Are you tired of not getting a good night's sleep? If so…
RED BUDDHA IS HERE TO HELP YOU SLEEP!
Anthony asks… (4:54)
How do you get over feelings for women and to stop caring about them?
Vaios asks… (16:32)
Victor, I used to be a hungry wolf always learning always working on something. But ever since I got myself a sweet girlfriend all I do is spend time with her and just being content always because of constant sex. I don’t think about goals anymore because I have her. I don’t want to break up but I don’t want to be a lazy slob either. I am 21 years old . What should I do?
Joel asks… (19:54)
Vic, Do you think a couple should wait until they’re married before they move in with each other like in the past?
Penelope asks… (22:01)
25 year old female here, in full transparency I will say that I grew up without a father only because he tragically passed away. My mother did her best but I was fortunate to grow up in a small town while not learning to hate on men/masculinity. I am a virgin.
The gold standard for a girl is virginity. Indeed.
What is the sexual gold standard for a man? If I find a young man with good provisional qualities BUT he has a history as a “player” or “PUA”, should I assume he is not worth my time?
Respectfully, I don’t think the notion of “women need to be virgins” but “men can raid the whores and then marry a good girl” works at a societal level. I think we need morality and chastity from both sides.
R.H. asks… (28:31)
Speaking of hair, why do so many Asian women (Japanese, Korean, Chinese, etc) dye their hair blonde/brown when yellowish hair is a total mismatch to their yellowish skin tone? Why aren’t they happy with a head of natural black hair?
(31:15) Speaking of words, are “alpha-man” and “beta-boy” made-up words that were created to control men (like racist, sexist, etc were)? Should a man be scared of being called a beta and be proud of being called an alpha, or should he ignore all these meaningless words and live by his own standards, but how?
John Asks… (34:21)
Do you think Christianity creates weak males and bad females?
Luke asks… (35:47)
At what point did you know Bold and Determined was your ticket to freedom?
(36:59) How can one be ahead of the game when creating blog content?
AL asks… (38:20)
Is it possible to prevent the common cold/flu. If so what can I do to prevent it?
Nirantha asks… (41:50)
What are the right conditions that needs for the body to heal itself and become a great man without paying large sum of money to the hospitals?
Sebastian asks… (43:00)
Buenos dias Victor. I have a question. What are the stars in the night sky?
JS asks… (44:57)
Why do some people not respect their language? My mother tongue is an Indian language and I am proud to speak it. But some people from my state hate the language. Parents don’t want their children to learn the language. I know the importance of English in the modern world. But isn’t it important for people to embrace and their own language ?
The Patriot asks… (48:03)
In the wake of the Christchurch, NZ massacre, the PM has enacted a ban on all semi-automatic firearms, with few exceptions.
If banning guns actually worked, ISIS shouldn’t be a problem.
So, Vic, how would you define “reasonable” firearms legislation ?
Nick asks… (49:23)
Good podcast question for you – what do you think about men who are above average testosterone (>700 ng/dL), but still need to take antidepressants? Is the solution still more testosterone?
Adriano asks… (51:23)
Speaking of languages, why the hell is there such a high incalculable number of languages spoken worldwide? This brings to mind the Biblical narrative of the Tower of Babel.
Zane asks… (52:52)
Does free will exist, or are our fates predetermined by the Tao?
I ask because while you and I are men of truth, the vast majority of people are not and never will be, despite the fact they could exercise their free will at any moment.
Is free will an illusion, or something many are just incapable of?
This would explain why many billions of people seem to be one-dimensional zombies, cattle to the slaughter, while a tiny minority actually have the ability to exercise free will.
What are your thoughts?
Benjamin asks… (56:06)
Uncle Vic, What’s the story with Hollywood and the music industry?
Ismael asks… (57:12)
Hello my man I want to thank you for your inspiring work, my question is, what’s the best way to overcoming gambling addiction forever?
Swedish Iceman asks… (58:20)
Technical podcast question: do you analyze and figure out answers for the questions or do you answer them ‘on the spot’?
Mike Wolf asks… (59:13)
Do you know about ancient supplements our ancestors used? I’m Greek and I’ve read that Hercules would drink blood before competing, any ideas?
Broly asks… (1:01:09)
The leftists say that homophobic people are closet homosexuals. Do you think this is true?
JP Moustique asks… (1:02:23)
Where do YOU plan on finding a good girl in the CITY or an educated high-income SUBURB who is also a virgin? You have basically zero chance unless 1) you pick a very traditional girl from a group like the mormons or 2) find an 18-21 year old who hasn’t gone to college (and she likely wouldn't want a 30-something year old man anyways). If you go to the country, maybe you’ll find a decent girl, but she’ll probably be dumb and change when you bring her to the city/affluent area. BTW I don’t give a shit about how educated a girl is or having conversations on philosophy with her, but she better be intelligent enough to adapt to my lifestyle/goals.
What on earth is the solution to this paradox of modern degeneracy?
Pete asks… (1:04:17)
If you had children, would you send them to a public school, a private or would you homeschool them.
Roger asks… (1:05:07)
Victor, You’ve said before that “stuff doesn’t matter” and that we would be freer mentally and spiritually if we were to sell our possessions and shave our heads. Do you have any further advice based on your own experience of the best way to jettison material baggage and the right mindset we should have when approaching minimalism?
Brandon asks… (1:06:32)
Hey Victor, Everyone keeps talks about the importance of networking with other people in my field of career to open up doors and new job opportunities. What are your thoughts on networking? Also I’m asking because for some reason I don’t enjoy it too much I feel like it’s a huge effort. Maybe it’s because I talk like talking too much with people especially the one’s I don’t know.
Marquise asks… (1:07:42)
Hey Uncle Vic, What’s your thoughts on Rawvana? One of the most famous Vegan YouTubers who had over 3.5 million Subscribers, has been caught on camera sucking on some succulent meat in Mexico. The vegan community is in shambles. She releases an apology but her comment section is being destroyed, and she done lost 1.9 million subscribers and counting.
Until next time.
Your man,
-Victor Pride

Oh my God your topic about women was a godsend message thank you so much. I wanted to ask you how do you remember things that you read and study or hear I’m trying to make a study of your articles and trying to make a study and remember what you say from these podcasts for the rest of my life.. how do you learn and study and remember things from Books or other forms of media?
Thanks as always
Victor I’m getting better at talking to and flirting with girls… in person. But I simply hate texting with them. I only use it to setup a date without delving into long conversations, but it’s still hindering the initial attraction I build up. It takes them a long time to reply, sometimes days even, and then they usually flake or lose interest. I have tried calling them, but like any typical millenial girl nowadays, they never pick up because they’re always “busy”. On the other hand, if I play the busy card, I get nowhere, for we know girls rarely initiate (this also forces me to always initiate texting or reaching out to them first) How do I avoid this stupid “text game” bullshit? Texting is not natural and it kills attraction.
just tell her what actually you want, don’t waste your time. do not listen to her bullshit, focus on what actually she does.
Don’t text with women, call them.
If they don’t pick up the phone or call you back, let them go.
They are “busy” because they’re not attracted to you, just as simple as that.
Hi Vic
I got another question for you.
What are musical notes?
Cheers and have a great day!
Vic,
1) For putting on size is lifting weights faster than body weight exercises?
Also, is there a risk that Red Growth will raise cholesterol levels and enlarge prostate? I read those were possible side effects and I’m already battling high cholesterol.
2) I know you said you would never marry a woman that had another man’s kids and I’m with you 1000%.
But what’s your take on even dating women with kids?
I’m against that too, but what’s your take on it?
How and why did you incorporate your Superdrive Publishing company in Hong Kong?

Vic,
Sleep being as essential as it is, what are your thoughts on optimal/natural human sleeping position, and sleeping on a harder surface such as a thin pad on the floor vs a regular mattress or vs a firm mattress?
One of the great lights of our time is Cole Robinson, the founder of Snake Juice/Snake Diet. Here’s Cole’s take on feminism.
I have a feeling you watch a lot of him. Almost identical/truthful viewpoints. Or maybe these are just conclusions that all strong, respectable men have. I basically agree with most of what he says here. He’s a goshdarn hero.

Great podcast Vic. You should check out E Michael Jones, Owen Benjamin and Henrik Palmgren.
What are your thoughts on these men, and Stefan Molyneux?
Last, what are your thoughts on men who offer some good insights but also mislead people in some way? Mike Cernovich, a filmmaker, has helped me get out of anxiety, and used to do some good work, but he’s now running a documentary on how Qatari money buys out politicians. LOL that may be true to a small extent, but we all know who’s really buying out our politicians to the tune of us sending them $38 billion a year.
Can you respect someone who does some good work but is too afraid of hitting 100% total absolute truth?
Cheers!
Liam
E Michael Jones and Owen Benjamin are amazing. E Michael Jones is actually helping me a lot at the moment with all his talk of ‘logos’. It’s helping me put 2 and 2 together. Owen Benjamin’s livestreams are amazing as well. He’s a fellow traveler, and lets us have a piece of his mind during his livestreams. I’ll check out Henrik Palmgren.
As far as Molyneaux, he is boring as a sheep, and never really criticizes Jewry by name. Can’t stand listening to that guy. Cernovich is worse in this regard. His Gorilla Mindset was amazing, and he used to touch controversial subjects all the time. Now he’s a sell out. At least he’s interesting though. Molyneaux is too damn boring. For mainstream conservatives, the most honest guy I’ve seen is Tucker Carlson.
The podcast made me eat raw meat and it feels great. Wanted to rate it 5 stars only to find out I already did a few years ago.
Also Victor’s voice acting is absolutely hilarious.
Hi Vic,
I would like to ask whether sites like medium.com is killing self-hosted blogs like wordpress these days as they’re killing ad-based business model and making us transition to a subscription-based model? Is it still profitable to start your own blog with your own domain name?
Great question! I’m curious about this as well.
Hey Vic,
I practice Judo Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 7:30pm.
What diet and feeding times would you recommend?
Thanks.
Serious question. What’s your thoughts on hitting a women?
Few questions,
You off TRT now?
Are you content with mediocre natural production?
What drugs did you use to come off and stay off?
Are you fertile now off TRT?
Hey Victor,
Loving the content. One of the only podcasts I still listen to since I cut out most of my entertainment. Keep it up!
I notice a correlation between what people eat and how they act. People who eat a good amount of zinc foods like red meats, eggs, etc. tend to be more honest and friendly and strong. They have honest aggression.
While people who eat a copper heavy diet like veganism but even mainstream diets, are aggressive, untruthful and weak and often unstable.
I also was on TRT in the past and it made me a little monster. I never felt great on it - even made me a bit bitchy.
Now my testosterone level is in the 700-800 ng/dl range by living a more natural life (high activity, walking in nature, lifting weights, good sleep).
Feel healthy. My main routine is: OMAD, full fat milk, red meat, raw eggs, butter and some type of carbohydrate like white rice or white potatoes. Works for me. I like the carbs for the insulin spike and glucose. It is not needed though.
With OMAD I don’t have to deal with foggyness from the carbohydrates.
Anyways really liking the content and I am looking forward to next episode.
Greetings from The Netherlands,
Derk
Interesting man your diet is almost identical to mine. I just have cheese in place of full fat milk, and eat lots of bacon, bananas, and honey. OMAD. Got me ripped really quick on top of a solid 5-6 day bodybuilding routine. I’m curious as to how eating effects mood as well.
Hey Vic, been reading your blog since I turned 18 back in 2012, thank you.
I noticed that you at some point listened to the Jocko Podcast. You say joining the military is a way to serve someone else, and not to be your own master, and I wholeheartedly agree with you. I agree that you’re risking your life for the advancement of a malevolent elite. I come from a line of warriors. I was raised around a community of special operators in the United States. I know a good many of these men personally, and most of them aren’t patriots in the way you’d think. They are simply warriors. They know it, and they prefer it that way. They exist to wage war like the Kshatriyas. They’re some of the most motivated individuals I’ve known. They fight for brotherhood, and they fight to fight. As a child this was all I wanted. I turned away from that to pursue entrepreneurship. Enough ranting. My question is: What would you tell a 23 year old man, who successfully followed the path to financial freedom, but still feels war in his blood? It isn’t “God and Country” that keeps making me want to go sign the dotted line.
Thanks again for being a speaker of the truth in a world with so many liars.
Hey Matt. I am assuming that you are an American. If you are 23 and already have worked your way to financial freedom then the regular military would not benefit you that much. You would be lumped in with a bunch of idiot 19 year-olds and the post military benefits won’t help you out that much, especially considering that you are an entrepreneur. If you are on active duty all the progress that you made as an entrepreneur will be lost. If you want to embrace a warrior lifestyle then you can read stoic philosophy, compete in combat sports and train with weapons at the range as a civilian. If you are in really good shape then it might be worth it to go into special forces just because that is the only place where you can really get the full brotherhood bonding experience. You will make a few lifelong friends but it will come with an opportunity cost to your civilian life by the time your enlistment contract is over. Also, with the current geopolitical climate, being in special forces will put you on the front lines of advancing the globohomo agenda so you will have to have a mercenary mindset about what you are doing and be able to live with that. Just my two cents.
Interested jn this as well. I feel the same drive to join the armed forces even though I know there are a lot of things wrong wirh it. I guess for me ot’s the brotherhood ans the thrills.
A great misconception about survival is that the higher forms will triumph. Nature has demonstrated many times that this is not true. Of the mighty dinosaurs that once roamed the earth not one exists today. The sabertooth tiger, with all its power and strength passed into oblivion but the lowly cockroach survived. The ancient white Egyptians, sumerian, Roman’s, Persians, Greeks, Spartans and Vikings amoung scores of lesser civilizations are now extinct as a unique people and culture. Physical power alone is no guarantee, nor is intellectual prowess or species. The key ingredient which ensures the survival of a race is its will to self preservation and the persistent and unshakable folk consciousness that stems from a Indigenous belief. A cohesive belief MUST be established before an iron will and a collective consciousness of the folk can begin to develop.
Uncle Vic,
Is Self-talk beneficial? Has it help you in anyway, through out your life? Thanks.
Life does not forgive weakness
- adolf hitler
Uncle Vic,
What’s your opinion on the military, the police force and their necessity or lack thereof?
Hi Vic, I just had an uncle that passed away. 3 of my close family members had dreams of him meeting my grand parents and other family who have passed away a few weeks before he even got sick. I find this really strange.
this is the essence of spiritualism. dead people talk.
Why do models nowadays always show their armpits in advertisements? Should a woman hide her armpits or let their armpits be seen?
Typo: let “her”
Vic, in one of your podcast episodes, you stated that the optimal age of a girl for a man to marry is 18 years old. Presumably in order to end up marrying an 18 year old you’d have to meet her when she’s say 16 or 17. How as an older man would you even meet a girl in her teens?
Victor,
What’s your story when it comes to working out? What was your first time in the gym like, what exercises did you start off with, what direction did you have and when did you start seeing significant results?
Why is an authority site like this one better than a niche site? I see the pluses and minuses for each and I’m not sure which to pursue.
Hi Vic,
on Episode #32 of the Podcast you said that a young man in today’s world is in a much better place without a girlfriend. You also said one can have sex without a girlfriend which is of cause true. Since my ex-girlfriend broke up with me, I had sex with a few girls but I always had to waste my time going to clubs, bars or other kind of events to “chase tail”. Having no sex at all is no option for me, I am 22 years old and do not watch porn or masturbate.
Napoleon Hill wrote regarding sexual transmutation that the emotion of love should be involved when having sex to serve as a safety valve. How can a young man solve this tricky situation? I want to transmute my sexual energy and put it in my business, but obviously do not “love” a random club girl. A girlfriend on the other hand costs so much time, that could be spent working on my business. Is there a way out of this dilemma?
Hi Vic!
I’ve been 3 weeks on a 0 carbs 99,5% carnivore diet. I feel all the benefits you say but the thing that amazes me the most is that now I dream every night and wake up remembering the dreams.
Somebody doesn’t want us to dream?
My dreams are as vivid as movies every single night. It is incredible. If I were a movie writer I would never have “writer’s block.” Even brand new songs are sung to me in their entirety when I dream.
Have you had lucid dreams Vic? I recently experienced another level of lucid dreaming where my lucid dream was still active while I opened my eyes. The dream was overlayed over my real vision of my room.
The night before that I had a another lucid dream where I was in bed and decided I wanted to sit at my desk so I teleported to sitting in front of my desk in a snap and back again.
I’ve also noticed that people start turning on you in your dreams the moment you realise you are lucid dreaming and briefly after I wake up.
Experiences like this coupled with watching countless video testimonials on youtube by people talking about their DMT experiences, near death experiences and also looking at the origin of all religions, I’m CERTAIN that we are living in a simulation. I also work with CGI, 3D modelling, sculpting and rendering photo realistic images which just makes it even more obvious to me.
The journey from first taking the red pill six years ago to this is insane. That’s why it’s so hard to tell normal people something like this because it would take them at least six years of reasoning and experiences to get to the same conclusions.
It looks like carbs block mind potential amigo.
How can we connect to the divine?
What are your views on bioenergetics?
What are the best uses of time and money?
What do you think about eating fruit, honey, truffles and mushrooms?
We live in an interesting time. Some of us are awake to the truth about ourselves and the world while the vast majority choose to live in darkness. It’s almost How in the Old Testament if the Bible there were the prophets vs the general population who thought they were in the right and were actually so backwards God allowed them to be overtaken. Just an interesting thought.
What do you think about the Sovereign movement that says we enslave ourselves by giving our children a legal name via birth certificate, a Social Security Number, and then later applying for govt. licenses? Is there a metaphysical reason they do this, a practical legal reason, or are the followers of this movement insane?
Vic, what is your opinion on eating pork? I have recently thought about why muslims and jews don’t eat pork and through some research I found that The Bible also forbids eating it. Modern Christians don’t seem to follow that though.
Jesus rejected Kosher laws, saying that nothing a man could eat could defile his soul.
Mark 7:18-19
“And he said to them, Are you so without understanding also? Do you not perceive, that whatever thing from without enters into the man, it cannot defile him; Because it enters not into his heart, but into the belly, and goes out into the draught, purging all meats?”
However, Abrahamic religion is foreign to most of the world. If you are Northern or Western European, your native ethnic faith actually held pork as special and served it at important religious festivals such as Yule.
you can eat pork… no problem.. just make sure it’s not raw and it’s cooked all the way and really well done.
The pulled pork that is slow cooked over ten hours are the best ones.
In fact many cultures consume pork…
Don’t allow any foreign dogma religion from the Middle East hold you back with awesome culinary dishes.
Can you talk again about the benefits of being in motion? As you spoke about before in the full color godcast.
Hello Vic!
A couple of years ago you shared a piece of music that you composed, which I labelled “Kill fear of success” (I couldn’t come up with something better and it’s now stuck in my head with that name). It appears in your intro.
This music puts me in a killer mood and I listen to it in key moments of my life. Which usually is when I’m having a cup of coffee and I’m ready to do some real work.
Your blog is still fantastic after all these years.
Greetings from Argentina my man!
MATIAS PAGE
Vic,
Do you have any advice for handling US taxes? Due to my ignorance starting my business last year, I will have to go into debt with the IRS a few thousand.
Did you eat carbohydrates while following shredded ops?
Vic, why does the crispy charcoal bits of cooked meat taste so good?
Vic,
Put down everything you are doing and please read this amazing article: https://www.iamone.me/jesus-christ-true-meaning-christmas/
This man is a genius! I don’t know how he figured all this out. But it is starting to make sense to me. So much has been hidden from us.
Cheers
Liam
Victor, I know you said that all humans are the same in that we are carnivores, and that that is the true human diet.
But is it possible that different races have different diets that are best for them? I’ve read some sources that say we should try close to what our own people ate.
Of course we are all human, but given the marked differences between races, and the different evolutionary paths and adaptions each have gone through, I wonder if there are different ideal diets by race as well. Curious to hear your thoughts.
Hey Vic,
Thanks to you, I have been keeping mindful of my heritage/natural homeland as much as I can when going through every day life.
One question I had as a caucasian male with ancestors from the likes of Austria, Germany, Whales, Ireland and more, I am of course searching for someone from my geographic area, however, I have always had a thing for latinas specifically. Where in my past would this have originated from?
Thanks Vic!
Hello Mr Pride, Do you recommend to get a credit card? I mention this in case we travel, to make a check in or rent a car, or can we do everything with a debit card?
Ps: Keep up the good work
Hey Uncle Vic,
Incredible podcast. Thank you.
I recently stopped masturbating. Also, stopped having casual sexual encounters with random girls (risk reward not worth it in my opinion). Do you think it is healthy to hold off sex long term until meeting a girl actually worth having a relationship with? I have done a good amount of casual sex and found it to be meaningless. Seeking your opinion on the issue.
Thank you,
Best,
Eric
