Sonny asks… (10:12)
What are your views on gangsters, the mafia and organised crime in general?
Hercules asks… (12:11)
Can it be a good idea to go into politics?
Delroy asks… (15:23)
Vic – are you familiar with the theory that Christianity was a product of Rome to reign in the rebelling Judea and unite the fragmenting empire? This cultural and spiritual placating to non-Europeans seemed to set the decline of the West in motion. What are your thoughts on this and Christianity in general? Do you have any spiritual solutions to this mess?
Nick Hagood… (19:19)
Years ago, you taught me the power of “always moving forward.” Since then, I’ve focused on taking one step at a time, figuring out the next step, and repeating. Through the process, the clarity of the vision in my head sharpens. Can you talk a bit about how you’ve used the power of always moving forward, and how that creates momentum in all areas of your life?
Joseph asks… (21:32)
Dear Vic, I am 23 years old and homeless in Los Angeles by choice. I have no debt, no bills, I am fit and physically healthy (beach workouts). I work 2 restaurant jobs, have access to reasonably healthy food at work for free (beef, bacon, chicken, avocados) I have no car and can comfortably sleep on a bench near a park. I intend on starting an eBay dropshipping business from my laptop. If you were in my shoes with the tools I have (or lack thereof), how would you pivot from this situation into running a successful online business? Thanks for the podcast and the wisdom Vic.
Dennis asks… (25:08)
I have tried to quit masturbation several times but each time I quit and start over again. Maybe I need more days without masturbation in order to have results. After how many days do you start having results?
Anonymous asks… (28:34)
It is normal to feel like angry gorilla with 30 DOD? 16 DOD to date and when I drive my Harley Davidson I feel like ragest human in world, increase the speed, said bad words and middle finger signals to every driver make a bad move in the street. I want have a fight as well. Also: can high levels of testosterone make you bald?
Otavio asks… (30:57)
What are some natural alternatives, be them elements or products, to taking care of our body? Hygiene, cooking, home maintenance, everything.
You mentioned that we absorb what comes in touch with us, particularly through the skin. I absolutely agree, but I have a hard time identifying and getting access to safer or more adequate alternatives.
Tom asks… (32:56)
Hey Victor, I’ve been a reader of yours for a long time now but I disagree with one thing you’ve said before. In an earlier blog, you disregarded meditation as a silly hippie practise, and that productivity is the real way to bliss. However, I find that when I meditate, I’m actually more productive as it gives me more focus and peace of mind. Also, Ray Dalio, a multi-billionare Investor, said that meditating twice a day was the greatest investment he ever made (for it gives him similar benefits). What are your thoughts on meditation? Still think it’s futile?
Ed asks… (36:16)
I don’t like going out at night, I don’t like alcohol, I don’t like girls who like alcohol. I also don’t like girls who enjoy using social media, but they’re ok in a pump and dump scenario. How to I get girls if I live in America? (I live in one of America’s most degenerate multicultural cities).
Todays bad guy is yesterday's hero. A hero will have nothing to do with this degenerate culture. The bad guy lives like a monk, always in sacrifice and preparation for a future goal.
Al asks… (40:32)
Are you going to write more articles on dating? If not can you recommend some good resources.. ALSO! Do you eat anything on the side (side dish) when you eat your steaks? And do you cook your steaks on the pan or on a grill?
American women aren't dateable. “Gender equality” is the renunciation by woman of her right to be a woman.
Benjamin asks… (43:16)
Victor, How can I ensure women will check me out when I’m out in public?
“How could woman, who takes such pleasure in her own ridiculous masquerade, appreciate an unmade-up, conventionally dressed man?” -Esther Vilar
James asks… (44:49)
I want to somehow make money banging chicks but not make porno. I used to work on computers for decades but I just don’t like technology so much anymore. I’m really feeling lost right now. I don’t know what I want to pursue because it feels like I’m just following other people’s footsteps.
It isn't going to happen but the desire will eat you alive. Like the Buddha already told us, desire is the cause of all suffering.
Thomas asks… (48:10)
Vic, in podcast #11 you made your stance on marriage clear as well as encouraged people to have babies. What advice would you give to us men who want to have children? Do we breed with the one woman and raise the kids together, but without getting married? Impregnating multiple women could certainly result in our sons being raised by single mums which would contribute to the degeneration of our society. Are you personally open to having children at some point in your life and how would you sensibly go about it?
R.H. asks… (50:40)
Will you try living without a smartphone for 30 days? If no, do you think it is feasible for someone who has an online business (a blog artist, an Internet shopper, etc) to ditch his smartphone and still be competitive in business? How should a modern entrepreneur deal with this double-edged sword called smartphone? Any suggestions?
Smartphones don't help business, they hurt business. They hurt business because they rob you of the #1 thing you MUST have to succeed: Unbroken focused attention. Now people give unbroken focused attention only to their smartphones.
Meeko asks… (53:21)
Hello Vic, What is your opinion of the so-called New Atheists like Richard Dawkins, Sam Harris and Christopher Hitchens? It seems to me that: 1) they damaged the Christian faith a lot more than the Muslim faith, and 2) while being hyper-critical of religious beliefs, they tend to uncritically accept the whole leftist ideology of feminism, immigration and the anti-Trump hysteria.
Joseph asks… (55:07)
How can I create a more demanding presence and project power?
Dave asks… (56:29)
Hey Vic, when you switched over to the carnivore diet what was the adaptation period like and how long did it last? Did you experience any negative side effects at first?
Sebastian asks… (57:53)
1. When you went to China to teach English for two days a week. Did you use an agency or how did you set this up?
2. Do you still have any plans for a B&D; meetup in Europe. I would like to meet you and fellow B&D;’ers in the area of Germany, Netherlands and France. Any plans already.
Joseph asks… (59:22)
Have you got any younger family members that you give advice to? Also have you recommended the carnivore diet to any of your family and what was their reaction?
All people are happy in their misery as Indra was happy as a pig.
Marko Skoric asks… (1:00:47)
Hello Vic, My question is: What are the drawbacks of using your own personal name as a Domain name? I got a Fitness and Nutrition Consulting Business and I sometimes work with people from different countries (England, Spain, France, USA, etc.) and I therefore opted for my own name (Marko Skoric) as a Brandname. Business is going well, but I have second thoughts about the Domain name since it might be too complicated to remember for some potential clients. What are your thoughts ?
Scott asks… (1:02:16)
Hey Vic, I typically experience “brain fog” after hitting the gym and exerting myself. It could also be described as a mild “high,” some may call it the lifters high. Did this go away when you ate all meat? I workout in the mornings, so I want to be more alert during the days. I do not feel sharp in my mind after the gym.
Alex asks… (1:04:07)
Victor! I have no drive to do anything. I fight myself everyday to even get up and go to the gym. I’m wasting my time and my life doing absolutely nothing. I have goals, but I’m not doing anything to achieve them. I failed on Day 4 of the November challenge and I’ve been jacking off every day since and having 0 progress in any area. I’m extremely mad at myself for this, but I still lay and do nothing. I don't know what to do anymore to stop wasting away like a fucking weed. I damn sure could use a mentor right now to set me on the right track.
Liam asks… (1:05:07)
Hey, just a thought. Have you ever thought about purchasing a cattle ranch?
Marko asks… (1:08:33)
Hey Vic, the podcast has been life-changing, just like the Full Color Godcast. I’ve got a question regarding meat purchasing. Is it still healthy to buy around 50lbs of grass fed beef from a local farmer, then stack up by freezing it? Or is it better that I buy and eat it fresh?
Zac asks… (1:09:50)
What do you think about a career in the police or some sort of government department regarding law enforcement or intelligence agency in the west?
Police officers have bad karma. When they realize what they've done, they drown themselves in the bottle.
Dom asks… (1:12:20)
Whats up, Victor. I'm 20 years old. I live with my family in Romania (poor country, salary about $500-$600 per month). I don't want to live with my family anymore, and I don't want to work for this joke amount of a money. I just quit my job and got $1200 saved up. Should I just pack my shit and fly out to the UK and figure things out on the way? Is that stupid? I don't wanna go broke and have to return home like a failure. Everyone tells me thats what will happen. Am I just lacking balls or is it really reckless to go without a clear plan?
Stan asks… (1:13:53)
Is £7000 enough saved for a 19 year old to leave home and go my own way? I have been working self employed saving money for the past year and have no debts and minimal possessions? Thing is I don’t know where to start, or where to go.
Bill asks… (1:14:38)
Do you ever watch movies from time to time? What are your favourite movies of all time, that you recommend that every man must see?
Anthony asks… (1:16:20)
I’ve been struggling with this no fab thing all month and have been awkward and shy because of this. I’ve also been taking a lot of zinc because low zinc increases shyness. Do you still recommend taking 150mg of zinc daily.
Anree asks… (1:16:41)
VP what do you do when the sexual urges come while on NoFap. The urge to fap. How do you stop it and not give in.
Joel asks… (1:20:12)
Hey Vic, I have a few questions:
1) What program did you use to teach English in China? And what were the costs?
2) How much do you trust Thai orthodontists (I’d like to get braces), dermatologists, etc.? And are these services cheap compared to the US?
3) Do you think Craigslist is a good place to find cheap apartments for rent in Thailand and Vietnam? If not, what place is a good resource?
BodyMindRev asks… (1:23:34)
Why don’t you use the social media for B&D; at all? Is social media is unnecessary for the blog traffic? If then, where do you get the most of your traffic?
Richard X asks… (1:26:26)
Hey Vic, I read from one of your earlier posts that you had a chance to visit beautiful Colorado, but I’m wondering if you ever got a chance to visit the city itself. If so, I would really appreciate hearing what thoughts were on Denver Colorado. Its hard for me to draw comparisons because I have never been anywhere else, but things have definitely gotten more degenerate. I’m 23 and have lived here my whole life. Things used to be clean and somewhat normal when I was growing up, but after we legalized marijuana, the entire atmosphere of the city changed.
Fegelein asks… (1:28:34)
Hi Victor, What sorts of diets did you try before the carnivore diet and what were the effects you had from them?
Orestes asks… (1:29:45)
My friend got IBS, very painful and nasty to him. If he will be convinced to try carnivore diet then should he immediately switch to meat only or reduce slowly carbohydrates, which will be better?
Stan asks… (1:31:01)
How can a Man reach Self Mastery?
Until next time.

Victor,
Do you have any friends? Are friends important once one reaches adulthood?
Yes! Answer this please its my question too.
Friendship is overrated. As I grown man, I value Comradeship more than I value Friendship. I think what men lack today is a reason, or an arena, to fight as a team, like our ancestors did.
Now that marijuana is legal where I live, pretty much every single one of my friends is now avid pot smokers. It absolutely baffles me how people who were always against drugs now actively partake, simply because the law changed and its currently deemed okay.
I really do not want to put up with their vices and I do not want to be anything like these people.
Do I need to stop taking things so seriously, and enjoy a social life (which is consider to be good for you) or does simply associating with them bring me down to their level? In other words, Is it better to have friends that you can occasionally a really good time with, but who do not share your views/goals, or is it better to cut ties with them altogether and just be a one man show with zero friends?
Vic
Whats up with your love affair with Joe Rogan?
Victor, about a year ago I left some nasty comments attacking your character. It was over a year ago so I don’t remember the name I was under at the time. I felt like you “sold out” and were just trying to push your products. So I stopped commenting. But I kept following the blog. Not like you care but just wanted to say I was wrong about you, I misjudged you. You are a lot more of a stand up guy than I gave you credit for. And although I don’t agree with everything you say, I agree with a lot of it and find great truth and honesty in your words. Ever since the release of this podcast especially I’ve realized just how sincere you really are. Loving the podcast by the way. Anyway, cheers. Glad to be back
Welcome back friend.
Right there, you showed a great character, Don Juan.
Well done.
This is one of the best podcasts yet. Extremely valuable advice.
Come to London, England brother
Weed, Porn, TV, Manipulated food and Video games are to the Europeans what the Gladiator Fights were to the ancient Romans.
Exactly. Always put on extravagant shows to distract the masses. Keeps people from seeing what is really going on. Also keeps people controlled and “soft”. When they are satisfied superficially, they have no drive to fight back etc.
History repeats itself.
You can always see how close a civilization is to its end by how degenerate it has become and by how much civil unrest there is.
We are experiencing the last breaths of the Europe that we know.
And America as well
You had mentionned in the past about writing a book on how to run an ecommerce store, is that still in the plans?
hello Vic
does it take courage to stand alone when freinds are few or girls are not helping ?
Mike says
Good question about household products that are endocrine system disruptors. I would check out Environmental Working Group at ewg.org (they have a cool app to help you buy more natural products without harsh compounds).
Hi Vic,
This is one of your best podcast episodes yet. It seems almost every episode is better than the last. I always appreciate your commentary and your energy with the messages you share.
I am still going strong with no-self-abuse November (that is the real name for it if we’re being honest.) The gains keep coming in. I am roughly on day 24 maybe 25, I lost count cause I started before November. The quality of my sleep has been drastically increased and I wake every day feeling well-resting and ready for a productive day. I have gained a more ready ability to say no to things I do not want to do. Things like wasting time on Youtube or the internet, mindlessly flipping through my phone, and craving bad foods. It’s almost as if discipline begets discipline.
Waking up early is my favorite part of this entire process. The hours between 5am and 7am truly are sacred. Only the dedicated are waking at those hours of their own accord. The work is more intimate, personal, and meaningful in those first 4-5 hours.
I have dropped down to two meals a day. I am not lifting as hard as I want to right now but that is because i have a lot of other work that needs tending too, so two meals is certainly enough in this regard. Steak and eggs in the morning and the evening makes me feel great, smooth, and steady for the responsabilities I need to take care of. (I will say though in the 30DOD I have from about a year ago it recommends 3 meals a day though just fyi, idk if you updated it.)
My voice is deeper, more authoritarian, and commands more attention. I am naturally soft-spoken, but the confidence gained from no-abuse-November SPECIFICALLY has changed the way I talk. I have always made good eye contact with people before, but I am also excited to combine my new voice with your third-eye-contact you talked about in this episode.
It seems every day that you choose to not roll in the mud with the pigs is a day that you naturally pull ahead, and the best way to do that is to follow 30DOD. To other readers this is not a month challenge, this is a life-change. Some may only do it for a month, but I encourage everyone to make the mental switch permenant. The world has a enough limp-wristed weaklings and needs more men. You WILL be rewarded for your discipline internally and externally. EVERY SINGLE ASPECT of my life has had people tell me that I am more confident, capable, and attractive since I buckled down on 30DOD. MAKE THE CHANGE.
I have questions for the next podcast, they are all related to Red Supplements:
-I have used Liver Tabs multiple times because you recommended them. I found they are one of the most legit supplements that money can buy. Will Red Supplements ever offer its own liver tabs? Liver itself, at least in my city, is hard to find, store, and eat every day. I would love to see Red Liver offerred.
-What are your thoughts on Creatine for muscle building, pro-testosterone hormonal balance, and mental clarity? I see muscle-building benefits when I use small consistent dosages of it. I have also heard of it being pro-T and aiding brain health. Will Red Creatine ever be a thing? I ask this with Red Liver under the pretense that you would supply the best of these products that actually deliver the intended effects. So far I am loving Red PCT 2.0 (got my bottle last week), Red Coffee, and was a fan of your protein powder while you offerred it.
-There is a supplement I have never tried before but have been curious about. It’s called MK-677. I believe it is classified as a SARM and it starts GH pulses through the body. Have you ever used it? Would a growth hormone booster be something on the radar for Red Supplements?
-Regarding a sleep aid. I have been combining 5HTP, GABA, Zinc, Magnesium Oil, and Melatonin, all in low doses, and it has been an absolute wonder for my sleep along with no-abuse-november. Of course you still need to be away from screens before bed and have a nightly routine to wind down. I typically read or write for a bit in my journal and then ease calmly into a good night’s sleep. Would Red Supplements ever offer a sleep aid? I know you were trying CBD oil, and I’ve never tried that before.
Other comments:
I have been loving the 5-Star Fridays and the Red Army emails. I view them as assignments for the weekend and week leading up to the next podcast. The best thing you shared imo has been the stretching video. I started doing that routine plus a few other stretched for the posterior chain at the top of every working hour and my body felt better the first day doing it. I haven’t gotten around to reading Supple Leopard yet but if you have any other recovery tips for workouts or work sessions I would love to hear them.
Final Question:
Have you ever heard of Doctor Mike Mew? He is some kind of specialist related to proper teeth alignment. He has a lot of presentations on Youtube that discuss how diet has played a role in facial development over the last few decades. We have moved to a world diet where a lot of “soft” foods are readily available which ruin the proper development of the face because we are not working our face muscles when we eat like older generations did. Given your commentary of the carnivore diet, you may be interested in what he has to say. Unfortunately, I do not have a particular video to recommend.
Thanks for reading, looking forward to your future work!!
Victor,
Thanks again for another great podcast!
I’ve been following your work for a couple of years now, but I’m particularly amazed by your last couple of podcasts - and especially your views on politics, multiculturalism, etc. Couldn’t agree more.
Such like-minded individuals are rare here in ultra-politically correct Europe. So I’m glad to notice that there are still common-sense people around. Just started New World Ronin as well.
I’m in Belgium, by the way. Would love to come and listen to you in person during a European meetup.
Best regards,
T.
Thanks again for the reply, Victor.
Although my culture (Brazilian) is extremely influenced by the American culture, I find that certain things are easier around here than it is in America, and others are a lot harder. Picking the right products and food is one of the hard things around here. That’s mostly due to our national policies regarding chemistry and transparency, they aren’t quite well developed. Must have a lot to do with ignorance and political influence, as you mentioned on this very podcast.
I’m following NoFap November strictly. I’m having no cravings. It’s actually been longer than a month since any form of self-stimuli, but I’m following it through the end. I just now started to notice that I’m becoming considerably irritable, but I have no idea if that has anything to do with the challenge. I believe it might have more to do with a lack of proper sleep than anything else.
I bought your 3-book pack to support you. I was mostly interested in Spartan Entrepreneur. I ended up enjoying Body of a Spartan too, which I didn’t think I’d be that drawn into.
Plenty of what you said on this podcast resonated with me today. Particularly about momentum-always be working towards your goals.
Again, I find that your serenity adds value to the podcast. Keep up the good work.
- What do you think of martial arts? I’m fond of HEMA - Historical European Martial Arts.
- Do you play chess? Do you have any thoughts of it?
Hey Vic. Your podcast and blog are helping thousands of men. I’m one of them. Most won’t tell you that, by the way. So for every 1 who does, there are probably 500 or more who never lets you know.
Here are some questions that will help me and many others. I hope you’ll answer:
1. how long has it been since you last watched porn? This answer will help a lot of us who are struggle, knowing that it’s possible to quick the habit once and for all.
2. how long has it been since you’ve masturbated? (I was under the impression that it’s been a long time and that you were over the temptations until I heard episode 12, where you indicated you’ve struggled with the urge, but only recently experienced bliss with the urge being gone). Anyways, knowing that you’ve struggled has helped us, but knowing how long it’s been since you last masturbated could be a great encouragement to us all to know that there is hope based on someone’s real-life experience.
3. I’ve noticed a link between fasting (water only) and the reduction of the sex urge. For me, about the 3rd day of a water- only fast, the desire for porn, masturbation, and sex all leave the body. There is zero temptation. I’m wondering if the reason why your urge to masturbate has diminished recently has to do with eating one meal (your recent practice). What do you think? Obviously, something switched to remove the urge.
4. Finally, I’m going to start the carnivore diet (you inspired me) and found a farm nearby that sells grass-fed beef. You say you cook your meat on a grill. I’m wondering — how many steaks do you cook in one grill session? Do you do several steaks then put the left overs in the fridge to eat later or the next day? I’m asking because I want to manage the cooking time and not be overwhelmed with it or get bored with it. (I can’t imagine sustaining cooking 3 steaks at different times in a day.) I figure you have discovered a sustainable practice.
Thanks Vic. I look forward to your answers. You’re helping a lot of us.
Hello, about the deodorant I really think the best option is the deodorant stone that I discover in Thailand. I have been using it and it works really good.
Looking forward for you podcast every week, it started exactly when I move to Thailand for long term. Thanks to you, you gave me the idea years ago, never been this happy.

Hi Vic, My girlfriend and I just recently broke up ( She was unfaithful ). I’m doing pretty good with putting my focus and energy into my mission. That focus keeps her out of my mind during the day, but when I’m getting ready for bed. When I’m trying to sleep. my mind, just cant help but turn to thoughts of her, him, and what I could have done to prevent this. Are there any things you have found that help keep negative thoughts out of the mind? Rumination has always been a big problem for me, and something I haven’t been able to correct. I don’t drink, but I recently quit smoking cigarettes and marijuana. I’m also in the process changing from a vegan (I know, its death, and probably shortened my life in the past year) diet, to the carnivore diet. Also I just recently got back in the gym after a shoulder injury. Thanks for all you do. I’m loving the podcast. It’s helped me a lot in dealing with this and other problems in my life. I’m in the process of stating a blog, mostly to hold myself accountable and if it helps someone else out along the way even better. It’s not live yet but well on its way. Thanks again for the inspiration I look forward to hearing your answer.
Victor,
You mentioned Europe and cattle ranching.
Georgia is a great place for this and is right in between the Middle East and Europe.
You can purchase a cattle ranch there pretty cheaply from what I understand, and the business laws are some of the best in the world. Some of the lowest capital gains and personal income taxes in the world. Also the citizenship process is much simpler than most places…on top of that, one of the cheapest places in the world to live.
Andrew Henderson posted about this.
http://nomadcapitalist.com/2016/07/27/how-i-bought-a-cattle-ranch-georgia/
I spent a good bit of time in Georgia every year. Let me know if you have any questions.
What’s the meat situation in Georgia?
I’ve never had any problems finding quality meat there, but I may not be as picky as you. I never attempted to find a farmer there, but I probably will in the future.
Do your hands and feet get cold during extended fasts?
If so what do you do to remedy this?

Hey uncle vic I have a question, if you’re going monk mode when you’re in the states and only date when you are in Asia how will you find an Aryan woman to further your legacy and give birth to your progeny?

Victor - I was listening to your podcast from a couple of weeks back and I agree generally with your assessment of politicians. But I’m not so sure Trump is just like every other politician simply because he hasn’t been killed. I’ll be the first to admit that I have no idea what’s really going on behind the scenes. But from what I’ve seen, the deep state - establishment politicians on both sides, intelligence agencies, the media, leftist NGO’s, academia, etc. - are doing everything else they can think of first, short of actual murder, to get Trump out of office. If he’s really one of them, why this insane backlash? Also, if you believe that we’re in a mental war and the cure is to reject political correctness, do you feel Trump has at least been a good leader in that regard? He has no problem being non-PC and is very unapologetic about it.
Also, do you still use kratom? And what are your thoughts on it these days? If I missed this in another podcast, just let me know! Thanks!
Hey Vic two questions.
1) Do you still keep up with cernovich at all? At one point your blogs were almost one and the same, before he went deep into politics.
2) Will you please consider adding a second weekly podcast? I think a lot of people on here would find this helpful.

What do you think of the message of this film, Assault on Wall Street and how it dives into the reality of the banking industry and corporate America?
What are the best habits a man can have?
What are the best supplements for men to take?
What are your views on Bill Hicks?
What are your views on George Carlin?
What are your views on psychedelic drugs?
What is the reality of money?
Hey Victor,
I recently had PT this summer to help with hip alignment. I thought the problem was gone but now I sometimes wake up with sore hips and sometimes feel weak in my mid-section in general. What stretches/ lifts do you recommend to help with an issue like this?
Thanks
Drew,
In Victor’s latest podcasts, he mentioned a few things, like sun salutations, an exercises and glute exercises. I would suggest glute bridges and even glute thrusts, as these really activate the glutes so it’s great for supporting your upper body.
Hi Victor,
I have 3 questions for you on distinct topics:
1) Do you think everyone needs meat to function at optimal levels? Legendary rock climber Alex Honnold is apparently a vegetarian. Do some people function better without it, or is Honnold just a genetic elite? He eats muesli for breakfast and mac and cheese for dinner once in a while: https://www.gq.com/story/rock-climber-alex-honnold-vegetarian-diet
2) What are your thoughts on the recent (and great) work of Roosh V?
3) How does one solve the problem of low back pain and tight lower back/thigh muscles which cause constipation and discomfort?
Victor, in your next podcast could you share your thoughts on the Chinese social credit system? Usually, evil masks itself in good things . . . but this is unlike any thing I’ve ever seen. I know that this only applies to Chinese citizens, but for us international travelers, why the hell should we patronize them by visiting their country?? Think about the implications if other governments adopt this at the same level they are.
Here’s a link everyone: https://www.businessinsider.com/china-social-credit-system-punishments-and-rewards-explained-2018-4/

Hello Vic,
I’m very grateful for your help and insights regarding the question that I had. I truly appreciate it.
Keep doing what you do !

This episode REALLY helped me with solving the problem of sex for myself. I am married but have been obsessed with sex and other women as well. Porn and trying to “get some” on the side has just left me even more hungry and obsessed. Like an addict. It’s really a deranged addiction but I didn’t see it as that. I rationalized it as “natural” and “being a man”, but it’s not natural. I married a good girl and followed your wife article years ago (been married for 5 years).
Vic,
I’d really appreciate your thoughts on this.
Making the zero carb switch is a big lifestyle change, and I’m concerned though optimistic. I fully distrust medical journals, but wanted to post the follow articles and get your thoughts. I’d like to know whether you think these findings were inaccurate or perverted in some way, as they seem compelling at face value:
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/27479196
https://journals.plos.org/plosone/article?id=10.1371/journal.pone.0055030

I’d like to switch but I’m very concerned as even “good minded” people (i.e. not people in authority positions trying to kill us) suggest plant based or vegetarian diets. I also must say that many of these people admit that the carnivore diet gives us more energy and focus initially, but in the long run, gives us heart disease, and other problems.
I’d be so grateful if you could address these studies as many of my buddies (and other B&D readers) are considering making the switch, but are concerned about potential long-term health consequences.
Thanks,
Karl
Tell me who paid for the studies.
You’re right that most of these studies are paid by big pharma liars who want us dead, but 2 of the studies above come from grant-agnostic research and the researchers themselves have spoke about meat benefits in other work, which is why I am paying extra attention. I am as skeptical as you of authority but this is interesting to me and appears somewhat legitimate.
Vic, thanks for recommending classical music. I have always been told by friends and the media that classical music is boring. After actually listening to it per your suggestion, I found that it is actually very exciting and beautiful and puts me in a good state.
I have a question: are we ever going to be able to create our own communities or do anything in the real world with some kind of organization? I know it would be very difficult, but it seems insane to live in communities where everyone is killing themselves with estrogen, drugs, and lust. Of course we must have the stoic mindset to live wherever. But how are we going to raise families, and continue our bloodline, when if we remained in our current areas, chances are our children will turn into cattle like everyone else.
Do you always use baking soda to brush your teeth? Or only sometimes
Hey Vic, I’ve been on No Nut November and It’s been 27 days the last time i masturbated. I have crazy withdrawal sympthons, but i know there will be light at the end of the tunnel. Anyway my question: You said sometimes in a article that celibate are sometimes serial killers and bad people. I don’t have a current girl friend so i either stay celibate for now or need to get a hooker?
I mean, a life without sex isn’t the solution, right? I am working most of the time and am still very young with 19, so the chance of getting a girlfriend very soon is small.
The only movie/documentary you should ever watch is “They Live”. Then you turn off the TV and never turn it on again.
Thanks for answer. Next:
Personal question - you said you don’t want to have non-white children, but you’ve got Asian girl. Every female want to have children, so what’s your approach? It’s her choice to be with you, so it’s ok to be with her in her best years?
Second - is cursing/swearing a bad habit and it’s better to be positive and reduce it? Does swearing show weakness, strongness or it depends on situation?
Vic, was wondering if you’ve considered spotify or if you’ve ruled it out, already, I realize it’s not very lucrative but I prefer to use spotify and some others may, too.
Great podcast!
We had it on spotify for a while and barely anyone used it so we let it go.
Victor, you mentioned grilling your steak and eating it outdoors. Do you use charcoal to grill, and do you believe charcoal usage has negative long-term effects?
Jacob says
Hi, Jacob here. In my 50s post-divorce and trying to build myself up again. All your points on modern women, life, are very much on point, thx for your work.
1) How do we deal with autoimmune issues?
2) For movies-Watch They Live starring Roddy Piper. You will never watch another TV show ever again and you can never go back to your former reality. Forget eyes wide shut, the matrix, and others. This is THE red pill. There’s a superficial message and a very very deep message hidden in the movie. And yes JQ addressed.
3) Do you ever feel cold and depressed during winter, and how does one resolve?
Thank you
Jacob

Victor, can you describe the sensation you get when you’ve flipped the switch into actually COMMITTING to the change?
I’ve tried and failed 30 Days of Discipline too many times to count. For the past YEARS I’ve repeated this sickening cycle: I would decide I need to change, read your ebook, get fired up for… 3 days, underachieve, hate myself and retreat for a time… until I decided to take another swing, usually a couple weeks later.
For YEARS.
How will I know when I’m committed to The Becoming?
Hi Victor, there lots of anecdotes on the internet about people in Chinese or Asian cities walking super slow, and being slow to react to things, seeming to not be very aware of their spatial surroundings. Do you think this might be diet-related, i.e. a permanent brain-fog owing to eating almost nothing but grains and vegetables?

Hi Vic,
How specifically did you build traffic to your site in the early days, the first few months up to the first year? Did you just write articles and people eventually found it, or did you pay for SEO, do marketing, etc.
Also, what region of the US are you in right now? Northeast, Southwest, etc. What are your favorite and least favorite parts about spending time in this area?

A lot of highly successful men owed their success in life to the education they received from their mothers. Do you think they’re telling the truth, or is it just a tactic to make their memoirs and autobiographies more (female-)reader-friendly?
What is the difference between the education we received from our mothers and that from our fathers? Given that you don’t read books written by female writers, do you think a man can learn anything important from his mother? or from women in general?
Hi Victor, I was introduced to your podcasts by a friend, and have been listening to them since Episode 1 on the 6th September 2018 - you may have seen my occasional comments.
My blog is in it’s mere infancy and I am slowly committing more time to it. Even so, listening to your podcasts, helps me in multiple ways, including determination, content and ideology.
You express views that I obviously agree with, yet occasionally disagree with, however what is so refreshing is hearing solid honest opinions. The world is taught to sugarcoat everything these days and avoid conflict, which unfortunately only allows one view to grow - emotional views.
It would be great to meet if you, if you find yourself in London.
Thanks for the comment WC.
You said that someone works really hard for a year, they get paid for that work the following year. Why does it take a year? Is it because that’s the average time it takes for people to find your content online?

Hi Victor pride, man, I love your content. Articles, and now the podcast. However, I have a request/suggestion. You could make the podcast better for some of us by posting both the long 1hr 40 minute long mp3 and pieces of it, let’s say 20-30minutes sections of it that where you talk about a specific topic.
Good idea. Let me know your favorite clips/topics from the podcast and I’ll make it happen.
This is exactly what I needed tonight. Specifically Ed’s question. I was pumped and full of engery after hitting the gym. After that I did a few things I wanted and needed to do. Still feeling productive I decieded to waste it by trying to go out and get laid. For some reason I slowly started to feel depressed. I never made it in the bar. So I just kept driving aimlessly popping on the last BnD podcast I was on. Then, suddenly the answer to my problems came spilling out of my radio. Your pod casts has been a great bon for the past month n half, keep teaching!
