MONK MODE IS HERE!
Leo Sinclair says… (4:44)
Dear Vic, I just want to truly thank you for what an amazing program you have created. I am now finishing my 3rd week of STRICT monk mode, with a prior 48 hour hard reset.
Miraculous. Not only did I do a 180° turn in another direction, I picked up a completely new trade, that I plan on pursuing for years to come. The mental clarity I unlocked during this month was unreal.
I took my brand new 1200$ iPhone X to the pawn shop, and got a flip phone. I now pay 25$ a month versus my 150$ phone bill. I no longer crave the dopamine, the attention of whores, or the candy-like colors of the smartphone screen.
Benjamin asks… (6:03)
Uncle Vic, How does one best respond to being disrespected? Would you personally consider using violence?
Spencer asks… (13:05)
As far as legally, how far will you go to punish someone who has wronged you? I have a guy who is trying to steal 10k from my business, I may have the opportunity to sue and or file charges and get him thrown in prison. He’s a real scumbag but I would rather just get the money he took back but i’m tempted to stoop to his level and make his life hell for trying to cuck me. Always appreciate your insight, thanks!
Darnay asks… (15:56)
I just wanted to ask about how I should deal with irritating, buffoonish people who aren’t necessarily initiating violence towards me but who are so annoying in a passive-aggressive way that they tempt me to do violence to them. Is the best option to ignore them and ‘rise above it’ despite the anger they cause, or would a more proactive approach be a better way to deal with it?
Jon asks… (17:05)
Senor Vic, I started eating only carnivore diet after starting Monk Mode. I wake up at 4am, to do my mediation and stretch routine, to be ready to tackle the gym by 5am. The only supplements that I’ve taken before are, pre workouts. That was 3yrs ago. My question for you is: What Red supplement will you recommend for someone who wants to add supplements to his workout regiment?
Otavio asks… (18:05)
– Can we reuse melted butter? As in, melting butter to cook something, then storing it for cooking again later. Does the same issue happens with it as it does with soy oil? (PUFAs become worse and more intense, whoever low the quantity may be).
– Did you get headaches when starting out the carnivore diet?

MoneyStudy asks… (20:13)
What would make you renounce your U.S. citizenship and become a citizen of another country?
Nate asks… (27:33)
What do you use for banking? What is a good option that works well both abroad and in America?
Jallen asks… (28:32)
How can we honor our ancestors? Looking back at my grandfather’s letters he wrote home in WW2, I don’t see how I can ever match his heroism and achievements. I realise it was probably easier to be heroic and masculine in the 1940s than it is for people brought up in recent decades, but I think everyone is a “victim of their own time”, and we can only work with the materials we have been given. How do I make sure my ancestors are not ashamed to have me as a descendant?
Rambo asks… (30:29)
Hey Victor, A guy friend of mine who I’ve known for 17 years recently came out and said he identifies as a female. This completely goes against my beliefs. Is it best to cut off the friendship or is it still possible to get past this? PS – I just watched Die Hard for the first time, and you and Bruce Willis in that movie look very similar.
John asks… (35:00)
what are your thoughts on tooth care. Not just brushing. But I’ve also recently found value in flossing my teeth does much to make my teeth feel better and fix any bad breath. The reason I ask is because although my trial-and-error tells me that this action makes sense, brushing and flossing seem like a rather new concept. What are your thoughts?
Atem asks… (37:13)
Hey Uncle Vic , I started carnivore diet Omad and it has been 2 months now. But I have noticed hair fall recently. What do you suggest ? Should i alter my diet ? I eat meat and liver. But i dont eat it raw.
Kobe asks… (39:24)
Victor, what do you think of just not eating, as a way to go ‘self-carnivore’ cheaply and easily, by forcing your body to consume its own excess fat? Is this a good way to burn fat, if a person has the self-discipline to do it?
Tyler asks… (41:30)
I used to squat 3 plates for reps before doing the carnivore diet, now after 5 weeks carnivore I can only do 2 plates for 10 reps. I went from weighing 175lbs at 5ft9 to 160lbs. Now I look slim and nowhere near as impressive. Before I was constantly called big man wherever I went and had girls looking at me everywhere. How can I get my size and strength back whilst on the carnivore diet? I eat 4000+ calories a day and not gaining at all.
I’m doing it for the mental clarity effects. Since previously I had constant brain fog from all the carbs when bodybuilding. I much prefer the carnivore diet and feel better. But I also like looking big and jacked, guess the only way is manipulating hormones?
Steve asks… (44:11)
Victor, I currently own two blogs, both of which were set up by BADNET. I am thinking of starting a third blog. Do you believe it’s practical to run three blogs at once?
Otavio asks… (45:23)
I would really like to hear you talk about how other people’s thoughts about us can influence our life. I don’t mean about us getting worried about other people’s opinions, I’m asking specifically about whether people can influence our life’s events, negatively or positively, with their own thoughts and emotions. Just like we bless our food with our thoughts. And if that can happen… How do we shield ourselves from that? By leading a confident and purposeful life, perhaps? Such as following our ultimate goal?
Jeno asks… (49:06)
what is your opinion on Ayahuasca. is it another useless drug like weed?
Joseph asks… (51:16)
What are your thoughts on Electromagnetic Radiation?
Eric asks… (52:15)
Do you like women with big tits and big ass?
Bill asks… (54:22)
What are your thoughts on working a manual labour job or business in order to stay in shape whilst getting paid? It would prevent eye damage and back pain from working on computers all day. Humans are designed to move all day, and in this society we need money. Problem is most high paying jobs or businesses rely on using the computer a lot.
Charles asks… (56:25)
Hi Victor, You say that people shouldn’t have children with someone of a different race, but what is your view on people who are already mixed? For example, I’m half white and half Filipino. Should I find someone who is also half white and half Filipino to have children with? It’s already difficult enough to find a truly feminine woman who is worthy of being the mother to my children without looking for someone who is also the same mixed race as I am.
Alex asks… (57:47)
My question is would you agree that the weirdo elites rule the docile cattle by simply influencing their perception yes or no?
Ben asks… (58:14)
Hi Vic, Just curious with women and dating. I’m in my late 20’s and want to continue with self improvement for a few more years and settle down perhaps in my mid 30’s. In your own opinion is this too late to have kids? And I’m wanting to find a young women, early 20’s, would they still be interested in a man 10+ Years older then they are? What do you think the ideal age for a man to have kids would be?
R. Peat asks… (59:41)
Hi Victor. You’ve written favourably about coconut water and coconut oil, but I think that was when you were living in S.E. Asia, where coconuts are locally-available. For people in North America or Europe, where coconuts do not grow naturally, are coconut products still a healthy option?
Joseph asks… (1:01:24)
I am a 20-year-old man. My health is perfect, I follow a strict carnivore diet, only drink water and have been lifting weights for years. I have thrown away all unnecessary possessions and now can fit everything I own into a holdall bag and a backpack (other than my book collection). I live in London, England and currently have £5000 saved up. My goal now is to focus on becoming wealthy and building an empire. I want to focus on become completely financially free as I already have my health and good friends. I have absolutely no debts and left school at 17. Where would you start if you were in my position? I am a 20-minute train ride from Central London which is basically the financial capital of the world,
Joe asks… (1:02:25)
Should you reconnect with your father even if he is a piece of shit?
John asks… (1:03:17)
Hey Victor, Do you plan to be a roaming nomad all your life, or do you think you will ever own property someday? Maybe a cabin in the wilderness somewhere?
CRoy asks… (1:04:14)
Vic question about college. I NEVER will go to a major college. Indoctrination, evil, a waste of life. I completely agree. But I do wonder your take on possibly a community college? I truly want to own a restaurant down the road in my life, but I have no idea how to go about this. I’ll make it happen, but perhaps your tips on starting a business. Good resources to find. Things to use. Etc etc. Also, appreciate all your advice. And I enjoy your podcasts. God bless you.
Peter asks… (1:05:25)
Hi Victor, What are your views about women who are overly religious and dogmatic? Do I still have to go with these kinds of women to have a harmonious and peaceful family? Or should I just simply go with feminine women who are very submissive to men that desires settling down and dying become a mother?
Roger asks… (1:06:19)
Hi Vic, What do you predict for the white population in the near future of even a few thousand years? I’m from Australia and I am aware in the USA there is black history month, etc. Here in Australia they celebrate the Chinese New Year, and other minority holidays.
As soon as something about white pride is discussed a big red light comes on. I don’t see why we don’t have white history month? I respect all races but why are whites not allowed by society to be proud? We have pretty much invented all sports, majority of the worlds languages, civilisations etc, the list is endless. And whites are less than 10% of the worlds population and shrinking. How do we stop this?
Until next time.
Your man,
-Victor Pride

Hi Vic, drinking raw milk has slightly some carbohydrates, how can it be combined with a carnivore diet? If I drink a liter of raw cow milk it gets added up, normally it has around 3,5g carbs per 100ml?
Figure it out on your own.
The only way to avoid carbohydrates is to eat raw cow milk cheese. There is no other available option. Raw goat milk has carbohydrates too. I don’t know how it should be possible. Correct me if i am wrong.
milk is full of estrogen and pus cells, its for women and children only.
The processed crap is full of the estrogen. Raw milk is probably the most nutritious thing you can get.
He’s talked about this all the time. Raw milk is the only carb that is actually good for you.
You mentioned that you should only use drugs native to your culture. What kind of drugs would that be for those of European descent?
None.
What are your views on a career in the porn industry?
What do you think.
Where there any female celebrities or models you were attracted to growing up? What do you think of them now?
also, how do you raise your daughter properly in the modern world? and also what can a person do to save a sister who is indoctrinated into western ways and believes in feminism and such?
Why would he have female (((celebrity))) role models?
i meant did he like any growing up, like how in high school you’ve got boys going mad over hot celebs like nicki minaj/ emma watson or someone (none of these are my type, but u know what im saying), not role models obviously, but like finding them hot.
Vic, looking at all your streams of income, what are the top 5 that bring in the most income for you in 2018?
I’m not asking for the $ figures, just a list that looks like this:
1. (meaning top income earner) - red beast
2. 30 days of discipline ebook
3. red burner
4. body of a spartan ebook
etc.
This will help me to strategize for my own business. thanks!
“As soon as something about white pride is discussed a big red light comes on. I don’t see why we don’t have white history month? I respect all races but why are whites not allowed by society to be proud? ” Exactly, this is the definition of blatant racism. Oh wait, only white people are racist. Don’t you dare call yourself a European American or have white history month and don’t exalt your white culture/heritage/ancestry, less you want to be labeled a bigot and a racist. I tell you where it all started, back in the 50’s and 60’s when all the hippies and liberals helped create feminism and civil rights movements. It stems from how the world viewed the so called ‘oppressed’ and gave them rights while taking rights from white’s with traditional views (Christian, Straight/Hetero, law abiding, etc….). All the stupid shit we see today (me too, black lives matter, homo / trans agenda, etc..) all stems from the weaklings being given a social platform to speak their poor us mentality.
But………..there is a silent uprising coming of that I’m sure and it will make all wrongs right again. It’s starting in Europe and will eventually sweep this way. White people that want to be proud of who they are better wake the fuck up or else the mongrels, monkey’s and mud faces will dilute your family into what they are.
Are you talking about the riots in France?
Which country do you think has the best food?
Hey Vic,
I’m feeling tired all they long, from the time I wake up to the time I sleep.
-Happens despite the amount of sleep I get(6-9 hours)
-Switched from Carnivorous to Regular and back just to see if there would be any difference
-Started supplementing with Vitamin D
Nothing seems to be helping, what am I doing wrong? It’s not normal to feel tired all day long..
Do you consume any drugs such as alcohol, caffeine, etc.? What time do you go to sleep? How much are you eating? What is your exercise routine like? Do you have a job you hate? Are you under a lot of stress? What are your testosterone levels? Are you fat? These are all factors which also influence energy.
Tell me more about your diet and daily routine.
Awesome reply!
Sometimes body heals itself, be patient. Do not make any mistakes on your diet?
Do you prefer city life or country life?
What do you do for fun? What is the most pleasurable experience you have ever had?
What was the biggest adventure you have ever had?
Hey Victor
Do you have any advice on removing or getting of acne scars on the face especially the cheek area? I’ve had acne since I was 14 I’m currently 22 and still have acne but as bad when I was younger. However my scaring has increased over the last few months causing my to have new marks/scaring on my face that looks like it can’t be removed and it will there permanently. Please help it is affecting my confidence.
look up ”snake diet” on youtube. fasting should help
Agree with Jenoj. Look up “snake diet” and check out dry fasting.
Vic,
What do you do when you get lonely?
I’m not an introvert, but like you, I don’t mix with most people. Yet I get lonely sometimes. My life is mostly working on my business.
Just wondering what you do when you are lonely. I figure you have some things you do in your own life for this.
thanks man.
LOVE your work!
try monk mode, find a female dog, eat lamb, go to mountains, meditation and focus on breathing, eat natural or maybe one day a girl will find you and gives you all the pleasures, stay focused. Get a diesel Van and make a vanlife.
Can’t speak for Victor but I can tell you what works for me.
Don’t overcomplicate things, set business goals and achieve them. After you’re done with your current set goals, go out and meet people if you’re lonely. Pick up a productive hobby if partying and bars aren’t your thing. Try boxing or a dancing class depending on what you’re looking for.
Boxing, BJJ or Kickboxing to meet like minded guys. Plus you get combat ready which is always useful.
Dancing to meet chicks. You’ll be surprised what the ratio of guys/girls is in classes. Obviously avoid things like tango where it’s mostly older women. If you don’t end up hooking up with a girl, you’ll have practiced your social skills and learned a dance you can use later on. Take advantage of this before more guys realize how great it is and start flooding dance classes.
Hope this helps,
-TM
Vic, you’re the man. is it better for people to live in a warm or cold weather climate?
Yo Vic what do you think about Viking Beserkers?
They fasted, went into isolation, partook in rituals, and I can only imagine had their own form of monk mode in preparation for battle.
If you’ve never read up on them check this out:
https://m.ranker.com/list/viking-berserker-facts/philgibbons
Their intensity and ferocity were admirable.
When one loses sight of the small ego, he becomes capable of insane feats. I once saw a crazy 100 pound woman in hysteria who overpowered men twice her weight. Much of our potential is stifled by our thinking brain and cognitive advancement, which ironically hinders us when trying to do something all-out, like lifting a heavy weight.
Apart from military might and being crazed enough to rip wood with their bare hands, they’re not men worth emulating. Why? They lost control of their minds. It’s useful, in a way, but the costs outweight the benefits. This is similar to alcoholics who take great risks they would never do when sober.
Your judgment affected, you do dumb and karmically hurtful things. Bersekers would rape any woman in sight, even little girls, kill their own men, eat their own feces, torture children etc.
Never lose control of your mind. It is the dumbest thing you can do. However, quelling the selfdoubt created the mind is great before a big event so that can be worked on.
Oh I definitely agree, the “raping and pillaging” associated with the vikings would mostly be attributed to the berserkers. What intrigues me most though is the fact that average humans have this power within them to do absolutely insane feats of strength and might, similarly to Samson of the bible whenever the power of the Spirit overcame him. If there was a way to tap into it whilst keeping your mind in tact and your body under control we could do awesome things.
What should a young adult who just got out of teenage do as a rite of passage? In ancient cultures boys would go out into the wild to fend for themselves and come back as men. What should a 19 year old do today to become a real man?
Hi victor. Ive been following the carnivore diet for 7 weeks. After 3/4 weeks I experienced the great mental clarity and energy. However now my brain fog is back with a vengeance. Massive head tension and cannot think straight. I try hiking in the woods for hours and it won’t go away. All I eat is ground beef, butter, eggs, some fish and lamb shoulder. All I drink is filtered water. What could be causing it? Could it be the dopamine from using my phone to listen to podcasts/YouTube? I haven’t watched porn or masturbated for 4 months. I just want to have a clear head and not feel messed up
Tell em more about your routine, coffee intake, medicine intake, etc.
Also, switch out the ground beef for steak and let me know the results.
eat meat attached to the bones, eat bone marrow, it might gives you the willpower to climb the next important step.
Hello Victor,
What are you’re thoughts on skin cancer? Is the sun the real culprit and would we die if we did not go to the doctor for treatment?
Hi Vic,
What was the most pleasant place you’ve lived in, with temperate climate year round? By temperate, I mean anywhere from 45-75 year round, little bit of rain and fog maybe, but mostly sunshine.
Second, Wim Hof, who is a daredevil and holder of many records, and an athlete who climbed everest wearing just boxers and ran a desert in namibia without water, is well known for eating only one meal a day, later at night, and it’s very simple and mostly vegetarian-pasta with some cheese, maybe, or a vegetable soup. His bloodwork is perfect and he underwent a medically tested study where he used the power of his mind to control an ecoli infection that left others vomiting.
Curious, I then found the work of Nick Gonzalez, a genius in cancer treatment who naturally achieved 93% cure rate for his patients. He found that some humans are parasympathetic dominant and others are sympathetic dominant. Parasympathetic dominant people live long and healthy lives eating red meat multiple times a day. Sympathetic types do much better with leafy greens, lighter foods, carbs, and some animal products like eggs. Gonzalez stressed that no human can do well with veganism.
I think he’s right. I went carnivore for months with few cheat days and felt like shit. After resuming organic veggies, one meal a day, some ghee butter, full fat non-homogenized yogurt, and eggs, I feel tremendous. Boundless energy. Acute mental clarity. I stay the hell away from gluten though as it inflames me but otherwise. A pressure cooked lentil soup with an egg, some yogurt later, and a few cooked leafy greens is all I eat every night and I feel superhuman. Maybe some raisins. No cravings, though once a week I’ll feel like I need to grab a sugar-fat bomb like you said, usually a raspberry creme donut, and predictably feel like shit the next morning.
I must add that I follow rigorous breathwork and do not jerk off. Wim, who is lightyears ahead of our time, believes that humans can achieve a state, like monks, in which they directly get prana or energy from the air and sun. The breathwork has reduced my need or desire to eat.
Modern monks are not indicative of monks of the past. They had acute powers of mind and body and some still do. The shaolin monks of the famous temple follow a vegetarian diet with properly prepared lentils, milk, and eggs and they are vibrant and healthy beyond belief. That is because Chinese and Mongolians and Asiatic people are largely genetically sympathetically dominant. Mediterranean folks are a mixed autonomic system, balanced. And northern people, whether it be Europeans or Arctic people or Russians/Kyrgistanis are more parasympathetic and require red meat.
The carnivore diet prescription for all is disastrous based on personal experience, though it can be an absolute life savers for parasympathetics who are told their natural food needs are politically incorrect.
Cheers
Karl
Hey Uncle Vic.
I don’t know if this is a question, but I need some advice.
My ma and I don’t see eye to eye on politics. You see, I’m more like you and she’s more like the CNN leftist drones.
Just this evening we were having a conversation about the green new deal. She refused to believe that it advocated paying those “unwilling to work”, said I had bad sources, even though she knew nothing about it.
In other words, typical “fake news” accusations.
However, all that green new deal stuff is really. I tried to defuse it by taking the stoic approach, as you might say, without mass media I probably wouldn’t even know Donald Trump is president, so why should I really stress out about it?
Well, this triggered her and she said, “You’re a white man, that’s why it doesn’t affect you”.
This pisses me off Vic.
It’s not the fact the she was so blatantly sexist and racist to assume that I don’t care about the rights of females or minorities.
What really pisses me off is that it’s my own mother, the woman who taught me never to be sexist or racist, who has taken the leftist propaganda hook, line, and sinker, to even think my race and gender, and “privilege” in one way or another invalidate my opinion.
I tried doing what you said, to just grit my teeth and say, “yes, you’re right” through it all, but when she brought my race into it I got really upset. I really care about my mother and wish she could see the light of the world, but the city lights and social media screens and leftist propaganda have deluded her to the point I barely even know who she is. She’s so emotionally charged on all things political now, whereas we used to be able to have conversations about these things.
Sorry for the rant vic. Hope maybe you can cover this with your own experiences and maybe help some other people that are in a similar situation as me.
Looking forward to this week’s podcast.
Hey uncle vic,
I’m not sure if I’m really asking for advice, just hoping to bounce some ideas off of you.
I was talking on the phone with my mom this evening, and it didnt end well.
It all started with me bringing up the green new deal. I can’t help it, I know we disagree politically, but I’m just interested in politics.
Well, I told her about the “unwilling to work” part and she just started the typical “fake conservative news” approach.. even after I cited her official press release, she deflected… she wouldn’t believe anything I said about Cortez, even that she was a democratic socialist…
Well, I found out why.
I tried to defuse the conversation by taking the stoic approach. As you might say, “without the mass media, I probably wouldn’t even know Donald Trump is President”, so I probably shouldn’t care so much about these political issues anyways.
You know, trying to defuse the conversation.
Well, her ((OrangeManBad)) routine set off at the mere mention of his name.
“Well, of course *his* politics don’t affect you, you’re a WHITE MAN!”.
Then she said she was tired, she loved me, and needed to hang up.
She’s not a lost cause, just in early stages of indoctrination as a liberal woman in the big city.
My real issue is not the blatant racism and sexism, implying that because I’m white and male that I don’t have any opinion on Donald Trumps politics, but rather that this sentiment is now being expressed by my own mothers the very woman who taught me never to be racist or sexist.
I just love her and care for her very much, and wish she could see the light, like most of the stuff you cover here on b&d.
Sorry for the rant, vic, was just hoping you would find something to add from your own experiences so that maybe other people in a situation like mine can find some value out of all this.
political power is the best a man can get.
What are the advantages of modern life and how can we use them to our benefit?
What are the best habits/lifestyle changes you have made?
What are the best books on nutrition, strength training and health that you have read?
Nothing works if you are not being approached by girls. You are much likely to get assaulted.
What are your views on bioenergetics?
What are some good hobbies that get us away from the computer screens?
Thanks for the replies, Victor.
I have to ask again about one of them, though:
- People can influence our lives negatively with their thoughts. How do we protect ourselves from the influence of an obsessive person?
And another question:
- How can we help abused people to take responsibility for fixing their lives themselves?
Be present and just do nothing, nature will takeover. Similar to the God is having an Ant farm and simply do nothing.
What are your views on the Hells Angels?
Speaking of marriage, how do you tell if a woman could bring good luck to you and your family? What are the hints?
Marraige is a good thing according to the bible, provided that women are rich, slim, active and the ability to make a good income. But now most women are westernized and addicted to social media, drugs alcohol etc they are very lethargic and expect money from the man. Best option is go for monk mode and safeguard yourself.
Hi Victor!
I just discovered your podcasts through a friend of mine.
Right now I work at Mc’Donalds and then volunteer in a hostel for a bed. I am broke but not broken. I am hungry only for success.
What articles would you recommend to learn first? What approach should I take to build myself and become a free man like yourself.
Any answer and your podcast are much appreciated!
Hi Vic,
How does one overcome anxiety and a weak nervous system which, for me, causes immediate bowel urges whenever I get nervous? I even was like this as a child. I sometimes also feel my pelvic region clenching up and becoming congested, which feels like gas is trapped there alongside a full bladder feeling, which is awful.
Did you find boron to help with this? I’m wondering if your spine condition in lower back caused this sensation of constipation, gas, and urine and if the boron helps.
Also curious as to why you take BORAX instead of BORON, given that borax has some small safety concerns.
Thanks,
Churchilla
Tell me about your diet, alcohol, cigarette and coffee intake.
I am a fairly healthy/robust man from Sri Lanka.
My father raised me to abstain from alcohol and cigarettes. I have tried only once many years back. Totally clean since.
No coffee. It’s garbage imho and leaves me wired like a crack addict.
I tried every diet. Worst for me is the carnivore diet, either with several seafood meals or several red meat (lamb/goat) meals. Only diet that really works for me is the “eating less” diet. I find that I feel best when I let my digestive fire build up, and then eat later in the day. Sometimes if I am hungry in morning, I will have some fresh milk with malted barley, delicious and energizing. Other times milk plain. I usually skip lunch and around 7pm or so my digestive fire is very strong and I can eat dinner. Clean. Usually lentils, ghee, eggs, yogurt, fish oil, sometimes some red meat. Eating red meat only is woe for me, all sorts of stomach pains and brain fog and inflammation.
I find that when my digestive fire is low, even great foods leave me tired and gassy, When my digestive fire is strong, I can eat garbage and feel fantastic.
The lesson for me is that digestion is way more important than the food consumed. Well, maybe equally important. My father has shown me legitimate saints who have meditated and subsisted on just some fruits, dairy, and lentils (no eggs, fish, or red meat) for years and one of them looks no older than 55 (he’s 80, passport proves it). He once went weeks eating just a pint of buttermilk and a tbsp of butter each day.
I’m convinced in our modern world the most f***ed up thing is our digestion and intestinal health which has been ravaged by pesticides and flouride in our water (Alex Jones is right about this) and our depleted soils which don’t give us the zinc, potassium, B12, magnesium, and boron that our body, bones, and muscle need.
Love your blog and thanks for your great contribution to the younger generation of men!
Churchilla
Your diet, understanding of nutrition/when to eat, and your understanding of your own body all seem good. I’ve never felt what you describe so I cannot say what it is. The only things that make me nervous are coffee and sugar and other stimulants or harder bodybuilding supplements. On my 90/10 meat/carbs diet with no coffee I always feel fine and never nervous or gassy. Perhaps someone else can chime in with some ideas.
Do all carbs, including white rice and pressure-cooked lentils, make you gassy?
I’ve discovered the number one source of fatigue and debility. It’s not having a clean bowel or having weak digestive/pelvic muscles that prevent gas emptying.
When gas is logged in your stomach, the world turns from beautiful to dreary in moments. Life loses pleasure.
I think boron may work synergistically with magnesium to loosen the muscles in the body. I am curious about your magnesium because you don’t eat fruits or spinach. I love sauteed spinach, and it seems like royalty in the past enjoyed fresh fruit like peaches and raspberries and a few vegetables like peas, spinach, radish, and cauliflower while garbage vegetables like potatoes, beans, and carrots were fed to the peasants. If you look at a veggie bag in your crappy supermarket, you’ll probably see carrots potatoes and beans lol!
“Do all carbs, including white rice and pressure-cooked lentils, make you gassy?”
Yes, seems that way. Vegetables do the most. I don’t eat lentils. Rice, hard to say as I’ve only eaten it once in 9 months. Seemed much better than veggies, did not notice much if any gas. These days I literally never have gas unless I have some sort of plant food or drink sparkling water.
“I am curious about your magnesium because you don’t eat fruits or spinach.”
Magnesium appears to be in beef, eggs, dairy (milk, yogurt) and fish like mackerel which I eat occasionally.
What is your blood type ? if you are O positive you can eat any type of meat.
Hey Vic, Keep up the good work.
I just started a blog using Badnet.
Can you believe I started a blog 12 years ago and did not stick with it after the first few posts.
It feels good to be writing again.
It’s amazing what it feels like to be in the writing flow.
Thank You for the constant prodding to start.
It wouldn’t have happened without you.
Hi Vic,
You have helped me start my own blog, Driven and Desired.
I have a question, when it comes to sending marketing emails about your products, how do you make sure that your emails always end up in the main inbox and not in the spam folder or the “promotions” folder in gmail?
All your emails come to my main inbox, even where you sell Red Supplements.
Much love,
Alex
Hi Victor, I’ve recently heard on a podcast that mutton used to be a very popular meat in America before the invention of Nylon and Polyester in 1930 and 1935 respectively.
Since a lot of cultures around the world eat mutton as a staple meat, I wanted to know if you’ve tried mutton or lamb during your carnivore diet experimentation.
A quick lookup shows that the nutrition profile of Mutton is quite similar to beef. Although it’s difficult to find mutton in NA, lamb is pretty widely available. Thought it might be something worth looking into for carnivores looking for a little variety, I’m definitely going to try adding more lamb to my diet.
P.S. Please note that lamb has a slightly lower fat ratio than beef, pork and mutton.
How Long were you on TRT?
What made you decide to get off of it for good?
You have said it is very hard to still have optimal T levels even if you do everything right which makes it seem that TRT is a good solution.
wondering as I have been on for a year…trying to figure out my long term game.
I realize it means dependency but one must adapt to the circumstances perhaps.
What are your views on Mike Mentzer and his High-Intensity Training philosophy?
Wanted to say your podcasts are excellent and have become a must listen for me. Though I don’t always agree with everything that you say (no one should IMO) the fact that your answers are straight forward, to the point and clear cut means there’s no misunderstanding of the message.
The best part of this setup is that the questions are laid out for the listeners with the exact time to click on. Was wondering is there a way to make the time an actual link you click that way don’t have to keep scrolling up and down the page. I understand if that would be a pain in your ass to do but I do think it would go a long way in making the experience for the listener even better. Either way thanks Vic, very good stuff!!
Thanks friend. No way to do what you suggest except on the YouTube page.
Okay gotcha……….Thanks for the response and keep up the good work!!
What would you do if you saw or heard your best friend or someone close to you trying to get at your girl?
How do you currently feel about Bretón? Useful? Healthy? Crap?
Try monk mode, the girl will come unto you. Even Budda has been approached by girls. He turned them down.
However girls are real examiners in your real life.
Hey Vic, im not new to Bold an determined; but ive being re-wired because of your podcast series. I have a pretty decent website-blog based on latin america. I started mainly because it was fun, never really looked it as a bussiness venture. However im in the position to go full blown at it. It is heavily traffic driven by youtube tho. My question is could blogging suffice now a days? or do you feel it is a necessity to have more of a dual-platform (eg. Blog+Podcast; Blog+Youtube, etc.) Also im now selling my time providing services, I wonder if dropping an ebook or course will work on a mainly Latin american population.
Thanks man.
