MONK MODE IS NOW AVAILABLE!
Marcus the Wolf asks… (2:20)
How does a natural man live in an unnatural world?
Big Bri asks… (8:36)
Yo Uncle Vic! Appreciate all your hard work and knowledge. Will we see a Kindle edition of Monk Mode? All the best in 2019 brother!
James asks… (10:11)
Hey Vic, Just wanted a word of advice on how to schedule Monk Mode around my job. I work irregular shift patterns, so sometimes I start at 5am, sometimes I don’t start until 6pm (and usually work up to 10 hours shifts). How can I fit monk mode around this?
Blayde asks… (11:40)
I was living in Florida a few years back while my family was living in the suburbs of Des Moines, Iowa.
On the phone my mother would tell me – “There are chemtrails in the sky. The government is poisoning us.”
I thought she was crazy. In florida I did not see them so I did not believe they existed.
When I went to visit my family a few months later I could not believe what I was seeing.
There were so many trails cross-stitched across the sky, like a quilt.
I studied the sky a bit and would wait for planes to fly by so I could see if they left the same trail. The trails from the planes would stay for 15-45 minutes. The chemtrails would last the whole day.
I noticed something else very strange…
I would wake up with a song playing in my head every day. It could be a song I hadn’t heard in years. That never happened to me before.
Something else I did not like…
Iowa is a farming state and my parents lived in the thick of it. Every single farm I saw signs in the fields that would say “Pioneer” or “Monsanto”. I was pretty oblivious to the world back then and I asked my mother what those meant. She said they were genetically modified crops.
If crops are so good for us, why do they have to have their dna spliced? And how good can something be for us if it’s made in a laboratory?
I’ve noticed that the chemtrails have popped up in places I didn’t see them previously. Ohio, West Virginia, Florida, and Texas.
I’ve been living outside of the USA for over 2 years now and I hope the chemtrails don’t follow me here.
Mark H. Says… (14:32)
After only a little over one week on strict carnivore, my IBS-D symptoms are no where to be found. Would have never believed carbs incl veggies and fruit were the culprits. My energy levels are as good as ever and I have very little gas or bloat. Carnivore = One poops per day or less where previous diet 3-4 poops most days. I have read it is also referred to as ‘Elimination Diet’ which makes a lot of sense.
Jonah asks… (15:28)
Thanks for you reply last time. It was a powerful motivating speech about how the vice are interconnected and monk mode is a war on vices. You have a powerful voice, and I was wondering. Will you would release monk mode as an audiobook? If not, I strongly urge you and would happily buy it. The audiobook is a powerful medium in the modern age.
DNF asks… (17:09)
For entrepreneurship, would you suggest I read Spartan Entrepreneur: Blog Artist, Monk Mode, or both?
James asks… (17:57)
Do you recommend waiting until after I have had a year of training before taking Red-PCT or Red-Beast or Is that specific for Red Growth?
Steven asks… (18:53)
Hello vic your podcast is so good thank you. I love the way you speak you speak with certainty and authority I’m almost hypnotized when I listen to you. What is the best advice you can give us to speak with people and be respected by anyone? Do I have to speak with a calm, low voice or the opposite?
Brad asks… (21:21)
Vic, ever since drinking raw milk and eating raw eggs and eating cod liver oil I’ve noticed animals have become nicer to me. This may sound strange. Is this just placebo affect or is this real?
NewEmpire asks… (21:25)
Victor, are you familiar with Dmitry Orlov’s 5 Stages of the decline of an Empire?
Do you think the US will collapse like the Soviet Union and if it does will you move?
All of the modern day Russian Oligarchs were created during the USSR collapse because they took possesion of large property/industry i.e. Oil.
Do you see any great opportunists in a collapse?
Jesus Sotelo asks… (23:00)
Hey Vic what is you’re take on wearing a tailored suit every day ,even if you are still a guy in the trenches making a name for himself and not exactly at the top just yet. The reason I ask this question is because I recently got myself a tailored suit just for a job interview it’s all black with pin stripes and sharp shoes with a thin red tie when I out it on I felt an immense feeling a power and authority.
Jacob asks… (24:32)
Hey Victor, What’s the ideal diet for hardgainer, skinny guys?
Zacheriah asks… (25:50)
1) What happened to New World Ronin? I lent my copy to a friend, upon recommending your site to purchase his own he couldn’t find anything. Why is that?
2) What is the best place to live for a month that is cheap and legal for all your red supplements, maybe somewhere raw dairy is legal too so I can really milk the mass gaining benefits during the cycle. I plan on doing this JUST to experience RED GROWTH! will be traveling from Australia.
Hustle of Thoughts asks… (27:44)
Hi. May I ask for your own interpretation on this Japanese concept, ikigai. Only asking it as to see what you can let on for the younger soldiers/struggling artists to understand why passion can be replaced with ikigai.
Rlac asks… (29:49)
Hey Uncle Vic. I have 22 years old and have 20.000$ saved in cash. I want to start an online business with that capital, but don’t know how to use and leverage that money to advance faster or produce higher income from the start. Would like to blog, but don’t know how to invest that money in the start of the blogging business. Maybe buying traffic from the beginning? I need to put this money to produce. Any thoughts on this?
Orestes asks… (30:56)
I found good girl (I tested her in many occasions), but all girls like bad boys. Everybody gives her many compliments, but I don’t. I don’t appreciate her and I win so far. If bigger “jerk” than me appears, she’s gonna fell for him? That’s the reality of relations?
Joe asks… (31:59)
They say that getting what you want is also the death of actually wanting it. Striving for material items leave people feeling empty, hollow, and unsatisfied. The things people buy only bring a temporary joy that quickly fades as the novelty wears off. Aside from independence, freedom, and meaningful relationships with family and friends, what else actually pays off acquiring in this life?
Peitan asks… (32:44)
1) What are your thoughts on homeopathy, the ancient science of the Germans? Whenever I see “educated professionals” and modern pharma dismiss something as a scam, I am more likely to believe it is the real deal, and homeopathy is attacked left and right, though numerous people report amazing progress and curing of incurable diseases with it. I have gas, bloating, and a tight sphincter muscle. Any ideas for relief?
“Homeopathy is based on a rule of nature called the Law of Similars. This law states that “like cures like,” or that a medicine can cure a sick person if it can cause a similar sickness in a healthy person. For instance, if you peel an onion, your eyes burn, itch and water. You might also have a runny nose and begin to sneeze. If you had similar symptoms during a cold or allergy attack, such as a runny nose, watery eyes and sneezing, a homeopathic micro-dose of the remedy Allium cepa (red onion) would help your body heal itself.
The homeopath regards symptoms as the body’s healthy attempt to restore itself to balance. That is why a homeopath will choose a remedy that supports the symptoms—rather than opposing them or suppressing them as in conventional medicine. In conventional medicine, a cold or hayfever sufferer is given an antihistamine to dry up the runny nose and watery eyes artificially. But this medication often comes with unpleasant side effects like sleepiness and constipation. With the correct homeopathic remedy, however, there are no side effects and a person is restored to health naturally.
Homeopathy also recognizes that each person exhibits his or her disease in a unique and slightly different way. That is why two people with the same disease will not necessarily receive the same homeopathic remedy. A cold sufferer with a stopped up nose and dry eyes would receive a different remedy than one with a runny nose and watering eyes. Unlike the “one size fits all” approach to prescribing often used in conventional medicine, a homeopath chooses a remedy that matches the unique symptom profile of the individual. Conventional medicine seeks to control illness through the regular use of medications; if the medicine is withdrawn, the person’s symptoms return. For example, the daily use of drugs for asthma (or any chronic disease for that matter) alleviates the symptoms but does not cure the underlying problem. In homeopathy the ideal is that a person needs just enough of the homeopathic remedy to stimulate their healing response. In other words, homeopathy seeks to cure a person so that they do not need any medications—homeopathic or otherwise.”
Have you ever felt that bloating and gas increase very low back pain? I also notice that when my bowels are perfectly clear, I am abundantly infused with energy regardless of what I eat, and when my bowels are not working properly, even a super clear diet won’t make me feel well. I feel a healthy bowel is the cornerstone of health. What do you do to have full, easy, clean bowel movements? Do you still drink “yakult” like you did before in a blog post? We get fermeneted yakult here in Indonesia and wondering if I should try.
Alec Thomas Quinn asks… (36:45)
Will there be a BnD forum?
Snow Whiteman asks… (37:03)
Hey Uncle Vic, love your podcast. I understand if you can’t answer, but do you got an opinion on World War 2 and nazism?
Stan asks… (37:15)
Are performance enhancing drugs worth it? What are your views on using steroids in general?
Sebastian asks… (38:46)
What do you think of the Amazing liver and gallbladder flush by Andreas Moritz? I think you; ll find it fascinating. Apparently you can expel your gallstones with this method without surgery. This makes me seem to wonder what other kind of home remedies are there on the horizon.
Do you know a good course on how to learn copywriting? And how to learn writing in general for a blog that you would recommend?
Marcus asks… (40:44)
Vic, Ever find it funny how society is completely backwards? I find examples on a daily-weekly basis. However one of the best nationwide examples is the MAGA hat in America.. I mean the hat literally means ‘Make America Great Again’ yet is commonly associated as racist/ fascist and commonly treated with hostility by the NPC’s. I think the picture of the reality in America cannot be painted any better than that .. What is your take on this?
NewEmpire asks… (42:49)
Vic, i recently requested for a some books to be added to Audible so i can listen to them while driving..
The titles were: The Art of the Argument which is now available onsite, The Social Biology of Visual Imagery & Shadow Men.
For Dr Anthony Napoleon’s work the lady gave me this response:
“In regards to Shadow Men and The Social Biology of Imagery – I am sorry to say they’re not available onsite as whoever the publisher sold the rights to has chosen not to produce them into an audiobook. Unfortunately we are unable to access the rights so are unable to produce it ourselves. Many thanks for taking the time to reach out regarding gaps in our catalogue. Have a lovely day.”
Does this sound right to you? Why would he sell the rights or not allow his own book in Audio format?
Ashwin asks… (43:50)
Where do you think creativity comes from Vic?
Jesse asks… (44:54)
Hey Mr. Pride, Would the carnivore diet work for a 17 year old trying to build muscle or are carbs necessary to grow.
Otavio asks… (45:41)
Should we remove the egg whites in the zero-carb diet? Does it contain mostly carbohydrates?
Cornelis asks… (46:12)
A lot of muslim people are coming to America/Europe for a lot of reasons. What do we know about these people and can we learn something from them? I see a lot of them have strong family values, bless their food, no feminism/equality etc.
Bill asks… (47:16)
How can deficiencies be avoided on the carnivore diet, particularly vitamin C? I am concerned as currently I can only afford to eat conventional ground beef, pork, eggs, butter and cheese with a bit of salmon. Will I get scurvy/vitamin C deficiency eating all my meat well done?
Richard X asks… (48:00)
If you were to have kids, whats the oldest acceptable age for the mother to be?
Kang of the East asks… (48:46)
Vic, I noticed that you seem to have a talent for discovering very useful resources. How do you develop an Optimal Resourcefulness Mindset. Can you share your ‘How To Actually Do Research’ method?
Christopher asks… (49:29)
2019 is going to be a year of victory! Hey Vic, How do we ensure that each year is better than the one before? Should we make a detailed plan for the year ahead?
Daniel asks… (50:26)
I need your opinion on an issue. I’m living in Australia and seeing a South East Asian girl. She hasn’t been in the country long and is everything you would want in a woman, and is a million times better then the average western woman. The only thing preventing me from getting in a relationship with this women is her race? What do you suggest?
Until next time.
Your man,
-Victor Pride

Hey Vic, question for you. What are your thoughts on Kombucha?
I would argue that fermented foods are actually a type of meat. Think about it, it’s millions of bacteria you are putting into your mouth. Living Bacteria with cell walls. They are little animals.
I’m just speaking of probiotics in general, not about kombucha specifically. It is so easy to ferment foods, everyone should do it.
Kombucha is very good and very healthy. I used to make my own many times ….
What are your views on hollywood and the movie industry?
Do you believe in the deals with the devil, and celebrities having to sell their soul/take part in rituals?
I read in shadow men about how their agents find attractive people, intelligent people etc and strike deals with them..
This definitely happens, that’s why they are shutting up Alex Jones - because he’s the only one talking about these pedophile rings that the wealthy elite use to keep their power. Most movies are littered with occult symbolism.
Even the ” Holly” “wood” itself is indeed a reference to the occult magic and rituals that take place. It’s usedEverything is hidden in plane sight to make it seem like a joke
Excerpt:-““The druids were tree worshippers, especially the oak. The holly was their most sacred symbol because it was sacred to mother Holle or Hel, the [Norse] goddess of the underworld…”
Uncle Vic, do you plan to publish volume four of the bold and determined paperback anytime?
what plugin do you use for the sales page for Monk Mode? the page is remarkable.
thank you.
Bart
Hi Vic,
What are your thoughts on Jesus the man? Did he get it? Is he a role model for people today to follow?
Thanks for your answers.
Not sure if you’ve been asked this before, but do you have an opinion on conspiracy theories like the Kennedy assassination, the Moon Landings and 9/11?
If you have anything at all to say on this it would be interesting to hear about it.
Cheers!
On the carnivore/natural human diet, are fruits superior to vegetables for carbohydrate intake? It seems like medieval kings kept the meat and fruitcake themselves, while the peasants ate the vegetables and grains, which are the equivalent of tree bark for starving people.
* fruitcake should read fruit.
Most fruits were not naturally occurring 5000 years ago - they were developed by horticulturalists. But wild blueberries are naturally occurring. That is why blueberries are healthy for animals. Natural wild berries are filled with healthy phenols. They are basically medicine.
I would say yes, but only because fruit are more metabolically active than other carbs when consumed PWO

Hey Vic I remember reading your article a while back about Connor McGregor. When he came onto the scene he had such a fiery and intensity to him that was never seen before. However when he was going on tour to promote his most recent fight against Khabib, that same intensity wasn’t there. When he got in the ring he didn’t seem like the same madman that he was on the come up. Why do you think he lost his fire? Did success make him complacent? And furthermore how can we keep the fire of success burning even after achieving great accomplishments and wealth?
Honestly, as an Irishman myself, I think it was receiving a shit ton of money to step into a ring with Floyd Mayweather that made Conor lose his fire. When you are paid one hundred mill to step into a ring and compete in a sport with which you are barely acquainted, it’s inevitable you’ll become sloppy and lose that fire in your belly. Conor was rewarded in that Mayweather fight for doing fuck all. The people who stay at the top always do so through consistent hard work. I bet Conor barely trained for that boxing match. Khabib is an animal, of course, but he clearly wanted it more than McGregor because the fire was still there. McGregor’s has been extinguished. He’s set up for life of course, but I think his legacy will forever be getting choked out by Khabib.
Conor is the most well known athlete in the world right now, probably after Floyd Mayweather. Khabib has been in Monkmode for 30 years. Theses Aryan Muslims don’t fuck around.
Vic, there’s a lot of literature indicating that supplements don’t absorb into the body and are a waste of money - such as fish oil, glucosamine, etc - besides the red supplements, any other dietary supplements you would recommend?
What are some of your personal records on bench, squat, deadlift, etc.
Thanks for the reply, Victor. I have no intention of removing egg whites, I just had understood you did and wanted to know why.
Here are my next questions:
- Can a person live on just blood? Is blood a viable substitute to all other foods?
Many years ago I’ve read about an African tribe which uses bulls like sinks. They would puncture a hole in their necks, drain some blood for everyone, then stamp the hole. I’m not certain if they lived on blood alone, but I do know they used it to get stronger, possibly for specific purposes or rituals, and I was curious about that alternative.
- How can we (mostly visually) identify whether a slice of meat came from a grass-fed animal or a grain-fed animal?
Cheers!
No, blood is not a food substitute. Drinking blood is normally used for pagan and satanic rituals and it is banned for Christians. Not good.
It is too hard to tell grass fed from other beefs imo, but you sure as hell can taste the difference
Blood is actually very good for you. Not sure the calorie content in blood, but I think milk and eggs are technically extensions of blood. And yes you could theoretically live on just that.
Of course you want to eat meat and liver and other stuff but blood products could be a good basis for your diet
If you are not certain they lived on blood alone, why asking ?
The African story is a complement to the question, not the other way around.
I ask for quite a few reasons, mostly because I want to.
Besides, Victor often has surprising and deep answers to simple questions.
I understand. Sorry for my answer … English is not my first language … I already read “Nutrition & Physical Degeneration ” ” Your body electric ” and all the classic … etc … a couple of years ago !!
Simplicity sometimes work, sometimes it doesn’t work at all !!
At their time, Africans drinking blood, their nature’environnement was pure, no agrochemicals, no pesticids, no fongicides,no nitrogen fertilizer, no nitrate … etc … Then their cattle were clean, clear with radiant purity …
For an example, none organic coffee is one the most sprayed plant . On the french radion the other day I heard they tested different coffee beans and found until 46 different chimicals on it.
And they would worship their animal, and kill with offering to their divinity. In a traditional manner.
So yes it is good and very healthy but you will have to look for with clinical search to find some cattle that clean theses days….
Besides, in our country you must add electromagnetic pollution, nuclear pollution, ozone etc … which decrease the quality of the sol/earth wich consequently decrease the quality of the cattle …
I eat blood sausage / flange with cooked apple I love it … it is blood porc :-)
I’ve posted before a question regarding this, would like to elaborate a bit more.
My life has been successful since 2018 when I committed to change. A few months ago I took another step and got more disciplined, started regularly training at the gym and martial arts. Body is getting sculpted and I’m seeing results week by week.
Working on becoming self-employed in a few years, gaining experience at the moment.
Social circle has gotten better, I’ve removed the toxic people and have made high quality friends, mostly male.
Where I still lack is in the ladies department. I’ve hooked up in the past but those done were once in a while. Now I’d like to have at least a girl or two to fulfill my… needs.
Personality wise I’m confident, no bs and direct with people, men and women, and I am respected from everyone now, compared to before. But I still cannot properly attract women. Any advice would be appreciated
PS I don’t go out often and I don’t do much of smoking/drinking/partying, on average once every 2 months.
Would like to add that I’ve internalized the whole “be selfish” advice, and yes it has changed how people behave around me in a positive way. It is only when I get to asking a girl out or flirting where things go downhill. The other option is being cold-blooded and emotionless, but that hasn’t got me anywhere either.
I found my answer by writing these comments.
Fellas, don’t be soft like I was.
Not sure what your body looks like but one of the big lies they tell you is that women want a body like Shawn Rhoden or Phil Heath. If your going to body build do it for the sport or because you like it, not for girls. Separate mentally girls and the gym
I appreciate the feedback Brad,
I don’t body build, I have a big build naturally. I’m shredding the fat with basic lifting and martial arts, and I do it mostly to help change my mentality. I used to be outcome dependent and very worried of what others (including women) thought of me. But then when I had successes with women, they were moments when I wasn’t even trying, and I was in a worst physical shape than now.
But the gym and martial arts are making me healthier physically and repairing the “mental damage” and the conditioning I had by following conventional advice and buying up into the “pua” crap.
My current obstacle with women now is to find new ones outside of the ones I know. They are either co-workers or friends, or those who have friendzoned me and vice-versa. Since I don’t go out much to bars and clubs, I will tend to go more to networking events and similar types of venues.
The age old question of where to meet girls. I think coffee shops can be good. And if you want to read some material on getting girls, read Roosh V’s new book ‘Game.’ Most PUA’s are bullshit artists. He doesn’t sugarcoat anything and tells you like it is. He tells you straight up that even if you sleep with hundreds of girls you will not feel fulfilled. He just talks about the basics of male-women interactions in this book
Hi Vic,
Today was the first day on Monk Mode. The stretch and meditation routine is not only unique, but invigorating. I felt better literally after the first stretching session.
I highly recommend everybody on B&D to follow through with the program. When you follow this program, you step into the ultimate path. No lie.
-Leo Sinclair
My man.
Hi Vic,
Important question for you…how do you tell the bullshitters and scam artists from the people actually selling useful information? There are tons of internet “gurus” selling courses/books on how to get rich how do I know that they’re actually successful and not just selling bullshit out of their mansion they rented for one night to make a YouTube video for naive people? They can post screenshots of their earnings but these can easily be faked/photoshopped same with excel sheets . Unless they can provide tax returns (which I doubt they will ) how do you weed out the bullshitters from the financially successful
What say you?
What is your opinion on butter from goat milk instead of cow milk? Only once I’ve seen this in the grocery store, 99% of butters are from cow’s milk. I assume goat butter will be better, because of the lack of lectins- judging from the usual dairy products from cow, but would like to hear your comment. Thanks!

And could you please answer my specific question if I decide to not read the whole 700-page-book?
The thing is … that by looking for the answer in other … you will never educated yourself …
So by answering this question I help you staying uneducated …
I will take a picture of the pages for you, kid :-)
If you can not read it, I will retake a picture … ( wait 5 minutes )
I took picture of the pages concerning “Milk ” … but By doing that I don’t teach you to educate yourself, I do the work to stydy and learn instead of yourself, if you are not willing to pay the price, work hard, and read REAL BOOK you will not become a smart ass my friend…
The link :
https://drive.google.com/open?id=1FnEOkR71PB6DguSx8qqDl4jRrFaOhQiV
The last three pages are about ” MILK ” 74, 75 77
But you should educate yourself first … And read REAL book.
Because by giving you answers without asking you to look for yourself, you stay uneducated.
I am just curious : how old are you ?
Yes ….
Sorry for my multiple trolling Millen… Bad ,,, bad internet connexion.
Thanks for the response Vic! And a great writing lesson on cutting needless words like Optimal. Will take heed!
Vic you have been talking about the magic/occult recently. Have you read the works by Carl Jung? I’ve experienced some strange things that seem to defy evolutionary science. Most men credit their game knowledge to the red pill which is really just evolutionary psychology, but to me it seems that something Carl Jung or other Greats in history tapped into goes beyond the ‘red pill’. I’m a shorter male from Asia living in LA, but sometimes women would approach me to ask for my number. A female coworker said she masturbated to my face which feels good to receive that kind of compliment. I found myself making out with an attractive latina on the second day of class and she wanted to have sex inside the studyroom in the library. I’ve decided that I’ll never cheat on my current girlfriend but I get responses by women that shouldn’t happen according to Darwinian thinking.
You mentioned that you hated using the word Red Pill. You also seem to avoid associating with other red pill bloggers, yet you remain one of the best resource for Red Pill knowledge for men today. Is there a reason for this and does it have anything to do with knowledge of magic/occult that most men aren’t ready to understand. Thanks Vic
Yes, Carl Gustav Jung is one of the most unbelievable thinker of our time.
I love reading about him …
Of course What Carl Gustav Jung has studied is far beyond the red pill …
Jung was a disciple of Sigmund Freud, one of the biggest bullshit artists in psychology, and the favorite psychologist of the shadow men.
Jung was a disciple to the idea that we are motivated by unconscious desires. Their beliefs on what makes up the unconscious is where Jung stood far above Freud. In fact Jung was more known for his break up from Freud because of their conflicts of beliefs.
While Freud believed that everything we do is motivated by repressed sexual memories, Jung didn’t believe that silly nonsense and that the Unconscious is far richer and deeper. What’s interesting is that from a Jungian standpoint it makes sense why men like Jordan Peterson and Mike Cernovichs’ popularity skyrocketed.
Being the favorite psychology of the shadow men is testament to how powerful Jung’s teachings are. If the highest levels in human society are learning from Jung, it’s a strong reason that you should take a look at his teachings as well. It’s like fire. Do good or bad with it. It’s up to you how you use it, but the potential power of Jungian psychology still remains.
You’ve been mentioning fasting recently. I have some questions about it:
1) Could we add a bit of salt to our water on a fast to help retain electrolytes?
2) Should we modify our workouts at all while fasting?
Good job, gentleman. What is your view on the shape of Mother Earth? I’m almost 100% sure we have also been deceived in this regard.
What a stupid fucking question. I’m all for questioning accepted wisdom but when you go into questioning the shape of Earth you enter retarded, conspiracies for the sake of it territory.
Dude your response to his comment is totally fucking pathetic. What makes you so sure that the earth is a globe? Look at the UN map and tell me what it looks like.
“What makes you so sure that the earth is a globe?”
Possibly the most retarted question anyone has ever asked online.
This community should stick to what it does best; self-improvement.
There’s a difference between questioning science and flat out disbelieving everything you don’t want or like regardless of fact.
The pair of you sound like paranoid reefer addicts.
My friendly Bobby Cunt, when you have no real clue about something, do us a favour and just shut the fuck up.
You sound like you are just mad that we are questioning your pre conceived notions. Almost all ‘science’ is total crap. We’ve never been to the moon. We’ve never been to space. We’ve never taken a picture of the earth from space. All the astronauts are freemasons. Do a little research. I don’t even know if the world is flat. But I doubt the official story.
What is more pathetic than NASA is you wanting to keep us ‘focusing on self help’. What does that even mean? We can question whatever we want and it’s a joke if someone like you, who doesn’t know any of the facts surrounding the debate tells us this.
This all ties in to the shadow men wanting us to feel insignificant.
Hahahahahahahahaha. *Takes breath.*Hahahahahahahaha.
Fuck me, a pair of wannabe hardmen calling someone a cunt via a keyboard because they’ve called you out for your paranoid shit.
Exactly the type of behavior you’d expect from a pair of soft idiots who wouldn’t dare use the word cunt to someone’s face because you’d rightfully get your faces smashed in.
Hahahahaha, you’re way too moron and hilarious, Bob! Enough laughter, please, too much.
Don’t you dare a bit messing with a northern Spaniard, bitch. I would’ve already chopped your head off if you were right beside me.
Now breathe and stay calm, it’s time for your snack, brat. Nice to meet you.
Wanting to smash someone’s face in over disagreeing with you on non essential science that you don’t even understand? Lol can’t make this shit up. You sound like a keyboard crusader for your fake religion. Do you even have any evidence that isn’t just parroting what your third grade teacher told you on why the earth is a globe? We have never been to space, so there is no way of knowing.
“a northern Spaniard”
Lol. Is that supposed to be intimidating? You might aswell have said you were an Asian stick insect you slob.
“I would’ve already chopped your head off if you were right beside me.”
So, you’re a murderer then? Sounds like the words of a soft nancy boy keyboard warrior who can’t fight with his fists.
You enjoy typing away at your keyboard and acting the hard man, while I continue to laugh at you and your paranoid delusions.
If you don’t stop arguing in the B&D comments you will all be banned from commenting in the future.
Hey Vic,
I’ve always really liked the stuff you do and I reckon a Monk Mode audio book would be very popular.
I’m an audio engineer and would be happy to edit the raw audio recordings if it would help get it done, no charge.
Do you have some samples of your work you can send me? https://boldanddeterminedarchive.com/contact/
Victor you should do this man, I would love a audio book for monk mode.
Yes. GREAT IDEAR.
Vic,
Not sure if you saw this on the other post so I’m reposting here:
—-
I want to get Monk Mode.
Two questions beforehand though; I’d really appreciate if you could clarify your thoughts on these.
1) With regards to diet, it seems you go back and forth. You initially spoke of a raw carnivore barbarian diet, then told a podcast listener to cook meat, then now again mention you eat the meat raw. Do you cook or eat your food raw, and why do you do this given that humans have had fire for 200,000 years or more? Also, are eggs more potent raw vs cooked?
2) Do you plan to do monk mode indefinitely with sex, aka not having casual sex again? Will you only have sex for procreation? Or is your time away from America still spent living with a girl or chasing girls, etc. I am trying to understand if you advocate for chastity as a life long practice or are more casual about it. How serious is it really, to lose a bit of semen here and there?
Thanks
MJ
Hello Victor,
Thank you for giving me a shoutout and for suggesting the Carnivore Diet to your followers. I learned that you mentioned my work from one of my social media followers who happens to read your website as well. I have released a new book on the Carnivore Diet that your followers may find useful (just put my name in Amazon and you will see).
I have been an orthopedic surgeon for over 25 years and I have done this business with maximum ethicality. I don’t recommend surgery outright to any patient first. I initially try to see if diet alone can change their symptoms and it has worked many times. Most surgeons are quite greedy and see prospects as walking money bags willing to cough up 25 or 30 K for a simple procedure. My morals are intact and I am happy with my financial state. I have made more than enough. My only goal now is to help people and I am glad to see folks like you changing their life by going against the grain (pun intended, ha ha!!)
One thing I have learned is that one must not overeat on this diet. The meat is a highly nutritionally dense food and a little bit goes a long way for the average person. It is a highly sustainable diet though it is most effective when used in conjunction with traditional herbal remedies and properly prepared plant preparations.
Warm wishes,
Dr. Shawn
The Chinese government have banned hip-hop culture and actors with tattoos from appearing on television, what is your opinion on that?
Vic,
I recently injured my back while doing squats. I went to a chiropractor who said I had a herniated disc.
He says people should never do squats or deadlifts as there is no safe way to do them, even with good form. He recommended bench press and pull ups. This chiropractor has decades of experience.
We are told most of our lives that squats and deadlifts are good for us, yet so many people are having lower back issues.
What are your thoughts on squats and deadlifts?
Hi Artilect,
Sorry to hear you injured your back. I wonder about your chiropractor’s advice. I grew up a string bean. If you look at Victor’s photos from his skinny days, well, they remind me of me! I got into weightlifting in my mid-20s. I’ve always done squats and dead lifts.
I never got as big as Uncle Vic, but I deadlifted 225 lbs x 5 reps x 5 sets in November and felt great, inspired. Never had long-term lower back pain in my life. I get it short-term from couch slouching or too much Roman Chair, but a day away from that stuff and I feel fine. Age 52.5
When do it properly it is good, but you need to muscle and build your CORE first …
Greetings Unc,
These podcast have me fired up in an alarmingly calm way. Between carnivore, sex minus ejaculation (zero porn/masturb.), stretching, deleting social media apps & crushing the gym 7 days a week (mostly body weight movements), I feel f*cking fantastic. Thank you for your continued wisdom.
Anecdote for the next podcast; as you said, meditation translates to ‘become familiar with’. I’ve been meditating on this simple phrase; “Just stay calm. And do EXACTLY what you need to do.” This has brought an immense level of mental knowingness/clarity & my productivity has been astonishing since focusing on it. I attribute this inner-discovery to B&D at large.
Thanks Unc,
[ r o i ]
Apologies, I heard the meditation translates to ‘become familiar with’ from a different source.
Hi Victor. Are you familiar with the four masculine archetypes by Robert Moore and Douglas Gillette? Do you consider yourself a King, a Warrior, a Magician, or a Lover?
Replace the word king with leader, a leader is strong like the warrior, he processes the drive and the killer instinct to do what is necessary. He has the joy, appreciation and happiness that the lover brings, the knowledge and alchemy that the magician holds.
Combine them all and you have a king that has built his empire on STONE rather than SAND. A man must go through and conquer all of these stages before he can become the final archetype, or his empire will be short lived, I’m sure you’ve heard many stories of what happens when a kingdom has a ruler that failed to develop these archetypes first.. I know this through experience, the metamorphosis always yields the same result, the only difference will be the order in which it happened. I see Victor being more of a lover to begin with, however the tribulations have caused him to develop all of the aspect that lead to being the king archetype.

Victor, I think the thing I most respect about you is that you never tell a lie. You don’t manipulate answers in the way that best suits your donors. I think this is why I am drawn to your work, Roosh, Sv3rige, and Varg. You guys don’t tell lies. Even though in the case of some of them, they are quite eccentric, they are not manipulated and speak the truth to the best of their knowledge. The info comes from the heart. Why does everyone tell lies these days? I’ve noticed that if someone tells even on small lie, they cannot be trusted with the big picture. For example, NASA lies about their ‘pictures’ from space, when if you read the fine print they are illustrations.
Even a mother tells ‘white lies’ to benefit the kids. However I don’t think this is a good thing. People should always be told the truth.
I would definitely buy the monk mode podcast
Vic I have 3 questions
1)You have many followers including myself. As a man worthy of being followed, do you consider yourself “enlightened?”
2) Is money more important than love? Can money cover up “a multitude of sins?” It’s not enough to tell my mother I love her & actually mean it. Money talks, doesn’t it?
3) What do you think about drug dealers & the entrepreneurial aura they all seem to have. Are they real “hustlers?”
Dear Victor Pride,
I have commented before on this, and will say it again. You have a sonorous voice. I really enjoy listening to you speak.
I think you should get a gig making children’s books on tape. Yes, I am serious.
Hi Vic,
What are your views on being a Judgemental Person?
We are constantly told from a young age throughout school and religion that we should not judge others. Yet, we always state that “first impressions count” - which assumes others will judge us.
By not judging we become naive of situations, people’s true intentions, and the… media. Do you believe the criticism of judgement is forced upon us at a young age because it makes us more susceptible to being sheep and not thinking critically for ourselves?
Hello Victor, what do you think causes male pattern baldness and receding hairline in men? I have a feeling you are going to say it’s an unhealthy diet, but I feel like there’s something more to it, genetics and hormones involved. I am nineteen and my hair is thinning from the back of my head. People are telling me to use Rogaine(Minoxidil) to regrow my hair, I know I should not be using any pharmaceutical drugs. Also, many men in my family are bald. Do you think you can help me out? I appreciate it greatly.
Castor oil helps with baldness.
Also helps with scar tissue.
Look into castor oil packs.
I’M A HUGE FAN OF YOUR ARTICLES. ALWAYS GREAT CONTENT. HOWEVER I REALLY THINK YOU SHOULD OFFER A RANDOM ARTICLE BUTTON ON THE WEBSITES HOME PAGE.
Meat is Food, Plants are Medicine. What are your views on this philosophy?
What are the most nutrient dense foods in the world?
What are the best plants that can be used as medicine/healing?
What are your views on Cannabis, Mushrooms, DMT and LSD?
What are your views on plastic surgery?
What are the best assets to own?
What are the best real world businesses to get into (not online)?
What are your views on Shamanism?
Once you have reached optimal health, a perfect body, abundant wealth, a loving woman, good friends and all the skills a man could master, then what? What is there to do once you have reached self mastery and the ultimate? Do you just keep exploring the world?
For the past year I have been eating only meat, have removed all dopamine activities- porn, drugs, alcohol, tv, video games, caffiene etc. I spend all day in nature, but I still feel bored, depressed and empty. With no external pleasures my life is now dull and I feel there is no purpose to living. Why is this? Maybe it takes years of living like a monk to feel normal and happy like a child.
So you spend all day in nature. What do you actually do? Do you do anything other than just sit around? Do you talk to any other fellow humans?
The concept of monk mode is not to live like one of these chink monks, it’s to get things done while being in harmony with nature.
Yo Vic.
Your sales pages are spectacular. I bought and read your book Blog Artist. Great job. My question — what plugin do you use to create your sales pages? Very classy.
Also — do you still nap in the afternoons?
Vic, have you considered doing a YouTube livestream with superchats?
Hey Victor Pride, I really like your work.
My main concern with eliminating certain common foods entirely is the possibility that it could lead to becoming more sensitive to them, which could be a problem if I should ever find myself in a situation where that is all I have, prison, war, and disasters are some instances that come to mind.
I want to be strong not just in times of abundance but also in times or scarcity, and when I hear about carnivores getting sick for days or weeks just because they ate an apple or something, I see that as a weakness to be avoided, and I wonder, given the world we live in, if it’s best to stay strong against these things with small amounts of regular exposure. What your thoughts on this?
Hey Vic you said on a recent podcast that you used to workout ultra hard and then be fried for the rest of the day. I am currently having this dilemma frequently. I heard you say on a recent episode that you workout less intensely now and are much more productive during the day after your workout. What is your current bodybuilding method for this? Can you still stay big and lean? (Also I am on testosterone— I’m aware pure natty won’t keep me at a high level with light workouts). Thx.
Victor,
What are some other natural laws? (Carnivore diet, sex for procreation, be in nature, move your body) Truly this is the way to happiness
Hey Vic,
A few questions:
1) Do you or would you eat rice? I’m in Asia right now and it is unavoidable.
2) I’m slim fit and so are most of the males in my family including the ones 50+. Do you suggest I work out, despite me not really needing to because of my genetics? Also, I’ve been eating once-a-day Paleo since I was 17.
3) One of these days, can you publish an article discussing the fattiest foods to eat and the fattiest cut of beef to eat?
And lastly,
4) What is your stretching routine like?
Looking forward to purchasing Monk Mode,
Joel
Victor, do you think listening to music acts like a drug? I’ve noticed that after I listen to a really good song, it feels like I got a little high. If I listen to too much music, I start to feel depressed and even tired.
People that constantly listen to music that I know are miserable. Many music artists seem melancholy and some commit suicide.
Could you shed some light on this? Is it because there are subliminal affirmations in the music, or what?
It depends on what type of music you are listening to. Some music are like carbohydrates and some are like meat.
Personally, I avoid music played with electric instruments and music with human voice in it.
Is suffering addictive?
Hey Victor,
Two short questions (as you like them) for future podcasts:
1) When and how are you getting rid of your smartphone?
2) You recommend sleeping on the floor and not a bed in a previous podcast.
Do you sleep on the floor? If so how are you getting along with it?
Cheers,
David.
Thanks for the reply, Victor.
I grabbed Monk Mode the day it came out, and the program is fantastic. I’ve worked it into my schedule and will be committing to it on February 1st.
Bold and Determined is what showed me the way and gave me the courage and motivation to finally escape from the corporate system. It’s been around five years of application and foundation-laying. I launched my own personal training company on January 1st, and now I make three times the money in a third the time. Business is incredible, I was profitable within my first three hours, and I’ve already paid off debts. I’m able to spend my day writing, lifting, training martial arts and boxing, and serving my clients.
It’s been one hell of a journey, Victor. You helped sparked something in me years ago, Lightbearer.
Thanks for all of the motivation over the years. Your content acts as a mental shield against the insanity that’s occurring in our society and culture today. It keeps me focused on the prize. As you say, health, wealth, and meaningful relationships.
Catch you soon,
Nick
Hi Victor. First off, thanks for all the great info you put out there. Your site and podcast has truly inspired me to be a stronger better person. As a side note, I have been carnivore since August. I strongly recommend it to everyone. It will change your life. I am 42 years old and haven’t felt this good in years. My question is this: I am married and have a great sex life with my wife so the no masturbation thing is easy for me. But what about younger guys like teenagers that aren’t getting laid regularly. I know I masturbated a lot in high school. I have two young sons. Once they are older, should I tell them to never jerk off and wait til they have a steady girlfriend? That could take years. Basically, what do you recommend I tell my sons about masturbation?
You said in posts from a long time ago that if B&D didn’t work you could move back and make money in real estate in a month. Were you talking about wholesaling? And if so, what would be the best way to get a deal done in just a month?
Hi Vic
me and my friends are curious Why did you tell us a few years ago Mile Chagares is your son? I find it hard to believe as you were around 33 at that time and he was 20-something. Was this a marketing stunt for the both of you or is he really your son? That would mean you were around 12 you became a father. We don’t mind but we are just curious.
Also, I have seen an interview with an ex-banker (as he calls himself) who’s called Ronald Bernhard who claims that the top of the pyramid bankers indulge into child sacrifices.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VzoaxTudJks&t=6s
What do you think of this? Do you think he speaks the truth?
Cheers
Regarding Mile Chagares I’m guessing it was a figure of speech. In America we refer to people as ‘son’ when we are trying to teach them something.
What are your thoughts on the future worldwide imposition of the microchip (the so-called “Sign” of the Beast of the Book of Revelation aka Apocalypsis) in humans and the forced total replacement of cash by digital/credit card money? I’m aware this is already a reality in Sweden as well as in some parts of Denmark and Lithuania.
in regards to amazon kindle, if you look at their website, you have two options to chose 70% and 35% royalty. Also if you live in a country where you have 70% then you’ll have that option. There are several authors that make tons of money with Amazon KDP.
