Hello friends.
Here is episode 6 of the Bold and Determined Podcast.
In the last episode we discussed God and the meaning of life, the traits of a great man, and I promised an exorcism.
What I found about exorcisms shocked me and we'll get into it.
We'll also get into many other topics of importance to the killers and real-dealers.
As you may have realized, each podcast episode is a collage of topics of interest for men.
This episode covers the exorcism of Sebastian, questions about cheat meals, how to rid anxiety and brain fog, how to overcome afternoon sleepiness, and more!
But first…

Regarding the promised exorcism from the last episode, Sebastian Heart asks… (4:06)
Victor, Thanks for your great in-depth reply to my question regarding spirits. I have been thinking about your answer for the whole day yesterday and I have a follow up question. Let me give you and the readers some background.
I am now 25 but 5 years ago when I was 20 I used to be drinking a lot of alcohol with this buddy of mine. You could perfectly describe us as ‘devils’ when we were drinking and we would take things to extremes during the nightlife. I very well resonate with the description that you gave where alcohol opens up the mind to spirits and beings because I would do and say things that I normally wouldn’t to other people.
I also developed a skin rash 5 years ago that I am still trying to get rid of. After some research I found out it is a yeast infection called candida albicans, and it became worse when I visited Vietnam in 2015 (also got vaccinated then which might have aggrevated it). Right now diet and antifungals are a good way to reduce symptoms and slowly cure the infection.
After your description of Earthbound spirits being able to hold onto sick and weak bodies and also being able to enter minds under the influence of alcohol a chord struck me that maybe I have some Earthbound spirits in me. The reason I am telling you this is that for quite some time I would envision horrible scenes and pictures in my mind when I would close my eyes. I would see suffering and demons and death. And I am completely sober for two years now btw because alcohol flares up my eczema. But I see these demonic images and combined with all this eczema and yeast I figured that maybe I have some Earthbound spirits in my body that are causing all this. I have been also quite sombre and negative in the past (although this is changing) but now that you talked about this yesterday I was wondering if you also know a way to get rid of Earthbound spirits?
Regarding his exorcism, I asked a village Shaman to look at his case. This is what the Shaman had to say…
I know spiritual is real, and many people have had bad problems with it, because of disturbance, even people have been killed from ghosts. We can not know exactly why it exists and is so energetic. We wonder, we doubt, we are scared. When faced with mysterious and strange things of nature, mysterious creativity, the human being does not really know all things that are going on.
After reading all the things he wrote, I insist that he does not have any problems of a spiritual kind. He has a problem with a mental state of obsession, over-thinking, or obsession with the darkness life, and the illness he is receiving from pain and discomfort in the body, and the criticism from the people that live around him, the coldness of life, and the sense of regret about the time he was wasting in his past, and others in thoughts.
Now even though he is trying to live well and practice well. But his past is likely to exist in his head, images from the darkness, night life, and the brain automatically begins to create the image of evils, demons, ghosts, just to obsess himself.
So he needs to know what is the real problem he is having, then he should start to stop thinking and worrying too much, stop being scared. He needs to eat and rest well, read books about life, happy and nature, listen good/happy songs. Listen to green music at night to sleep, stay relaxed and start to destroy the darkness in his mind.
And always say to himself that “Nothing can destroy me, I’m one who is strong against you. Demons/ghost/evil? You are all bullshit of thinking and you are all created by me, now it’s time to have you go away.” Fight the darkness in himself and defeat it. That’s how he can get a real new life.
Sometimes some people think that they have a spiritual problem but it’s simply because they believe it, and think it's happening to them. That’s a mistake in the mind, mindset. Or a fear is haunting them.
A few reasons people get the sickness of eczema is because they ate right kind of bad meat from animals had sickness, so larvae comes inside body to grow and then it goes to skin and shows up as problems on the skin.
Sickness candida? Actually it’s problems from chemicals they got from food (food from bad restaurant, old food using chemistry, not fresh food cooked every day), and from products of body care (shampoo, skincare, deodorant, shaving…etc).
After a long time the body gets more and more, and when it’s big enough, it makes bad effects in blood, and start to show on skin, mouth, and damages the body little by little, day by day,
If people keep living modern they still have same sickness, they need to live green, cook fresh food and know exactly what they eat, get out to nature away from modern chemicals. And everyone must learn to stop worrying and start living.
I also read a very important book about exorcisms called Hostage to the Devil: The Possession and Exorcism of Five Contemporary Americans.
The #1 tip I learned form this book is: You have to first open your mind and your will to possession.
Here are some quotes from the book…
No person can be possessed without some cooperation on his part. The effective cause of possession is the voluntary collaboration of an individual, through his faculties of mind and will, with one or more of these bodiless, genderless creatures called demons. Possession in an ongoing process that effects that mind and the will. Causes of possession can include: ouija board, spiritual seance, transcendental meditation, and the Enneagram method. Ouija is a combination of the French and German words for yes. Ouija literally means yes, yes.”
The book was written in 1976. Today there are a few more popular methods of possession which include: Marijuana, internet pornography, yoga, Wicca, and many others.
Victor Pride Verdict:
The exorcism is a battle of wills and the key to victory is the REFUSAL to give up.
Being open-minded is a liability and being closed-minded protects you.
Mr. Random asks… (19:17)
Victor, have you ever had a lucid dream or an out of body experience aka visiting the astral planes? If not, do you know anything about them?
I've had spontaneous OBE’s and lucid dreams happen to me frequently ever since I was a young boy. They still happen till this day and I’m almost 30 now. I’ve also consciously initiated these experiences as well.
Speaking of Exorcisms, Angels and Demons, I would like to recommend to Sebastian who commented and also your readers a fantastic book that details how one can protect them self vs evil spirits and black magic: it’s called “The Practical Psychic Self-Defense Handbook” by author Robert Bruce. In this book are real and actual practical methods/ things you can do to protect yourself.

How on earth do we stay focused and agile through the entire day? I’ll wake up at like 7 and feel groggy but able to work, whatever, and somewhere around 2pm, I’ll get this massive wave of tiredness. I’ll have no chance but to rest for an hour with a nap if I want to be productive for the rest of the day. My creative juices don’t seem to get flowing until like 6pm, lol, that’s when I have some energy. What is wrong with us today? Why do we struggle to have even basic energy to do work? To be elite, having energy is a given. Without it, forget eliteness!
ps even the genetic elite can’t get away with bad diet forever, Georges St. Pierre is out with ulcerative colitis, a direct result of the nonsense processed pasta he eats daily.
Bill asks… (28:51)
Hi Victor, How can I get rid of my 24/7 anxiety and brain fog? I feel on edge all the time even though I eat right, sleep 8 hours per night and have been lifting weights for years. As well as this I regularly get very angry and frustrated, unable to control my emotions. I don’t take any drugs, alcohol and do not smoke, however I did grow up with an alcoholic mother which affected me a lot.

Do you still recommend the meat and fat diet when building muscle on a steroid cycle? My workouts are in the evening, and I eat most my carbs after my workout. The only carbs I eat is sweet potato, brown rice, and steel cut oats.
Should I replace carbs with dairy fat such as milk, cheese and yogurt? Lately I hear dairy is bad, but I think the problem is mixing dairy with carbs. Are avocados a good fat source, or strictly stick to animal fats?
Ash asks… (44:09)
What is your view on having cheat meals? Have you committed to never eating junk foods such as pizza, fast food, cake and ice cream ever again? Also how would someone deal with social events and dinner parties when your diet is limited to only meat/fish?

Brad asks… (52:47)
How do you find/develop the tight knight community that man requires to be mentally sane? It seems like in the modern world in the US there is no sense of belonging, especially if you are a young white male in a city. What is the course of action for us? Especially when, in the future we want to raise kids in a tight knight community, with a traditional, feminine, young White American wife. Of course we could go overseas, but those are not our people and we have nothing in common with them. Our kids would be nothing like us.

Hey Vic, I’ve been living with my parents to save up money. I’m ready to move on, but I hate the idea of signing a 12 month lease, buying property, or even buying a car. I want to avoid all long term bills and be nomadic. What’s the best way to get housing for 1 to 2 months at a time without spending a fortune?

I’m turning 29 this month. What’s your biggest piece of advice for someone who’s wrapping up their twenties and about to go into their thirties? It seems this is the time when our experiences and knowledge reconstruct themselves into a higher order, and then we begin to connect the dots we were previously blind to.
I’m still building my brand, paying off debt from past mistakes, and training my body and mind… yet something seems to be missing. I always want more and feel like true freedom is far into the future, despite constant progress. I am leagues above where I used to be in life. Is this simply the hunger behind the climb to success, or something more?
Karl asks… (1:05:41)
Pretty sure I have chronically tight muscles and “pelvic floor dysfunction” which means I can’t shit or urinate fully, and I’m also miserable all day as a result. Any tips? Magnesium is OK, but I need something that REALLY strengthens my nervous system and allows me to be happy and calm at all times. I take liver tabs and tracheal cartilage which is supposed to be great.
Second, I don’t have energy through the day. I’m groggy in the morning, miserable and sleepy by the afternoon, and FINALLY at about 6pm, I get a burst of energy to actually work. It’s ridiculous and completely impedes any possibility of flow or productivity. Adrenal fatigue?
I’m in my early twenties and don’t know why the hell these kinds of problems are so common for young men when our grandfathers were killing rattlesnakes at 80 and smoking cigars on their death bed.
Sure. No coffee, quit that shit a while back ALTHOUGH when I get constipated, it was sometimes a life saver.
My constipation isn’t up in the intestines. My food digests fine, etc, and makes its way down to the exit, but my pelvic muscles (e.g. the opening) are super tight so I just can’t take a full shit or urinate easily.
It’s a nerve misfiring/tight muscle issue. Muesli with yogurt in the morning, sweet potatoes and some protein midday + bone marrow and liver, fresh milk/fruits at night. I’ve tried every variation, no dairy, no gluten, only meat, etc, problem doesn’t go away. Muscles spasm, and when my muscles are TIGHT, I feel sleepy and fatigued. When they’re loose, I feel full of energy.
My hands shake/tremble, and it’s tough to do your best work when you’re always gassy/incompletely evacuated.
Now, eating less sometimes help. I think my HCL production is low, so whenever I eat more than the little that my digestive enzymes can tolerate, the rest of the food may just cause gas and bloating because it isn’t being properly digested. I wonder how HCL can be increased.

Thank you for mentioning Paganism. This clicked something inside me. For a long time I have been searching for a book which describes the ‘rules of nature’ or a very close description of it. Would you say that Paganism is the closest one can get to understand nature? Do you have a good book or another source which you recommend that describes Paganism?
(1:11:26) Also, I recall you mentioned Gnosticism in one of your articles earlier this year? Would you say that Gnosticism and Paganism both are very close to nature? Do you have any source recommendations on Gnosticism as well?

Everything you say about Religion is true. It is a powerful institution, and like all institutions, it exists to serve itself & subjugate others. It is a tool of enslavement. Christianity is not Religion. Christ came to destroy Religion. God is not all-powerful. Your presupposition is used to draw the conclusion you want. Truth can only be known by it’s effects. And you look at societies with a strong Christian belief system, the results are undeniably better than others. Why is that?

Hey Vic, I am a young bodybuilder in university and time is of the essence. I often use a microwave to heat up my meals, as a lot of them are in Tupperware already prepared. I only drink spring water, and don’t partake in any drugs, alcohol or caffeine. It seems as though the microwave could be my only unhealthy action. Thoughts on microwaving food? Is it bad for us or would you say that thought process is quote-on-quote “hippy shit”?

Is karma true? The great ones all seem to realize karma exists and most people have a stupid understanding of it. Eating an animal is not bad karma; but torturing that animal, or eating excessively with greed beyond your needs, etc would get you another birth as an animal gets tortured. Fulfilling one’s natural needs in a way respectful to the animals and nature around us, which is all God’s creation, will not make you get “bad karma”. Just clarifying for the sake of other readers-what’s your idea?

To me exorcism is like bioenergetics, if you breathe deep enough your “spirits” or your built up emotions come out. Bioenergetics is a very interesting method of experiencing catharsis. Victor I suggest checking some of that out. Our emotions over time are stored into our body and that is why we get depressed, we aren’t letting them out. When you breathe very deep you ground yourself and release thiese emotions because you charge up the body. It’s a lot like the Wim Hof method with that same charging of the body through breathing.
Thank you for answering my question last week regarding addiction to substances. I agree 100% with your answer regarding the drug being the solution to the problem that it creates. I have a follow up question:
What does a person do about the withdrawal? I understand your explanation on a logical level… but when I try to give up the drugs/chemicals (especially caffeine), the withdrawals are too damn bad. The resulting brain fog and lethargy combined with the intense cravings render me half useless, something I cannot afford to be in my demanding day to day life and job which requires focus and energy. How does one handle the withdrawal while being able to still show up for work and perform?
I’ve been living in China for 4 years and am looking to leave. You’ve traveled to and lived in several Asian countries. Which one would you say is the best to live and work in? I would like to move to another Asian country instead of back to the US if possible (I’m a white American).
I really like Jordan Peterson but it’s absolutely true that he never stops talking. I’m reading his new book 12 rules of life, it is great when it comes to points like set your house in perfect order before you criticizes the world, but 400 pages for 12 rules…this man is really driving me nuts. the problem with the youtube videos is that most of the time the title has nothing to do with the content but I think he did not upload this by himself… what I can reconmmend is the Joe Rogan podcasts with Jordan Peterson
Victor what do you think of modern and classical art?
(I developed a theory that people who like abstract art are not capable of straight thinking I belive they like chaos on their walls because they are full of chaos in theire head and have no clear mission)
Interesting because just last night I had a lucid dream where I chased a demon out a door. I woke up suddenly sitting on a couch. A guy I know that is in prison is on the phone talking to his ex and he is happy. I say, dude you got out? He ignores me, happy, and I can hear his ex through the phone. I keep talking but he ignores me. I ask myself, is this a dream? No it’s definitely real. (Because it was crisp clear real, like awake) And part of me questioned if he was a demon. He begins towards the door and flicks the light switch off. I’m saying his name, but still no response. I flick the light to on but it doesn’t come on. I then question if it is a dream, and yet say to myself, this is completely a real world. I follow him towards the door, and try turning on two more switches along the say including at the front door. And at this point I conclude it must be a dream, and that he is a demon wanting me to follow him. But it’s hard to believe that because the vivid clearness just like being awake. I was, awake. So I open the glass door he closed in my face as I kept yelling his name. Once I’m outside after walking down the steps of the porch it is night, and I check with myself for the third or fourth time, okay something’s odd, am I in a dream? This is REAL. He had went off into the shadows behind a car and disappeared headed to supposedly go to meet his ex. I stopped to observe my surroundings as part of me couldn’t shake the thought he might be a demon. I had even noticed something was off about his teeth. I said to myself looking at my arms, my hands, and then looked up from where I had walked outside. I said, okay if I’m in a dream, where am I really? I immediately looked up where I had come out again to notice I could see inside, see through the wall at the couch I was sitting on. Simultaneously I could also see where I was actually sleeping. But also simultaneously I said to myself no this is not a dream. It’s a parallel world. And I am in both at the same time. But it’s also a dream. So I consciously “shifted” back into my world, into my “real” body into this world where I got up from, woke up from, and it was almost like I was never really asleep. Now as the day has been going on for the first half of the day it is now feeling more like a dream or an impression like a dream. But that moment from sleep to woke was just like I was in another reality, and just like the scenario you described in the podcast where the demon wants you to chase it. Oddly enough.
Great podcast as always. Question for you Vic, curious if you ever used contemplating your own death for motivation? I have discovered this a little while back and just posted a blog post about it. By far the most powerful motivation exercise in existence, Its crazy its not talked more widespread and still mostly unknown.
Hi friends,
This is Karl. I have a terrible health issue posted above that Victor answered, and as he mentioned, I’d be very grateful for your suggestions on what to do. Please help a brother out.
Vic, this podcast is the best part of my Wednesday. You know more about life and living than Rogan or any of the other big names guys and it seems you have also dabbled in the occult. A knowledge seeker!
Only question-you mention “yoga” as a way for spirits to control you, what exactly did you mean?
Thanks for all you do Vic!
Karl
how is your daily routine? Do you work or do you go to school/university? Do you do sports and I guess you went to alot of different doctors who cannot help you? Do you have much stress?
I had the same problem regarding to energy levels. Low at the morning and high at the evening I found out it was stress and food related
Toni, what do you eat now? No not much stress, just the pelvic floor refuses to relax and I also have overall muscle and chest tightness.
Hey Victor, many of the principles and concepts on B and D resonate with me deeply, but I just can’t get over my biggest roadblock: I don’t know what vehicle to choose to achieve success. I don’t know what kind of products to sell. I don’t know what service to learn how to deliver. Every time I think I’ve got something, I think, ‘am I willing to give everything else up doing this for… 6 months? A year? Two years? Five years? It is with a sting of envy that I often regard other young people who seem to have found their obsession, be it in music, dancing, writing, programming or what have you, at such young ages, some even before adolescence.
I recall you mentioned that you don’t enjoy writing much, so I find it ironic that you would choose this medium to share your message, sell your products, and achieve personal success.
How did you decide this? How does one identify their vehicle? Thank you
Great, great, great!
Whats the overall key to happiness?
Be simple. Be content.
Fantastic podcast.
Can you talk about how welfare is another means of the elite to control people? Just like the SJWs, people who advocate for welfare act like they’re doing the poor people a big service when in reality, they’re hurting them. Also what has been your experience with dealing with people on welfare? You said you lived in the ghetto for a while.
Hi Vic, What do you think about living / working in Japan? I am not a fan of SE Asia, and as of currently am dependent on the IT industry. Options would be Shanghai, Singapore or Tokyo
Thanks, Victor. :)
I happen to already use F.lux! I find it’s constant that you recommend things I already plan on doing or have been doing.
About Jordan Peterson: JP is very verbal. He thinks and learns as he speaks. He is very deliberate on his words, he’s descriptive. I’ve watched some of his lectures (not the cropped videos on YouTube, the things he uploads himself), and I find he has a lot of wisdom to share.
As a matter of fact, a lot of what he says are things that you say, only in a different way. He also follows an all-meat diet, by the way. Different people will connect differently with each of you’s content, but you two are similar, from my point of view.
I think you would enjoy reading Daniel Quinn’s Ishmael, The story of B, and My Ishmael. All good reads.
How to stop hating the sound of your own voice?
hi Uncle Vic,I am Andrew and I was worried from yesterday and when I go to bed.I was having a night emission when I am sleeping.Or if you are familiar on that. This was affecting me for focusing to what kind of life I have now.I just wake up and see sperm wasted from having that night dreams I think..This was a very big issue for me.I think I failed for preserving my testosterone. How I can I fix this uncle Vic,I was avoiding all masturbation and pornography and Night spem Emission affecting my self-improvement I am doing and makes me feel failed for implementing good habits.
Hi Vic,
How can I worry less about what people think of me? I know that this fear has held me back from my full potential, yet it seems such a strong instinct that I find it impossible to overcome it and do what I want to do, unapologetically.
Thanks.
I have suggestions for the guy struggling with poo poo:
1. get a toilet stool online, it raises your feet so you are closer to a squat position.
2. Do the deep squat stretch every few hours, so deep your butt can almost touch the floor, it will stretch all of the muscles and is what pornstars use to cut down the cost of lube.
3. Take b vitamins or eat high b vitamin foods every few hours, especially before and upon sleep to help the nervous system short term.
4. Long term eat a high RAW cholesterol diet to repair the myelin sheath of your nervous system.
5. Kegals.
6. If the toilet stool isn’t enough try shitting in the deep squat position, I know it’s not ideal because you will probably have to do it outside but it’s better than nothing!
Let me know if any of these helped man.
Great suggestions!
I have a suggestion for the guy with the digestive problems: look into coffee enemas. They clean out your colon and small intestine and help repair the liver by increasing glutathione production. Been around for centuries.
Hey Vic,
Thank you for bringing this podcast back. After the FGC you were my favorite podcaster on the web and it is great to have you back in the game. A question I have had as of late is regarding CBD oil, also known as Cannabinoid Oil. What are your thoughts on this supplement/medicine? Is it all it’s hyped up to be? Or is it just like every other drug we’ve discussed on the B&D Podcast?
Thanks Vic
Hi Uncle Vic,
I have a question for the next podcast:
Have there been any updates to Becoming the Bull/John Doe Bodybuilding Bible? I bought both of the books and noticed they were taken down for a minute from your website; just curious if anything was new.
Also, will you ever continue the ideas you started in New World Ronin? I remember you had a new book idea called Full Color Shogun.
Podcast is great, I’m looking forward to every Thursday where I get up early and put on the BADcast.
Regards

Do you have any opinions on fashion, i.e. what men ought to wear, Victor? I know you have endorsed the ‘Iron & Tweed’ blog in the past, but do you subscribe to any particular fashion regimen yourself?
Thanks and great blog!
Thank you, Victor, for all the answers.
My next question:
- Can you give us tips how to deal with haters?
Like this:
https://boldanddeterminedarchive.com/feminist/
All politically incorrect sites are attacked by feminists and other crazy people, how come B&D comments stay untouched by them? Have they stopped attacking or censorship works so well?
Victor, I’ve been enjoying the podcast a lot. Thanks for making it.
Here’s my question: i read somewhere that all powerful men must have three women in their lives: their wife, their lover and their girlfriend.
What do you think? Do all or most powerful men have these relationships? Should a powerful man be 100% faithful? Or you think is simply a matter of preference?
Thanks for sharing your opinion on this.
Victor, thanks for the response, as always!
It’s comforting to know I’ve accurately described “the hunger.” Big things are brewing in my neck of the woods, and I look forward to bringing my fire into the light. Part of this fire has been exploring the mountains and wilderness to bring balance to my lifestyle.
What’s the most unique creature or feature you’ve seen while traveling deep into nature? So far, my most memorable experience was shooing away big white mountain goats while climbing a peak in the Olympics. What’s yours?
During the Full Color Godcast, we spoke about the last time you made it out to see the stars, and your article “How To Sleep In A Thousand Star Hotel” is one of my favorites. Are you still looking up at the cosmos?
I make it a point to stare into the night sky and think through business as often as I can. It puts things in an incredible perspective and reminds me not to take life too seriously. This rock will still be floating through space long after we’re gone…
Have a great weekend bud,
Nick
Hey Victor. I like these podcast 🙂
I noticed you said you haven’t read any new blogs.
I made my website http://www.legitplayer.com in 2015 by using badnet thankyou.
Check it out if you want. All my content is mine.
I’ve wrote about 100 articles so far. I don’t get any comments and get about 30 visitors a day but I’m going to keep at it forever!
Have a nice day keep up the good work.
I don’t know how you do it, but something in your work is so magical to me & always makes me want to come back and see what you have to say, as compared to other entrepreneurs which I’ve visited once and never come back. Perhaps it’s the balance you have between bringing real value and not trying too hard. Your quote unquote competitors might have better design than you have, better on-the-surface marketing strategies, but no one’s catching my attention better than you are. In fact, I am thirsty for this podcast every Thursday and your views about the world strongly resonate with me to a point that my life has changed dramatically since I met your blog. I started to question everything, I was reborn. Thank you for that!
I think a lot of it also has to do with the fact that you have a great physique, have a deep, sexy voice, and you are a pure example of how a man should be in the modern era, I mean… Zero bullshitting, straight to the point, questioning the status-quo, creating great work, staying natural, clear-minded - I can see why people find you as a role model, me too.
& now I have some questions if you mind :)
1) What are your thoughts on Mouthwash/toothpaste? I read that they kill the bad bacteria along with the good bacteria, affecting the production of Nitric Oxide in our body and blood flow decreases as a result. Is this a reason to stop using them? Do you have a better alternative?
2) I opened a blog through BADNET, and sometimes when I look at my writing I feel like one can sense that I am not a native English speaker.
Now, of course, I don’t see it as an obstacle or a wall, I’ll work my ass off and will sharpen English to the point of a native-speaker if needed because sharing my ideas with the world is my mission. Any suggestions on how to do so? I started to work as a salesperson in English for that purpose as well.
3) I am a naturally curious person and been always deeply studying things I find interesting. How can one combine intense researching with being a blogger? I feel like being a great content-creator these days is the complete opposite. It’s about answering BIG questions, with SHORT sentences, trying to cover HUGE subjects in a SUPERFICIAL way. Because the internet-users’ attention-span has decreased dramatically you need to find a way to catch their attention and there’s a tradeoff with real, deep research and what’s popular today.
What are your thoughts on that? Should one compromise his deep thinking and share only superficial content that catches the attention of the mob?
Thank you!
Victor. Thank you very much for this great great thing that you’ve done for me by going to the village shanan. Your answer totally resonates with me and I will do what you advise. Eat well, sleep well, and rest. Thanks brother. You’re the greatest! I feel you truly are a big brother I never had. If you ever need help in the Netherlands I’ll be there for you.
A tip for carl: I used to be very constipated before I went on the full carnivore diet. What helped me a lot was getting a ‘squaty potty’. Which is an extra seat for your legs under the toilet. It puts you in a squat position which is the natural position for us humans to poop. It makes it easier for your whole lower bowels to excrete feces. The modern toilets we now have don’t put your body in a good position to poop. You need to squat like you were taking a shit in the forrest.
Furthermore, I can see why weed and alcohol are bad for the spirit but please Victor. Elaborate on yoga, why do you think it is bad? I’ve had good experiences with the physical part of it, it makes my body very flexible and it is good for blood flow. The spiritual part I do not care too much about but I could see why it is bad. Interested in what you have to say.
I would like to meet you when you come to Europe. I learned so much from you in these past years. B&D has been extremely helpful for me to become just that: Bold and Determined. As well as shaping me mentally (30 days of discipline) and physically (body of a spartan).
For now I don’t have anymore questions other than why you think Yoga is bad.
Have a great weekend Shogun! And for all the listeners: stay hungry!
“Oooooowl!”
I don’t agree with your food views 100% but you seem to be on of the most real bloggers.
Now the question: What is your thought about circumcision? I think people emote too much and that’s annoying. I think it can prevent masturbating.
What’s your opinion about it?
Victor, here are my questions:
1. I drink a lot of sparkling water. Perrier (from a bottle) and La Croix (from a can). Do you have an opinion on either of these in terms of health?
2. what is your age? I assume early to mid 30s.
3. I get that corn and grain are not healthy. The grain that was around in biblical times, however, was very different from the man-engineered grain and corn we have today, by the way. (You can research this.) But with respect to the idea that it’s only natural for man to eat meats and not vegetables (beans, tomatoes, etc). I’m having a hard time understanding this since (according to my understanding), one cannot get all the vitamins and minerals needed to stay healthy from meat only. Can you give scientific evidence that man wasn’t ever to eat vegetables?
thanks.
Dr. Ron

Hi, are you Dr. Ron Schmid by any chance? Your work on organ meats was fantastic and I appreciate all you have done, if so!

Loving the new podcast Victor.
How do I post a question for the next podcast? If i can do it here, this is my question:
Are you familiar with the work of Dr Anthony Napoleon (PHD) - I found two of his books to be incredible sources of truth without the BS. The first book is called ‘The Sociobiology of Visual Images’ (I think you would love this) and the second is ‘Shadow Men - An Encyclopedia of Mind Control’ - this book is full on but it explains how the elite get away with brainwashing the masses and the techniques they use (from a scientific perspective).
If you are familiar would love to hear your thoughts; if not I think you would appreciate these books.
They aren’t exactly positive however if we want control and the ability to recreate our European communities and family units we must first understand how they were destroyed in the first place. Knowledge is Power - keep up the great work brother.
Karl says
Anthony, while a useful resource for some things, is a narcissistic and bipolar freak who should not be trusted fully. His books are decent, though he never says the REAL truth (he says “shadomen shadomen” to make you feel like a worthless piece of shit /dunning kruger who doesn’t know anything, but you know the truth-it’s the J—).

Hi Uncle Vic, I’m currently working and living in Vietnam and I was wondering whether or not the carnivore diet would be doable here in Vietnam, considering the fact that you’ve lived here before. Would it be possible to buy just meat and eggs in the markets here and are they more natural then American meat?
Victor,
I come from the English upper middle class and as such I’ve been raised to be civil and polite. The older I get the more I find being less polite earns more respect; what is your perspective on when to be polite and when not to be?
Hi. What are your thoughts on Charles Bukowski (the writer) ?
Hi Victor. I am 25 years old, 5 ft 8 tall and my problem is that I look too young. I look like I am 17 or 18 years old. What can I do to look around my age?
Hey Vic, what are your thoughts about global warming? Do you think it´s a part of the Vegan religion?
Vic,
What is it like for someone who is always on the move to new cities? Can you describe in detail what that lifestyle is like?
For instance, what do you typically do your first few days in a new city? Do you travel with anyone, a woman? How do you connect with other like minded people in a new city? In American cities where you largely need an automobile how do you get around, do you drive your car from city to city or just rent a car? I am very curious how you do this as this is something I would like to do in the future.
Some of my best trips have been long ventures out west traveling from city to city seeing national parks etc. I love the open road with a fast car more than anything.
The last part of the question is what has been your favorite city in the US as well as abroad?
Thank you
Victor
Thanks for the tip on Green music. I was always searching for something like this. It’s is very calming and right now I listen to nothing else but this and Mozart. Wonderful!
Bless you!

Who are your favorite UFC fighters and why?
Should blog articles that were written over 3 years ago and don’t get any traffic be deleted from your blog?
What are your views on Jack Donovan, and his book “the way of men”?
What are your views on Dr Shawn Baker. He is a big proponent of the carnivore diet. His testosterone tested at 227ng/dl but he’s 6ft5 240lbs Of solid muscle?
Jack Donovan is really good. Read The Way of Men, and I can definitely see a lot of similarities in what Victor has been preaching in these podcasts, to the tribalism/individualism Donovan promotes in his book.

What would happen if I were to watch pornography occasionally, such as once per month. Would this have a negative affect on dopamine and sexual energy?

Views on PT Barnum and JH Kellogg?
Hi Uncle Vic,
Thanks again for answering my questions. Regarding the gym vs. bodyweight exercises, it actually stops me from going to the gym because I’m thinking WHAT IF… well, for some reason, I can’t go the gym. I’m afraid my muscles will shrink. But thanks again, I will consider your points.
I want to take a rest from asking questions (as I’m asking too much questions, hehe) but I just find this timely, so here it is:
1) How would you deal with controlling parents? How would you deal with them if they are controlling - like watching what you do and how you spend - and it seems it will take a while before you can be independent to them (specifically, financially)?
2) How would you pick yourself up if you are depressed (assumed, not clinical), have no job, no college degree (yet), and no savings, and have controlling parents whom you financially dependent to? I must also note that I’m from the Philippines… which is a developing country, unlike yours in the US.
I know, I could have just took a job so I can be financially independent from my parents, and then save until I can fully support myself. But I’m always afraid that I might fail miserably and lose the comfort I have in life, like what if I get stuck in a dead-end job? The bottom line is I’m always afraid. On the other hand, though, I know I have to push forward the fear. I just don’t exactly know how.
Thanks again Uncle Vic!
PS. - On the bright side, I’m still a young man, 22 years old, turning 23 in December. I wish I can be rich through online business, just like you, before I reach 30. I’m currently reading The Millionaire Fastlane, which is a book I wish I had years before! Anyway it’s really just FEAR. Fear of failing. Fear of criticisms, etc. I admire people like you who went out their own way and live their own dreams. I just don’t know how can I uhmm, overcome this fear.
May I also add:
3) What is your advice for starting bloggers or Internet entrepreneurs? Should they get licensing, tax IDs, LLC, etc. Before they proceed in running the business, or should they get them when they’re earning a decent revenue?
Thanks Uncle Vic!
Do you believe a person’s intelligence can be improved the same way that their financial situation can? If someone wanted to become the richest and cleverest person in the whole world, is that a reasonable ambition?
Excellent podcast. Looking back over certain spiritual topics I studied, I now realize they were mostly dead.
The higher self, lucid dreaming, etc really aren’t what they’re made to be.
I’m alive and those things are dead.
I leave everyone with this quotes:
If you want your dream realized, imitate God by becoming totally possessed by your dream. Do this and you, too, will reach your desire’s fulfillment, just as God has brought - and is bringing - his dream to completion. Have an intense wish. Clothe it in tones of reality and imitate God by living as one possessed by a dream. Like God, do not turn aside until you have executed and accomplished the intents of your mind.

What’s your opinion on internet and smartphone addiction? I find that I am becoming more addicted to information, YouTube videos, and constant reading and scrolling. I feel as if this is frying my brain and dopamine. I cannot be alone and feel content and happy just being in nature.

Please don’t mention yoga unless you know what you are talking about. In your other podcasts you said Abrahamic religions were made to control people yet here you are preaching from this religions. I guess it’s hard to get away from ones programmed upbringing.
Yoga literally means to yoke. There is nothing more to it just to yoke. And it’s the total opposite of opening yourself up to demons or whatever you were talking about. When you yoke your senses or perform yoga you are bringing those senses under control. That means you are blocking all outside influence and only focusing on the voice or consciousness inside of you. You are saying no to all external output and controlling everything that happens inside of your mind. This is discipline.
