchen, lichen, laundry, laurel;
Gertrude, German, wind and mind,
Scene, Melpomene, mankind.
Billet does not rhyme with ballet,
Bouquet, wallet, mallet, chalet.
Blood and flood are not like food,
Nor is mould like should and would.
Viscous, viscount, load and broad,
Toward, to forward, to reward.
And your pronunciation’s OK
When you correctly say croquet,
Rounded, wounded, grieve and sieve,
Friend and fiend, alive and live.
Ivy, privy, famous; clamour
And enamour rhyme with hammer.
River, rival, tomb, bomb, comb,
Doll and roll and some and home.
Stranger does not rhyme with anger,
Neither does devour with clangour.
Souls but foul, haunt but aunt,
Font, front, wont, want, grand, and grant,
Shoes, goes, does. Now first say finger,
And then singer, ginger, linger,
Real, zeal, mauve, gauze, gouge and gauge,
Marriage, foliage, mirage, and age.
Query does not rhyme with very,
Nor does fury sound like bury.
Dost, lost, post and doth, cloth, loth.
Job, nob, bosom, transom, oath.
Though the differences seem little,
We say actual but victual.
Refer does not rhyme with deafer.
Foeffer does, and zephyr, heifer.
Mint, pint, senate and sedate;
Dull, bull, and George ate late.
Scenic, Arabic, Pacific,
Science, conscience, scientific.
Liberty, library, heave and heaven,
Rachel, ache, moustache, eleven.
We say hallowed, but allowed,
People, leopard, towed, but vowed.
Mark the differences, moreover,
Between mover, cover, clover;
Leeches, breeches, wise, precise,
Chalice, but police and lice;
Camel, constable, unstable,
Principle, disciple, label.
Petal, panel, and canal,
Wait, surprise, plait, promise, pal.
Worm and storm, chaise, chaos, chair,
Senator, spectator, mayor.
Tour, but our and succour, four.
Gas, alas, and Arkansas.
Sea, idea, Korea, area,
Psalm, Maria, but malaria.
Youth, south, southern, cleanse and clean.

Vic,
You gave two different routines for building big arms.
1. the supersets 2x a week from your blog post.
2. working the same muscle daily.
which of these do you think would build biceps and tricpes the fastest?
the supersets twice a week or working them every day for a month, taking a week off, then every 2 weeks.
thanks.
They both work.
What is your take on ayahuasca?

Snake diet is saying that ketogenic diet is catabolic and you cannot gain muscle on it, what do you think. I’ve been doing carnivore and feeling great, but still want to be big and muscular.
Keto is not carnivore.
He says that it needs to be a high protein zero carb diet to produce gluconeogenesis in order to become anabolic. Seems contradictory to the idea that most people feel better eating higher fat than protein, and also in Stefansson book where he discussed that lean meat caused problems.
What does feeling better have to do with building muscle?
What can I use as a natural hair pomade, skin moisturiser and shaving cream?

Should you reconnect with your father even if he is a piece of shit?
Hi Victor
Could you tell us why you once told us on YouTube why Mike Chagares is your son? I have a hard time believibg this to be true? Was it a marketing stunt?
I am a 20-year-old man. My health is perfect, I follow a strict carnivore diet, only drink water and have been lifting weights for years. I have thrown away all unnecessary possessions and now can fit everything I own into a holdall bag and a backpack (other than my book collection). I live in London, England and currently have £5000 saved up. My goal now is to focus on becoming wealthy and building an empire. I want to focus on become completely financially free as I already have my health and good friends. I have absolutely no debts and left school at 17. Where would you start if you were in my position? I am a 20-minute train ride from Central London which is basically the financial capital of the world,

Hi Victor.
You’ve written favourably about coconut water and coconut oil, but I think that was when you were living in S.E. Asia, where coconuts are locally-available. For people in North America or Europe, where coconuts do not grow naturally, are coconut products still a healthy option?

Hi Vic,
What do you predict for the white population in the near future of even a few thousand years? I’m from Australia and I am aware in the USA there is black history month, etc. Here in Australia they celebrate the Chinese New Year, and other minority holidays.
As soon as something about white pride is discussed a big red light comes on. I don’t see why we don’t have white history month? I respect all races but why are whites not allowed by society to be proud? We have pretty much invented all sports, majority of the worlds languages, civilisations etc, the list is endless. And whites are less then 10% of the worlds population and shrinking. How do we stop this.
You have spoken of the Illuminati in previous podcasts and it got me thinking about the dollar bill and what the eye really means. I think the eye symbolizes the general populations perspective as in since they can’t control us physically they control us mentally and the biggest influences of our brainwashing is the news, movies, social media etc. I mean hell by any means necessary. I think the best thing for the current generation is to take there laptops, phones and tv’s and bash them with a bat until they short circuit. This is the “one world government” make everyone think the same and you have control of millions. I know this is a late post so I’m not expecting you to get to it just hope you read it. My question is would you agree that the weirdo elites rule the docile cattle by simply influencing their perception yes or no?
Hey Uncle Vic , I started carnivore diet Omad and it has been 2 months now. But I have noticed hair fall recently. What do you suggest ?
Should i alter my diet ?
I eat meat and liver.
But i dont eat it raw.
