Vic, Can you talk more about your idea of Superiority and Inferiority among humans. It seems that you believe that a certain white race is the superior race, which is under attack by the elites to defile the ‘pure blood’ via interracial sex. What then is your idea of the Spirit of man? For example, even among what you consider ‘inferior’ races, there are individuals in every race who created Great Things that have an impact on moving the world forward. I got another question for the next podcast though.
I’ve been a foreigner in my own country all my life, I live in the Netherlands however both my parents immigrated to this country as teenagers with their parents in the 70’s from a former Dutch colony called “Suriname” (Dutch Guyana in South America).
There are many foreigners like me who have been born in European countries and have lived here all their lives. We don’t really fit in anywhere, not in Europe and not back in our own countries.
I’ve never even been to my own country, EVER!
What is your advice to people like me who don’t really fit in anywhere because of the decisions our parents and grandparents made.
Should we emigrate back to our own countries or try to to make the best out of it here in Europe and North America?
Your name Ashwin, seems to be from the Caucus/Aryan region of India. Are you geneologically Irani, Indian, South American, or something else? It may be useful to see where your genetic roots are and spend time in that place to see how you do.

You are absolutely right, my father is of Indian heritage therefore the name. My ancestors emigrated from British-India somewhere in the 19th Century to work in the Dutch colonies in South America.
When slavery was abolished all black people left the plantations so the Dutch needed new workers to maintain the economy, thus they hired workers from India through the British.
In the former Dutch colony of Suriname we Indians are now ethnically the largest group of people and a lot of us therefore now consider it to be our country especially since the Dutch left at the end of the Colonial Era.
Thank you for the recommendation on my Aryan post, however I temporarily deactivated most of my blog posts because I am trying to create a new overall theme. The Aryan post will return in the future however with a few minor tweaks here and there ;)

Funny that even though you were born in the Netherlands, you still refer to “my own country” as somewhere other than the Netherlands? This for me is why immigration can basically never work. No one who comes to Europe even feels they belong, let along the host country truly accepting them as one of their own…

I know how you feel. I’m in a similar boat. To answer your question, I would do my best to live the life as best as I can without any worries about fitting in anywhere… the thing is the conundrum of being an “oddball” out is that we are looked by the society as weirdo, bohemian, outcast or whatever but labels are just that…. labels nothing more…
we shouldn’t try to fit in with the masses but at the same time, understand that there are pros and cons of all so we can always try to make and benefit from the “both side of the world” … it is lonely road however because you feel that you got no one in your back but just know this… there are a lot of us out there even though we may pale in numbers… Just wanted to let you know keep your head high and never submit to anybody who is trying to humiliate and insult your racial heritage.
Many of people like us would feel like “neither here nor there” because of either being mix race and/OR one race but grew up among different race as a kid…
Focus on creating business, body, and craft and focus on winning and improving yourself and people around you (best if it was your own people)
I would say that living with your own kind is the best option but also keep in mind … more importantly look for people with the WINNING mindset. People with winning mindset can transcend beyond race and tribe but you also cannot ignore nature as race was made to stay with their own…

Do you think these so-called “superpowers” the NoFap community claims were real? I was on my third day of NoFap journey and felt some of the benefits so far such as having more drive to pursue my goals and dreams. I also started my third day with “literally” no naps in between when doing my online business throughout the day but still skeptical as this might have something to do with a placebo effect.

I was never placed in special ed classes growing up.
Nor was I placed in gifted class.
My intellect I feel like is just average, maybe slightly below average. It’s tough to remember concepts and when I try to grasp a new concept or even do basic math I’m a bit…. slower… than everyone else in my understanding or computations .
It is a mans job to be the breadwinner at the house, my girlfriend is more intellectually sound then men. It is an insecurity of mine. After she graduates college she will likely make a significantly more money than me. So then one would think that the man should be the physically strong one out of the 2 genders. I am by no means weak, but I’ve never been able to achieve fitness goals due to my beta thalessemia anemia trait.
I have tried the carnivore diet and while it helps with a lot of things, my anemia still brings me down in fitness and energy. And Im sure my IQ is the same.
I would think I could use my intellect like you do to bring value to the world. I would think I could youse my physical strength in these. But I feel like I don’t bring value to the world.
What can I do to increase my intellect and improve my beta thalassemia anemia. I don’t know how the anemia can be improve since it is genetic, but the intellect can be.

Wonderful podcast as usual.
The elite want us to be crippled and feeble and basically die. When humans are in nature they are capable of vibrancy that most city people have no idea of. This amazing farmer from my Indian friend’s hometown had a kid at the age of 95 (!) with his wife who was 51 (!). The baby was perfectly healthy. The farmer drinks a gallon of milk a day, a pound of butter, and a vegetable stew almonds. A simple diet, nothing else. He credits his vitality to being a vegetarian, but I think it’s the huge amounts of milk and butter that keep him strong. It’s amazing how healthy natural people are.
I’m trying the village diet at the recommendation of my friend and I feel super strong, energetic, and also clear headed. I’m still nervous of raw milk so I get low-temp pasteurized unhomogenized pasture milk, but I’d love to just try raw milk someday. The farmer apparently drinks mostly quickly boiled milk straight from his cows.
Have you considered getting a herdshare or a ownership stake in a cow? I think this would be a good choice. I’m going to try to find a Guernsey or Jersey cow share. Jersey cows produce amazing milk btw.

Most muslims I met are pretty good people. They tell it how it is and they showed respect to me. These were muslims with family, wife and children.

There’s a large mennonite population of 100,000 in the city of Cuahtemoc, Chihuahua, Mexico. It would be very easy to live off the land there and fit in. And the terrain is beautiful and mountainous. The non-mennonite Mexicans are very conservative there, like old school Texans. The women are beautiful and save their virginity for marriage. I’m currently living in Mexico City and planning to relocate to Mexican Amish country when I turn 30 and start a family.

There is a global disease being spread by a global program specifically for white folk. South America is just 10 years late in the game compared to the Anglosphere and Europe, some more delayed like Argentina, others getting up with the program quickly like Brazil. There is no escape. There are no “forming communities”. The World is too small now. The South Africans and Rhodesians tried to play this game decades ago and they’re submitted to conditions like now Venezuela is to, until they cracked, and if they didn’t I’m sure sooner or later one of the big boys would have invaded them alone or with the help of one of these bodies like the UN or NATO.
In Argentina the Constitution which was created to try to stimulate european immigration is being used to import natives from neighbouring countries and africans from the other side of the Atlantic. In Brazil german communities were expelled from their land to give space to blacks claiming these lands “were historically theirs”. Buenos Aires is the 2nd city after NY with more (((chosenites))) outside Israel. Racemixing propaganda is relentless and unstopable in Brazil and even calling someone a racial slur can land in you in jail like in Europe… our governments are just less efective for now, not less malicious.
When some form of desastabilisation happens, which always do in all historic times, we must be prepared to pitch geopolitical interests to help us inside our countries, principally in Europe where it is easier to bargain with the opposite power (Russia) and take the control in any of them with the protection of one of the superpowers à la Assad. It is a longshot, but i can guarantee fleeing to South America won’t work for your children or your children’s children. We must prepare to seize opportunity and not literally flee to farms and forests as a definitive solution.
Anyway, our biggest problem are the white men that are traitors and just live for the money, fast cars, mcmansions and paid whores - so they enslave us all in their greed, occupying important positions in society, convincing us that we are safe with their familiar faces and soft smiles. “Everything is fine” our brains tell us seeing a person of the same tribe in power, when in fact we’re filled with traitors, sellouts who directly make or passively permit laws, lobbies and lawsuits that throw us in jail or drain our livelyhoods for questioning the brutality of it all, like all those kids that took part in Charlottesville in the US some time ago. Don’t you think traitors are our foremost problem?
Due to some of this, I think the best place for whites to relocate may be to Russia.
Thoughts?
If you are asking me, these are my thoughts:
Except if you have a great deal of expertise in russian language and culture the answer is “no”. The problem with western countries is they are dying, so they slowly become more and more chaotic and desorganised with time, but you still “know” how things work.
Russia is not dying, Russia is stable or growing and I would bet in 50 years Russia is going to be a better place than the, let’s say, UK if nothing changes, BUT Russia is the frontier of european blood and they evolved very differently like all slavs, and they are the outermost of all slavs. Russian history contrast drastically with Anglo history (I’m assuming you’re american), and the latter is 10 times closer to Italian or Spanish history than the odd russians.
Concretely: You’ll find in Russia hard barriers against foreigners (speacially anglos), agressive corruption with a very different concept of “fairness” from western europeans and as a whole a society that won’t go well with your western european/american upbringing.
If you want to have a safe heaven what i would do is: Take the necessary steps to become a wealthy person in your country if it is conducive for it (as the US is), in the mean time learn Russian and russian culture and make a long time plan to enter in business in Russia as you can later relocate there if necessary from an economic position of strenght, not as a hapless immigrant. You can also do it with other european countries like Croatia or Hungary, or even Italy that appears to have a good future if it continues in the path that it took with Salvini (though i wouldn’t be so hopefull).

When she said “nothing to see here” she was using sarcasm to say that “yes, there is something to see here, there is something to the numbers. You should pay attention to them.”
Native English speakers say “Nothing to see here folks, move along” when the coincidence is too great that it could never truly be a coincidence. It’s a humorous was of saying “something is going on here and you should pay attention to it”.
This can be lost on a non-native English speaker, especially an Asian, because Asians don’t use sarcasm.
“Nothing to see here folks, move along” can be used in 2 different ways. You can see it on the nightly news when the news anchor tells the people “Nothing to see here, move along” when if you pay attention there is obviously something to see. Basically, they lie. For example: You may drive across a large automobile accident and cars are on fire. A police officer will say “Nothing to see here, move along.”
It is also used in a mocking tone by the citizens because we are used to being lied to about “nothing to see here”. We understand it is a lie and we use it humorously to both mock the system and to say that there is something to see here.

In south Brazil, close to Uruguay and Argentina where I was raised, there are also german and italian communities. No wonder, the 3 states in the south are among the most productive, in industry and agriculture, in the country. It has had social movements and a deep ingrained desire to independence that has started multiple social revolutions in the past. It has unfortunately become a left wing center in the past 30 years. At the same time this demographic distinction that also extends north to São Paulo is the engine that is helping Brazil shift to a more patriotic stance now in 2019. I am optimistic about the Brazil. The truth is becoming mainstream and the media is in panic as they are losing control of the narrative. It’s glorious.
I currently live in Canada married to a canadian wife of chinese descent. It’s a real shame what the people have become here. I use my immigrant card to point out the obvious whenever I can: that white people are being sistematically replaced. How do we break the effect the words of others have on us?

It seems like you see these numbers and various occult imagery all over what the so called ‘elites’ or the illumati do. I’m guessing that it’s essentially a ‘signature’ of the devil when you see things like this, or the all seeing eye. Remember a lot of times these just show up accidentally. I think they can be signs, like if you keep on seeing some of these numbers it can be a sign to go in a different direction, but it is very difficult to decipher numerology for the most part. At first, when I kept seeing the patterns with numbers and images, … I too thought it may just be “accident” or just another coincidence but then I kept seeing it over, over and over again like there is no tomorrow.
Numerology itself may be a complex topic as one studies deeper into the subject. What I know or few others know may only be a tip of an iceberg.

I notice that there are so many great questions each week and you don’t get to all of them due to time constraints.
Would you consider doing a second podcast? It doesn’t even need to be as long, it could be a quick, mini, chat-style thing Owen Benjamin-style, or just your thoughts on current affairs, etc, with a few questions answered.
I really enjoyed having 2 podcasts. I know a lot of men did as well. In addition, I don’t mean to sound entitled, as whatever you put out is great, but it would be cool if you could do a little bit of background research on question topics you aren’t as familiar with, and then share your thoughts with the audience at B&D. And if you have great ideas while thinking about podcast questions, please jot them down in a notepad. The podcasts are great as it is and I’d love to see them get even more incisive/penetrating over time.

I’d say have a second podcast, but have the theme be maybe different, or the format be different. I enjoy the fact that the podcasts are so perfect. Might be harder to do with two a week.

Yes, I agree with your conclusion. I have a Freemason lodge and Odd Fellow lodge where I live. Don’t know much about them but my father was once invited to join Odd Fellow once because he was a locally known businessman. He went to their meeting and had missed the dress code and they made a big deal about it. He thought the whole thing was silly and never joined.
Lions Society is also active in my hometown but they are a charity. I remember as a kid they used to come to my fathers shop every now and then to refill their stand with mint tablets and collect the money from it. It was only a small stand beside the cash register. The Lions society people were mostly old retired people and they seemed honest and nice. Don’t think they can be compared to Freemasons or any of that sort.

I just ordered Red Growth and keen to soon start a cycle in conjuction with my weight training. I’m 6’1 and very lean, I aim is for additional muscle mass.
My question is twofold:
1. Would you recommend including some carbs in my diet while cycling Red Growth - I’d like to go full carnivore but you’ve mention on occasion including carbs for bulking is necessary. Can you give a ratio or more explanation?
2. Is it OK to continue supplements while on Red Growth. Currently I’m taking the following for a year long heavy metal detox: Magnesium, Zinc, K2, CoQ10 and a drop of iodine daily.
