In the last episode we discussed: How to find true freedom, the reality of bodybuilding, more on sexual transmutation, interracial children, the cure for depression, the important role of mothers, magic mushrooms and more on Monk Mode.
In this episode we discuss: Victor Pride's thoughts on love, the fear of going into business for yourself, the only optimal human diet, the natural state of humans (happy), the best books I read this year, cooking methods (and lack thereof), the great work of the Bear, and so much more.

Vaios asks… (3:28)
What are your thoughts on love?
What does it mean to love a woman for Victor Pride? I am not talking about being obsessed with a woman, or always having sex and wasting your sexual energy. I am talking about caring about a woman deeply and being like a father-figure to her. How do you manage a relationship like that while staying true to your purpose?
Scott asks… (11:12)
Vic, I've been reading B&D; since 2014. I started my website with badnet 3 years ago. I spent every penny I made off my site buying rental properties and starting other businesses. I put maximum effort into my website/blog for the past year and I witnessed amazing things happen. I gained a significant following, traffic went through the roof, and business opportunities presented themselves. So thank you for your guidance over the years. You played a major roll in this.
Because of all my entrepreneurial endeavors, I will be leaving a 11 year long career on December 28th. It was a high stress situation with one thing after another constantly happening. I’ve been entangled in a high-chaos-environment for over a decade. I am somewhat nervous about transitioning to the next phase of my life.. I am concerned that new found level of calmness is going to be a major adjustment to adapt to. Was this ever something that you found yourself dealing with in the beginning? Do you have any advice or encountered other entrepreneurs that have gone through this?
Start your blog at Badnet
Jack Freeman says… (14:12)
True freedom all starts with escaping the 9-5 rat race prison. Today was my best day I ever had with my blogging business, I made about $400 with 5 affiliate sales. I’m super pumped as I started blogging only about 5 months ago. I truly want to thank you Vic for all that you do and for inspiring others. I was already making money doing dropshipping, however didn’t really know too much about blogging but boy is blogging the best business ever and without your blog and inspiration I probably would have never made the leap to start my own blog. So thanks again and keep on inspiring people!
Jay asks… (15:43)
How did you find out about the carnivore diet, and what made you interested in it? And are you 100% certain it is the optimal way of eating for humans?
Joseph asks… (23:05)
What are your views on Owsley Stanley? He ate only meat for most of his life and said that carbohydrates are poisons.
The most important reading I did this year: The Bear's Words of Wisdom
Matt asks… (24:30)
Vic, What are your thoughts on eating raw meat? Especially the organs like liver? I’ve seen lots of testimonials of people eating raw steak/organs and they have been seeing positive changes.
Bill asks… (26:07)
What age are you planning on living until?
Bill asks… (28:03)
What are the 10 best books that you have read this year?
The best books are forbidden and I cannot name them. These are the best “official” books:
- Nutrition and Physical Degeneration
- Shadow Men
- Discipline = Freedom
- The Sociobiology of Visual Images
- The Killing of Uncle Sam
- The Siren Call of the Hungry Ghosts
- The Master Key System
- My Inventions: The Autobiography of Nikola Tesla
- The Teachings of Don Juan: A Yaqui Way of Knowledge
- The Perfect Matrimony
Graham asks… (30:48)
Victor, Have you ever heard of Red Light Therapy? We know that prolonged blue light exposure is bad for us, which is why f.lux is helpful and being away from screens is healthy. I have done some surface level research into it and seen a few buzzword good things to come from it, but I’m curious if you’ve heard anything about it or tried it. I have a red light-bulb in the lamp by my bed. It’s the only light I have on while I read before sleep. I know when it’s been a busy day I like laying in my room with just that light on.
Also, in response to the jaw question in the podcast, have you ever heard of Mike Mew? He has a lot of research into facial development and how it pertains to diet. A basic point of his is that tougher foods (like steak) help develop a beautiful face, particularly in youth, because of the effort required to chew and swallow the food. He has noted that modern diets contain a lot of “soft” foods from all over the world; rice, potatoes, fruit, veggies, sweets etc. and that has led to an increase in people lacking proper facial development for airways and mouth-crowding (when you can’t find a proper place to put your tongue when your mouth is closed.)
He recommends healthy face posture; keeping your eyes on the horizon, tongue spread on the roof of your mouth with teeth touching (not clenching.) and breathing through your nose. For swallowing, he recommends that the tongue is very powerful in facial development and that failing to have this proper mouth posture results in recessed chins and lack of jaw development. If you look at pictures of some actors, you can see their jaw muscles flexed with their mouths closed, which is what happens when you have this proper posture. I have seen some changes in my face over the last two years since I started doing this (it honestly doesn’t cost anything to do, just don’t be a mouth breather.) Not significant changes, but enough for me to notice. People from a few years ago have even commented that my face has changed.
Michael asks… (31:23)
Was there a moment in your life when you finally “woke up” to what’s going on around us? When was it?
Why do some people hear the truth immediately when it’s spoken to them, but others just don’t get it?
Do you believe it’s possible to eliminate all vices from out lives completely, or will we always have certain weaknesses that we’ll never be able to overcome?
Hightower asks… (34:21)
Vic, great pod. What are your thoughts on “man-scaping “? That is, men trimming or shaving body hair?
Dan asks… (34:43)
Hi Victor,
1.) Do you recommend using gas or charcoal grill for meats such as chicken?
2.) How to deal with family members being nosy and giving bad advice specifically Asian family living in America?
James asks… (35:52)
Victor how can I deal with shame from the past? You won’t have any I know, but I went through a period of intense shame and self-hatred a few years ago because of lowering my personal standards one time. It still haunts me and stops me from being who I want to be.
Ivan asks… (36:58)
Hi Victor, how are you doing? Here are my questions for the new podcast
1. Do you still have the same positive thoughts on Ostarine? Currently SARMS are everywhere in my country and I am thinking of giving it try. People recommend combining it with Ligandrol, have you heard of it ? any thoughts? How to eat for clean gain while tacking ostarine/sarms?
2. You have said Think and Grow Rich has changed your life, how exactly? Which principles made the biggest impact on you?
CL asks… (38:18)
Vic, several years ago I heard on one of your podcasts you had an intern. I’m curious – what did the intern do exactly? how many hours a day did she/he work with you? were they nearby or were they virtual. I’d like to learn about this as I may want to get one myself for my online business. But need details including things to watch out for since you did it already (pros and cons and mistakes not to make).
-S- asks… (39:22)
Hello Victor. What is the best benefit you received from chucking your junk at the beginning of your breakthrough into the blogging world? I am in the middle of the KonMari method and I can tell its changing my life for the better.
Diego asks… (39:58)
Uncle Vic, thank you for all the knowledge you share with us, the blog has changed my life and I am a better man, stronger both physically and mentally, Im 24, have a gf but I already told her Im not getting married and she’s ok with it, Im studying my law degree and its almost finished, I am a lender too and have accumulated so far $5000 from the business. Now I know $5k is not that much but Im bringing more and more customers to the business to raise profits, the goal is freedom!, My questions are: how would you invest that cash? What advice would you give me and others who are in the same situation? Thanks!
Graham asks… (41:04)
Hi Victor, will Red Focus be available soon? I was actually going to purchase the Work and Play bundle today. Thanks.
Stan asks… (41:19)
How can we keep our wealth secure? How safe is our money in banks, and should we be investing in physical assets such as real estate and gold?
Bodymindrev asks… (42:37)
How can someone ask the right questions to reach the truth?
Ask simple questions, get complex answers. Ask complex questions, get simple answers.
Mike Wolf asks… (44:32)
Hey Vic any thoughts on asthma and some cure for it? I found out that I had asthma 4 years ago when I had an asthmatic attack and since then I’m on some inhalers and pills to cure it. It’s been very annoying and it slows me down sometimes. As I’ve searched the web, it seems that there is still no cure for it and no particular reason found about it’s causes. I believe there is some kind of natural cure but every time I stop taking my meds it hits me harder. I know that you are into the carnivore diet, but at this moment I don’t have the luxury to follow it (I’m in the Greek army). Any other possible solution?
Bruce asks… (46:18)
Hey Vic, Quick question on the carnivore diet. Since switching over, (it’s been 4 weeks) I’ve noticed an insane amount of mental clarity, and just relatively stable energy throughout the day. However there is one problem. I primarily train in power lifting (have been lifting for 6 years so i’m not new) and i’ve noticed my energy in the gym is subpar. I seem to only have strength for the first few exercises, and then my strength rapidly diminishes. I find that anything past the 45 minute mark in terms of workout time, I simply cannot complete with full energy. I was hoping this was due to my body adjusting to the lack of carbs, but it’s been a month now. I heard that 70’s bodybuilders like Arnold would carb up on weekends as a way to combat this. What are your thoughts on this ? Does a carnivore diet reduce your overall athletic performance ? Are carbs necessary to perform at the highest level of athleticism?
Jesse asks… (47:58)
Even though fully carnivore is obviously optimal for health, from a performance/appearance perspective, do you still think one large carb-up meal once a week the way its done by Gironda in the steak and eggs diet offers more benefit over carnivore alone?
I would recommend purchasing some ketone strips and checking to see if you are actually in ketosis. You may still be burning the last bit of your carbs therefore running low on gym energy. Ketosis takes a lot longer than we think (up to 6 weeks).
After answering these questions I began to wonder what role insulin plays in strength (insulin comes from eating sugar). I also watched this video and read the comments. I also wonder if people on the carnivore simply don't eat enough. If anyone follows carnivore with one or two carb meals per week and trains hard, leave a comment and let us know how it works out.
Sergeant Pepper asks… (49:05)
Hi Vic, Do you think the natural state of a healthy human is to be ‘high’ all the time? Is a natural high the state that all people should be aiming for? If so, how can we achieve this?
Joe asks… (50:07)
Hey Vic, Have you ever tried the reverse sear method for your steaks? Just in case you or the readers haven’t heard of it, you put the steak on a wire rack in the oven at about 250 degrees for 40-60 minutes, until the internal temp is 10-20 degrees below where you like it. Take the steak out of the oven, heat up a cast iron until its smoking hot, and sear for 1 minute on each side. No need to rest the steak using this method.
This can also be done on the grill using hotter and cooler areas or burners. It is by far my favorite method for cooking a steak, the meat and fat is smooth and buttery but still has a nice crispy sear on the outside. Also a bonus tip: If you salt your steaks and put them in the fridge anywhere from a few hours ahead of time to overnight, the surface will sear better and the salt will dry brine the steak.
Bill asks… (51:03)
Every time I’m in the gym, I hear these ridiculous songs where women think they are better than men and act like sluts. I have seen multiple fat, ugly women walking around with t shirts that day “The future is Female”. This shows their complete lack of respect for the men who made their life possible. Imagine if a man walked around with a T-shirt saying “the future is male”, these women would go berserk. It is as if men say anything mildly sexist they are looked down upon. But women say all these bad things about men and are praised for being a “strong independent woman”. Any views on this?
Stan asks… (53:24)
1. How can we use computers and the internet as a tool, rather than an escape into the virtual reality?
2. As a blog artist, how many hours per day do you spend looking at the screen? Also, when you are not working, do you spend most of your time in nature?
Blue Chris asks… (54:46)
Should one “act one’s age” even when a person does not feel their age? If I missed out on my twenties due to being fed bad ideas that led to ill health and depression, am I obligated to ‘grow old gracefully’ or should I live my thirties as if they were my twenties?
Joe asks… (55:33)
With the recent news about security breaches (LinkedIn, Equifax, Quora…etc.) What’s the best way to secure your blog and make sure there aren’t any unauthorized accesses?
Christopher asks… (55:57)
Hello Victor, Can plastic surgery ever be justified, for example if a person looks so bad that it effects their standard of life? Is trying to look good as a man just vanity, or a sign of self-respect? I think you’ve said before that it is good to dress your best and that removing unsightly body hair is okay. What is the limit (if any) with regards to looking “good”?
Jay asks… (57:17)
Vic, what part of the states are you located in right now? southeast, northwest, etc. what are you favorite and least favorite parts about this area? and can you share about your experiences and interactions with people in northeast usa specifically the tri state area?
Capo asks… (58:00)
Hi Vic, You said in an older article that you abstained from sex for a period of months & you hated that experiment. After your recent NoFap November you said the opposite & seemed to enjoy your abstinence/celibacy. What do you attribute this shift to? Age? Mindset? Or other?
Joe asks… (58:58)
Please expand more on your current workout, if you can share the actual routine and exercises you do. I am in the same boat as you, since I am in my early 30s now my body feels much better avoiding weights and doing a lot of bodyweight and mobility exercises. I use gymnastics strength movements and disadvantageous leverage positions to increase difficulty instead of using volume and my workouts are just as time efficient and effective.
Alex asks… (1:00:39)
Victor, My whole life I’ve had a fear of fighting. I experience an adrenaline rush that paralyzes me and scares me shitless. I’ve never been in an actual fight, but have been close. How can I get over this fear? Should I join a boxing class? Get into a bar fight?
I feel like this fear controls me and affects me in different areas of my life. I also hate confrontation but have forced myself to deal with it like a man. Even though I no longer avoid confrontation, I feel sick to my stomach every time I have to force myself to face it. I had a very controlling mother that I lived with until age 25 when I moved out. My dad was never around. Could this have anything to do with it?
Full Color Ronin asks… (1:02:03)
Uncle Vic, A few quick questions: (in order of importance to me)
Would you marry a woman and dedicated mother who already has a young child (>5 years old) from another man? Esp. If that man is a deadbeat and worthless as a father?
Do you have an opinion on women who have children out of wedlock?
When can you tell if you’re ready to start a family?
Would you *ever* consider vasectomy, and do you have an opinion on it?
John asks… (1:03:09)
Since the dawn of men the guys at the top of the hierarchy had multiple wives. 8,000 Years ago 17 women reproduced for every man. https://psmag.com/environment/17-to-1-reproductive-success
In this podcast you advise to have one wife, is this because in modern times the having multiple isn’t feasibly anymore or do you think it’s actually better compared to having a harem?
Ray asks… (1:04:39)
Hey Vic I really enjoy your podcast its very insightful and crazy how you drop these truth bombs. Just wanted to know how one would be more cold and calculating like a sociopath.
Julien asks… (1:05:28)
Hi Vic, I’ve been doing personal training and group training as a side hustle for 5 years. Beside improving my public speaking skills and self confidence, it also gave me some good side money. The thing is, I’m getting tired of it. For some months now, training people has been draining my energy and I’m far less enjoying it. I’m thinking about quitting that gig and starting building something else like sharing my strength and conditioning knowledge and experience on a website. When do you know it’s really time to move from a venture and lose a stream of income to start something else? Thanks, your podcast is truly excellent.
Delroy asks… (1:06:22)
Hey Uncle Vic, I believe most feminists pretend to be strong, but secretly crave to be dominated like in fifty shades of gray. I think this happens because they repress their need for male authority, so it spills out as a sick fetish. What are your thoughts on men setting rules and administering consensual discipline within the context of marriage? Is this degenerate like fifty shades, or do women need this kind of authority to stay balanced? Thanks for your help, clown world has me confused.
Ol asks… (1:07:25)
Hi Vic, Wow this most recent podcast you seem like you have mastered public speaking. You have such a calm and clear demeanor that’s much more noticeable than your other podcasts. Have you done anything different in particular from this podcast to your previous ones? Was it just being over with the 30 day challenge? I was wondering if you could recommend anything like supplements or changes that helps with anxiety. I get very anxious before speaking and really want to find an aid that helps me speak calm and clear like you. It’s like everything just flows from your mouth with ease. I’m very anxious and have always struggled with anxiety. I also get a lot of headaches. Carnivore doesn’t seem to be enough. This last podcast hooked me, I cant wait for your next episode.
Sorry to double post but I forgot to mention I loved it so much I listened to it twice. Seriously what are you on? Modafinil? If so I’ll buy 50 cases tomorrow lol. You sound like a God of reason. So calm and confident. This has been your best podcast yet. Speaking and clarity is top notch. Do you notice this? Or is this just the affect of accomplishing a challenge.
Wolf asks… (1:08:56)
What do you think is the biggest threat for the decline and the slow eradication of the white man?
Until next time.
Your man,
-Victor Pride

For guys who are not beginners in the gym (training at least a year), have ok muscle development and ok bodyfat, but want to take it to the next level - should they get leaner before getting bigger, or bigger before getting leaner?
Since I have started sleep walking around the same time that I started drinking raw goats milk..
Has anyone else experienced this?
I just do random things around my room but I’m worried of doing something worse
Forgive the typo
“What do you think is the biggest threat for the decline and the slow eradication of the white man?”
Easy……..
Allowing white females to become race traitors by breeding with the savages and producing mongrel offspring
That. And white men being weak and acting like limp wristed bitches. I’m s white man and it disgusts me to see white women with brown dudes. No disrespect to the dudes but stick to your own people please.
What’s your opinion on current sv3rige views on carbs? In his two interviews he stated
a)You need to add about 100g of carbs to increase your weight - interview with former vegan, link below
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9560B7k6NhA&t=1754s
b)It is necesarry to add some plant food so he now eats 1 mango and some fruit/vegie juices- in conversation with carnivore primal edge health, who eats only animal products+chocolate
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4wz2sYI_2Hg
I must confess I’m a little bit confused now, I watched all sv3rige videos and I’m a big fan of your masterpiece work, especially awesome podcasts. Would be very grateful for your answer!
Link the exact times in the video, I’m not watching 1 hour 45 minutes.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9560B7k6NhA&t=1754s
first video with ex-vegan 12:34
in second 1:24:12 - another statement about sauercrount, apparently sv3rige likes it
and 46:16 of second video -sv3rige talks about drinking cucamber, orange etc juices also and later he and primal edge talked about raw honey-“animal carbohydrate food”…
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4wz2sYI_2Hg
I’m very interested in your thoughts on that to create bigger picture(for example, should i add some cranberries/raspberries or something to my steak or its just stupid?).
You need carbs to gain weight, this is why there are carbs in mother’s milk. Carbs are there in fruit form (wild berries) specifically to give you fat gain in the summer so that you may use that fat to get you through the winter.
The way you prepare carbs makes them less toxic or more toxic. Regarding sauerkraut, fermenting vegetables makes them easier to digest and is recommended. Preparation is important.
If you wan to gain weight, if you’re skinny, you can add some carbs. I will cover this in an upcoming podcast as well.
Thanks for your answer! i’ll certainly listen it in nex podcast, please describe your specific views on carbs and your personal plans about it, I mean if you want to eat carbs ever again and if so what would it be. Carbs are big mystery for me since I ever started to think about diet(keto etc). I’m waiting for new podcast, I’m sure great as always.
Hi man
Absolutely love your Red Supplements, especially your aromatase inhibitor Red PCT.
What’s the reason you’ve stopped shipping to Australia?
Australian customs often keeps our supplements.
So Australians customs lets Muslim terrorists into the country but doesn’t let Red Supplements. Makes a lot of sense.
Hey uncle Vic.
I agree with you on the coffee shops. They’re the prime location for getting things done.
There’s something about the smell of coffee and the ambiance that gets me in the right frame of mind.
Besides, what am I gonna do? Sit there and watch YouTube videos like an idiot? Of course not. I might as well do some work if I’m there.
I will add that libraries are also a great place if you’re the kind of person that’s distracted by chatter.
Otherwise, I’ve found that wearing earplugs is a great way to increase my productivity. Even more so than playing music. As soon as I got used to the silence, my mind felt much sharper without any noise.
Thanks for the podcast Vic. The information and knowledge being shared is a game changer.
After listening to your story, I have to share my experience with carbohydrates as well. When I was younger I ate the typical american diet which lead to all sorts of health issue; IBS, diverticulitis, etc. I switched over to a more natural diet with meat and eggs with some fruits, potatoes and rice. This helped relive some of my symptoms, but I still experience constant bloating and always having to run to the bath. So 2 years ago, I decided to try a vegan diet consisting of vegetables, fruits, grains, beans, potatoes and rice only. I can honestly say those were the worst 3 weeks of my entire life. I lost 25 pounds going down to 135 pounds at 5’10” tall. I can remember going on a hike with my parents who were almost 60 while I was 26 years old and we had to stop the hike because I could not keep up with them. I had absolutely zero energy.
Thankfully people like yourself spread the truth. Now I eat meat, eggs, and fats only. And all of my bowel issues are magically gone and I’m back to 160 lbs full of energy. My experiences speak for themselves of the power meat and eggs diet.
Thanks again for being a leader and sharing the truth.
-Steve
What’s the best lesson you’ve learned in your life?
Hi Vic, few questions:
1) Carnivore diet, once you’re on it, prevents you from going back to any other food. Shawn Baker got gastritis after eating a small apple. How is this diet making us robust if it makes us this sensitive to any other food? It sounds like it makes us more sensitive. Shouldn’t we eat a large amount of animal products, saturated fat, and then also have a few vegetables or a few other things? I want to be robust, not pathetic and crippled with pain after eating a piece of lettuce like Shawn Baker. And he has diabetes. What’s going on?
2) You mentioned Anthony Napoleon but it seems like he’s a vegan. Why would such an intelligent man otherwise follow veganism? It makes me think veganism has some small credibility, because I have great respect for him and he appears super smart; if veganism makes brains smaller, not sure if he’s just a prodigy.
3) What do you mean certain books are “forbidden”? Like 200 Years by Solzhinetsyn? Or are you saying there are books that we don’t even know of like secret occult rites and stuff, which the public can’t even buy or have even heard of? I notice there are occult books where there’s only one copy on ebay for like 400 bucks.
4) Do you think the elites have bona fide super powers, like communicating with other galaxies, teleportation, etc, crazy as it may seem?
Thank you Victor
Regarding your first question: if you drink alcohol every day and have a tolerance, then quit for a few months and drink again, you’re going to feel like shit the next morning. Same thing with plant foods. Building up a tolerance to subpar foods is not a criticism of the carnivore diet, it’s evidence that the standard plant based diet is harmful.
Your logic itself is flawed because you would be robust and healthy eating as a carnivore but you are already going to fail because you’re still talking about eating lettuce. I have been on the carnivore diet for a year and did several cheat meals for the sole purpose of assessing tolerance and I got no gastritis at all, just felt a bit tired.
Furthermore, Shawn Baker does not have diabetes. High performance low carb athletes develop something called glucose sparing that allows their body to hang on to blood glucose their body produces for exercise purposes.
You really need to look at the entire picture of his bloodwork before you parrot things your read online, his tests all show he has a perfect insulin response and is at one of the lowest risk factor percentiles for metabolic or cardiovascular disease.
Malver says
Is full carnivore truly the best?
Full carnivore is dubious to me because the best, best athletes would be using it if it were ideal. If full carnivore were the best, wouldn’t the most competitive men in the most physically demanding sports do this? We don’t see this.
1) world’s strongest man hafthor bjornsson and brain shaw eat a ton of carbs for training, alongside tons of meat
2) world number 1 tennis player novak djokovic eats cooked fatty fish, chickpeas, and beans, no red meat
etc etc
No top athlete follows pure carnivore, let alone raw, all the time. If it were the best, why aren’t the best men, who are searching for the slightest edge over competition, using this diet?
My sense is that balance is useful in life, and even Weston Price mentioned that the healthiest, most balanced populations ate meat with fresh rye bread, and properly prepared grains/vegetables. This includes the Masai who ate blood and milk BUT ALSO 50% of calories came from a corn porridge properly prepared.
Please clarify.
In nature, our ancestors didn’t always get big game. They needed to get insects, some grains, roots, leaves, at times too, all of which went into our genetic makeup!
Your thoughts on this?
Thanks
Malver
Hey Vic,
Glad to hear the podcasts are coming twice a week!
What are your thoughts on 5G? I can’t imagine such high frequencies being good for us.
Could you hire someone to transcribe the podcasts? I get information faster from reading - though there is something to be said about receiving information through audio like we traditionally passed down information.
Hi Victor,
Just curious for your thoughts on Mike Cernovich. I have no idea TBH why you were friends with him because you are two entirely different caliber of men.
You are truly independent, comfortable in your skin, alpha, moral (to an extent), deep voiced, and based.
He’s a high-voiced charlatan who looks like a satanic monkey, does shit-tier and useless political commentary that has no impact on the world (the elites run the real show), is fame hungry, insecure, and wifed up a brown girl and popped out a mixed race child.
What on earth did you two have in common to be friends? Are you still friends?
I can sense integrity in people naturally, it’s a gift that I genuinely have. I get horrible vibes of desperation from him, though I can see he’s a somewhat soft and caring man.
But just makes me feel icky seeing and listening to him.
Have a great day! much support to you
Kristin
Bold and Determined is not a place for gossip, and I’m sure Victor doesn’t want to put Mike down, since he was a former friend of the blog. However you are right in a sense. Mike has been compromised in some way. He used to call out our (((rulers))) all the time. Now he has been brown nosing Israel 24/7, and repeatedly condemns white identity groups. Maybe he has his reasons. I still think Gorilla Mindset is a fantastic book(one of my favorites). I still think what Mike does is good overall. His Danger and Play work was really good, and anything he put out before 2017 was generally good(which he deleted). But something is off with him lately.
By the way, you say his kid is mixed race. Technically is wife is Iranian, which are non-European white. So I disagree with you there. So his kid is white. Just not full American.
Hello Victor.
In the canivore diet what’s the best part of the meat we should order from the butcher?
Do you recommend any fruits to avoid constipation ?
Should we wait for the women to do the hunting of food which is similar the lions do ?
For humans, males have always been the hunters.
Victor,
Has being a vegetarian/vegan in the past permanently ruined my body? I now eat mostly meat, but I still feel the effects from when I was a vegetarian/vegan. My bones, chest, sides and legs ache or have sharp pain from time to time even though it has gotten alot better since including meat into my diet. I still burp a lot. But I still feel like I’m about to die at times. Would it be a good idea to go see a doctor?
What happens when you die? What are your views on the afterlife?
How big are your biceps?
A REVIEW OF REDGROWTH
Dear victor,
I recently did a cycle so to speak of REDGROWTH and would like to share my results with you and your audience.
Due to a detached retina i was not.able to lift heavy during the 30.days of REDGROWTH but was only able to do cardio and work my arms. I worked my arms almost every day for 60 days and in combimation with the REDGROWTH my arms my arms are definitely bigger, stronger and more solid than when i started. During this time i was also trying to lose wieght so i think i could have had more gains but im happy with the results.
I also experienced something during this time i did not expect and can only attribute it to the REDGROWTH or the low carb high protein i was on. Around the 2nd week taking the REDGROWTH i experienced a sort calmness that i have not had in many years. Im a very hot, fly off the handle type person but when this stuff kicked in it seemed that nothing would bother me and it was almost an kut of body experience. Normally when it gets busy at work i start cursing and throwing things but that didnt happen, i just took it in stride and calmly did my work and plowed through. Im not sure if thats normal or if anyonelese had a similar experience but thats how it affected me and that alone was worth the price of admission.
Im doing the REDPCT 2.0 at the moment and will do another round of REDGROWTH in a few weeks and by then i should be able to lift heavy again.
Thanks for a good product.

What are your views on this extract about Winston Churchill, who died at 90 years old?
Of his drinking, he said, “I believe I have taken more out of alcohol than alcohol has taken out of me.” Of his eating he said, “All the food faddists [healthy eaters] I have ever known have died young after a long period of senile decay.” Of his cigar smoking, he said, “I smoke cigar after cigar. That is why I am in two-hundred-percent form.”
He did seem to eat a lot of meat, fish and eggs which may have contributed to his long life, even with all the vices

Winston Churchill: a pro communist mass murderer of the Indian and German people!
Exactly. He was just a tool but he talked openly that the United Kingdom didn´t fight not only against the Fascists but against all Germans.
Hi Vic,
Of all raw foods, nothing has quite helped me like raw eggs. Meat is sometimes heavy, but man, cracking 4 eggs pastured raised into a glass, blending with some milk and raspberries and I can work all day without fatigue!
I’m thinking eggs are as good as meat when it comes to being total nutritional powerhouses.
What do you feel and why don’t you include eggs? they’re packed with vitamin d, b vitamins, cholesterol, saturated fat. just so good for you.
also benefits are greatly diminshed cooked, I can’t eat more than 3 boiled but I could chug 6 of them raw LOL
Cheers
Karl
Back when my wife was pregnant, if someone had put up a gun to my head and said “you can only feed your wife one food throughout the entire 9 month gestation of your child” I could have picked, and its not even close-
raw eggs.
Nature’s best nutritional powerhouse. Contains every frickin nutrient, cofactor, mineral, vitamin you could need. Heaps of saturated fat and cholesterol. And the shell is nature’s best source of calcium, selenium etc.
And for the ethically minded-you don’t kill a sentient being.
George Bernard Shaw was a vegetarian and produced brilliant work till he was 90, but what the crazy vegans don’t mention is that he dined religiously on eggs every day! hence the brain power.
best wishes friend
Kristin
Eggs are the bomb. Go ahead and include nice, free range eggs in that list as well.
They are God’s gift to us.
Best food of all. I’m thinking about buying some chickens so they can hatch me some eggs.
I’d recommend trying some other bird eggs such as ducks and quail as well to mix it up.
Cheers!
In a survival scenario, think about it: getting like a dozen chickens would be your best bet. A dozen eggs a day? Very easy to survive on. Also, chickens require very minimal effort. You just let them out in the yard and they eat the grass.
Good stuff

Victor, what are your thoughts on this tremendously insightful article and does it resonate with the other things you’ve read about our masters?
How much of the history we learnt in school was real? Were we (whites) really behind slavery or where we brainwashed and financed by parasites?

Funny, this article is already in queue for a 5-Star Friday. Great read, read it last night.
Just read that article. This shows exactly how they can slowly take everything from us by making us believe that their is “shortages” etc. How Joseph limited the grain supply so that they relied on him, eventually giving him all their money, cattle and land; until the then become physical slaves.
It is the same thing that is happening today, they want us all living in metropolitan cities, never owning our own land/cattle and relying on them until we become their slaves. Of course they have used mind control to enslave is mentally.
But Vic, id say read an extract of that article in the next episode to show people this story.

Stunning, and revealing.
Vic,
In the previous episode you shared what carbs you’d eat IF you ate carbs during the carnivore diet. You said potatoes and rice and you’d eat them at night.
My question:
Part 1. Why did you choose those two carbs and not berries (in season), avocados, and spinach? My current understanding is those carbs are much healthier than potatoes and rice.)
Part 2. Why did you say you’d eat them at night? I would think that would cause weight gain in the belly more so than if you ate them in the morning and therefore had time to burn the calories off.
Looking forward to your answer.
Speaking of being a warm person, do you think B&D is making the reader a warm person or a cold person? If the latter is case, what can we do to balance that?
“is the case”

Question from someone currently working a self-made service-based business:
After selling both physical products through Red Supplements and digital products with your ebooks, would you recommend someone sell physical products or digital products? When would you opt for one method over the other?

Hello Victor. I am a female and have been reading your blog since 2013. After 5 years this is my very first comment. Thank you very much for what you do and the insight you provide.
After listening to your podcast, I decided to cut down my carbs significantly and have lost almost 10 lbs in the past two weeks. What are your thoughts on women following a carnivore diet?
Also I started my blog through badnet several months ago. I have been inconsistent in writing. Would writing about my goals, for example losing weight be a good start? Why or why not?
Dear Old Saint Vic and New Saint Nick,
Gratitude for all that you do. Your new podcast have been spot on.
The importance of the Carnivore Diet can not be understated. Food is culture and if people like you and Roosh can open peoples eyes, as you have mine, then we can win the culture war in America.
If you change the way people eat, you can change the way they think.
The Carnivore Diet points out all of the lies within our society.
If a man goes on the Carnivore Diet, he will ask himself these questions:
“I’ve never felt better this is amazing, why hasn’t modern medicine found out about this and told us?”
“Universities have vast resources yet they did not find this truth and teach it?”
This will reveal many truths to a person about the world.
Eating only meat spits in the face of so many people and organizations that push lies and hate.
-It’s bad for big pharma (more health people = less money)
-It’s bad for Vegans (proves they’ve been living a lie, cognitive dissonance will be too great)
-It’s bad for 90% of grocery store businesses (they would go out of business)
-It’s bad for feminist (goes against their propoganda, men will wake up)
-It’s bad for silicon valley thought police
My question is:
I know you understand the importance of this Diet for health.
But can you see the bigger picture as well, this is like a tipping point and a tool.
It’s like when Cernovich lived with you and he started using Twitter, but you didn’t understand his goal at the time.
Twitter is to Cernovich as the Carnivore Diet is to you now.
A launch pad for great change.
God Bless.

“What do you think is the biggest threat for the decline and the slow eradication of the white man?”
Seems like white men are afraid of their identity. White men were tyrant and cruel and oppressed brown and black men. Now the scene is reversed and they are feared. 😂😂😂😂
Personally, white men look like doll to me and I always thought they are some kind of alien. And here Victor Pride is consolidating white men. Everything will go in vain.
Hey Victor
Your Podcasts are spot on your content has made me a better man.
Two questions;
1) What’s your take on religion? I am from a Christian upbringing but taking a look around as you once said I noticed it might be a tool for controlling the masses as most people following it end up living mediocre lives and never take full responsibility for their actions blaming “satan” for bad shit that happens to them …might have the original doctrines and dogma that guided the foundations of various religions been twisted to act as a tool for controlling the masses?
2) I think most people identify with a religion mostly cause they found themselves in regions that follow that certain religion. They end up thinking that their religion is supreme to that of others and end up looking down upon others that subscribe to different beliefs.Do you believe in an afterlife and existence of a Supreme being and if so how is the ideal way to live ?

Hey Vic,
Longtime reader here and former B&D BBQ attendee. 2 questions:
1. Do you still believe in drinking distilled water over spring? (Sv3rige actually believes in no water drinking)
2. Have you read Bronze Age Mindset by Bronze Age Pervert (aka BAP, @bronzeagemantis on twitter)? I highly reccommend it… just look into it, it is a short and sweet read. I read it and later bought the audiobook, only to be dissappointed by the subpar voice-for-hire. Call it silly, but I feel like you were meant to narrate this “exhortation” as BAP calls it. Ever considered selling or lending your ability to set fire to written words other than your own?
Ah, two podcasts per week now, eh? Alright, let’s see if we can keep up with it.
Remember to maintain your cool, Victor. :)
Thanks for the book recommendations.
Questions for the next podcast:
- What do you know about reincarnation?
- By now you must have read a lot about Hermes Trismegistus. What are your thoughts on him?
Cheers, Victor!

Hey Victor,
I live in the city of Sydney, Australia, and I perceive the general populace to be spiritually sick. Radical leftist political ideas seem more common in the city, along with less genuine and happy people compared to rural Australians.
Do you agree that city people tend to be more degenerate? If so, why do you think degeneracy is more common in western cities as opposed to western rural areas?
Best regards.
Hey Unc,
Question for Thursday’s podcast: I’d like to start a blog/podcast that I believe will add practical value to my audience’s lives. It will consist of lots of phenomenal material designed to optimize One’s creative flow. *Did you ever deal with any feelings of hypocrisy after publishing articles?* Not because the wisdom isn’t sound, but because it takes real discipline to uphold & sometime we slip up.
Thanks brother.
What is your normal diet in a day? Do you get enough calories to maintain your body? I am a skinny guy trying to gain weight. Will a carnivore diet help me get enough calories ? I am aiming for around 2800 to 3000 calories
Hey, Vic.
Opinion on water intake? Is the whole drink 8 glasses of water per day a sham? I’ve been drinking instinctively and it’s far below that and I feel just a good as when I was forcing it down. Sv3rige is very anti water and am curious on your take.
Thanks much.

Thanks for the show Vic. Quick question regarding diet: What do you think of eating nuts and seeds?
Are you still using captain of crush grippers to train grip strength?
Are there any weightlifting exercises which you found dangerous and stopped doing them? For example exercises like behind the head shoulder press which are considered bad for shoulder joints by mainstream bodybuilders?
Thanks
“Are you still using captain of crush grippers to train grip strength?”
No.

How do you promote a natural lifestyle while at the same time lifting weights? Lifting weights is not natural. Nowhere in nature do you find perfectly balanced weights like barbells or exercise equipment. Wouldn’t it be much more natural to use bodyweight and calisthenics, running, and occasionally moving heavy objects outside?

Victor,
I seldom visit blogs these days but the podcast is A+++ and the red-light therapy question caught my ear.
I figured I’d share some insight about f.lux and the whole red light therapy thing. I had serious eye problems and issues with sleep for years in my time in the Navy. The problem was the constant exposure to blue cellphone light and red fluorescent lights. We evolved to wake and sleep according to the rise and setting of the Sun. Artificial light completely disrupts this circadian rhythm, the blue light from your phone strains your eyes and tells your body it’s daytime and the reddish orange flourescent lights sap your energy and put great strain on your eyes.
When I fixed these two health problems 6 years ago by installing f.lux or a red light filter on my phone and computers and replacing all my light bulbs with one’s that emit white light from a company called Verilux.
The result? I improved my vision from needing glasses to better than average vision and my sleep vastly improved.
Please disseminate to the B&D Army and keep doing the Great Work.

Hey Victor, your podcast seems to get better and better every time. I actually look forward to every Thursday on my drive to work so I can listen to while driving.
Anyways I wanted to ask you about sv3rige. Reading your articles on the carnivore diet and his videos definitely convinced me to eat more fatty meat and butter etc into my diet perhaps even eliminating veg altogether. However, if readers here dig deeper into sv3rige’s videos, you can find that he is into some ‘dark’ practices to the point where he approves of the illuminati practices of sacrificing babies and cannibalism. That indicates that he approves with the torturing part too. I think he is a psychopath and he shows many signs of it but that’s not the point. You can learn a lot from a psychopath because they get straight to the ‘meat’ without any emotions involved. I’m not trying to smear him for calling him out for being a psychopath because it is what it is. Psychopaths are incredible analysts and state the facts as it is, but fact is not always godly truth. It seems that there are Godly Truths and Demonic Truths. And his many beliefs seems like they are based on Demonic Truths. It seems that the challenge is not to accept one truth over the other but to accept that opposing truths can occur at the same. Anyways, it’s great that sv3rige is sharing about the wonders of the Carnivore Diet as a practice but the philosophy that drives his practice stems from the dark side.
Vic, I’ve always seen you as a bringer of Light in this world of darkness so I really want to hear your opinions on this. It seems that he real matter here is Levels Of Consciousness. If you are on the lower levels of consciousness you are more prone to accepting truths on the dark side, and if you are higher you are more prone to Godly Truths. So the question is how would you increase your own level of consciousness and to judge between good and evil. And please share your opinions on sv3rige and his philosophy.
Thank you Vic
Hey Vic, thank you for answering my question in the last episode. I love your brutal honesty.

How can I start out in making money with real estate with 20 grand saved?
Hey Vic,

Hi Victor,
When I start the carnivore diet I get really hungry even after eating two steaks per meal and am craving carbs , I also get massive headaches from being hungry, do you have any suggestions for this?
2.) Is there a difference in organic and grass fed beef rather then regular or is it bullshit?
3.) do you recommend eating Kimchi for digestion?
You’re going through carb withdrawal. It will pass. https://boldanddeterminedarchive.com/carbohydrate-withdrawal/

2. How do you know whether or not a sacrifice is worth making?
