Stan asks… (3:26)
How can a man become truly free in this world; physically, mentally, financially…? How can a man feel content and in bliss no matter where he is, whether he is in a palace or a prison cell?
Graham says… (7:15)
Victor, I will keep saying it until it is not true: These podcasts get literally better and better each time. I look forward to Thursdays all week for you to drop some truth bombs on all of us. I greatly appreciate your work!!
If I could see one thing from you in the next few months (or even the next year) it would be a monk-mode product. I view it as a natural continuation of 30 Days Of Discipline. Please make this happen. I will gladly pay for such a book/product/course.
I am still going strong on no-self abuse November, which looks like it is now on it’s final day at the time of this writing. I will be continuing this as long as I can. Everyday I feel completely in flow and am doing such deep and focused work I don’t know how I did it all before. For those that have made it this far, this is just the beginning. Specifically with abstaining from self-abuse, the healing process of your mind and body is just now starting. 30 days was the initiation that your being is making changes. The real changes will continue to come over the course of a year and beyond. I made it 90 days before and I will make it there again this time, and then farther after that. The key, for me, is to have things to do. When you are busy, in the gym, eating all meat, embracing the cold of nature and cold showers/ice baths, and have THINGS TO DO, you do not have time or energy to want to abuse yourself. The key is to lock on to your mission and make a warpath towards it. Understand that the desire for distraction of social media, video games, movies, internet browsing, porn, and all these other things, come from you not having a predetermined answer of how you are going to spend your time. Have something you need to do so you can say NO to the things that pull you away. If you do not have a mission, GREAT, your mission is to find a mission. How do you do this? Follow 30DOD, and engage in deep visualization of where you are going with your life. Go work walks (especially in the cold.), hit the gym, HARD, read a few books that sound interesting. And, my no.1 tip KEEP A JOURNAL. Write everyday about whatever your mind wants to. Recount your day, tick off accomplishments/failures, or simply use your imagination to think and write about whatever you want. You will be able to see yourself in the pages and make the connections you need to after a while. Then you will have a new skill that you can apply to your life. At that point you may not need the journal, but you will have the journal still with you so you can take that time in the future should you need to realign or recreate your direction.
-When is caffeine use appropriate? I love the taste of coffee and tea and I love the Red Supplements Coffee line. Lately, with work as hectic as it is, I have intentionally abusing it to get a temporary edge. (Emphasis on temporary, I have done caffeine fasts before and will do so after these next few weeks are done as a part of my impulse control experiment.) Are there certain conditions that you encounter that signal it’s time to bust out the coffee?
(8:55) -When will Red Focus be available again? I wanted to pick up the work and play bundle the other day but it looks like it’s out. I have not tried Focus or Monkey yet and am curious for suggestions of optimal applications of them. And one final question: -I’ve noticed that you have become more Zen over the years. Do you think this a natural thing that happens when you make it? The earlier Vic was VICIOUS. I feel like you have kept the intensity and it is in a different form that is more directed and deliberate, rather than charging into your work and putting a shotgun down the throat of your objective. Don’t get me wrong, your stuff is the best it has ever been right now, it’s just a difference I noticed. How does one keep the intensity as they progressively and steadily make it? Do you need to keep yourself just from the goal to induce a hunger for accomplishment? How does the masculine intensity change? I have noticed that other content creators I follow seem to have lost that edge that initially defined them, but you have not lost it. I would appreciate an elaboration on this.
Michael asks… (12:04)
What was the biggest change you experienced within yourself during November?
Stan also asks… (13:42)
What is the reality of bodybuilding? How big and muscular can a man really get naturally? Is it a worthwhile pursuit to aim to become as huge and jacked as you possibly can, or is it more important to focus on health and longevity, while being strong and fit?
To learn the stone cold reality of bodybuilding, read John Doe Bodybuilding.
Julien asks… (17:17)
How have you been training lately? I think you’ve mentioned in one of your podcasts that you’re not training has hard as before these days. Are you training in a more healthy way with more stretching/mobility routines and joint friendly exercises variations?
Joseph asks… (19:10)
Have you read a book called “The Multi Orgasmic Man”. It is based on Taoism and discusses the value of never or rarely ejaculating. However, in the book they teach how a man can have sex but having non ejaculatory orgasms that doesn’t release your vital energy. In fact, they say that it transmutates the energy around the body. Any views on this?
Jack asks… (19:51)
Hey Vic, do you have an idea how to completely recover from PTSD? Had a cold and went to the gym which lead to a myocarditis. After my heart recovered, I noticed I was in constant fight and flight mode, was unable to talk to people, depressed and isolated myself (thought it was still due to the myocarditis) but three months ago a therapist diagnosed PTSD.
Don’t take any medicine and occasionally have ONE drink. Since having quit porn about two years ago I completely lost the desire to drink, smoke weed and party and do other degenerate stuff, so i quit (also social media). I eat a pretty balanced and clean diet (made of chicken, beef, pure fruit juice, oats, rice, pasta, etc.). I don’t eat fast food, pork, milk and products made of sugar (occasionally use brown sugar to sweeten), also I don’t use supplements expect creatine when I’m bulking up.
I can feel like my chest is blocked so I can’t breathe properly, It’s like I’m depressed and in a bad mood (even though I never was depressed my entire life). I’m 19 btw.
R.H. asks… (23:23)
This is a serious question. How to get rid of “B&D; addiction”? Or, in another word, how can a young reader learn cool stuff from you without losing himself and becoming a Victor Pride wanna-be?
The formula for success is always the same, regardless of who the teacher is. Learn the lessons, apply them, go your own way, and on the return teach the lessons to the next generation.
Leo asks… (25:21)
Hi Vic, I am 21, and every friend I once had is either partying in college, selling drugs, or flexing drug money on social media. Needless to say, these guys have little to no respect for me, because I quit all the drugs, and refuse to live a degenerate life thanks to B&D.; Where should I look for social interaction. I am a web developer (programmer) so I want to look into hobbies like hunting, fishing and outdoors skills.
Dan asks… (25:45)
What is your opinion on hunting for meat such as deer and bucks ?
Brad asks… (27:06)
Vic, I’ve been looking forward to Thursdays every week. Your content really has been the best I’ve ever seen lately. Even though we live in the darkest and most degenerate times in human history, as of late (maybe due to the carnivore diet) I have felt a hopeful and positive energy from your podcasts. The trap is for us to be nihilistic and to keep to ourselves. Americans are so nihilistic lately. Maybe we have reason to be. This is not so prevalent amongst Mexicans and Chinamen that I have seen in the US. Can you talk more about this nihilism that is so prevalent in American society? I think avoiding it all costs is very important, because the end result of all this nihilism is just to say fuck it, do drugs, have random sex, and masturbate.
Robert V asks… (29:36)
Love your podcast. It gets better and better each week. I have some advice to ask for a tricky situation. Like yourself, I found myself drawn to Thailand, a country that I’ve lived on and off in for the last three years. I met a nice girl there, however, I developed one-itis pretty quick and three years later, we are still in a relationship. There are many good aspects to being with a Thai woman as I’m sure you probably know. Unfortunately though, I feel like I’m missing out on something because she is not fluent in English and I’m not fluent in Thai.
To complicate matters, my girl is now pregnant. I want to take care of my child but everyone keeps telling me my life is over, particularly my friends who don't ever want kids, which makes it hard to feel happy about this news. Furthermore, people online frequently scoff and look down on Thai-falang relationships because you can’t really talk deeply or intellectually with these women; they seem to be more feminine and concerned with their traditional feminine roles instead of caring about politics or philosophy or stuff like that.
Can this situation ever work out? I know you advise having a child with a woman of the same race but that’s not an option for me now. Am I screwed to a life of misery by staying with a Thai woman? Does my child have any hope for a good future? What would your advice be? To be a man, stay with my woman, and be there for my kid?
Steve asks… (33:05)
Victor, you mentioned grilling your steak and eating it outdoors. Do you use charcoal to grill, and do you believe charcoal usage has negative long-term effects?
Jacob asks… (33:31)
Hi, Jacob here. In my 50s post-divorce and trying to build myself up again. All your points on modern women, life, are very much on point, thx for your work.
1) How do we deal with autoimmune issues?
2) For movies-Watch They Live starring Roddy Piper. You will never watch another TV show ever again and you can never go back to your former reality. Forget eyes wide shut, the matrix, and others. This is THE red pill. There’s a superficial message and a very very deep message hidden in the movie. And yes JQ addressed.
3) Do you ever feel cold and depressed during winter, and how does one resolve?
Alex asks… (35:56)
How long does it take for good content to rank high in Google and begin driving traffic to your site?
Jason asks… (37:32)
Vic what about magic mushrooms as a tool? Not to be abused as a drug. Found naturally and out here in nature by our creator. I found the experience I have had with these have opened my eyes to the false world around me more than anything. Talking about spending time in the mountains, I can imagine some deep commune with nature with that.
And I’m sure early man has had the same experiences with it. Just curious your thoughts good or bad! John Hopkins has been studying them for use on depression now.
Z asks… (39:26)
Hi Vic, How specifically did you build traffic to your site in the early days, the first few months up to the first year? Did you just write articles and people eventually found it, or did you pay for SEO, do marketing, etc.
Also, what region of the US are you in right now? Northeast, Southwest, etc. What are your favorite and least favorite parts about spending time in this area?
Roberto asks… (41:21)
Why to stay Monk-mode all year long? If the purpose of have Wealth and a Good Physique is primary to get a Top laid and afford a great living (that include one of our main necessity, sex), at least this is the honest reason for the majority of us that read this blog.
What valuable thing is not earned through sacrifice, commitment and struggle?
Maximillian asks… (44:44)
Hey Vic, I really appreciate your videos because they really make me think. However, after studying the red pill, I have come to realize that a man’s sexual market value peaks around 35 to 40 years old. Therefore, until then, it seems advisable for a man to have less committed relationships with women in order to enjoy emotional and sexual connection with out any kind of commitment.
Without commitment you do not have connection, you have nothing but distance.
Also, if you have sex and you abstain from ejaculation, I find that it leaves you feeling strong and motivated to go out and attack. Therefore, I am quite confused by your long-term monk mode unless to get a woman pregnant. You can still build sexual energy while having sex as long as you abstain from ejaculation and circulate your energy.
(48:25) Also, you should make more content about starting our own communities because that is going to be the future and the strongest way to create our own reality despite with the evil elite are trying to do. The solution is a sort of modern tribalism…More on this please. I feel like we are all HUNGRY for this kind of information.

R.H. asks… (50:18)
A lot of highly successful men owed their success in life to the education they received from their mothers. Do you think they’re telling the truth, or is it just a tactic to make their memoirs and autobiographies more (female-) reader-friendly?
(53:05) What is the difference between the education we received from our mothers and that from our fathers? Given that you don’t read books written by female writers, do you think a man can learn anything important from his mother? or from women in general?
Alexus asks… (54:53)
Hi Vic, Look I’m down in Mexico trying to figure out whether I should run for president or not, what’s wrong with that? What I want to talk about is why do I have to go to Mexico to get away from surveillance… why’s there no one left in my country that’s interested in freedom? I spend less than 6 months a year in the continental United States of America… I have 1000+ gallons of potable water out here and a silo full of tortillas (for sustenance). It’s hard out here being a one man army off the grid. Any advice is appreciated.
T asks… (57:13)
Out of curiosity, is there a reason why you don’t offer your books and/or supplements on Amazon?
Joseph asks… (59:08)
Will you make an all natural anti anxiety/cortisol lowering supplement in the future?
Tobias asks… (59:36)
Hi Victor, excellent podcast. Love listening to it on a plane, allowing myself to focus on the message and gain a new perspective immediately upon landing. 2 Questions:
– I’m reading a book on body language and have read about pacifying behavior. I have noticed that I do a lot of it in social situations, especially around new people. For example, I will frequently adjust my hair, shirt, scratch my arm, hold on to things. I’ve also noticed a relative of mine has a very extreme case of this and can’t sit still at all like a little kid with ADHD – it is very annoying. How can I be more calm physically in social situations?
(1:00:52) – After a former friend of mine stabbed me in the back in a business deal I’ve realized that he has multiple personality disorders. I’ve known the guy for years and didn’t see it coming. After you mentioned psychopaths having thin lips I noticed that he has a thin upper lip, but I am looking for more signs to spot these issues apart from lips and eyes. Is there a universal rule that can be followed vs learning about all the different conditions individually?

The Orthodox asks… (1:01:47)
Vic, Could you shed light on your aesthetic approach to your blog; colour schemes, artwork, choice of photos etc?
Karl asks… (1:02:37)
Amazing stuff and thanks for answering our questions, Vic. Strongly support the idea of a second podcast. You know, I’m not actually a bodybuilder (I do calisthenics) but I make sure to buy one of your products or affiliate links each month just to support you (and would gladly fund a Patreon if you decide to make one for the podcast). You have no idea how much more valuable these podcasts are compared to 95% of online content that bloggers charge hundreds of dollars for (like that fraud Ramit lol). For the next podcast,
1) The greats all said masturbation and sex = vital loss, which is bad. Totally on board. Newton, Copernicus, Jesus, Sivananda, Saint Francis, Confucius, Tesla, etc. In fact, the more I learn, the more I feel these men were totally, totally right. There is only one difference between my beliefs and theirs now. Meat eating. Legendary poets George Bernard Shaw and Emerson and Thoreau and others firmly opposed meat eating, so as did 99% of saints. What gives? Did these men have access to high quality dairy, fruits, and veggies destroyed by Monsanto-esque farming practices? Is our digestion worse than that of our forefathers? I’m so confused. How could these great men, who are so right about basically everything, have an opinion that when followed today, makes us incredibly sick?
(1:07:35) Does meat and animal product eating make one lusty/high libido? Saints say this, but many folks have remarked that carnivore-style diet gives them MORE mental control and MORE ability to control lust and other addictions/urges.
(1:09:28) Have you noticed that rich food becomes more and more unappealing as you advance toward the “divine life”? Too much sugar, too much salt, too much sourness, too much spice make me sick. I actually enjoy my food basically plain at this point.
(1:10:05) Is circumcision pushed by the elites? All baby boys get it in America. It’s barbaric, causes psychological damage, and needs to be banned IMO.
5) I’ll say it again-I followed B&D; for many years but was kinda “meh” about some of your messages. These days? Almost every word that comes out of your mouth is gold. Even if you don’t make other products, I’ll rebuy products month after month just to support you and your material needs. Amen brother, Karl

Hey Vic, Is it true that they say the greatest success is making women angry, at least once in your lifetime, if so what are the ways we can get maximum out of them (even your mother)?
Do the people who eat carbohydrate do stupid things and get arrested ?
Otavio asks… (1:11:51)
– Sex removes your energy, you say, because of the ejaculation. What about having sex without the focus on orgasm/ejaculation? What about having sex for intimacy and pleasure with someone you want to live your life with?
– You mentioned in the previous podcast something very interesting: blessing our food. Why is that a good thing? And how do we go about doing that? I was very curious about that.
Lupebogi asks… (1:03:05)
Uncle Vic, I know that you function best on no carbs carnivore diet, that’s clear… but there are people including me that can’t afford to eat only grass-fed beef and free range chicken eggs. So if we are to eat certain carbs, what types of food would you recommend? My guess would be only rice and/or potatoes, but maybe it would be a smart move to stay away from vegetables that grow in the ground as they often contain starch.
All carbs are exactly the same: glucose. Some carbs are more toxic than others. Stay away from soy, wheat, vegetable oils, and all processed foods.
Chuck Freeman says…
rice/potato, bad idea…. those are powerful high glycemic carbs, those things are empty calories anyway …. Just replace them with saturated fat instead. Big coconut oil buckets from Costco are great. Focus of fatty meat that other people don’t like. Try to get beef tallow. Saturated fat is very satiating and contain 3 time more calories than carbs per gram. It will do the job. Basically you make an hybrid between Carnivore and Keto diet, that what I do.
I went to see my favorite grass feed beef farmer to buy my usual 1/2 beef, and I told him, I’m on a high fat diet, give me all the fat, give me the fat the your other customers don't want… I got a big bag, garbage bag size, full of healthy organic grass feed beef fat… I use it with everything I eat… its amazing.
Zhang Peitan Zhou asks… (1:16:21)
Hi Victor- The source of all my problems-irritability, constipation, muscle tightness, lack of motivation, etc-is now obvious. I have adrenal fatigue/insuffiency. This is a problem that many have today. How can we fix adrenal insufficiency? Adrenals need vitamin C, vitamins B, etc, but not sure if just eating adrenal is way to go. Thanks.
Second, how does one transition from vegetarian (dairy) diet to meat diet without problems and with the proper digestive ability? Full fat cream gives me stomachaches.
Bart asks… (1:18:23)
Hey Vic.Two questions:
1. I’ve heard you repeatedly say that American girls are masculine (or act like men). can you elaborate on what you mean by this with some specific attributes or examples? I’ve found that American women come in two types. Those who are extremely selfish, materialistic, and have no values (they’ll engage in one night stands, do drugs, etc.). The other type are what I call “good girls” – they are giving, caring, don’t drink, don’t smoke, don’t do drugs, and don’t sleep around. They don’t go to clubs or bars either. Many of them attend church regularly or bible studies. I am having trouble seeing how the second type are masculine. I know a LOT of girls like this in the States. But one won’t find them in bars or clubs.
Females as sexual aggressors, career women etc.
I can swear, I can joke
I say what's on my mind
If I drink, if I smoke
I keep up with the guys
And you see me holding up my middle finger to the world
Fuck your ribbons and your pearls
‘Cause I'm not just a pretty girl”
~ Maggie Lindeman(1:21:46) It’s obvious you work a lot and you find joy in your work. But what do you do when you’re not working? in other words, getting a lot of work done in “monk mode” for 6 months puts you way ahead of the curve … but what is all that for? Meaning, what does it free you up to do for fun? Now that you’re not sleeping with girls or chasing them, what do you do for fun and joy ASIDE from work?
Regarding your idea to create a course about “monk mode” and related issues, yes, PLEASE DO IT! I’m in and I think it could be your best seller because it’s remarkable. No one else is doing this. I prefer a video course and think that would do the best.
BZ Dog asks… (1:23:04)
Would you *only* consider starting a family with a woman who is asexual/celibate, or would you be open to finding a woman that would need you to compromise monk mode to fulfill her sexual desires?
*BONUS*: As you mentioned, women are the yin to our yang. Therefore, even though your are asexual, would it stand to reason that a woman who *needs* you sexually would in fact be the ideal match, even though you have no need for it?

Anonymous asks… (1:26:39)
I’m 31 and have been pondering the best way to start a family in the modern age. I’m not stupid enough to give any female even the slightest sliver of control over my life, so I’ve been considering surrogacy as an alternative to the traditional 2-parent model.
I recognize this is not viable for poor people, but I’ve achieved significant success so far and this is within my budget. I’m entertaining the idea of hiring a nanny to help me out, and perhaps even bringing in a long-term girlfriend after-the-fact to be a sort of mother-figure.
This way I can avoid giving a woman custody rights, or the ability to rob me blind. The cost per child is between $50,000-$100,000, depending on whether you go to Mexico for your surrogate or stay in the States. Even if you use a Mexican woman to carry the baby to save a few bucks, the other side of the genetics is entirely within your control.
When choosing which egg to purchase, you can pick the specific genetics you want out of a book. Aryan, Japanese, Nordic, Ashkenazi Jew, etc are all options. You can even specify which gender you want, which is an added benefit as I would strongly prefer sons.
I’d love to hear your thoughts on this idea. It’s unfortunate that Men need to think defensively these days, but I’m hoping that by the time my sons are reaching maturity, the world will have come to it’s senses and they wont have to go through the same ordeal.
Swedish Iceman asks… (1:30:09)
Regarding the meat only diet. I’ve been on what you could call extreme LCHF or ‘meat/poultry/fish centered’ diet for maybe 2 weeks now. I’m keeping track of my macros and I find it hard to pass 1,700 kcals in a day. I train on average 4 times/week (mix between weights and intense cardio).
I’m still around the same weight as when I started; 175lbs/80kg. Which makes me lean for my 6 ft, I’m pretty strong, have great cardio but I want to add on mass or at least keep what I have. It feels like I’m going to lose weight if I continue with this kcal deficit.
Any tips on how I can add more kcals to my diet while keeping carbs (and brainfog) out? Obviously increasing the meal sizes is one way but they are pretty big already (and expensive). I bet you ran in to similar problems while being on one meat meal / day. What was your daily kcal intake?

Hello Victor, I'm a huge fan of yours. I'm slightly embarrassed to send this because I don't know how you will receive it and you might find it strange. But, to get to the point, I was wondering if you were familiar with the country of serbia and what you thought about it? The reason I ask is 1-im serbian, if you couldn't already tell 2-it seems to me, practically every single thing you preach lines up with serbian national ideology. GMOs are unpopular. One of the most homogenous nations on earth in terms of religion. They are one of the tallest nation's because testosterone is still valued, etc. Divorce is frowned upon, family sacred. I'm curious to know of your opinion, good or bad, on the country. I have thick skin and promise nothing you say will offend me

What are your thoughts on love?
What does it mean to love a woman for Victor Pride? I am not talking about being obsessed with a woman, or always having sex and wasting your sexual energy. I am talking about caring about a woman deeply and being like a father-figure to her. How do you manage a relationship like that while staying true to your purpose?
Until next time.
Your man,

Hey Vic,
Have you ever tried the reverse sear method for your steaks?
Just in case you or the readers haven’t heard of it, you put the steak on a wire rack in the oven at about 250 degrees for 40-60 minutes, until the internal temp is 10-20 degrees below where you like it. Take the steak out of the oven, heat up a cast iron until its smoking hot, and sear for 1 minute on each side. No need to rest the steak using this method.
This can also be done on the grill using hotter and cooler areas or burners.
It is by far my favorite method for cooking a steak, the meat and fat is smooth and buttery but still has a nice crispy sear on the outside.
Also a bonus tip: If you salt your steaks and put them in the fridge anywhere from a few hours ahead of time to overnight, the surface will sear better and the salt will dry brine the steak.
Vic,
Ive been reading B&D since 2014. I started my website with badnet 3 years ago. I spent every penny I made off my site buying rental properties and starting other businesses. I put maximum effort into my website/blog for the past year and I witnessed amazing things happen. I gained a significant following, traffic went through the roof, and business opportunities presented themselves. So thank you for your guidance over the years. You played a major roll in this.
Because of all my entrepreneurial endeavors, I will be leaving a 11 year long career on December 28th. It was a high stress situation with one thing after another constantly happening. I’ve been entangled in a high-chaos-environment for over a decade.
I am somewhat nervous about transitioning to the next phase of my life.. I am concerned that new found level of calmness is going to be a major adjustment to adapt to. Was this ever something that you found yourself dealing with in the beginning? Do you have any advice or encountered other entrepreneurs that have gone through this?
Sergeant Pepper says
Hi Vic,
Do you think the natural state of a healthy human is to be ‘high’ all the time? Is a natural high the state that all people should be aiming for? If so, how can we achieve this?
Hey Vic,
Quick question on the carnivore diet.
Since switching over, (it’s been 4 weeks) I’ve noticed an insane amount of mental clarity, and just relatively stable energy throughout the day. However there is one problem. I primarily train in power lifting (have been lifting for 6 years so i’m not new) and i’ve noticed my energy in the gym is subpar. I seem to only have strength for the first few exercises, and then my strength rapidly diminishes. I find that anything past the 45 minute mark in terms of workout time, I simply cannot complete with full energy. I was hoping this was due to my body adjusting to the lack of carbs, but it’s been a month now. I heard that 70’s bodybuilders like Arnold would carb up on weekends as a way to combat this. What are your thoughts on this ? Does a carnivore diet reduce your overall athletic performance ? Are carbs necessary to perform at the highest level of athleticism?
Every time I’m in the gym, I hear these riculous songs where women think they are better than men and act like sluts.
I have seen multiple fat, ugly women walking around with t shirts that day “The future is Female”. This shows their complete lack of respect for the men who made their life possible. Imagine if a man walked around with a T-shirt saying “the future is male”, these women would go berserk.
It is as if men say anything mildly sexist they are looked down upon. But women say all these bad things about men and are praised for being a “strong independent woman”. Any views on this?
…men say anything mildly sexist they are looked down upon. But women say all these bad things about men and are praised for being a “strong independent woman”…
“Looked down upon” by whom? and “praised” by whom?
Praise from the degenerates is the last thing you want.
Hello Victor,
Can plastic surgery ever be justified, for example if a person looks so bad that it effects their standard of life? Is trying to look good as a man just vanity, or a sign of self-respect? I think you’ve said before that it is good to dress your best and that removing unsightly body hair is okay. What is the limit (if any) with regards to looking “good”?
Thanks.
With the recent news about security breaches (LinkedIn, Equifax, Quora…etc.) What’s the best way to secure your blog and make sure there aren’t any unauthorized accesses?
Should one “act one’s age” even when a person does not feel their age? If I missed out on my twenties due to being fed bad ideas that led to ill health and depression, am I obligated to ‘grow old gracefully’ or should I live my thirties as if they were my twenties?
The best way to learn how to hunt is to hire a guide. This can get real expensive. A good guide will know where to find game. Plus, Another aspect that people forget about is field care of your kill. If you don’t know what you’re doing, it’s easy to ruin the meat. Especially on warmer days.
As far as getting started fishing. Kayaks are the best for someone on a budget. Fishing is one of those things that can be expensive or cheap, depending on what you want to do. If you know someone that likes to hunt or fish, maybe they can teach you. Few people will take you out in the woods with a rifle, if they don’t know you. Finding a mentor in fishing will be much easier.
1. How can we use computers and the internet as a tool, rather than an escape into the virtual reality?
2. As a blog artist, how many hours per day do you spend looking at the screen? Also, when you are not working, do you spend most of your time in nature?
I can help you with the first question.
1. Uninstall all software not related to productivity on your computer
2.Uninstall and disable all apps not related to productivity on your phone
3.Log out of all accounts that are irrelevant to getting things done, primarily YouTube and Netflix.
4.Set ‘Do Not Disturb’ hours on your phone and use airplane mode whenever you can.
5.Clear your browsing history so you’re not reminded of former distractions.
6. If you’re on a laptop, unplug the charger. Now you’re on a clock and there’s no time for distractions.
Hope this helps,

I HAVE ALL THE SYMPTOMS!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The thoughts on amazon and the burning of libraries sent chills down my spine.
When I was living in the USA I would order many things off the site. Whenever I would log on, it would recommend me everything that I was interested in even if I’d never searched for them or spoke them out loud. The algorithms were reading my thoughts and eliminating the need for a part of my brain.
Spooky stuff.
I’ve been on the carnivore diet for awhile now. Once a week I have a cheat meal. The following day I pay for it. Diarrhea, bloating, I’ve even woke up the same night as consuming processed garbage and have had to run to the bathroom to vomit.
When I’m only eating meat, milk, eggs, and butter I feel amazing. Time to give up the cheat meals.
The scariest thing about modern book burning is that they don’t even have to come and get your books.
They can either delete them off your kindle devices or worse, push an update with a censored version of the book.
Please expand more on your current workout, if you can share the actual routine and exercises you do. I am in the same boat as you, since I am in my early 30s now my body feels much better avoiding weights and doing a lot of bodyweight and mobility exercises. I use gymnastics strength movements and disadvantageous leverage positions to increase difficulty instead of using volume and my workouts are just as time efficient and effective.
Hi Vic,
You said in an older article that you abstained from sex for a period of months & you hated that experiment. After your recent Nofap November you said the opposite & seemed to enjoy your abstinence/celibacy.
What do you attribute this shift to? Age? Mindset? Or other?
Non podcast question: How well does your Tom Bihn backpack hold up to the elements? Primarily rain/snow
I’ve used the Tom Bihn for 5 years, it’s as good as ever. It’s right here with me even now. It’s the best.

True freedom all starts with escaping the 9-5 rat race prison. Today was my best day I ever had with my blogging business, I made about $400 with 5 affiliate sales. I’m super pumped as I started blogging only about 5 months ago.
I truly want to thank you Vic for all that you do and for inspiring others. I was already making money doing dropshipping, however didn’t really know too much about blogging but boy is blogging the best business ever and without your blog and inspiration I probably would have never made the leap to start my own blog. So thanks again and keep on inspiring people!

Victor,
My whole life I’ve had a fear of fighting. I experience an adrenaline rush that paralyzes me and scares me shitless. I’ve never been in an actual fight, but have been close. How can I get over this fear? Should I join a boxing class? Get into a bar fight?
I feel like this fear controls me and affects me in different areas of my life. I also hate confrontation but have forced myself to deal with it like a man. Even though I no longer avoid confrontation, I feel sick to my stomach every time I have to force myself to face it.
I had a very controlling mother that I lived with until age 25 when I moved out. My dad was never around. Could this have anything to do with it?
That adrenalin dump of fear is just your fight flight instinct and it actually doubles your strength and speed.
No you should NOT get in to a bar fight. That’s the dumbest fucking thing you could do. You could end up dead, the hospital or jail where you’ll know real fear.
Take up boxing at a real boxing club with some heavy hitters and get used to eating the pain. Your confidence will skyrocket. You’ll toughen up. Limit your contact with your mother to one a week.
Hey Vic, I am answering your call from the podcast for some information on hunting.
I started hunting a few years ago after watching Steven Rinella on the Joe Rogan podcast. I didn’t grow up hunting and didn’t have any friends that were hunters so I had to start from scratch. Steven has a book called The Complete Guide to Hunting, Butchering, and Cooking Wild Game, which gives you all of the information that you need to learn how to hunt.
Much like online business, once you read the book it is up to you to take action. Reading about hunting will only get you so far. You must get out into the woods and get as much experience as possible. It is possible to learn to hunt on your own, but it is very difficult. You must be prepared to fail over and over again.
If you want to learn from someone else, hire a hunting guide. That’s all I have to say about that.
Vic,
What are your thoughts on eating raw meat? Especially the organs like liver? I’ve seen lots of testimonials of people eating raw steak/organs and they have been seeing positive changes.
Even though fully carnivore is obviously optimal for health, from a performance/appearance perspective, do you still think one large carb-up meal once a week the way its done by Gironda in the steak and eggs diet offers more benefit over carnivore alone?
Uncle Vic, A few quick questions: (in order of importance to me)
Would you marry a woman and dedicated mother who already has a young child (>5 years old) from another man? Esp. If that man is a deadbeat and worthless as a father?
Do you have an opinion on women who have children out of wedlock?
When can you tell if you’re ready to start a family?
Would you *ever* consider vasectomy, and do you have an opinion on it?
Thanks again
Wonderful podcast. Thanks for the replies, as always!
I’d like to suggest to you that you record yourself cooking one or two meals in the carnivore diet to help people get acquainted with the idea, to motivate them, and to show what kind of meat you pick.
Also, a couple of things before the questions:
You might be interested in a small book series called The Poor Man’s James Bond by Kurt Saxon. I believe there are four volumes, and his chemistry book is a good supplement. It’s a series focused on survival, craftsmanship, independence, self-mastery, a little bit of paranoia, and I found it a great lot of fun. Sounds like the kind of thing you are interested in these days.
And if you ever read The Multi-Orgasmic Man, you’ll find it is very much focused on women.
- You mentioned feeding lean meat to the dogs. Do you have pets? What can you tell us about them?
- I’d like to share a video and get your opinion on it. I’m not questioning the carnivore diet, but I do want to get your opinion on what this interviewed fellow had to say: https://youtu.be/dR1FCJS8DoM
The interviewer seems to be one of the men in sv3ridge’s video, “Vegans: The Epitome of Malnourishment”.
I saw this interview a long time ago, might even have been before I met B&D. I didn’t give it much thought then, but after getting very interested in the carnivore diet I remembered it and got curious. Took me a while to find it, and the guy seems very knowledgeable about what he’s saying. What do you think?
That’s it. Until next week!
All vegans are liars. Remember that.
I understand. *If* you don’t intend to talk about the second question in the next podcast, I have another topic in store.
- You mentioned you’d be taking one of your supplements every day during November. Did you? Do you regularly take your own supplements? What has been your experience with them? Are there any issues in taking all of them (or more than one) at once?
Since the dawn of men the guys at the top of the hierarchy had multiple wives.
8000 Years ago 17 women reproduced for every man. https://psmag.com/environment/17-to-1-reproductive-success
In this podcast you advise to have one wife, is this because in modern times the having multiple isn’t feasibly anymore or do you think it’s actually better compared to having a harem?
Podcast great as always.
Before hunting seriously, and to prepare for any bad times in the future, one should learn how to shoot fast and accurately. Project Appleseed was started by a real estate mogul from North Carolina. It had grown geometrically in the last 14 years. It is usually a 2 day weekend class where one learns the fundamentals of rifle marksmanship. It is affordable. Many “hunters” can’t shoot anywhere near expert rifleman standards when they arrive, and at the end of 2 days are hitting targets out to 500 yards with iron sights from field positions. This skill is useful for hunting or combat. Front Sight in Pahrump Nevada is an incredible place. The largest non military firearms training school in the world. Front Sight offers handgun, rifle, shotgun, precision long range rifle, and numerous other classes are available in 2 day and 4 day classes. Beginner, intermediate and advanced classes are offered according to your ability. And it is very affordable. You can buy a lifetime membership that allows you to take all classes as many times as you want for the rest of your life for much less than most other schools charge for a single 4 day class. A man can do very well with a 9mm handgun, and Ar15, an accurate .308 or 30-06, and of course a 12 gauge shotgun. Of course a couple of .22s round out the collection for training and plinking, Boston’s Gun Bible, although a bit outdated as far as currently available firearms and scopes, is still a great resource. Train Hard
Sorry about the grammar errors fellow B&D rearders
Hey Uncle Vic,
I believe most feminists pretend to be strong, but secretly crave to be dominated like in fifty shades of gray. I think this happens because they repress their need for male authority, so it spills out as a sick fetish.
What are your thoughts on men setting rules and administering consensual discipline within the context of marriage?
Is this degenerate like fifty shades, or do women need this kind of authority to stay balanced? Thanks for your help, clown world has me confused.
Hi Vic,
I’ve been doing personnal training and group training as a side hustle for 5 years.
Beside improving my public speaking skills and self confidence, it also gave me some good side money.
The thing is, I’m geting tired of it. For some months now, training people has been draining my energy and i’m far less enjoying it.
I’m thinking about quitting that gig and starting building something else like sharing my strength and conditionning knowledge and experience on a website.
When do you know it’s really time to move from a venture and lose a stream of income to start something else?
Thanks, your podcast is truly excellent.
Uncle Vic,
I recently watched a show on YouTube called Meet the Amish.
I found it to be incredibly eye-opening especially when thinking about the section in ‘Shadow Men’ on how the American school system was subverted to teach people nonsense, invert reality and keep them distracted.
More importantly the change was made to remove children out of the schooling & care of their parents so the state could indoctrinate them while their parents couldn’t watch. (the parents are kept busy with debt and never-ending work/consumption).
It didn’t click to me just how far removed the schooling system has become all over the west until i watched the Amish. The Amish leave school at 14 years of age and they know how to provide for their family in every-way (both Men and Women in their natural gender roles).
They are completely self sufficient, debt free, & healthy and they do it all without having electricity.
Personally I’m not a Christian but i find these people very very inspiring. These are the videos:
1) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m64X1hMCJoE
2) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g7VPwL6uYJY
3) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VzKZFjdy4uk
4) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ekWFV6QZOM0
I found them to be a real life example of what both ‘Shadow Men’ and ex KGB defector Yuri Bezmenov were talking about when it came to the nonsensical schooling that is subverting society and removing kids from their parents care and natural defence systems (i.e. family bonds, real skills and community-centric nature)
Yuri describes it here:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pzeHpf3OYQY
You can see the natural looks of disgust on the Amish faces when they travel to the city. They feel like they are missing nothing while the ‘rich’ & ‘educated’ kids feel as if they ARE missing something when they meet the Amish.
Now i don’t think the answer is for us to become Amish so we can rebuild our communities but we can learn from them.
The fact is we must completely rebuild and propel a new iteration of Western Civilisation forward (with technology) I’ve been working on a list of things we must do, here it is:
1) We must have secure communications that can be both private and censorship-proof. Encryption of private communications and decentralisation of public ones must become easily accessible and common-practise - the west was subverted in front of everyone - the propaganda war to subvert the subversion must be done in the open and spread like a virus for there is no cure (i.e. it cannot be censored).
2) We must develop our own AI that looks after westerners (not the self-appointed illegitimate elite), with enough computational power it will answer the most important questions without bias and we can all get to the bottom of whats what and what is best for us. It can tell us the truth about genetics, diet, exercise, family, happiness and longevity because it would be able to simulate and endless amount of scenarios with an endless amount of variables (it will essentially be able to predict the future and give us options based on any desired outcome). This tool should also be decentralised and ethical.
3) We must develop a new standard of western buildings and architecture, it should encompass inspiration from the past and new technology that enables it to become a feat of engineering never before possible. The best and most inspiring buildings in the world should be in the west, they should be about us, out people, our families, our history, nature and our nature and our noble ideas/ways.
4) We must develop technology to travel and explore the stars & the bottom of the oceans, exploration is in our DNA, we go further, we achieve what was thought to be impossible and this must become our destiny.
5) We must develop a new religion which takes the best from Abrahamic & Pagan religions and throws out the worst, it should incorporate our stories of invention and achievement and honour our ancestors, it should teach people about how easily they are manipulated and how religion is the cure for this. It should cover a deep understanding of psyops and the evil that can be done when an external entity who hates us uses methods to control the minds of people. It should put people back in contact with God with re-written stories and metaphors. It must be both sacred and spiritual; the most pure form of our identity.
6) We must help others who are not us, not by importing them into our countries and lands but by leading by example. We look after our own and then after we help others (ONLY after) but we will never be so naive when we do it as to import foreign cultures or change our culture EVER - we must understand the true nature of the world around us and the different people within it.
7) We must value each-other and our shared future higher than anything else.
What do you think of these, would you add any? change any? remove any?
The Amish are in harmony with nature. Your suggestions are not.
“1) We must have secure communications that can be both private and censorship-proof.”
Otherwise known as speaking to each other in person.
“2) We must develop our own AI that looks after westerners (not the self-appointed illegitimate elite), with enough computational power it will answer the most important questions without bias and we can all get to the bottom of whats what and what is best for us.”
A computer that tells us what to do? What a wonderful way to lose any sense of reality or knowledge. By the way, how do the Amish survive without AI?
“3) We must develop a new standard of western buildings and architecture, it should encompass inspiration from the past and new technology that enables it to become a feat of engineering never before possible.”
If we were not ruled by parasites we would have buildings like this, just like we had in the past. The buildings we have now are specifically designed to take away hope from us.
“4) We must develop technology to travel and explore the stars & the bottom of the oceans, exploration is in our DNA, we go further, we achieve what was thought to be impossible and this must become our destiny.”
All a pointless delusion. THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT WE ARE DOING TODAY. The desire for more technology and space exploration will lead us to exactly where we are right now. Run from nature and you will end up exactly where you are right now.
5) A shared religion must be there without question.
“6) We must help others who are not us, not by importing them into our countries and lands but by leading by example.”
All people know how to live in their own lands, they need no help from anyone, ever.
“7) We must value each-other and our shared future higher than anything else.”
Yes. The basis for community.
Thank you for your thoughts I agree with everything re getting back to nature.
The reason why I still made a point of advancing technology (AI, Space ect) is if our enemies have far greater technological superiority since we are all so close to nature they could just wipe us out.
The only reason Russia and the USA/China don’t go to war is because of mutually assured destruction, as soon as a party develops superior missile defence or offence and mutual destruction is not assured - war is likely to happen.
The aboriginal people of Australia were almost completely wiped out because of the reality that a technologically superior (and smarter) power wanted them gone - this is observable throughout history.
I cant see how this kind of arms race is escape-able?
It’s about defence/survival rather than getting away from our natural habitat and ways.
Protected in our enclaves and nations (with technology) we could focus on Nature.
All computers are built by anti social nerds. Any solutions involving computers will fail

There’s some good information about hunting posted here, especially about the Rinella book. This Fall has been my first hunting season ever, at the tender age of 52, so here are some additional things I learned:
1) Google “hunting outfitters “. Then Google “questions to ask a hunting outfitter”. Find one you like and book a hunt.
2) Take a hunting safety class and get a hunting license. If deer hunting, get doe tags for the region you plan to hunt.
3) Buy the best hunting rifle you can afford. Save bowhunting till after you are an accomplished hunter and can get closer to your game. Use https://www.wheretoshoot.org/ to find a shooting range to sight your rifle and become a really good shot. Practice shooting from all conceivable positions - seated on the ground, seated on a lawn chair, prone, from positions that simulate a tree stand and ground blind, and also from your non-dominant shoulder. Don’t forget to ask the outfitter at what range most of your shots will be and practice at that range and farther.
4) If hunting in the cold weather, be prepared to be extremely cold, as you will be sitting deathly still for hours at a time. Dress warmer than you think you need to and eat something containing only protein and fat every hour. Think pemmican with only meat and fat, jerky, and fatty cold cuts. Be prepared for rain and wet snow that will fog up your rifle scope.
5) Steve Rinella and Hank Shaw have good books on processing and cooking game. Read at least one. YouTube the hell out of everything else, especially on rifle sighting and shooting from different positions.
There are a ton more, but these are my top five. Good topic, Victor. Keep them coming.
Great advice. I can say you are correct from lots of real world experience.
Hello Victor,
very great thoughts! Thank you for sharing.
What do you think is the biggest threat for the decline and the slow eradication of the white man? Do you think it is right to say eradication or genocide or do I sound like a victim?
I believe white men decline because they lost their pride before themselves. They are too anxious. It is so embarrassing to see what happened to the great nations of Europe. Germany, France, United Kingdom, Spain, Portugal ruled the whole world. There were so many big wars in Germany but we always stood up like a phoenix from the ashes. It makes me so fucking furious when I see how Germany looks today.
In the early German history you learn about the barbaric Germanic tribes. They were simple farmers, hunters and warriors. They lived in true harmony with nature and loved their forests while the Romans have cleared all their forests. The Roman Empire was a undefeatable super power in these days. One day the Romans decided to conquer the rest of Germania. One of the Roman commanders was a Germanic immigrant who betrayed the Romans on this day and two or three whole legions where totally defeated in a battle in the forest. They fought a couple of days.
The Roman were so scared they were never able to conquer Germania. One of their writers descirbed the Germanic people as huge beasts with blonde hair and deep blue eyes.
This story gives me goose bumps. You never hear this in our schools. You just learn how great and powerful the Romans were but never about the strengh and the endurance of your own people. I am so proud that my ancestors were so savage and freedom-loving.
I wish you a great evening.

Hi Vic,
Wow this most recent podcast you seem like you have mastered public speaking. You have such a calm and clear demeanor that’s much more noticeable than your other podcasts. Have you done anything different in particular from this podcast to your previous ones? Was it just being over with the 30 day challenge? I was wondering if you could recommend anything like supplements or changes that helps with anxiety. I get very anxious before speaking and really want to find an aid that helps me speak calm and clear like you. It’s like everything just flows from your mouth with ease. I’m very anxious and have always struggled with anxiety. I also get alot of headaches. Carnivore doesn’t seem to be enough. This last podcast hooked me, I cant wait for your next episode.

Sorry to double post but I forgot to mention I loved it so much I listened to it twice. Seriously what are you on? Modafinil? If so I’ll buy 50 cases tomorrow lol. You sound like a God of reason. So calm and confident. This has been your best podcast yet. Speaking and clarity is top notch. Do you notice this? Or is this just the affect of accomplishing a challenge.
This is 100% carnivore diet.
This may be a politically incorrect thing to ask, but why are the Jews the way they are? I haven’t gotten a straight forward answer from anyone on this subject. Everyone always wants to avoid this topic. Jews were responsible for hundreds of millions of deaths in the Soviet Union and have done bad things to inflation and have promoted degeneracy. Definitely not all Jews are bad, but it seems like there is something terribly wrong.
Hey Vic any thoughts on asthma or some cure for it? I found out that I had asthma 4 years ago when I had an asthmatic attack and since then I’m on some inhalers and pills. It’s been very annoying and it slows me down sometimes. As I’ve searched the web, it seems that there is still no cure for it and no particular reason found about it’s causes. I believe there is some kind of natural cure but every time I stop taking my meds it returns harder. I know that you are into the carnivore diet, but at this moment I don’t have the luxury to follow it (I’m in the Greek army). I have also read your article about intermittent fasting and allergies, but I don’t find it a good idea as I want to gain weight. Any other possible solution?
Yeah. Turmeric is good. And I recommend fasting regularly as well. Carnivore diet will help. I cured my asthma with intermittent fasting
Hey Vic, thanks for answering my previous question!
A follow-up question to your answer:
#1 You mention that “casual sex” is empty but if a man’s peak sexual market value is around 34-40 then should a man simply go monk-mode until then? Or should he suck it up and choose a woman who is his age (even though he is in his early 20s) and commit to her knowing full well that soon his sexual market value will far outrank hers? Why cash-in before you hit the jackpot AKA peak SMV as this is when you will have the most high-quality options?
Comment: Also, I have moved to Thailand and have been here for a little over a month now. It is quite sad to see but the smartphones are taking over here as well. Also, I have noticed that there is fluoride in most of their water brands and all their convenience stores sell 99% junk-food. It’s almost as if the elite are taking advantage of Thai people’s kindness, passivity, and lack of education.
Your peak sexual value is from 34-40 to who?
Sluts and middle aged women.

I listened to your old Q&A podcasts and you said that you only envisioned writing for B&D for a few more years before moving on to other ventures. Is this still your plan or do you foresee a different future for Bold and Determined.
My question for the next podcast is how do I get over my feelings of loneliness from not having a caring girlfriend.
Hi Vic, do you have any suggestions for men about increasing the chance of conceiving a male child? I have seen some stuff online which lists several ways which could influence a future offspring’s sex and would be interested to hear your thoughts on this subject.
Vic, you say that building muscle comes from eating protein & fat. How do you reconcile this with muscular cows that eat grass? I’ve seen vegans use this argument and am not sure the answer.
Cows have completely different digestive systems than humans, including multiple stomach chambers, organs that we don’t even have, in order to digest vegetation and turn it into muscle.
Vic, what do you use to shave?
Hi Victor. What are your thoughts on Republicans/Conservatives? I know they are politicians and all politicians are more or less not good people, corrupt, and are slaves for the higher ups and elites. However, would you consider the right the lesser of two evils (the other evil being the left)? Even though I know you don’t like politics, you strike me as someone whose values align closer with the right.
Thanks for answering, and keep up the awesome work. I love the podcast.
What are some Illuminati texts that you recommend reading to get a better understanding of the elite?

I did read the whole file and I was questioning my intelligence afterwards.
My determination to free myself from society and attaining physical, mental, spiritual and financial mastery has been trippled.
I highly recommend everyone to read that document.
1.) What is your opinion on raw honey? Is is healthy? Or should i avoid it?
2.) Are sexual diseases a scam -> Population control through fear of having sex without condoms.
3.) Is hemp protein healthy? It has all essential amino acids, or is it save to use as a supplement.
Thx for your advice.
Also i hate butter and ghee, i just can’t eat it, what is a good substitute for this?
Lard, tallow or coconut oil.
What will you do when you see a gay/lesbian couple kissing and touching each other during meal in a restaurant? Will you look away or keep your eyes on the scene? How not to give them the satisfaction of “scaring” you off or being looked at? How should a straight man treat gay people he encounters in his everyday life?
Love your podcast. I agree 2x a week if you can and please create a monk mode course with videos.
Questions for your next episode:
1. do you return to the USA for 6 months in order to spend time with your family? If not, what is the reason for returning to the USA for that long?

Dear Victor P.
I would like to know your opinion on Articles 11 and 13 which have recently been adopted throughout Europe. What most impacts among these 2 articles would be article 13 that would reach all digital platforms (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook and etc), even Google and Youtube.
With Article 13 in force any copyright protected trademarks posted on any platforms could generate processes for those respective platforms from their owners.
We can see the impact well!
The CEO of Youtube in Europe mentioned before the article was approved that if it was approved, thousands of videos would be excluded and that Youtube policy would totally change (not to say that they would disconnect by total, it is what it seems ).
Article 11 implies more on Google and Facebook. The platforms would have to pay for every link that each news item had.
We saw very well how it worked in Spain. Google News had to shut down its services, impacting on 30% the traffic of news for websites and blogs.
All this to preserve the rights of musicians and artists. We know it’s not true.
My country, Brazil went through a recent presidential race. We are with a right-wing reporter, more, almost a leftist has not won. Because the party of esqueda already wanted to make certain changes that would impact the internet here…

I have been for years and still am struggling with internet pornography, it has negatively impact my personal and professional life.
Your advice on what to do when cravings arise to watch porn have been very helpful. I do the 100 push-ups, run for 9 miles, turn off the computer. I also try to plan my days so I’m not alone at my computer. I have been sober for a month now and have done good so far. Today, though I kept myself busy doing stuff, I just felt jittery because of this vague thought of internet porn, it feels like the more I resist it, the worse that feeling gets to pull up porn on my computer.
So I was about to give in, I prayed, did push-ups.. too strong.. Then I searched for internet porn help and I found below site. After reading the article, now I know why this addiction wreaks havoc on your brain.
It’s talking about “sensitisation” translating to physical changes in your brain and how DeltaFosB levels in your brain are the cause of structural changes in the neural path ways in your brain. Even after 2 months, it messes which your brain reward center and dopamine levels.
I was shocked that a person who has been addicted to porn for years will continue to struggle with this. It even talks about the loss of grey matter, meaning lower dopamine levels and more needed stimulation. It talks about “rebooting”, which goes as far as completely disconnecting yourself from any sources that may trigger you into seeking porn. This is probably what I need to do, that is, cancelling my internet. I would you encourage to read it and maybe you can elaborate on it in future pod casts.
Thanks,
RV

Great article. Very illuminating.
Why do modern bodybuilders eat a low fat, high carb diet, but bodybuilders of the past ate more fat?
Hi Vic,
Your podcast is quickly becoming the best around in my opinion. Anyway, onto question.
I have experienced really shitty self-esteem and severe loneliness all through my 20s and I have some anger issues, possibly due to unconscious psychological pain.
I was considering taking up a martial art to help with these things. Would you recommend this? And specifically, do you have any experience with muay thai?
I live in Thailand for six months each year so the option is there to train with really experienced coaches.
When eating one meal a day, is it better to have your one meal for lunch or dinner?
Have you heard of ‘hidden message in water’ by masaru emoto. Is this real

What are your thoughts on creatine? Does it actually do anything other than just give you a pump?
Hey Unc,
Thanks for giving us wisdom on my previous question of coaching/developing a woman’s thoughts & behaviors. Question for the next podast;
How would ol’ St. Vic go about communicating sex-without-ejaculation to his female partner? Is it best to just act accordingly, without explaining the ‘sex transmutation’ concept? I have half a mind to send her a link to a few B&D articles and calling it a day! Haha
Thanks brotha,

Hi, Vic. Thanks for answering a previous question. What do you think of tattoos? I know the opinion in the manosphere is that a woman with visible tattoos (or any tattoo) is a red flag? What do you think? What about men who get tattoos? Is it a sign of degeneracy? or criminality? Can one wear tattoos tastefully?

Hi Vic
How do you find your purpose in life? You once talked about Nordic/ “Ice” people. Can you also briefly highlight the different characteristics “types” of the following - American, European, Chinese, Indian, Malay?
Hi Vic
Very cool to have two podcasts in two weeks. I always put it on during a jogging session in the cold air outside, really nice and uplifting. Killing two birds with one stone.
It really motivates me to hear about other’s who have success in their online business. I think a lot of other listeners and myself would like to hear this as more. So to all the listeners if you have some success, please share it with us!
I’ve got two questions for you.
If plants are all bad for us and the carnivore diet is superior, why are most of the ingredients in red pct 2.0 and other red supplements from fruits, vegetables and seeds?
Also, I would like to buy Red PCT 2.0 but it doesn’t ship to the Netherlands from redsupplements.com. Has the Netherlands banned redsupplements? Is there any other way I can order it from you? Perhaps through another route?
Appreciate your work, keep it up man!
