Red Focus is Back!
Matt asks…
Victor, Today marks Day 26 of my strict Carnivore eating plan. I haven’t eaten anything but protein and occasional cheese stick. Been taking the rest of my RED PCT (1.0) along with RED Burner for the last 2 weeks.
With the diet and Supplements I’ve lost 18.6 pounds. I’ve been hitting the gym as hard as I can 3 days a week doing mainly compound lifts (deadlift, squat, wide-pull-up, military press, weighted dips, shrugs, and abs).
I’ve noticed I’m getting very exhausted after the gym. Also my pumps aren’t as intense. I’m afraid I might be losing muscle.
1. How do you prevent muscle loss on carnivore diet?
2. Will RED Growth help?
3. How do I know if my body is using muscle or fat for energy?
Anonymous asks…
I've been watching that youtube video you sent out about the War on Beauty. It's so true.
We have more “art & entertainment” today than in the entire history of mankind, but the large majority of it is just mass-produced garbage.
Even more sinister than garbage, it's intentionally made to drain hope, inspiration, beauty and uplifting ideas from the people.
There's no good music, there's no good art, there's no good books.
The other day I was seriously trying to remember the last time I read a book or an article that I could consider art. (Other than B&D; of course.)
Everything is regurgitated, informational, soundbites, everything is 240-character limit twitter thoughts.
Everyone has a opinion about everything that is a mile wide and an inch deep.
Where did all of the deep thinkers go? Where's all of the art? Where's the writing that's so good that when you read it, it punches you in the gut? The words that grab your attention so deeply you can't stop thinking about it for days?
I remember when I was younger I could sit and read books for hours on end. Spend entire days in my living room reading. I can't remember the last time I did that.
I realize that this is my fault. I've let myself get consumed by this social media addicted, instant-gratification, inch-deep culture.
It felt very different when I was in Asia. Being back in America for 8 months now, I feel myself going a little crazy. I took a trip to the Dominican Republic a few weeks ago, just to get away from the cold and get some sun.
People there reminded me of people in Vietnam, so happy and carefree. You actually saw children running around and playing in the streets.
Is America just doomed? Is there any way to help people in America see that they are all walking down a dark path to destruction?
Or is it just an inevitability that all things must fall?
Until next time.
Your man,
-Victor Pride

Do you drink filtrated water and dou you see any benefits from it?
Hi Victor,
How much could a book cover redesign help with sales? I get plenty of clicks to my sales page but would like to double my sales. My copywriting is good.
“My copywriting is good”
> Doesn’t make enough sales.
Look up the principles of split testing and direct response. There are better things to improve than book cover… And there is an order of priority.
On your whole biblical, origin of man thing: Have you read this?
“Uriel’s Machine: Reconstructing the Disaster Behind Human History”
It’s very convincing and well written. An interesting theory. You’ll get through it pretty quickly, it’s well worth a go…
Great podcast Victor, keep spreading the good word.
Hi Vic,
I was drawn to you for your honesty many years back. We’re similar in that regard and many others. Given how much I respect you, let me be upfront:
I love the B&D podcast. However, this was by far, the worst episode of the show.
I find it much better when you respond to questions. I saw so many wonderful questions left at the end of the prior show. Discussing those would have been far more enjoyable than a halfhearted rant on current affairs.
As for this podcast,
1) Whites are not alien. Aryans are not alien. But, the people who rule us from the shadows, e.g. the “Druids” who appeared and blended into humanity, and control media/finance, are aliens. Their DNA is distinct enough that it needs to be submitted for them to gain citizenship in their very own ethnostate.
2) Trump is honest, you say. Only someone retarded would think that after paying attention to current affairs. Look at who mentored him as a real estate mogul. The causes he supports. The fact that he doesn’t give a shit about social media censorship. Fighting wars and killing people we have no business killing. Supporting global legalization of homosexuality. Supporting women’s “empowerment” through his stupid daughter. Appointing a cabinet full of Goldman execs. He is a shill, perhaps worse than the rest because he pretended to give a damn about our people but clearly does not.
3) Carnivore diet made me feel terrible. It’s good for people who are purely north-western european. To other listeners-don’t screw up your health by following this diet. Okinawans eat small amounts of pork, and 7th day adventists are often vegan. Energy can be obtained through meditation, energy channeling, and many other arts we are kept in the dark about. Wim Hof, the brilliant “ice man” who ran marathons in the north pole, eats one vegetarian meal a day. Much of your carnivore diet cravings come from a lack of vitamins which can simply be obtained from raw milk and vitamin supplements. For islanders, red meat is often disastrous. Fish is much more preferable and fisherman are, without a doubt, the healthiest, strongest people I’ve met. Bodybuilding, aka swelling up one’s mortal coil by overeating, is a manifestation of the ego. It is the stupidest, most animalistic desire to simply want to be “big”. It is much more preferable to be lean, mean, and sharp, for this aids a long life, ability to sustain oneself on minimal food needs, and is also conducive to the practice of controlling the mind and gaining clarity in ascending the spiritual path.
Red meat retards this. The enlightened figures of the past ate fresh milk, butter, cheese, and fish. Sometimes eggs. Never meat. I’ve tried both ways and can conclusively say, after many fasting experiences, that the aura introduced by red meat makes one very energetic and worldly but turns the mind outward. Great for building relationships, attracting females, and building a business.
But not great-disastrous in fact-for ascending the inner energy through the 7 chakras (or 7 golden candlesticks, as Christ called them).
Also FYI Jesus never partook of the lamb leg as he was not a Jew. Only idiots think this. Jesus was a Nazarene Essene (THIS is your spiritual heritage, Victor. You weren’t dropped from the sky or fused from some alien race).
Best
Karl
Go elsewhere. I don’t care if you like it, I don’t take lip from anyone, and I listen only to gut instinct - not critics.
Victor, I think you guys overestimate american craziness, because craziness is all over the world.
It’s technology.
We have smartphones in Russia, too, and our people, espesially young people, staring at them all the time, too.
Children prefer to look at screen rather than play with each other.
We don’t have money to eat meat every day, so our cult food are cheap pasta, bread and candies. Our parents and grandparents ate them in soviet times and proceed to eat this garbage, half because nostalgy, half because it is cheap.
Most young people don’t read books and the only source of information that is interesting to them are memes in social media.
Our people are still dumb after soviet times where there was “Iron Curtain” (no information from outer world), and not getting smarter because many watch social media/TV.
It’s all like you americans, except our people are not talking shit to each other because everyone knows it ends with fist fights.
Reading you last 6 months I realised that our cultures are the same, except we still have strong male dominance in society, but even that dominance is diminishing.
Speaking simple words, americans are dumb pussies (not want to offend anyone, you know about soy boys) and russians are dumb drunk fist fighters. And I do not have any pride in that description.
Say it again, I think you guys slightly overestimate american craziness as I think it is all over the world craziness.
Yes, there are leftist-transgender-antimale-homosexual idiotism on your side. On our side there are political blindness of people watching TV where they tell them it is all good (and people believe this shit) while our president continues to fuck us all these 20 years of governing.
It’s all different shades of mass stupidity, you know?
So guys, stop think “America is doomed” because there is shit everywhere in this world. “Russia is doomed”, too. And I think many other countries can say it about their nation.
Hey Victor,
First, I’d like to say this episode was refreshing. I don’t mind not getting many questions answered, I like to hear what you have to say. It was a different style, it was enjoyable.
Now, I’d like to talk a bit about my experience with the carnivore diet.
I can’t say I’ve gone full carnivore. I moved out a little more than a month ago and after settling I’ve been experimenting with the carnivore diet in various levels. Getting to know the meat cuts, what salts work best, how to get the best taste, how to get the most satisfied, etc. But I haven’t gone full carnivore because I still eat eggs, drink milk, and about 20g of peanut (simply because I like it).
I’ve gone about two weeks full carnivore, and then mixed and matched with some variety here and there.
I tell you what… I didn’t feel as many benefits as some people seem to feel, like you. Bloating? Barely notice it. Brain fog? I still don’t know what that is. But I did feel quite some great benefits.
I get to sleep fewer hours every day, I feel more energy, I started to lose weight (and I barely have much fat to lose), I feel strong most of the time, and even my hair practically never fall. I also get to use the bathroom only once every 2 or 3 days.
And the greatest thing for me was the elimination of pain. You know, I might not have felt brain fog or bloating with carbohydrates, but for years I felt pain on my stomach or my intestines. I’d occasionally wake up at night, twisting in bed, out of so much pain. Not every day, not all the time, but it would be frequent enough that I’d feel plagued over it for years.
I tried eliminating many things from my diet to see what would help me. Beans, milk, potatoes, bread, cheese… I always felt some of it. It was only after going meat and eggs only for a few days that it finally stopped.
After years of trial and error, following the carnivore protocol is what actually made my pain go away. And I am bloody glad about it.
Then I’ve tried introducing a few things back again. Bread, milk, chocolate, ice cream, peanut, they are all perfectly OK with me. No pain at all. But when I take grains or vegetables, I feel pain. And after a few days only on the carnivore diet, the pain is even intensified and more immediate.
Now I’m eating daily bacon and eggs and drinking milk at breakfast, and pork and bovine beef at lunch. Some days I only get one meal because I feel satisfied. I cooked my meals in a variety of kinds of butter, and now I’m using pork fat, lard, as you suggested.
The lard melts even more quickly than butter and leaves nothing behind, so I can’t reuse it. It’s very watery, spews a lot while cooking, even at low temperatures. But cooks just as well as butter. The taste on the beef is absolutely the same, didn’t matter whether it was butter, lard, or which kind it was.
I’ve been using Himalayan salt for now, but I can barely feel the taste of it unless I really pour it.
Out of all the meat cuts I tried, the meal I enjoy the most is bacon and eggs. It’s simply the tastiest. Makes me feel good, gives me lots of energy. Beef, though… I fear I might not have access to quality beef around here. I tried researching a lot and there are only a couple of producers of organic beef (not even completely grass-fed) around here. And organic meat is quite expensive because the legislation is terrible on it. Same thing with milk… Raw milk is *forbidden* around here, and I can’t even import it from abroad. People who sell raw milk can go to jail.
What I’ve been struggling with is making the beef feel tasty.
I tried cooking them in high temperatures, low temperatures, lots of salt, little or no salt, many kinds of butter, strong sealing, no sealing, thick and thin cuts, and it just… always tastes bland.
There’s no beef cut which I ate so far and said “ahh, now THAT’S a good piece of meat.”
I don’t know if I’m doing something wrong or maybe it’s the meat quality. Looking at the pieces, they look quite juicy at first but taste so bland during the meal.
So my question for the next episode is:
- How do we make the meat taste really, really good? Does that depends mostly on its precedence, or can we do some magic and make it great?
I still have to try raw meat, but I’m afraid I don’t trust it very much around here… I do eat practically raw bacon though, and it tastes great.
That’s it. Wanted to share my experience with the carnivore diet, as I mentioned of doing before.
Most Americans knows the truth , brcause they are lonely. All the abnormal things will go away and children will be fed by abundance of natural food. There will be peace.
You mention that White people aren’t connected to nature. I recommend you check out the work of Carolyn Emerick (www.carolynemerick.com). She’s a folklorist who focuses on European heritage and the native ethnic faith of Indigenous Europeans which has been passed down in our folklore.
Becuse Jews were let in and have taken over, that’s why.
Hey Vic,
Today we have a thing in Greece called ‘tsiknopempti’, everybody in the city is out on the roads grilling meat and partying.
I went out to film a martial arts class and started feeling like an idiot when seeing all the people having fun while I was doing serious work.
I know I’m doing the right thing for the long-term feature, but I can’t understand why do I feel like the loser in that scenario?
P.S. Already started the carnivore diet since Podcast #27 and feeling slightly better, I’ll let you know on the results of my progress.
Would like to order some of the Red Supplements, but really sceptical about the packaging. On Red Supplements web site it is shown that they come in clear bottles. If so, I wouldn’t be so sure they were not exposed to light. Unless the bottle comes inside of a box from manufacturer.
Have you ever received a package that did not come in a box or an envelope?
I would not know how it was stored before it was shipped. By a box from manufacturer I meant Red Supplements brand box. Clear bottles is not the best way to store supplements.
Hi Vic,
You’ve been mentioning the lack of (good) blogs lately. And we are all aware that social media addiction is a signifant contributor to this decline.
Many people - like conservatives, Republicans & libertarians - are however getting targeted and banned in droves from these social media platforms, as they do not adhere to the politically correct leftist narrative. This further fuels a slowly growing “anti-social media movement,” where people are starting to realize that social media is poison to the soul.
With that in mind, do you think there is a “renaissance” period for blogs on the horizon? Or will podcasts and YouTube vlogs completely take over?
Looking forward to your next podcasts. I always find them interesting and thought-provoking.
Thanks.
Hey Vic, i’ve finally found a girl that matches my criteria, She’s cute, shy, has no bs friends, doesn’t party/drink/smoke and has a cute face (italian). The only downside is that she is really slender and doesn’t have the body type i prefer, What’s your take on this? I’m really torn because I don’t think it’s likely to find a similar girl like this in the west.
Great episode. More like these please. I’m an Asian American guy but it’s always fun to hear about other cultures and what their point of views are. You get a better understanding of the world that way. Was also getting tired of you telling people to watch what they eat and to stop jerking off (great advice but damn, after so many months stop asking and start doing).
I do have a related question to sex though and could use some advice. I’ve been on no fap for 90+ days now and it’s been a game changer. Also I’ve been celibate. I’m at a point in life where I’m tired of just having random sex, so I’m waiting for the right girl. Maybe I’m chasing a unicorn, who knows. Anyhow, could you give me some advice on how to control sexual desire? I feel like when I do go out trying to pick up girls, I’m just chasing a fleeting desire. Pleasure seeking. I go to the gym and I make art. When I make art, and I get in the zone, it supercedes any desires I have and I’m in pure moments of bliss where nothing else matters. I’ll even forget that I’m hungry or have to use the restroom. When I’m in the gym, running my ass off on the treadmill or lifting weights, the desire also subsides a bit. But when that’s over, sexual desires sometimes come back. The “need” to procreate comes back. Do I really just go out and start pumping and dumping or is there something more to this? Could use your honest advice. Thanks Victor Pride.
Sincerely,
Strathmore
I’m a full-time personal trainer and nutrition coach with my own online and offline clients, and there is no reason this diet SHOULDN’T work for endomorphs and mesomorphic body types (generally speaking, folks, take with a grain of salt you goddamn internet know-it-all-fitness types ;) ) as far as leaning out quickly goes.
I’d love to give your RED GROWTH product here a test run, myself. Maybe I can do a review?
Keep up the great work. Your site rules. Cheers!
European people lived in an environment with harsh winters and scarce natural resources and food. If you didn’t think of the future you died so it forced long term thinking and planning which became a natural part of the ethnicity and most importantly culture.
African people lived on lands with abundant resources and food with a tropical climate that encourages here and now thinking and doesn’t encourage long term thinking and planning. So that’s why the culture is that way.
Issue is culture is very very sticky, it’s why when Europeans spread across the world they settled in regions similar to their own climate, you hardly find them in large numbers in tropical regions of the world.
Vic,
Tried searching through the previous podcasts. Can’t find the answer. I remember you saying you dissolve a pinch of borax in a glass of water, which you then drink. How often do you do this? Every glass of water? Once a day? Once a week?
-Nikhil
One pinch a day.
Hi Vic,
I have been reading about the worlds greatest scientist James Watson. He was an incredibly intelligent man.
His name took a big hit and awards have been taken away from him due to the fact he made a comment that there’s a big gap in intelligence between whites and blacks. He stated he is not a racist but had stated this to improve situations.
Every person disregarded this information and won’t give it any thought claiming this is stupid, racist and the reason for the difference in intelligence has nothing to do with race.
Is this another case of politically correct stupidity? People who are claiming this untrue are no where near James Watson’s intelligence and accomplishments I’m curious why they would disregard these statements so easily and not even consider this if it may even improve the situation for blacks?
Hi Vic,
I have a question about raw milk. I was never a big milk person throughout my life and generally would only use it in my coffee now and then.
However I was at my local supermarket here in Ireland and came across bottles of raw organic milk the other day. Since if heard you talk about it, I figured I’d give it a go. When I had a glass I couldn’t believe how good it tasted and it was as if a mask came off and after all these years I tasted milk as nature intended. The energy it gives you is also something else, I had a glass before going to the gym yesterday and had me best workout in a while.
I started to do some research on why it is illegal and found some story about people got poisoned by E. coli because cows were kept in unsanitary conditions in the the 1890s or something. To me, using that as an excuse to not allow something that I can now see is clearly safe and very good for you seems dubious at best. In your opinion is this stuff illegal because of legitimate health concerns, dairy lobbies or is just one more example of elites trying to keep us away from our natural foods and animal products?
Thanks,
Peter
Vic - what’s your views on Mark Riptoe’s Starting Strength for a newbie gym person?
Hi Victor!
I just discovered your podcasts through a friend of mine.
Right now I work at Mc’Donalds and then volunteer in a hostel for a bed. I am broke but not broken. I am hungry only for success.
What articles would you recommend to learn first? What approach should I take to build myself and become a free man like yourself.
Any answer and your podcast are much appreciated!
What is “The left” or “The right “
How to learn more about them and what’s the best sources
Thanks.
Thanks Vic for getting me on the carnivore diet. I have been on the carnivore diet for 5 months now. It cured a number of health issues I had. I lost 50 pounds of fat doing zero cardio. My skin issues cleared up. Previously I would fart all the time and have diarrhea several times a week, not anymore. Joint inflammation greatly decreased. I no longer have that afternoon slump. Most importantly, my prediabetic symptoms (high blood sugar, extremely thirsty all the time, dark circles on my eyes, urinating 12 times a day, etc.) COMPLETELY WENT AWAY. I started with one meal a day and have bumped it up to 2 meals a day to try and put on more muscle. My diet consists mainly of beef, pork, duck, lamb, seafood, raw milk, raw eggs, butter, sour cream and cheese. Once or twice per week I may have a piece of seasonal, local fruit or some raw honey. I never eat cheat meals and have no desire to. I feel satisfied and full all the time. My girlfriend now can’t keep her hands off my chest and abs. Thanks again, Vic.
What are the secrets of the elites? What do they eat? How do they spend their time? What are their hobbies? Who are they and where are they?
Finally wrote a blog post on my experience of the all meat diet! Thanks Victor!

Hey Vic
Aside from getting a humidifier, and sleeping on your side, what advice can you give to minimize Severe Obstructive Sleep Apnea?
Most of my problems are coming from nasal congestion at night. Are OTC night time allergy medications okay, or should I stay away?
I’m lean, muscular, and 15 pounds over my natural body weight from using PEDs.
Severe Obstructive Sleep Apnea? Ditch the pillow.
Hi Vic, I’ve got 2 questions for you. First question. What do you consider and do you believe there are essential skills which you can posses or work on that can make you successful in any career regardless of experience?
I’ve been reading about how some successful people gained there success with relentless calling, emailing, letters and following up. What are your thoughts on this?
Also apart from an online blog, what would you suggest would be the best way to gain wealth. I currently work 2 jobs and want to generate more wealth. What your opinion on borrowing money for real estate?
Mcdonalds is 100% beef. No soy, but still one would have to eat 8 quarter pounders to eat 2 pounds.
Victor you might like my site http://www.legitplayer.com I made it with badnet
