In the last episode we discussed: How to influence people, how to be a better bad guy, how to be the next Don Corleone, dating western women, overcoming all addictions including sex addiction and carbohydrate addiction and so much more.
In this episode we discuss: The key to self-mastery, the crazy world of the US, the reality (or un-reality) of money, building communities, celibacy, depression caused by knowing the truth, and friends.
Stan asks… (3:05)
How can a Man reach Self Mastery?
The need for sex causes you to live in bondage to another person. The man who reaches self-mastery must be completely self-sufficient. Dopamine denial = liberation.
Graham says… (9:34)
Hi Vic,
This is one of your best podcast episodes yet. It seems almost every episode is better than the last. I always appreciate your commentary and your energy with the messages you share.
I am still going strong with no-self-abuse November (that is the real name for it if we’re being honest.) The gains keep coming in. I am roughly on day 24 maybe 25, I lost count cause I started before November. The quality of my sleep has been drastically increased and I wake every day feeling well-resting and ready for a productive day. I have gained a more ready ability to say no to things I do not want to do. Things like wasting time on Youtube or the internet, mindlessly flipping through my phone, and craving bad foods. It’s almost as if discipline begets discipline.
Waking up early is my favorite part of this entire process. The hours between 5am and 7am truly are sacred. Only the dedicated are waking at those hours of their own accord. The work is more intimate, personal, and meaningful in those first 4-5 hours.
I have dropped down to two meals a day. I am not lifting as hard as I want to right now but that is because i have a lot of other work that needs tending too, so two meals is certainly enough in this regard. Steak and eggs in the morning and the evening makes me feel great, smooth, and steady for the responsibilities I need to take care of. (I will say though in the 30DOD I have from about a year ago it recommends 3 meals a day though just fyi, idk if you updated it.)
My voice is deeper, more authoritarian, and commands more attention. I am naturally soft-spoken, but the confidence gained from no-abuse-November SPECIFICALLY has changed the way I talk. I have always made good eye contact with people before, but I am also excited to combine my new voice with your third-eye-contact you talked about in this episode.
It seems every day that you choose to not roll in the mud with the pigs is a day that you naturally pull ahead, and the best way to do that is to follow 30DOD. To other readers this is not a month challenge, this is a life-change. Some may only do it for a month, but I encourage everyone to make the mental switch permenant. The world has a enough limp-wristed weaklings and needs more men. You WILL be rewarded for your discipline internally and externally. EVERY SINGLE ASPECT of my life has had people tell me that I am more confident, capable, and attractive since I buckled down on 30DOD. MAKE THE CHANGE.
I have questions for the next podcast, they are all related to Red Supplements:
-I have used Liver Tabs multiple times because you recommended them. I found they are one of the most legit supplements that money can buy. Will Red Supplements ever offer its own liver tabs? Liver itself, at least in my city, is hard to find, store, and eat every day. I would love to see Red Liver offered.
-What are your thoughts on Creatine for muscle building, pro-testosterone hormonal balance, and mental clarity? I see muscle-building benefits when I use small consistent dosages of it. I have also heard of it being pro-T and aiding brain health. Will Red Creatine ever be a thing? I ask this with Red Liver under the pretense that you would supply the best of these products that actually deliver the intended effects. So far I am loving Red PCT 2.0 (got my bottle last week), Red Coffee, and was a fan of your protein powder while you offerred it.
-There is a supplement I have never tried before but have been curious about. It’s called MK-677. I believe it is classified as a SARM and it starts GH pulses through the body. Have you ever used it? Would a growth hormone booster be something on the radar for Red Supplements?
-Regarding a sleep aid. I have been combining 5HTP, GABA, Zinc, Magnesium Oil, and Melatonin, all in low doses, and it has been an absolute wonder for my sleep along with no-abuse-november. Of course you still need to be away from screens before bed and have a nightly routine to wind down. I typically read or write for a bit in my journal and then ease calmly into a good night’s sleep. Would Red Supplements ever offer a sleep aid? I know you were trying CBD oil, and I’ve never tried that before.
Joseph asks… (12:30)
What is the reality of money?
Damon asks… (19:33)
I know you said you lived in L.A. for a while, I did too. How did you like it? I felt like there was such a disconnect with the people. I didn’t have much in common with them. Very phony and superficial, weed heads, and the women if you’re not a millionaire you can forget about getting any play out there. Not to mention there’s a serious immigration problem out there. What was your take on it?
Chad asks… (25:00)
Vic, thanks for recommending classical music. I have always been told by friends and the media that classical music is boring. After actually listening to it per your suggestion, I found that it is actually very exciting and beautiful and puts me in a good state.
(26:15) I have a question: are we ever going to be able to create our own communities or do anything in the real world with some kind of organization? I know it would be very difficult, but it seems insane to live in communities where everyone is killing themselves with estrogen, drugs, and lust. Of course we must have the stoic mindset to live wherever. But how are we going to raise families, and continue our bloodline, when if we remained in our current areas, chances are our children will turn into cattle like everyone else.
Communities are always built around 2 things: family and religion.
JJ asks… (28:34)
Victor, in your next podcast could you share your thoughts on the Chinese social credit system? Usually, evil masks itself in good things . . . but this is unlike any thing I’ve ever seen. I know that this only applies to Chinese citizens, but for us international travelers, why the hell should we patronize them by visiting their country?? Think about the implications if other governments adopt this at the same level they are.
Ragnar asks… (32:08)
Hey uncle vic I have a question, if you’re going monk mode when you’re in the states and only date when you are in Asia how will you find an Aryan woman to further your legacy and give birth to your progeny?
Floriao asks… (34:25)
Hey Vic, I’ve been on No Nut November and It’s been 27 days the last time i masturbated. I have crazy withdrawal symptoms, but i know there will be light at the end of the tunnel. Anyway my question: You said sometimes in a article that celibate are sometimes serial killers and bad people. I don’t have a current girl friend so i either stay celibate for now or need to get a hooker? I mean, a life without sex isn’t the solution, right? I am working most of the time and am still very young with 19, so the chance of getting a girlfriend very soon is small.
What is wanted is elimination of lust, but not suppression. Repression or suppression of the sexual desires will attack you again and again and will produce wet dreams, irritability and restlessness of mind.
Orestes asks… (39:19)
You said you don’t want to have non-white children, but you’ve got Asian girl. Every female want to have children, so what’s your approach? It’s her choice to be with you, so it’s ok to be with her in her best years?
Second – is cursing/swearing a bad habit and it’s better to be positive and reduce it? Does swearing show weakness, strongness or it depends on situation?
Luke asks… (41:57)
Do your hands and feet get cold during extended fasts? If so what do you do to remedy this?
Karl asks… (42:10)
Hi Victor, I have 3 questions for you on distinct topics:
1) Do you think everyone needs meat to function at optimal levels? Legendary rock climber Alex Honnold is apparently a vegetarian. Do some people function better without it, or is Honnold just a genetic elite? He eats muesli for breakfast and mac and cheese for dinner once in a while.
2) What are your thoughts on the recent (and great) work of Roosh V?
3) How does one solve the problem of low back pain and tight lower back/thigh muscles which cause constipation and discomfort?
Karl also asks… (45:21)
Victor, what are your thoughts on native tribes that survive solely on dairy? E.g. not meat and fish, but abundant cheese, milk, kefir, etc. These men and women grow up in excellent health according to Dr. Price. I think milk has everything we need. It provides all nutrients for a baby cow to go from 40 pounds to 400 pounds, so it must be the best/most potent food. How would meat be better? I eat meat too but wondering which is better, fresh meat or fresh milk.
Drew asks… (47:07)
Hey Victor, I recently had PT this summer to help with hip alignment. I thought the problem was gone but now I sometimes wake up with sore hips and sometimes feel weak in my mid-section in general. What stretches/ lifts do you recommend to help with an issue like this?
Bill asks… (47:38)
What are your views on Bill Hicks?
What are your views on George Carlin?
What are your views on psychedelic drugs?
Tito asks… (49:04)
Hi Vic, My girlfriend and I just recently broke up ( She was unfaithful ). I’m doing pretty good with putting my focus and energy into my mission. That focus keeps her out of my mind during the day, but when I’m getting ready for bed. When I’m trying to sleep. my mind, just cant help but turn to thoughts of her, him, and what I could have done to prevent this. Are there any things you have found that help keep negative thoughts out of the mind?
Jay asks… (50:35)
Do you recommend any natural products for cleaning dishes, clothing and surfaces?
Stan asks… (50:48)
What are the best habits a man can have?
What are the best supplements for men to take?
Johnny asks… (52:11)
Victor, I noticed no matter what I do, I always seem to have a little tiny love handle ( tummy). Even when I eat steak only and zero carbs. What the best remedy for this?
Danny asks… (53:00)
1. How can a man develop a stronger, more chiseled Jaw?
2. How can teeth be whitened naturally?
3. How can a man develop a deeper voice?
Laszlo asks… (54:37)
Good afternoon Viktor, I am in a bad state of mind, not due to being a loser or anything, but due to awareness of truth. I know of the pain and suffering in our world, the agenda of the elites, the fact that women are crazy, etc, there is anxiety all around and it is driving me crazy. You do what things to be less nervous? Is saturated fat enough to feel calm and happy as a clam? I feel like going down rabbit hole and seeking knowledge is good but more I learn more I depress, nothing is natural, everything around us engineered, feminism, anti-masculinity, hatred of whites, etc by evil forces, I have very little power to stop from progressing further
Black Mar asks… (56:35)
Vic, what’s your take on “vaccinations”? Are some government-issued vaccines today actually good to take for fighting off certain illnesses and diseases or are many of them “poisons” being injected into the masses to demoralize and kill off human populations? Will parents forbidding their children from taking certain vaccinations cause the kids to end up getting diseases like Chicken pox and polio again? Are there “good” and “bad” vaccines out there? What’s your take on this? I don’t think many vaccines are “well-intended”…
Rob asks… (57:36)
What do you think about the HIV Hoax? Do you think it is really a scam?
Wolf asks… (58:48)
What do you think about Operation Werewolf?
Benjamin asks… (58:53)
Victor, Do you have any friends? Are friends important once one reaches adulthood?
Nirantha asks… (1:00:38)
hello Vic does it take courage to stand alone when friends are few or girls are not helping?
Joe asks… (1:01:43)
Is Mike Cernovich still a friend of the blog? I feel like he has gone away from his roots, which is applying the principles of Bold and Determined. Maybe getting married has caused him to be more politically correct. I have seen him referring to male trannies as women. This never would have happened 2-3+ years ago. Are you guys still in touch?
J asks… (1:02:01)
Hey Vic two questions.
Do you still keep up with cernovich at all? At one point your blogs were almost one and the same, before he went deep into politics.
(1:02:44) Will you please consider adding a second weekly podcast? I think a lot of people on here would find this helpful.
Vlad asks… (1:03:00)
Is there some option for third-world countries like Russia to go low-carb, if eating only steak is not affordable option? The only affordable foods are chicken and eggs, and even these two are quite expensive. Our corrupt politicians say to us: “Pasta and kefir – eat them, they are inexpensive!” Not every family can afford meat here, and many people just eat pasta and candies, they are cheap. What compromise do you recommend to someone who doesn’t live in richest Western country?
George asks… (1:04:40)
I’ve only went to a low-carb diet (only bananas and multigrain bread) for two days and couldn’t continue. I was feeling hungry and the cravings were killing me. Bread makes me feel fulfil. If I eat meat without bread, I don’t feel satisfied. If I don’t eat carbs, I feel that my body shrinks. I lose weight. I started lifting weights a month ago and I am skinny as fuck. Skinny-fat to be honest. If I don’t eat carbs, how will I continue? I’m training for mass, not being lean.
Charlie asks… (1:07:12)
Victor – I was listening to your podcast from a couple of weeks back and I agree generally with your assessment of politicians. But I’m not so sure Trump is just like every other politician simply because he hasn’t been killed. I’ll be the first to admit that I have no idea what’s really going on behind the scenes. But from what I’ve seen, the deep state – establishment politicians on both sides, intelligence agencies, the media, leftist NGO’s, academia, etc. – are doing everything else they can think of first, short of actual murder, to get Trump out of office. If he’s really one of them, why this insane backlash?
(1:08:59) Also, if you believe that we’re in a mental war and the cure is to reject political correctness, do you feel Trump has at least been a good leader in that regard? He has no problem being non-PC and is very unapologetic about it.
(1:10:18) Also, do you still use kratom? And what are your thoughts on it these days? If I missed this in another podcast, just let me know! Thanks!
Richard X asks… (1:10:31)
Now that marijuana is legal where I live, pretty much every single one of my friends is now avid pot smokers. It absolutely baffles me how people who were always against drugs now actively partake, simply because the law changed and its currently deemed okay. I really do not want to put up with their vices and I do not want to be anything like these people.
Do I need to stop taking things so seriously, and enjoy a social life (which is consider to be good for you) or does simply associating with them bring me down to their level? In other words, Is it better to have friends that you can occasionally a really good time with, but who do not share your views/goals, or is it better to cut ties with them altogether and just be a one man show with zero friends?
Leo asks… (1:12:17)
You had mentioned in the past about writing a book on how to run an ecommerce store, is that still in the plans?
Otávio asks… (1:12:51)
– What do you think of martial arts? I’m fond of HEMA – Historical European Martial Arts.
– Do you play chess? Do you have any thoughts of it?
Nik asks… (1:14:05)
Vic, Whats up with your love affair with Joe Rogan?
Nate asks… (1:14:12)
Victor, I am looking into Shopify dropshipping as a potential online business. Is this a good online business type/model? You say blogging and podcasting are good, Amazon biz is bad. How does dropshipping figure in?
Bart asks… (1:14:48)
Hey Vic. Your podcast and blog are helping thousands of men. I’m one of them. Most won’t tell you that, by the way. So for every 1 who does, there are probably 500 or more who never lets you know.
Here are some questions that will help me and many others. I hope you’ll answer:
1. how long has it been since you last watched porn? This answer will help a lot of us who are struggle, knowing that it’s possible to quick the habit once and for all.
2. how long has it been since you’ve masturbated? (I was under the impression that it’s been a long time and that you were over the temptations until I heard episode 12, where you indicated you’ve struggled with the urge, but only recently experienced bliss with the urge being gone). Anyways, knowing that you’ve struggled has helped us, but knowing how long it’s been since you last masturbated could be a great encouragement to us all to know that there is hope based on someone’s real-life experience.
3. I’ve noticed a link between fasting (water only) and the reduction of the sex urge. For me, about the 3rd day of a water- only fast, the desire for porn, masturbation, and sex all leave the body. There is zero temptation. I’m wondering if the reason why your urge to masturbate has diminished recently has to do with eating one meal (your recent practice). What do you think? Obviously, something switched to remove the urge.
4. Finally, I’m going to start the carnivore diet (you inspired me) and found a farm nearby that sells grass-fed beef. You say you cook your meat on a grill. I’m wondering — how many steaks do you cook in one grill session? Do you do several steaks then put the left overs in the fridge to eat later or the next day? I’m asking because I want to manage the cooking time and not be overwhelmed with it or get bored with it. (I can’t imagine sustaining cooking 3 steaks at different times in a day.) I figure you have discovered a sustainable practice.
Thanks Vic. I look forward to your answers. You’re helping a lot of us.
Stan asks… (1:17:20)
How can a man become truly free in this world; physically, mentally, financially…?
Until next time.

Vic,
Could you shed light on your aesthetic approach to your blog; colour schemes, artwork, choice of photos etc?
Thank you
Yes this would be great.
I would also like to hear this!
Hi Victor,
excellent podcast. Love listening to it on a plane, allowing myself to focus on the message and gain a new perspective immediately upon landing.
2 Questions:
- I’m reading a book on body language and have read about pacifying behavior. I have noticed that I do a lot of it in social situations, especially around new people. For example, I will frequently adjust my hair, shirt, scratch my arm, hold on to things. I’ve also noticed a relative of mine has a very extreme case of this and can’t sit still at all like a little kid with ADHD - it is very annoying. How can I be more calm physically in social situations?
- After a former friend of mine stabbed me in the back in a business deal I’ve realized that he has multiple personality disorders. I’ve known the guy for years and didn’t see it coming. After you mentioned psychopaths having thin lips I noticed that he has a thin upper lip, but I am looking for more signs to spot these issues apart from lips and eyes. Is there a universal rule that can be followed vs learning about all the different conditions individually?
Hey Tobias,
They say that psychopaths can be spotted by looking at their Iris. If you can see the entire Iris of both eyes most of the time, it’s a big indication that the person is a psychopath.
Hi Vic,
Look I’m down in Mexico trying to figure out whether I should run for president or not, what’s wrong with that? What I want to talk about is why do I have to go to Mexico to get away from surveillance… why’s there no one left in my country that’s interested in freedom? I spend less than 6 months a year in the continental United States of America… I have 1000+ gallons of potable water out here and a silo full of tortillas (for sustenance). It’s hard out here being a one man army off the grid. Any advice is appreciated.
Thanks.
Victor,
What recommendations do you have for classical music - especially for a newcomer to the genre?
Which albums, composers, songs do you typically listen too?
Thanks.
I am not Victor, but since he recommended classical music I started with Beethoven and have been enjoying it. Sounds cliche but I’ve been listening with a new perspective since Vic mentioned it. I started with Beethoven’s most popular stuff and have been working my way down to the more obscure scores. You get to learn about famous composers this way too, and it could be anyone not just Ludwig.
Thanks for the recommendations, gents!
Will have a look into Chopin, Bach, and Beethoven first.
Chopin is absolutely excellent.
Bach is really good. Ennio Morricone is good too. He is the classical musician who wrote the music for the spaggheti westerns
Amazing stuff and thanks for answering our questions, Vic.
Strongly support the idea of a second podcast. You know, I’m not actually a bodybuilder (I do calisthenics) but I make sure to buy one of your products or affiliate links each month just to support you (and would gladly fund a Patreon if you decide to make one for the podcast). You have no idea how much more valuable these podcasts are compared to 95% of online content that bloggers charge hundreds of dollars for (like that fraud Ramit lol).
For the next podcast,
1) The greats all said masturbation and sex = vital loss, which is bad. Totally on board. Newton, Copernicus, Jesus, Sivananda, Saint Francis, Confucius, Tesla, etc. In fact, the more I learn, the more I feel these men were totally, totally right. There is only one difference between my beliefs and theirs now. Meat eating. Legendary poets George Bernard Shaw and Emerson and Thoreau and others firmly opposed meat eating, so as did 99% of saints. What gives? Did these men have access to high quality dairy, fruits, and veggies destroyed by Monsanto-esque farming practices? Is our digestion worse than that of our forefathers? I’m so confused. How could these great men, who are so right about basically everything, have an opinion that when followed today, makes us incredibly sick?
2) Does meat and animal product eating make one lusty/high libido? Saints say this, but many folks have remarked that carnivore-style diet gives them MORE mental control and MORE ability to control lust and other addictions/urges.
3) Have you noticed that rich food becomes more and more unappealing as you advance toward the “divine life”? Too much sugar, too much salt, too much sourness, too much spice make me sick. I actually enjoy my food basically plain at this point.
4) Is circumcision pushed by the elites? All baby boys get it in America. It’s barbaric, causes psychological damage, and needs to be banned IMO.
5) I’ll say it again-I followed B&D for many years but was kinda “meh” about some of your messages. These days? Almost every word that comes out of your mouth is gold. Even if you don’t make other products, I’ll rebuy products month after month just to support you and your material needs.
Amen brother
Karl
Hi, All the saints that you are talking about : Jesus, Sivananda, Saint Francis, Confucius, and I would had all the great yogis, have a consciousness well advanced than us, and their body can handle a different eating. Their soul is more higher than ours and they need less earth energy, less nutriment. You would have to read about level consciousness and soul’ consciousness.
I might have some books somewwhere about this topic. A very high spiritual human being have worked his karma from the upper chakras, from the fourth to the others above. These days the humanity’level work through the third chakra.
In conclusion, very very…. very…. very …….. few people have a soul ( spiritual light ) who is so transcendental that their sour nourrish their physical body, and they can leave without earth karma ( meat, dairy, alcool, and heavy stuff).
None of us are indeed.
What was the name of the stretching routine Victor mentioned on 45:24 ?
Sun Salutations.
Thanks for that Victor Pride.
And yes. Looking forward to a 2-weekly podcast.
Hey Vic
Is it true that they say the greatest success is making women angry, at least once in your lifetime, if so what are the ways we can get maximum out of them (even your mother).?
Not Victor but I would throw out the best way to piss of women is to simply not do what they expect of you and do whatever you want anyways. But the key point is to not do this from wanting to piss of women, but from wanting to do what you want anyways and that so happens to mean disregarding other people’s opinion. (Men’s too.) IMO there’s a difference between the guy deliberately trying to be a renegade, and the guy who has internalized the spirit of a self-interested renegade. Vic always says the most powerful word in the universe is “No.” So just say “No.” to people who want you to do what they want. (And here’s the catch; mean it, don’t just say it.)
Definitely casting my vote to add a second podcast vic
Great Book you should read is The truth Behind Communism.
Another book that should be read is The Killing of Uncle Sam : The Demise of the United States of America: https://amzn.to/2TXLLwM
Who’s the author of that book - “The Truth Behind Communism?”
Hi Victor, will Red Focus be available soon? I was actually going to purchase the Work and Play bundle today. Thanks.
Have you read a book called “The Multi Orgasmic Man”. It is based on Taoism and discusses the value of never or rarely ejaculating. However, in the book they teach how a man can have sex but having non ejaculatory orgasms that doesn’t release your vital energy. In fact, they say that it transmutates the energy around the body. Any views on this?
I’ve read this book. Great reference. I didn’t think of it at first but I’d like to hear Victor’s opinion on that as well. Good call.
What is the reality of bodybuilding? How big and muscular can a man really get naturally? Is it a worthwhile pursuit to aim to become as huge and jacked as you possibly can, or is it more important to focus on health and longevity, while being strong and fit?
Love your podcast. It gets better and better each week.
I have some advice to ask for a tricky situation. Like yourself, I found myself drawn to Thailand, a country that I’ve lived on and off in for the last three years.
I met a nice girl there, however, I developed one-itis pretty quick and three years later, we are still in a relationship.
There are many good aspects to being with a Thai woman as I’m sure you probably know. Unfortunately though, I feel like I’m missing out on something because she is not fluent in English and I’m not fluent in Thai.
To complicate matters, my girl is now pregneant. I want to take care of my child but everyone keeps telling me my life is over, particularly my friends who dont ever want kids, which makes it hard to feel happy about this news.
Furthermore, people online frequently scoff and look down on Thai-falang relationships because you can’t really talk deeply or intellectually with these women; they seem to be more feminine and concerned with their traditional feminine roles instead of caring about politics or philiosophy or stuff like that.
Can this situation ever work out? I know you advise having a child with a woman of the same race but that’s not an option for me now.
Am I screwed to a life of misery by staying with a Thai woman? Does my child have any hope for a good future? What would your advice be? To be a man, stay with my woman, and be there for my kid?
You should not have kids outside of your race, but it has happened to you, so you got to accept it and make the most out of it(and at the end of the day having kids is still a good thing). Your friends are also retarded, and should be happy for you that you have kid. It’s part of the ‘inversion of values’ that Roosh V has been talking about. Having kids is good. Life is good. Creation is good. I advise you(if your kid is a boy) to teach him white values and Aryan history. So many mixed kids are ashamed of their heritage, especially their white side. Your kid is still half white and has that heritage whether he likes it or not. Be a masculine figure. He will be head over heels of everyone else if he has a father figure since nobody has a father anymore.
Also why do you want to have intellectual discussions with a woman? Who cares if you can’t do that? A women is not an intellectual partner.
You should tell us more about where you plan to raise your kid. The rules are different in Thailand than the US.
Hi Robert,
I agree with what Peter said.
You can’t change your situation, so don’t dwell on what could have been otherwise. Make the most it.
Children need to be protected. They need to be taught, nurtured, loved, cared for. It doesn’t matter if it’s a mixed race or not… he or she is going to be *your* child, and you can love them deeply. I don’t actually understand what it’s like to date someone from another country, but if you care about the mother you should make an effort to develop her into being a great partner. The child will need both of you to thrive. You will need to work together. Make sure she is on the same boat. Teach her as much as you teach your child how to be great. I’m absolutely certain that you will grow a lot in the process as well.
Best of luck to you, Robert.
thanks for all you do Victor.
and also asking for a 2nd podcast per week if you can.
many thanks
What are your thoughts on love? What does it mean to love a woman for Victor Pride? I am not talking about being obsessed with a woman, or always having sex and wasting your sexual energy. I am talking about caring about a woman deeply and being like a father-figure to her. How do you manage a relationship like that while staying true to your purpose?
Thanks
Regarding the meat only diet.
I’ve been on what you could call extreme LCHF or ‘meat/poultry/fish centered’ diet for maybe 2 weeks now. I’m keeping track of my macros and I find it hard to pass 1,700 kcals in a day. I train on average 4 times/week (mix between weights and intense cardio).
I’m still around the same weight as when I started; 175lbs/80kg. Which makes me lean for my 6 ft, I’m pretty strong, have great cardio but I want to add on mass or at least keep what I have. It feels like I’m going to lose weight if I continue with this kcal deficit.
Any tips on how I can add more kcals to my diet while keeping carbs (and brainfog) out? Obviously increasing the meal sizes is one way but they are pretty big already (and expensive).
I bet you ran in to similar problems while being on one meat meal / day. What was your daily kcal intake?
Eat more butter and bacon.
I don’t know if you have these in the states (https://www.ok-snacks.dk/produkter/flaeskesvaer.aspx) roasted pork skin, a very kcal dense snack with 0 carbs. Fills me up pretty well.
Vic, I’ve been looking forward to Thursdays every week. Your content really has been the best I’ve ever seen lately. Even though we live in the darkest and most degenerate times in human history, as of late (maybe due to the carnivore diet) I have felt a hopeful and positive energy from your podcasts. The trap is for us to be nihilistic and to keep to ourselves. Americans are so nihilistic lately. Maybe we have reason to be. This is not so prevalent amongst Mexicans and Chinamen that I have seen in the US. Can you talk more about this nihilism that is so prevalent in American society? I think avoiding it all costs is very important, because the end result of all this nihilism is just to say fuck it, do drugs, have random sex, and masturbate.
In one world : materialism.
Uncle Vic,
You mention having removed your desire for sex, unless it is for it’s natural purpose, procreation.
You are also interested in one day starting a family.
It would be hard to have a woman stick around long enough to set up a family if she wants to have sex recreationally, as you would be incapable of providing that need without compromising monk mode.
There are women out there who are asexual/celibate - so it would not be impossible to find your match, albeit significantly more difficult.
As I’m sure you are a man who wants the traditional nuclear family, would you compromise your desire to remain celibate, or could the right woman only be one who is also asexual such as yourself?
There are dating sites for those who are asexual/celibate, which seems like the most likely avenue to find a woman like that. Would you consider online dating to meet a woman who is asexual such as yourself?
*TLDR*; Would you *only* consider starting a family with a woman who is asexual/celibate, or would you be open to finding a woman that would need you to compromise monk mode to fulfill her sexual desires?
*BONUS*: As you mentioned, women are the yin to our yang. Therefore, even though your are asexual, would it stand to reason that a woman who *needs* you sexually would in fact be the ideal match, even though you have no need for it?
My take on sexuality within a marriage/relationship is this:
If sex was only for procreation than why did God give women a clit?
My thoughts on this are that sex is meant for both pleasure AND procreation within certain limits but we have succumb as a society to abuse it with random hook ups and addiction to masturbation. For me sex = heightened power where as masturbation = depression of power.
(That’s sex with ejaculation)
Vic give us your thoughts on the next podcast please 💪🏻
Luke
I think Victor is saying that ALL sex that is not for the purpose of continuing your bloodline is wrong.
Great stuff as per usual. I recommend listening to the works of conductor Herbert von Karajan, he was a perfectionist and tjw recordings of his stuff is mindblowing. Especially the epic symphonies of Beethoven, Sibelius, von Bruckner and Mozart. Got the 101 cd box and it is enough music for a lifetime.
Have you tried purifying water by storing it in a copper vessel?
I’ll listen to 2 podcasts a week.
Don’t get me wrong, I’ll listen to both of them. These podcasts have been 10/10 great. But if quality goes down it may just be better to do it once a week.
Yeah, 2 podcasts a week would be great. There is just so many topics to cover. However only if Victor wants to do that!
Nice podcast, Victor. Thanks for the replies. Interesting observations on chess.
If you are into classical music, you should listen to Two Steps From Hell.
About sex: I believe I’m understanding what you’re saying about the obsession with sex, the lust. It’s true that people acquire degenerate thoughts and practices through all they are taught by the media, the people, the culture. But isn’t sex also a way to be closer and more intimate with your partner? I don’t know about the health benefits, if any, but it should be a way to feel closer to who you love.
You can still say sex takes energy from you. Ok. Why not have sex without ejaculation, then? You can simply stop before you get there, or hold it in. There are practices, such as karezza, in which you *make love* with your wife or husband and the focus is not ejaculating. What do you think of that?
Regarding getting tight muscles due to sitting all day long: I’m doing the sun salutation. I’m a little stiff from never exercising flexibility too much, but in just a couple of days I’m noticing a strong improvement in my flexibility and while I can’t feel any other benefits right now I believe it must be doing me good.
But there might be a better alternative… Get a standing table for your computer. That way you work while standing all day. Problem solved!
About two podcasts a week: I enjoy your podcasts and I find them quite informative. Sometimes I want to ask even more questions than I do usually and having more podcasts could help with that. But frankly, I’ve got things to do, and it does take some time to go through the podcast, listening attentively to it and to *ponder* what you’re saying, doing research about things… So if there were another episode one hour and a half long I probably wouldn’t be able to keep up with it as I would like to. That said, it would not be a negative thing at all.
So my two questions for the next episode are:
- Sex removes your energy, you say, because of the ejaculation. What about having sex without the focus on orgasm/ejaculation? What about having sex for intimacy and pleasure with someone you want to live your life with?
- You mentioned in the previous podcast something very interesting: blessing our food. Why is that a good thing? And how do we go about doing that? I was very curious about that.
Thanks in advance.
Cheers!
I’m not Victor but I have taken to blessing my food before eating it since he recommended it. I’ve been doing that since the podcast he suggested it (not sure which one, I listen to all of them lol.) I have been working progressively towards more all meat/high-fat too so stuff like steak and eggs is my main dish.
The biggest reason, for me, is that after I prepare a big protein-rich fat-rich meal that I have taken time to prepare, and I sit down to eat for the first or second time in a day, (2 meals max a day for me.) I think about where the food came from. I think about where the food came from, if the animal had a good life (which makes the food better for you, not any veganish reason.), how fortunate I am to enjoy this simple and well-made food, that I have money to acquire such good food, why I am eating this way, how it connects to my missions, and how eating this way will help me be congruent with a disciplined, creative, and productive life as a strong man.
In essence: stop, see the whole picture where food fit into our lives, appreciate the process and what comes from it. Then dig in, savor the taste, and let your body’s natural digestive processes work. Eat slower than normal and appreciate it. I feel I have been getting more from sustenance from my meals since I started this and it makes me respect nature more as well as allow me to have a natural break in the day. One final thing; in a previous article, Victor recommends not drinking water 20 minutes prior or after a meal. I agree with this; I have been digesting food better since I started that practice.
Hope that helped! I am also curious to know what Victor’s thoughts are but this is what has worked for me.
Thanks for your reply, Graham. I’m a slow eater by nature and tend to be appreciative of what I’m tasting. I liked knowing your perspective.
Uncle Vic,
Someone asked already and I’ve pondered over that question many times before.
I know that you function best on no carbs carnivore diet, that’s clear… but there are people including me that can’t afford to eat only grass-fed beef and free range chicken eggs. So if we are to eat certain carbs, what types of food would you recommend?
My guess would be only rice and/or potatoes, but maybe it would be a smart move to stay away from vegetables that grow in the ground as they often contain starch. I also try to eat those carbs later in the night to avoid brain fogginess during the day. I’m aware that it certainly takes more time to get rid of the sugars, but it kinda works like this at the moment.
Would like to hear your opinion on the best carb foods out there, if we put the carnivore diet aside for this question only…
Thanks!
rice/potato, bad idea…. those are powerful high glycemic carbs, those things are empty calories anyway …. Just replace them with saturated fat instead. Big coconut oil buckets from Costco are great. Focus of fatty meat that other people don’t like. Try to get beef tallow. Saturated fat is very satiating and contain 3 time more calories than carbs per gram. It will do the job. Basically you make an hybrid between Carnivor and Keto diet, that what I do.
I went to see my favorite grass feed beef farmer to buy my usual 1/2 beef, and I told him, I’m on a high fat diet, give me all the fat, give me the fat the your other customers dont want… I got a big bag, garbage bag size, full of healthy organic grass feed beef fat… I use it with everything I eat… its amazing.
If you are on this computer you can no doubt afford the eggs (unless you are homeless). It is enough calories for the day, and will cost you around 3.99.
3.99 on food for the whole day? Not a bad deal. The health Gods are not the Gods that you want to cut deals with. They are the least forgiving.
Also, if you are homeless, or poor, the diet you would WANT would be the Keto diet. It will allow you to fast for long periods of time without being hungry. A high carb diet will make you hungry and in need of constantly buying food.
Hi Vic,
I am 21, and every friend I once had is either partying in college, selling drugs, or flexing drug money on social media. Needless to say, these guys have little to no respect for me, because I quit all the drugs, and refuse to live a degenerate life thanks to B&D.
Where should I look for social interaction. I am a web developer (programmer) so I want to look into hobbies like hunting, fishing and outdoors skills.
Thanks,
-Leo
I’m not victor, but a good start would be to check out any local hunting, outdoor, or gun stores. In my city, I went to one of those stores and just had a natural, honest conversation about what my intentions were; looking to be involved with these hobbies with good people. If you are sincere and admit when you don’t know something about it (don’t try to be a try-hard, it’s okay to not know lingo/processes/etiquette.) a lot of the people who work there can get you plugged into good communities who enjoy those activities. The cool thing is that most of these people are guys, and some may be young and some may be old so it may vary depening on where you live. Since those hobbies involve local area knowledge, they can also plug you in to locations to go, and they might have a club or something you can join.
Hope that helps!
My side recommendation is that if there is a (legit) bodybuilding gym, and you routinely go there for a couple months and make visible progress, you can make friends with the guys there by asking questions how to progress. I made friends in a town I used to live in by being dedicated and asking the better looking/bigger guys for advice. Pretty soon I know abour 4-5 guys young and old every time I went to work out.
Now I’m naturally introverted so I like to pull people to engage me in conversation. You may not need these tips but I’ll put them out there for anyone, Tips for socializing from a naturally quiet guy:
-Get a haircut when your hair looks bad. Sometimes I go for 2 weeks, sometimes I go over a month. I go by the mirror and if I think it looks good. Get a cut you feel confident it. Get it cut by a guy. Practice making small talk with him and make it natural. Short hair looks better on guys than they think it does so experiment with cuts that fit your skull, hairline, and personality. Old-school barbers are the best so try to find one in your town.
-Wear good clothing. You don’t need brand new stuff. But have well fitting jeans, some cool boots for winter/fall, some basic fitting t-shirts/sweaters etc. In general, it’s not the quantity or even quality of the clothing you have (if you’re tight financially) but get some stuff that fits you well and isn’t guady. 1-2 items that look nice go a LONG way with making people interested in talking to you.
-Take cold showers. This contributes because it makes your skin and hair naturally hydrated and therefor look better. It make take a few times to get this but I notice a distinct difference between hot and cold showers and how my body looks. I took a 10lb ice bath a week ago in Novemeber in a cold area of the world and my skin and hair looked amazing afterwards. I am looking to make this a routine. It goes without saying that the more hyeginic you are (without being a primadona) the more likely people will want to talk to you/be around you. Regardless of who they are. Signal that you are a quality guy by looking like a quality guy. No one in real life believes me that sunlight and cold water are the best things for your skin and hair. They always tell me that’s bad for you yada yada. But then those same people give me compliments minutes before saying my hair and skin look amazing so take it what you will.
For those that need it: General Social Skills for any situation.
These are some basic tips. I work in sales and have talked my way into a few cool situations. Maybe I’ll share someday.
-Find a speaking style that fits you. This can only be found faster by talking with more people. Pay attention to how fast and loud you are speaking. Avoid uhs or ums. If you need to think, then be silent for a moment. Say things that you mean. I personally do not feel the need to be hyper-direct 99% of the time (though you should be if the situation calls for it.) You will find your speaking style by talking with more people, young/old, guy/girl, doesn’t matter.
-Keep the attention on them. If someone asks you a question, answer it adequetly, but practice keeping the conversation on them because people LOVE to talk about themselves. They will tell you everything about them if you give them the opprotunity. This is doubly so in US cause everyone is a narcisist here. But this should be done to learn about them in an authentic manner, not in a manipulative way of info extraction. To be authentic, engage people you genuinely want to talk to on topics you genuinely want to talk about.
-Have normal body language. So few people actually do this. They cross their ankles, lean on things, don’t make good eye-contact or are on their phone. The biggest and best thing you can do with someone is never have your phone out when you talk to them. They WILL notice. Present your attention in a non-verbal, and clear way to them and they will pick up on it. If you’re a naturally dominant guy this will look different from a guy who is not naturally dominant. Find a body language style that gives you confidence.
A lot of this is finding a way of self-presentation that makes you comfortable in your own skin to have and direct conversations you want to have. When I am working out hard and am more muscly, I naturally take a more dominant position in interactions and people respond well because I still apply the above. Lately, I have lost weight because i have a lot of work that needs doing, but I can still direct conversations because I am aware of my presentation and can adjust styles to still communicate with the same people. So experiment. There is nothing fancy about any of this and these can be applied anywhere.
Hope this helps!
Yes definitely 2 podcasts!
I think 1 podcast per week is fine, and 1 podcast for every 10 days/2 weeks is even better.
You just need time to think and refill your well in order to make podcasts that are worth re-listening to + everlasting.
Hi Vic,
How have you been training lately?
I think you’ve mentionned in one of your podcasts that you’re not training has hard as before these days.
Are you training in a more healthy way with more stretching/mobility routines and joint friendly exercices variations?
Great podcast as always.
Thanks.
Victor,
I am also curious how you are training and how high protein and fat affects training. With carbs, you can load up and then launch a war on the weights, be it simple or complex carbs. Maybe I am not far enough along the no-carb way to feel intense workout energy with it.
Are there rep ranges that you suggest for the new fuel we have in our body?
Do isolation and compound exercises work differently in any way such as volume or strength focus?
How to time workouts under this type of diet for building muscle, cutting, maintaining WITHOUT stifiling energy for the rest of the day?
Any joint differences since on this diet?
How does one KILL IT in the gym on this diet, is it the same as before or should the focus and techniques be changed?
A lot of us have eaten carbs our whole life, so working out the nuances can save a lot of trouble.
Thanks
Victor,
I will keep saying it until it is not true: These podcasts get literally better and better each time. I look forward to Thursdays all week for you to drop some truth bombs on all of us. I greatly appreciate your work!!
If I could see one thing from you in the next few months (or even the next year) it would be a monk-mode product. I view it as a natural continuation of 30DOD. Please make this happen. I will gladly pay for such a book/product/course.
I am still going strong on no-self abuse Novemeber, which looks like it is now on it’s final day at the time of this writing. I will be continuing this as long as I can. Everyday I feel completely in flow and am doing such deep and focused work I don’t know how I did it all before. For those that have made it this far, this is just the beginning. Specifically with abstaining from self-abuse, the healing process of your mind and body is just now starting. 30 days was the initiation that your being is making changes. The real changes will continue to come over the course of a year and beyond. I made it 90 days before and I will make it there again this time, and then farther after that. The key, for me, is to have things to do. When you are busy, in the gym, eating all meat, embracing the cold of nature and cold showers/ice baths, and have THINGS TO DO, you do not have time or energy to want to abuse yourself. The key is to lock on to your mission and make a warpath towards it. Understand that the desire for distraction of social media, video games, movies, internet browsing, porn, and all these other things, come from you not having a predetermined answer of how you are going to spend your time. Have something you need to do so you can say NO to the things that pull you away. If you do not have a mission, GREAT, your mission is to find a mission. How do you do this? Follow 30DOD, and engage in deep vizualization of where you are going with your life. Go work walks (especially in the cold.), hit the gym, HARD, read a few books that sound interesting. And, my no.1 tip KEEP A JOURNAL. Write everyday about whatever your mind wants to. Recount your day, tick off accomplishments/failures, or simply use your imagination to think and write about whatever you want. You will be able to see yourself in the pages and make the connections you need to after a while. Then you will have a new skill that you can apply to your life. At that point you may not need the journal, but you will have the journal still with you so you can take that time in the future should you need to realign or recreate your direction.
In December, for two weeks, I am aiming to do an impulse control experiment. Work will have slowed down then so I’ll be in a better position to do so. I will go to work, workout, eat healthy meat and fat, write, and read books that I am curious about. Other than that, my only activity is going to be walks in nature, in the cold, with not smartphone. Everything else will be outlawed for that time. I will also be applying appropriate techniques from Victor’s dopamine-fast article. I will comment when I am done with this, but I imagine this too will help those who need to contruct their mission.
I wanted to share this article since it is related to the content of this podcast episode. Many of you may recognize it from a long while back from a once great blog artist who has lost their way. It talks about the great men of history who refused to get married, CHOSE to be celibate. (Not involentary celibate; big difference.) Normal people do not understand why a person would do such a thing as not through their gentials around and not get married, this dives into that.

Victor, I would love to see a second podcast a week but only if the quality does not suffer. I do not think it would because your work ethic is made of steel, but that is the condition that I’d like to see a second podcast with. Another commenter said that the long-form podcasts take time to digest and think of good responses/questions. I completely agree with that. I love the long-form, and I personally need time to think things through before I spout of responses. I hope the podcasts stay long and people keep asking good questions. The Q&A style is great and I appreciate the well-prepared answers you give us. Perhaps, if a second podcast WAS to be added, you make it about a certain topic? I do not know what the topic would be, but something related to the B&D-sphere where you deep-dive on a particular subject and it is mainly educational and no Q&A. It could be about books you’ve read, travelling stories you have, topics you think are pertinant, nuances of the B&D/Pride mindest, content showcases of your ideas etc. and launched on a Sunday/Monday or something. In my mind that would add variety and also give people time to think of good questions for the Thursday show.
Some questions:
-When is caffeine use appropriate? I love the taste of coffee and tea and I love the Red Supp. Coffee line. Lately, with work as hectic as it is, I have intentionally abusing it to get a temporary edge. (Emphasis on temporary, I have done caffeine fasts before and will do so after these next few weeks are done as a part of my impuslce control experiment.) Are there certain conditions that you encounter that signal it’s time to bust out the coffee?
-When will Red Focus be available again? I wanted to pick up the work and play bundle the other day but it looks like it’s out. I have not tried Focus or Monkey yet and am curious for suggestions of optimal applications of them.
-Will Full Color Shogun ever be a thing? I remember it being mentioned on the Godcast. I loved the Godcast and specifically remember some times you had me laughing out loud from how you answered some questions. I thought you had great content on that show. I did enjoy New World Ronin, though if I’m hoenst, 30DOD and BOAS are your top books. (I have not read Spartan Entrepreneur Blog Artist B&D vol 3 but intend to soon.)
And one final question:
-I’ve noticed that you have become more Zen over the years. Do you think this a natural thing that happens when you make it? The earlier Vic was VICIOUS. I feel like you have kept the intensity and it is in a different form that is more directed and deliberate, rather than charging into your work and putting a shotgun down the throat of your objective. Don’t get me wrong, your stuff is the best it has ever been right now, it’s just a difference I noticed. How does one keep the intensity as they progressively and steadily make it? Do you need to keep yourself just from the goal to induce a hunger for accomplishment? How does the maculine intensity change? I have noticed that other content creators I follow seem to have lost that edge that initially defined them, but have not lost it. I would appreciate an elaboration on this.
One final comment:
This podcast episode could be taken as discouraging to some people because of some of the ways of the world. Do not be discourage. Take the awareness of where the world is going as a call to action. We have time to make ourselves strong, capable, and resourceful. Say no to the poisons of the modern world and make yourselves ready. Things will get worse in the future, but if you sweat and bleed now you will be ready for when it does. Victory is a mindset, consider yourself now as a victor and make yourself a leader for when life calls you readers to step up. You can say its hopeless, or you can carve a way through the darkness and be an example. Everyday you choose to slack is a day you lose ground. Know that there are still sane and good people in the world, just like you, and you do them a diservice by not bringing the heat EVERY DAY. Every step you take towards discipline, building, and self-control is a step you make to reclaim your spirit, mind, and body which have been poisoned from your birth. The way of the victor can be just as lonely as the loser, the difference is the victor eventually leads and sets the example, the loser accepts the circumstances as outiside his control. Once you master the internal war, you will be able to bring that to the external world, and you’ll find when you reach that state, the external war is easier.
DO NOT LOSE HOPE. DO NOT LOSE VISION OF YOUR DREAMS. If you are willing to imagine a gun to your head and PUSH yourself with the work you need to do towards freedom, then you WILL get there and you’ll show others along the way. B&D readers, these next few years are YOUR time. And every SECOND you choose to work toward that is a second you actualize your spirit.
Vic,
You’re a fucking guru!
Love the recent turn to Vedic philosphy.
Would love a second podcast a week.
Keep killing it for us all!
-Nikhil
Hey Vic.
Two questions:
1. I’ve heard you repeatedly say that American girls are masculine (or act like men). can you elaborate on what you mean by this with some specific attributes or examples? I’ve found that American women come in two types. Those who are extremely selfish, materialistic, and have no values (they’ll engage in one night stands, do drugs, etc.). The other type are what I call “good girls” - they are giving, caring, don’t drink, don’t smoke, don’t do drugs, and don’t sleep around. They don’t go to clubs or bars either. Many of them attend church regularly or bible studies. I am having trouble seeing how the second type are masculine. I know a LOT of girls like this in the States. But one won’t find them in bars or clubs.
2. It’s obvious you work a lot and you find joy in your work. But what do you do when you’re not working? in other words, getting a lot of work done in “monk mode” for 6 months puts you way ahead of the curve … but what is all that for? Meaning, what does it free you up to do for fun? Now that you’re not sleeping with girls or chasing them, what do you do for fun and joy ASIDE from work?
Regarding your idea to create a course about “monk mode” and related issues, yes, PLEASE DO IT! I’m in and I think it could be your best seller because it’s remarkable. No one else is doing this. I prefer a video course and think that would do the best.
Thanks!
Hi Victor-
The source of all my problems-irritability, constipation, muscle tightness, lack of motivation, etc-is now obvious.
I have adrenal fatigue/insuffiency.
This is a problem that many have today. How can we fix adrenal insufficiency? Adrenals need vitamin C, vitamins B, etc, but not sure if just eating adrenal is way to go.
Thanks.
Second, how does one transition from vegetarian (dairy) diet to meat diet without problems and with the proper digestive ability? Full fat cream gives me stomachaches.
Thank you
Peitan Zhou
Why to stay Monk-mode all year long?
If the purposse of have Wealth and a Good Phsysique is primary to get a Top laid and afford a great living (that include one of our main neccesity, sex), at least this is the honest reason for the mayoirity of Us that read this blog.

Will you make an all natural anti anxiety/cortisol lowering supplement in the future?
Best thing is KSM-66 ashwagandha.

What are the 10 best books that you have read this year?
Hey victor man I love your podcasts your a beacon of hope to me I’m in a real tough spot in my life right now. Would you be able to do 2 podcasts per week. Say Monday as well as Thursday..
Really appreciate what you’re doing I’ve read your 30 days of discipline as well as new world Ronin. And am trying to implement a lot of it.
How can a man feel content and in bliss no matter where he is, whether he is in a palace or a prison cell?
That’s an awesome question, I’m curious as well.
This is a serious question.
How to get rid of “B&D addiction”?
Or, in another word, how can a young reader learn cool stuff from you without losing himself and becoming a Victor Pride wanna-be?
Victor,
Have you ever heard of Red Light Therapy?
We know that prolonged blue light exposure is bad for us, which is why f.lux is helpful and being away from screens is healthy. I have done some surface level research into it and seen a few buzzword good things to come from it, but I’m curious if you’ve heard anything about it or tried it.
I have a red light-bulb in the lamp by my bed. It’s the only light I have on while I read before sleep. I know when it’s been a busy day I like laying in my room with just that light on.
Also, in response to the jaw question in the podcast, have you ever heard of Mike Mew? He has a lot of research into facial development and how it pertains to diet. A basic point of his is that tougher foods (like steak) help develop a beautiful face, particularly in youth, because of the effort required to chew and swallow the food. He has noted that modern diets contain a lot of “soft” foods from all over the world; rice, potatoes, fruit, veggies, sweets etc. and that has led to an increase in people lacking proper facial development for airways and mouth-crowding (when you can’t find a proper place to put your tongue when your mouth is closed.)
He recommends healthy face posture; keeping your eyes on the horizon, tongue spread on the roof of your mouth with teeth touching (not clenching.) and breathing through your nose. For swallowing, he recommends that the tongue is very powerful in facial development and that failing to have this proper mouth posture results in recessed chins and lack of jaw development. If you look at pictures of some actors, you can see their jaw muscles flexed with their mouths closed, which is what happens when you have this proper posture. I have seen some changes in my face over the last two years since I started doing this (it honestly doesn’t cost anything to do, just don’t be a mouth breather.) Not significant changes, but enough for me to notice. People from a few years ago have even commented that my face has changed.
I’d be curious on what you have to say on it. He has a lot of stuff on youtube. I think it is relevant to the discussions you’ve been having on the carnivore diet.
How can you get rid of social anxiety without drugs? Even just being in a busy city makes me extremely anxious, this can’t be normal?
Hey Unc, question for the next podcast.
Do you have a perspective on developing or ‘coaching’ a woman to think & connduct herself in a way that you find acceptable?
Thanks brother.
For any of you struggling with this no fab like I am WATCH THIS VEDIO through till the end. It has famous boxers, Mike Tyson, ect, philosophers, inventors quotes on sex and masturbation hell it even has ted bundy the serial killer in a interview ADMIT that most if not ALL sick, deranged, degenerate fucks in jail for violent crimes ALL have a HUGE obsession with pornography.
Everything victor said is truth. This is your warning.

Hey Vic, I really appreciate your videos because they really make me think. However, after studying the red pill, I have come to realize that a man’s sexual market value peaks around 35 to 40 years old. Therefore, until then, it seems advisable for a man to have less committed relationships with women in order to enjoy emotional and sexual connection with out any kind of commitment. Also, if you have sex and you abstain from ejaculation, I find that it leaves you feeling strong and motivated to go out and attack. Therefore, I am quite confused by your long-term monk mode unless to get a woman pregnant. You can still build sexual energy while having sex as long as you abstain from ejaculation and circulate your energy. Also, you should make more content about starting our own communities because that is going to be the future and the strongest way to create our own reality despite with the evil elite are trying to do. The solution is a sort of modern tribalism…More on this please. I feel like we are all HUNGRY for this kind of information.
We already have modern white tribes and they are called: Democrats, Liberals, Conservatives, Socialists, Lutheran Catholics, Protestants, Pagans and so forth. Add to these the classes and petty rivalries between communities and you have a toxic mix of White tribalism.
White tribalism is not the solution to the anti-white agenda, its actually what the elites want (Divide & Conquer).
What us white people need to do is to unite and not to separate even further.
We need NATIONALISM NOT TRIBALISM.

VIC,
I would stick to 1 pod cast a week 2 is to much of a good thing.
You can always increase the amount of time in the pod cast say to 2 hours may be 2.5 max.
Vic, great pod. What are your thoughts on “man-scaping “? That is, men trimming or shaving body hair?
Hi Victor ,
1.) Do you recommend using gas or charcoal grill for meats such as chicken?
2.) How to deal with family members being nosy and giving bad advice specifically Asian family living in America ?
What is your opinion on hunting for meat such as deer and bucks ?
Victor,
I’ve read that 1 out of 3 americans will be diagnosed with cancer. What is the cause of cancer? Is the government/illuminati behind this? Is there a cure that we are not being told? Cancer has me worried.
Sincerely,
Kevin
Vic, how do we prepare for the upcoming economic collapse? I’m not fearing it or anything, I just want to know the real steps we can take. For example, if LA’s power gets shut down for 5 hours there will be riots looting etc
I listened to this whilst watching some swinger DIY porn and also organizing a random girl to come over and fuck me.
Something is wrong.
Is there any way to reverse hair loss naturally?
Hi Victor, how are you doing?
Here are my questions for the new podcast
1. Do you still have the same positve thoughts on Ostarine? Currently SARMS are everywhere in my country and I am thinking of giving it try. People recommend combining it with Ligandrol, have you heard of it ? any thoughts? How to eat for clean gain while tacking ostarine/sarms?
2. You have said Think and Grow Rich has changed your life, how exactly? Which principles made the biggest impact on you?
Vic, several years ago I heard on one of your podcasts you had an intern.
I’m curious - what did the intern do exactly? how many hours a day did she/he work with you?
were they nearby or were they virtual.
I’d like to learn about this as I may want to get one myself for my online business. But need details including things to watch out for since you did it already (pros and cons and mistakes not to make).
thanks!
How did you market your blog in the first 6 months to a year? Did you do any kind of marketing, pay for any SEO services, promote it on forums, or otherwise advertise it in any way? Or did people just find your blog organically? I have just started in the last 6 months and don’t see any appreciable traffic to my blog.
The answer is fully explained in this article: https://boldanddeterminedarchive.com/blog-marketing/
Hello Victor.
What is the best benefit you received from chucking your junk at the beginning of your breakthrough into the blogging world?
I am in the middle of the KonMari method and I can tell its changing my life for the better.
Uncle Vic, thank you for all the knowledge you share with us, the blog has changed my life and Iam a better man, stronger both physically and mentally, Im 24, have a gf but I already told her Im not getting married and she’s ok with it, Im studying my law degree and its almost finished, Iam a lender too and have accumulated so far $5000 from the business. Now I know $5k is not that much but Im bringing more and more customers to the business to raise profits, the goal is freedom!, My questions are: how would you invest that cash? What advice would you give me and others who are in the same situation? Thanks!
Hi Victor,
With the recent news about security breaches (LinkedIn, Equifax, Quora…etc.) What’s the best way to secure your blog and make sure there aren’t any unauthorized accesses?
On John Does podcast he said that he doesn’t think the carnivore diet is ideal long term. But he said that he got diabetes from eating loads of carbs to get big. He also recommended yoga and busting a nut for stress relief. Said how not busting nuts makes men angry and frustrated. What are your views on this?
How did you find out about the carnivore diet, and what made you interested in it? And are you 100% certain it is the optimal way of eating for humans?
What are your views on Owsley Stanley? He ate only meat for most of his life and said that carbohydrates are poisons.
How can we keep our wealth secure? How safe is our money in banks, and should we be investing in physical assets such as real estate and gold?
Hey Vic any thoughts on asthma and some cure for it? I found out that I had asthma 4 years ago when I had an asthmatic attack and since then I’m on some inhalers and pills to cure it. It’s been very annoying and it slows me down sometimes. As I’ve searched the web, it seems that there is still no cure for it and no particular reason found about it’s causes. I believe there is some kind of natural cure but every time I stop taking my meds it hits me harder. I know that you are into the carnivore diet, but at this moment I don’t have the luxury to follow it (I’m in the Greek army). Any other possible solution?
How can someone ask the right questions to reach the truth?
I’d love for you to do a second weekly podcast Vic!
